I love this place! I live in the area and when they finally opened I decided to check it out because I’ve tried a few places in the area that just were not amazing. The service here is above and beyond from the presentation of the salon to making sure you are comfortable the whole experience. What I love the most is that even though this place is probably the best in the area their prices are the same as every other salon in the area. I recommend everyone to check it out .

Im so happy I found Nails By Pro! They are my go-to nail salon – well worth the 30 minute drive from my house. The entire staff is so friendly and professional, and the salon is spacious and clean. Christina is an absolute artist when it comes to my dip powder manicures. Shes so creative and meticulous, my nails always look amazing and I get a ton of compliments!

I’ve been going to Nails by Pro salon since I moved to Austin a few years ago. Everyone is always personable and excellent at what they do. The salon is consistently very clean and provides an overall relaxing experience, no matter the service. I never know what I want to do with nail art, but they can truly take any inspiration and make magic happen. Definitely my top recommendation to anyone asking where to go!

Ive been going to Nails By Pro for a few months now. I drive all the way from Kyle to Austin once a month to get them done by Christina. Other than quality, customer service and timeliness are of the most important things to me. Ive been getting my nails done regularly for the past 7 years and honestly, this is the best shop, by far, that Ive ever been to. The quality you get for the price you pay is an absolute steal. I have no plans of going anywhere else. Christina takes her time. She is patient and talented. Sometimes I go in there having no idea what I want, but she always comes up with something amazing. However, when there is a particular design I want, theres nothing she cant do.

I spent $75 on gel sea salt pedicure and eye brows including a $15 tip.. the color on my toes is very uneven, and my feet still have dry places with dead skin.. Ive paid less for the same treatment when I lived north and was happier then. What happened? Why does my pedicure not look good after that kind of money being spent? Granted my technician was quiet and nice.

⚠️Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There will never be a third visit. Ann and Christina both provided disappointing results. Customer had to coach Ann through the powder dip nail set. Over 3 hours that resulted in uneven and lumpy tips. As for Christina, Ive seen her work. So, the thick and bulky acrylic nail set leads me to believe it was intentional.

I’ve been here a couple times and have always had a great experience. I guess today was just super busy and so others were having to do tasks they are not comfortable with. Christina seems to be to only person who can do brows and I got someone new thinking she knew what she was doing. I asked “please do not thin brows” and after looking in mirror I saw that my eyebrows were way thinner than before and do not look right. I am very disappointed.

I got an ombré set and I’m amazed at how natural the blend looks. She was so sweet we had amazing conversation!! I’m saddened I don’t live here and can’t come back to be a regular of hers but I will see her again on my travels back! I highly recommend this place based on cleanliness as well!

Ive came here multiple times and every time I come, I get told to come back later. Even when I made an appointment to get my nails done and they confirmed it,they called me to reschedule it. I come to my appointment and I had to wait for an hour . Yet still no service. Nail designs look great by the look of the photos but customer service lacks . Don’t recommend.

Let me share the fact that I’ve been doing my nails for 35 years. So you can imagine I have been to many other places. First of all there prices are lower then most. They use top end chemicals, my fills last me up to 5 weeks. This is only because of my illnesses prevent me sometimes from getting my fills. Another great thing is they are open late to accommodate the working ladies. You also get a glass of wine. You’re completely pampered at this amazing salon. The salon is beyond clean and extremely professional. They have beautiful chairs that keep you relaxed. My favorite girl is Christina. I have been seeing her for about 5 years now, I’ve never found anyone so talented in my 35years of doing my nails. She’s is such a sweet girl, and so is her partner named Ann. They carry more acrylic colors that I’ve ever seen in my experience. And as for Christina she is truly the master of nail art. I’ve never ever had anybody that can do the designs that she does with me. I always feel relaxed and love to go see them,
