I had such a great experience here, I have never been so taken care of by a nail salon. I just became a regular 🙌🏻

First time here, had an appointment for a fulls set and pedicure at 5pm. Wasn’t given the services I asked for because she didn’t wanna do the work. Got skipped by a frequent customer and it’s now 8pm and I was only able to get a pedicure.

Well worth the money! My daughter was super happy, as was I. Sammi really is a Boss at what she does. If I could give a higher rating I would😉💅 N lets not forget the 7 day warranty they give incase the nails break or chip & their rewards points🙃

This was great - a new place and easy off of 183 to get to. Peaceful and clean, friendly staff!

I love this place. So respectful, kind, and reasonably priced. Not one time did I feel my nails being done. They are both very talented artists. I have been looking for a place to continue with my nails, and I have finally found the perfect place. They hold on conversations with you. I am completely 100% satisfied with the service and anticipate continuing services here.

Ive been coming here for 2 years now and I refuse to go to any other salon. Im highly picky when it comes to my nails, and they always accommodate my perfectionist self here with forbearance and infinite patience. I never have to wait long and Ive never left here unhappy with my results. The vibe is super chill, that may have something to do with the fact they dont allow small children in, which I appreciate! Sammi does amazing nail art and Paul is king of the french ombre/baby boomer nails. Highly recommend this place

Im a longtime client of Sammis, so when I heard her family was opening its own nail salon, I knew I had to come with. I couldnt be happier. This is a true family business. The establishment is new and modern, and the service is of superior quality. The staff really makes an effort to get to know you and your preferences. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my nails. 100% recommend!

Awesome. Im do glad this place does not allow children. I go there to relax not to hear screaming children or parents constantly telling their kids to sit down. Ive found my new nail salon.

The place is super clean, and I was able to walk in and sit down right away. You can tell they definitely care about the work theyre doing and want to be sure theyre doing the design you ask for. However, I got almond nail shapes and the shaping was pretty inconsistent. They also didnt go all the way to the edges of my nails with the polish & gel, so they kind of looked unfinished. While Im overall happy that I came here after leaving another salon I wasnt happy with, I dont know if Ill come back here.

I went to Sammi after a good friend recommended her. When I found out she moved to Boss Nails, I knew I had to make the trip to see her and Im so glad I did! She was so friendly and extremely talented! The location itself was so clean, comfortable and didnt smell like a ton of chemicals which is a major plus for me. I was getting my nails done for my wedding and Sammi was nice enough to give me rhinestones free of charge as a special gift. It made the experience all the more special and the final set was stunning! SNS nails in Blushing Bride :)

I was left with dry looking feet and dead skin- and heels still cracked. 80.00. For pedicures the least I could have gotten is the dead skin off, and a hydrated looking foot. So disappointed to drop money like that and not be satisfied. I just won’t be back.

I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and I was super offended that they had a sign saying no children allows w pictures plus saying no cry babies allowed. I had my 3 year old girl who I always take to get her nails done and she behaves. Wow! I can express how offended I am!!!

They are very professional and detailed with their work. They are kind and polite as well. I’ve been happy with my nails each time I have used their services.

Easy visiting from out of town needed my toe nails done, called was welcomed in immediately. Service was friendly, she did a great job. If I lived in that area this spa would be the one I would go to. I really like it that they view this salon as a no kid zone.

I cant say enough good things about this little gem in Austin!! What a find!! The ladies that run BOSS NAILS are one of the last places that still understand the meaning of hometown customer service. My dip powder nails and pedicures are absolutely beautiful and even as a brand new customer I was treated like I had been coming there for years. Every person that walked through the door was greeted with a warm smile and was happy to be there. Their work is impeccable and their personalities are a treat!!!

I have never been so unsatisfied or disappointed with the service of a nail salon. This has been by far one of the worst salon experiences of my life. Don’t get me wrong my nails and my moms nails don’t look terrible, however the communication between me the costumer and the nail artist was absolutely the worst. I called and went in for a fill picked my color and sat down and showed her a picture of the nail design I wanted. She immediately started working on my nails and took off the old nail polish and she even redid one of my nails for $7 (which is understandable) then she wanted to go ahead and tell me that if I wanted to shorten my nails (which I have to because I’m in cheerleading) it would be an extra $6! I have never heard of any other salon charging to shorten nails so already I thought this was a little outrageous . Keep in mind she’s telling me this while doing my nails so I can’t even go else where to get me and my moms nails done for a more reasonable price without all these unreasonable extra charges because everywhere else was about to close and I can’t go during the week because I have a busy school and out of school schedule. So when she got to the part where it was time to do the design on my nails I pulled the picture back up for her to reference and she tells me “ I actually don’t know how to do that nail art” after previously telling me that she could. So then I asked how much extra it would be for gems and she wouldn’t even tell me a price she would just shake her head no. So then she finally finished my nails and when I was looking at them I noticed she didn’t even get the polish on my whole nail! By this time I was already fed up and just went over to check on my mom. I would also like to add that my moms nail artist was giving her a little bit of an attitude which we both did not appreciate . This whole salon experience cost me a total of $93 and let me just say it was absolutely not worth it and I honestly wish I could get my money back.

One of the nail stylist yelled repeatedly at my adult daughter after she asked if they had gotten the color correct. My daughter had picked an opal colored polish and the stylist was using black glitter. She apologized for losing her temper before we left. We paid for our services and left. Will not return.

My favorite nail salon. Ive never been someone who is loyal to one salon except for one time before this one. Ive tried a couple spots in this area and this is hands down my favorite. They do an amazing job theyre very friendly and welcoming, whenever my mom comes to visit she loves going there as well.I recommend their dipped nails and get the hot wax on your feet if youre doing the pedicure!

Wow! Service was wonderful and they do dip nails ! I was looking for a place with great quality and great service. This is the perfect spot! Everyone is very professional, they take in walk ins, and they are excellent. They did a great job on my shape of nail and my sns lasted more than 3 weeks now. I loved it!

First time customer coming from out of town, and the service was mediocre. Im not impressed with the service I got, as well as my nails, or pedicure. My service was rushed since my nail tech had to pick up their child from school & they haggled with me about getting 20% off when clearly your policy states between certain hours you will receive 20% off IF you are a walk in. Definitely would not recommend, and I will not be back if I ever decide to come back to Austin.

Sammi is absolutely amazing, she made me feel like a total princess for my birthday. She seriously works magic. Paul shaped and applied my nails perfectly. Everyone was polite and welcoming.

Got my nails filled on Thursday evening and one broke on Saturday. They were a fresh set the last time I did them so they charged me to fix it. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to find a permanent place. This probably is not it. I’ve never gone to a place where my nail broke a couple days later and they didn’t do it for free

Wow, don’t go here unless you’re comfortable with signing up for their mandatory rewards program (which tracks your credit card), and comfortable paying a *starting* price of $100 for a full acrylic set. The staff are snobby and rude as an added bonus to this holier-than-thou establishment.

This is the worst nail salon I have EVER been to. The nail tech had no idea how to even put nails at all. I showed how long I wanted my first acrylic nail and the she proceeds to make all of them much shorter. When I asked her to take them off and put longer ones she got such an attitude about it then after she filed I asked her to even them out then she started yelling at me in front of the entire salon that I had asked her to take them off because they were too short so I went home with uneven nails. I really don’t know who allowed this woman to do nails or who she thinks she is but she assured that I will never come to this nail salon again.

Avoid this place! I went in to fix/replace 4 nails that popped off. The nail tech quoted $20 ($5/each nail) but failed to mention that they charge an additional $7 for the color. Obviously the polish I had wasnt available. She said the polish I chose would only be applied to the 4 nails she replaced. The average place charges $3-5/ replaced nail and includes the polish for all 10 nails. Basically you Have to bring your own polish after having to pay $20 but even then they charge for every breath you take and have no clear pricing sheet posted.

I am not sure if it had been a long day already for the stuff but I was most definitely not happy with the manicure that was performed on me. I could have done that myself and paid myself $37.00 for that. There was not a person available to attend me so one of the ladies whom did not have much of a pleasant attitude called me to sit on a nail station asked me to dip my hands in a bucket of acetone liquid and never came back. I then asked the lady doing the nails on the girl next to me if I should take them out now or what and she stopped with a hostel sight and scrapped my nails then they were put back into the bucket and that other lady was still no back. I the changed my mind on the shellac manicure when the girl next to me was all done with the lady started working on me but by then, I was already inpatient and told her I just wanted a regular basic mani and she barely did anything on me but when I cashed out she still charged me as if I had gotten a shellac manicure. Will definitely not go back nor recommend this place.

I loved the job I got. My nails turned out great and Sammi did an amazing job. I was told however they would last until the nail grew out. After less then 3 weeks the nail was separating and my hair was getting stuck in between the dip and my nail. I paid $90 for my nails which to be honest I feel was more than worth it but I didnt get what I was promised of more than three weeks of nails. I commented about this on Instagram and was blocked instead of my concerns being addressed. So Im leaving a 1 star review because I feel lied to and then to be straight up blocks instead of how many my concerns have dressed I feel its highly inappropriate. If youre looking for something to last you two to two and a half weeks the nails were amazing while they lasted. Also, they dont state it anywhere but the establishment is not kid-friendly. They have a kid aggressive dog that will come after your kid even if theyre just sitting on a chair. At the time of booking the appointment nowhere on their website that they say they did not allow children

I used to go to her when she was at Celfie Nails, but now she is at Boss Nails on Research Blvd. Sammi does amazing nail art and is always looking for new styles and designs for her clients. Sammi and Paul do a great job keeping up with trendy nail designs and techniques. They take the time to make sure your nails look perfect before walking out the door.
