This place used to be really nice but now is a mess. The owner doing my nails she keep talk on the phone with speaker and her language. Also she keep talk to guy and girl her employee her language all the time when she was doing my nails is really annoying. Also when I go wash my hand I almost fell down because Gel light on floor in the middle of walk ways.

This place used to be really best customer service but reasonly have new employee not professional at all doing my dipping take forever let me seat and waiting at his nails station and I am lean over look he was using his phone and looking for stock at work for. Even focus with client and don’t even say Thank You. Also my dipping 1 finger come off next day. We love the owner she so kind and lovely but sorry we have to find another nails place.

My daughters nails were long and beautiful. She went to Tip Top for a fill and 8 days later she was having her polish changed and THIS is what she found. A MASSIVE fungal infection from Tip Top Nails being unsanitary and not cleaning their tools. She was also told when she went for her fill, Do not use soap to wash your hands only water are you fing kidding me. This place needs shut down. The more I share my daughters story, the more people I find have had the same problem with this place.

This is second time I come for eye brow, run into the same guy again he screw up my eye brow again. One side is longer than other. I know the owner pretty well feel bad to telling the owner. Hopefully she will have more eye brow tech not only 1 guy waxing.

Ive been here a handful of times and LOVE IT. You can walk in or set an appt. I like funky designs off Pintrest and the nail techs always deliver! The salon is super clean and I observed sanitizing taking place after each client. I am in LOVE with my Pintrest inspired Halloween nails! Reasonable prices, awesome service.

Called at 2pm to book pedicures. They said 6pm. We showed up and sat for 35mins. And then they took back 2 other people instead of us even though we booked it. So we left cause we were not waiting for other walkins to get taken ahead of us.

Not worth what I paid for services received. I have natural nails which I have been getting professionally done with gel polish for 2 years. Went here in a bind on vacation. Pedicure was rushed. Barely even applied lotion, which was not applied to my feet. My feet are still rough. My nails I am particular about. Had to ask to have them shaped and taken down with a file. He was trying to clip with nail clippers. I literally said no and took my hand away. Charged $5 for a nail repair . I had one nail that was torn and I asked for a dot of glue. Apparently this is what I paid for the repair??? Overall $73 dollars is outrageous. I have never paid this for the level of service. I dont mind paying a little more because I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Definitely not here!

The guy who did my nails completely did what I said i didnt want done. My nails are bubbled out instead of being evenly done. Sad because I only go there because I hear good things then I get someone who ruins my experience

Monica did a fantastic job on 1/24/18 correcting the shape and thickness of a full set of acrylics I had done elsewhere. I showed her a pic and she nailed it (no pun intended). She was very gentle and my nails are exactly as I wanted them. I did a dark purple gel polish with matte top coat. Definitely will be going back.

The hot towel that came with the spa pedicure was too hot and it burned my right leg (the technician laughed at me while saying sorry). The gel nail polish was not applied properly to my toes. Parts of my toenails were not painted and parts of my skin were. When it came to my hands, I asked for a full set. All of my finger nails are uneven and misshapen. The gel polish was applied uneven and the top coat was missing all together on the sides. I paid far too much to be rushed, handed off, and neglected.Sincerely,an Unhappy Customer

By far, the best nail salon in the Olean area. The salon is extremely clean. The prices are good. The workers are always super friendly and the quality of work is top notch.

I got a pedi. And had me out when i asked.

My granddaughter called and scheduled an appointment for 12:00. We arrived to the appointment 7 minutes early and they made her wait 40 minutes before they took her.  Someone that walked without an appointment was given her spot. That is very unprofessional and not right. They told her it would be another 5 to 10 minutes and made her wait 40 minutes.  They flat out lied to her.  I had to wait in my car for nearly 2 hours in the heat.  When my granddaughter came out and showed me her fingersnails, the nail polish was thick and gooey and had smudges on one.  They didnt even put them under for drying time.  I called them after I got home and told them what happened and all they said was Im sorry. Never offered to say come back and we will give you a discount for your inconvenience or anything.  Never will go back to this place again.  Very unorganized and highly unprofessional.   I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

My wife went in and got a gel full set. She keptTelling them they were crooked and needed to be fixed and they didn’t fix them. One hand had longer nails and the other hand have extremely short nails. Lumpy and uneven.

OUTSTANDING service!!!!! My daughter and I got to TTN around 7:50pm in hopes to get nails done for the weekend prom...well for my daughter that is :). We didnt have an appt, but another lady who walked in after us did. The manager explained she was going to take the lady first because she had an appt but we could wait if we liked, it would just be a few more minutes. We were fine with that and completely understood. Appts do come first!!!But when I say outstanding service, I mean it! They spoke with us, asked us about ourselves and just had a nice generous conversation with us, unlike most other nail salons that chatter with themselves. They didnt rush our pedicures, manicures or eye brow waxes even though they closed at 9. We didnt leave the store until after 10! But its because we were given service as if we were the first customers of the day. They didnt try rushing us out of there! Every bit of detail was done perfectly.I will absolutely come back here again and again!! Thank you for your beautiful art work on my daughters nails and the time you gave us.

I took my mom to get her nails done there today for mother’s day we waited for over an hour, two people came in after us and they took the two that came in after us ( and no they did not have an appointment) and acted like we weren’t even sitting there! Very frustrating to be ignored and made to feel unimportant! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!! 😡
