The first few times I came here it was nice. They were very attentive and the service was good.Now the last two times I came in the customer service was awful.One Saturday I came in for a manicure, they said they were busy and to come back in an hourSo I did, when I returned the gentleman in front asked what I needed and when I said a manicure he said that they were too full the rest of the day.When I questioned why even bother asking me what I needed and why ask me to return he played dumb and couldn’t answer my question.This last time I went in I was turned me away because I didn’t have an appointment. The sign on the door clearly states “Walk Ins welcome” there were two women on their playing on their phone. Not sure why neither of them could assist me.It’s a shame, they had great prices.. but I won’t be returning.

This is one of the best nail salons in my neighborhood and believe me Ive tried them all! Its very soothing inside and clean. I felt very safe inside seeing that Everyone was wearing a mask and the stations were divided with plexiglass, with lots of wiping down going on after people leave. The staff are friendly and great at what they do. Jonathan and Andy are fantastic! I highly recommend this place!

First time going and it took the older guy 30min just to glue on the tips and that ended up being a patchwork job with some acrylic. After finishing up there was a huge dry glob of acrylic under my thumb nail that I cant just pop off. The sides of my nails on 7 out of 10 are not smooth. Im a big believer in second chances but not this time. **UPDATE** After 1 week, a nail popped off. Before I could get it fixed 2 more came off. Ended up removing them all.

I have been going here for years but I have noticed that the last 3 times I have been there the owner Vicky has been rude to customers and today with me..I dont think I will be going back.

This place is Absolutely unprofessional and unfair if you don’t consume and get something expensive they do not treat you the same as other people and don’t offer anything

What a horrible experience getting my nails done. Jonathan does not know how to do nails at all, especially artificial sets.This place would not help me out in resolving my nail issues. Management needs to get to know their customers better by listening to their needs especially when paying a lot for sets, nail design and sns.Very poor services and nail technicians.

I have a wonderful experience at C&K nails today. I came in after a long day at work so i decided to pamper myself with a pedicure. My tech is Erica, she is so wonderful and nice . She is so patience and really spend time to work on my feet. I run a lot so i built a lot od callus. She makes sure to smooth them real good. The price is very reasonable. I will definitely coming back to see her at least one a month!

I had been to this salon of and on for 2 years now, and I always had a wonderful experience. The salon is very well - kept and cleaned . They did all kind of the design up to your request.My lady last time was Tammy, she is down to earth, easy going and very detailed on what she did. I love her works so much. They both took their times to work on our feet. My husband enjoyed his pedicure so much that he wanted to come with me every month now. The offered free beverages and snacks. Having a great experience with my friends today. The shop is small but cute, they have a huge selection of nail polishes and gel colors. The staffs are nice and really take their time on the service. We were offered beverages upon sitting down. Having a good time though. We will try to get together every month here.

After moved to Austin, i am so afraid to try new place so Friday afternoon i decided to stop by at C&K nails to get my feet done. OMG. I am so happy. The nail salon I usually go to was closed so I came here. The tech jonathan didnt say a word to me the whole time. Towards the end I was curious if he had the color I picked in a shade darker and with a slight attitude his response was if you didnt see it we dont have it. He seemed very fast during the process as to get me out asap. I was the only customer in the store yet not one word was said to me. Def wont be returning.

C & K Nails service is quite professional. This places equipped with modern, convenient and hygienic tools to contribute perfect results. The staffs are also quite good! They really take the time and concentrate in their work to make sure our nails look fabulous. I like how detail they worked and converse with customers. The price is competitive too compare to other salons around here..

I love coming to this place with my friends. We tried to come at least one a month for our pedicures. They did a great job on the heel as well as the massage . It feels wonderful. They have a huge color selection of regular color as well as the gel ones. Happy every time!

Ive tried a few places in the Austin area, but C&K are by far my favorite. Its been my nail salon for over 4 years now. Its perfect for a pamper me day or just to get your manicure/pedicure done on the go. The luxury Pedicure with a hot stone massage or paraffin wrap are amongst my favorite. The staff are friendly, and very flexible and accommodating.

Hands down my only place in Austin to get my nails done. Johnathon did an excellent job and was so meticulous, I knew I was getting a great manicure before he was even done!

Today was my first time at C & K nails and I had a great first experience! Kristy was very friendly and did a wonderful job! C & K Nails will definitely be my new go to place.

Went in for the Organic Premium pedicure and the massage itself was good and felt nice. However, the massage lotion was very cheap and of terrible quality. The lotion left a sticky residue and it provided no moisture and worst of all, it left white peeling residue all over my legs.Now the pedicure- very, very, very disappointing. Polish on my skin...toes not completely polished and toenails weren’t trimmed evenly. Very disappointed and a waste of $50. Needless to say, I’ll never go back or recommend this place to anyone.Andy should stick to massages, not painting.The two stars is for the free wifi they have and complimentary chips. They have beverages but if you don’t ask, they won’t offer.

Came in to get a service done and was told they would not help me because they closed at 7pm. I have never had a salon tell me they could not see me 30 minutes prior to closing. In my opinion this is terrible customer service. I just moved within walking distance of this nail salon and was so exited to try it out but now I will NOT be returning. Thats a silly way to loose a regular Customer and not to toot my own horn but I am a damn good tipper! Your loss C & K nails!!!!! Looks like Ill be giving all my business to a salon that appreciates it even if its a drive

Talked about me behind my back while I was selecting a color. Little did they know, I speak their language and understood every word. Very rude and unprofessional. Dont go here, they will make you feel as if you are wasting their time even though they only had one customer in the shop when I came in.

Absolutely love this place! I came here with my mom to get the massage at C & K Nails on a Saturday afternoon. As soon as we got there be on time by the way, we were seated and taken care of. The massage was perfect and it was exactly what I needed after such a stressful semester. My mom also enjoyed it very much. Next, we got a nice facial so my face felt very smooth and clean. Besides, we were given tea and biscuits while we finished our manicure and pedicure. Especially, their manicure, pedicure always come out beautiful and they really take their time. Paul and Sammie were very accommodating throughout and made our first-time spa experience a very pleasant one. Overall, I am very happy with this place.

I had a wonderful experience today with my niece for her birthday. The staffs are so nice and helpful. The lady even did a cute design for my neices toenails. She is so in love with this. We were offered water amd soda . The price is very compatible. Will definitely coming back.

Ive been to a lot of nail places and I was trying to find the perfect balance of quality with price. This place for sure met those criteria. Great experience! Small shop but super clean. They used disposal liner on every pedicure chair . They also offerred soft drink, wine and snacks. The staffs are so nice. They have never disappointed me. Always please with the services.

I had a friend recommend this place to me by a friend... Good work at a cheap price. Well I got the cheap price but thats about it. When they took the nail polish off my acrylics I noticed there was a greenish discoloration... The nail tech noticed too, shrugged, and went on doing my fill. I wasnt too worried, I know nail techs are trained to recognize and take care of nail infections/fungus, and theyre supposed to take care of any problems... Come to find out it was mold!! There was mold under my acrylics and he didnt do anything!! It was the next time I got my nails filled, at a different place, where they noticed the problem and replaced the acrylics. I am disgusted! That nail tech had been too lazy to replace the nails (which was all that needed to be done) and let mold grow under my nails. Never going there again!!

Ive been back several times and be happy with all my visits. The girl who does my acrylics remembers me every time and makes sure to do my nails. She checked before she added a design and told me and made sure I was okay with it. The prices are really, really reasonable-totally worth upgrading to a higher pedicure.

I love this place. Andy and Jonatan are the best. I come here all the time but today I didn’t have the same experience. I believe the owner was the one trying to fix my nail and she seemed really upset while doing it. I didn’t say anything because I always get good service, but she needs to care for all her customers the same way.Just kinda disappointed because I love this place.

I went here because the reviews were really good and I’m newer to the area. A guy named Andy helped me out with a pedicure luxury pedicure. It was one of the worst experiences at a nail salon I’ve had. He barely put any water in the bowl and didn’t start the bubbles until he started (I sat at the pedicure station for about 5-7 mins before he started.) He butchered the cut and filing of my toenails, now they are so short and ugly. When he was cutting my cuticles he cut down my big toe too far and it’s too far then he actually cut my second toe and didn’t even apologize. The painting is good though, he did a good job making my feet smooth, and he offered me a soda... which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. Overall, I’m disappointed in the customer service and the butchering of my toenails.

I have been looking into c&k nails for quite some time. Shamefully, when it’s been a while since getting my nails done I will go to she crappiest place just to get the basic set, then go to somewhere a little better for the fill in. I have read the reviews for this place over and over again. Andy did exactly what I wanted! From shape to even going as far to replace two weak nails at no charge!!!! I have my permanent home at C&K Nails!!! They look amazing 😉Great job Andy!!!

Nails and cuticles looked better when I got there than when I left. Staff is rude. Pedicure was painful. For just a basic pedi and dip nails, I was there for nearly 3.5 hours, even though I was the only customer there for most of that time.

Your neighborhood nail salon and so much more. They do permanent make up for eyebrows, upper eyeliner and lips. They have tues and thurs happy hour, which is awesome. And they always make you feel welcome. If you come on the weekend, make an appointment because you might have to wait 30-45 minutes. Just a tip!!

The service and price were fine, but I asked the lady to do a design on my big toes (I never specify what, just whatever they like to do) and the flowers she did were smeared and generally poorly done. It didnt look professionally done at all.If you just want a straight pedicure this place is fine, but if you like designs, Id go somewhere else.

Prices a bit high, atmosphere average, quality of pedicures vary depending on who attends you ( I prefer a strong leg massage but my attendant barely put pressure into the rock massage while my sister and daughter recieved vigorous massages). The polish color selection is great and the pedicure holds up, even after wearing open toed shoes all week.Im sure if I went more often, I would le it more as I would find an attendant who knew me.

RUDEST STAFF I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I brought my best friend in for a Mani/Pedi for her BIRTHDAY and JONATHAN was extremely rude to her from the second we got there. He basically kept telling her she should just leave because she wanted ombre nails and it took a long time while the salon got busy with walk-ins. Even the MANAGER was rude to us, complaining about how long we had been there and that other people were waiting...I dont consider 2 hours an excessively long time for a pedicure and sns manicure-which they said they had time for before doing... When I complained about how rude they were being, no one would even look at me. I am in shock. Never experienced anything like that in my life. I paid $100 for being treated like a complete inconvenience the entire time, and I booked this appointment a week in advance.

Went in for a quick simple manicue, I was pleasantly please with Andys work. I will definitely be a return customer.

They always take care of me whether I come alone or my moms group. They are *AMAZING* at copying (or inventing) pinterest nail designs. Ive never felt rushed or out of the loop and their tools are really clean! We go once every couple months now, more if we can afford it!!!

They were incredibly rude to my family and I, and the nail tech didn’t notify me of the $10 upcharge. Seeing as I just got a full set of acrylic’s with a solid color, i was confused as to where the extra charge came from. I was told that it was because they were long. I’ve never been charged an extra $10 just for keeping my nails long. My mother, sisters and I will be taking our business elsewhere.

Went in once, had a terrible experience, but after I left a gentleman working there walked out and gave me an offer, he was very nice and I came back to give them another chance. I like my nails and will come back.

I went here for sns nails and they came out ugly and bumpy. The nail technician mess up the first time and had to start all over again. It took about an hour and a half to get them done. Way too long!! I was never offered a drink like all the other guest. I would defiantly not return here again.

HORRIBLEThe lady walked off left me sitting for almost 40 min, the massage was her gently brushing her hands up and down my legs and feet that was more irritating than anything. She cut my nails at an angle and painted more of my toes than anything.Do NOT go here.

This place is a joke!!! Made my daughter and her friend wait more than an hour and a half because they were 10 minutes late for their appointment! But they let other grown ups that got there after them go before them just because they are kids and not adults. Horrible!!! Then wanted to argue with me because I was rightfully pissed off.

Very clean and friendly and they always do a good job on my pedicure and gel manicure. Gel manicure always last more than 3 weeks for me.

Had the worst customer service ever! Upon arrival entering the door the open sign is on, a young lady tells me its closed. I told her the sign is on, she said sorry there is a sign at the door that says we close at 7:00pm. I told her I apologize but I did not see the sign the door is open. She told me well we are closed.The worst customer service! I told her I apologize but the door is open, the open sign is on and it gets turned off as soon as they see me stepping in! There is different ways to approach someone, its not like Im asking for a free service, I just moved to the area and figured it was great having a nail place close to where I live.

I have been here three times, hoping my experience would be better the next time. Nope. Let me explain, for years i used to bite my nails and about three months ago i finally got the will to stop. And i had long strong beautiful nails. I was so happy. My sister decied its time to gobget our nails done professinally. I told my nail tech mutiple times. I repeat mutiplie times do NOT cut my nails. Just file them to make them even. I bet youncan tell where im going... Yes she compleatly ignored me and cut my nails down to a flipping nub. Im pissed. Oh but it gets better after she ignored my request sje decied to cut so much of my cuticle four of my fings started to bleed and. And now has scabs that hurt. And as i said before this was my third time giving this place a chance and they just keep getting worse anf worse. I will never come back here.

My pedicure was nice, but priced high for what I got. My manicure broke the skin but she acted like a contamination incident didnt even happen, not to mention it hurt. Not headed back there again.
