I stopped in with an oops. I tried to color my own hair and the roots were orange! Stephanie took me right away and worked me into her already busy schedule. Not only did she color match perfectly, but the root to end was rich and beautiful. She added a secret touch at the shampoo bowl that created all over BAM! This place has friendly employees that get the job done. However, what irritates me is that they’re always running late. Maybe they are just understaffed, but it’s gotten to the point where it doesn’t even pay to make an appointment. Whether you walk in or call ahead, you’ll be waiting a solid 10 - 15 minutes.

I recently went and got a haircut here after putting it off during quarantine, and was looking really shaggy. Samm made it easy, gave me the exact cut I want, and was professional and safe during. Was really happy with how I looked, and how easy the experience was during all the craziness of the pandemic right now.Will definitely be going back again!

Okay I did an online appointment 3 days ahead but only to fine out that when I arrived for my 10:00 a.m. they didnt receive my online request until 9 that morning so I would have to come back at 1:30 for a hair cut, my stylist Kaylen was very friendly and told me next time to call for an appointment

Ive been cutting my own hair for over 10 years. They did a good job, since I didnt have time to myself.

The stylist cutting my hair seemed to not know what she was doing. She asked for help from multiple other stylists during my haircut. Its better to ask for help than to just give me a bad haircut, so I do appreciate that aspect of it, but I have never had anyone struggle that much when cutting my hair.

My hair Is long and I always go very blonde. I go to Paige and she does an AMAZING job every time !! Staff is very nice and fun to talk to when Im getting my hair done. Recommend this place to anyone. Stephanie also does a great job with cutting/styling long hair as well. Purchase all hair products here too and they work very well and last me a long time.

Usually a fine experience, once or twice Ive had minor issues that require me to return for a touch up. The best thing about Cost Cutters is that you can usually actually get in with little notice.

This is always a great place to get a hair cut. They know what they’re doing, and have helped me get two boys in at a time or fixed hair problems for myself.

Walk-in based business, with ability to take appointments for styles, colors, or processing of hair. Very personable employees, who always go out of their way to make sure they are taking care of you. If they are busy they let you put your name on the list and come back! So not only do you not have to wait in store, but if you are back before someone ahead of you, you can be pushed forward with less of a wait! They also let you call while you are on your way, and get on the list. Very cost conscious, and easy to work with if you have a busy schedule.

They butchered my hair, the sides were not near short enough even when her hair was used as a reference point. The to was asked to leave 2.5 to 3 finger lengths on top and I maybe have 1.5 finger lengths down the center on the very top. Im very upset with my haircut and would give it less than 1 start of I could.

I like this place, prices is right for a quick cut. Ten or fifteen minute wait, kids liked their haircuts and the staff were pleasant and good conversationalists with the kids.

Went there to get a haircut they were busy so i made an appointment the same day a couple hours later when i got there i was waiting 20 minutes after my appointment and still did not get cut

I called early to see if they had walk ins. They said no but the earliest would be 2:30 pm. I agreed. Got there 15 mins early and was told i did NOT have an appointment. I called the number on the page. I waited 20 mins for a simple high and tight cut. Staff was nice.

I went to Mao when she was at SmartStyle in Walmart. She did an amazing job giving me highlights. I now see her at Cost Cutters and she is the only one that was able to see a cut I had 9 years ago in a photo and duplicate it. I will actually be setting up an appointment soon for more layers in my hair and more blonde for Summer. You have to remember everyone has a bad day and especially in customer service its not easy to keep that smile. But if you strike up a conversation with any of the girls that work there and make them smile or laugh youll see a totally different side.

I went here with my mom and I got bangs and a trim, my bangs are uneven, I wanted to do framing around my face but she did not do that.
