People. This place is a hidden gem for pedicures. They consistently do a more through and attentive job than any other place Ive tried in Austin. The polish is precise and always double checked (other places leave smears or uneven paint) and my feet always feel perfectly scrubbed. Prices are also affordable and an excellent value.

People nice mostly. To their defense the 3 times i came in it was close to close. Place needs remodeling very old, but they are moving soon to a remodeled location on Lamar next to Maudies restaurant. Decent prices.

There is no hygiene, during the pedicure I observed that with the same tools that they used with me they used it for another client who arrived, they did not disinfect the nail cutter and a lot of melos the callus peeler, which disgusts, they do not respect the social distancing established, I do not recommend it.

This a my second home, been coming here for 13 years. Great services and their work is awesome!!! Definitely recommend this place!

The young lady that did my eyebrows was really amazing will tender so I would definitely go back Ive been there for years stopped going because Michelle retired I do miss her so so Different while shes not there brow always remain a loyal customer

Service is good.... has definitely gone down since they dont have all the girls helping as they used to. And lets mention changing hours from 8 to 8:30 & now at 10 doesnt help with servicing and getting more clients.Personally I liked the early opening... may need to find a new place now.

Was told to pay before service she stopped to do someones lashes totally thouggt i would take money she had near and asked someone to move itshe did a color i said red she put green and rarely spoke to me

I would have given no star but you have to i had the worse experience here i told the nail tech its been a while since i gotten a pedicure because nobody gets it right i was ensured i came to the right place i told him be careful i have ingrown toenails on my big toes he didnt bother to clip them or even try to get the ingrowns out he filed them and kept moving he ignored me telling him about it and proceeded to literally cut my cuticles and skin and i said hey several times your cutting me he said sorry and kept going he finished my feet and left me sitting in the chair told me to let my feet dry and started another customer never again will i come back for this horrible service i hate Michelle left because these new people suck. Somebody please tell me where Michelle went i miss her!

Great service and took no less than an hour and turned out great.

I love it! I dont like the location but it sure beats other nail and eyebrow places Ive gone. Theyre so kind and nice. They actually do your nails supper good and wont rush if theyre closing you can stay as long as it takes and theyll still be supper nice. Warning theres a lot of people going! Ive waited for 1 hr in a half before just to get my eyebrows done but its totally worth it! (If you have the time)Update: Just dont get your nails done with gel because those dont last here. Other then that the main reason why I come here now is for my eyebrows. I love the way they do my eyebrows!

Been going to this shop for over 12 years never got treated the way I did yesterday. I went to get my nails fixed because the work was sloppy the new manager got mad and told me not to come back really rude. Since Michelle and her husband left that place is not what it used to be I dont recommend this place to anyone. The work is rushed and the polishing of nails look like my 4 year old polished them the quality has really went down since Michelle left.

Ive been going to this Nail salon too long to be treated so poorly. Evidently I had a bad reaction to the gel or the UV light. I showed them what happened they were rude to me. Simply said to me we didnt do that and refused to offer any helpfuI solutions. I never given an issue regarding cost of the services I received. I wasnt asking for a refund but help with horrible looking cuticles and nails. I didnt understand the outcome. Im there every 2 weeks and my nail care is usually 66 dollars plus the tip I give the manicurist and the tip I give the pedicurist. There is no reason all ten of my cuticle beds are ripped up this way. A stranger would not believe I receive regular nail care by looking at my hands.

To start off if I could give them 0 stars I would, it is nothing like the old lilys for sure. The lady that did my nails was real rude and rushed they are different shapes/sizes she sits in front 2nd desk on right. SHe has no people skills once so ever. I told her i wanted to take off nails and redue she said that would take to long she cut my real nails off real low and just put acrylic i am not happy

Dont go the worst Michelle please come back.So I went and took my sister with me all they were worried about was who wes paying then the owner hit my 4 year old in the the as she was walking by. Service is horrible I hate my nails I even saw a customer getting her brows done and they were using old sticks to apply the wax gross .Its a shame the old owner worked hard to build. business only for others to just tear it down

Hit or miss at this place. I had my nails done which I was pretty pleased with but not even one week later my nails started to hurt. I removed them right away now 3 weeks later my nails still feel brittle and weak. Not going back .

This place has gone down since the new owner have taken over.. every time I show a picture of a design I want the lady always make excuses just not to do it. And on top of that prices are high.. I so need to find some where else to go

I mean the service wasn’t really good plus when the lady who did my nails put the clear nail polish like a little smudge and by two days the nail polish was chipping.
