I’ve been going to Maria for almost two years now and she always goes above and beyond with my nails. I’ve been able to grow out my real nails with her help and they’ve never been healthier. I’ve never had a bad experience and think everyone who works there is extremely professional. Maria is amazing and has been able to do any fun design I’ve brought to her. If you go here go to Maria, you won’t regret it!

I love this place! I’ve been with multiple nail techs here but love going with Thuy! She is so sweet, takes her time and makes sure your nails are coming along great every step of the way! I fell in love with mine today. Extremely satisfied!

Regalia has been my go-to nail salon since 2015, it was called the Venetian then. The decor feels elegant, the service is quick, the staff is friendly, and Amy knows a lot of different techniques for fashion nails. Ive never been steered wrong by her suggestions, she has a creative eye too. I usually get long and sharp nails, which can be difficult to get straight on every finger, but Ive never had to worry about that here. Oh and they serve mimosas which is a lovely plus. The Venetian is their most fun pedicure. The Aroma Therapy pedicure option using orange scent is my favorite.

Where to start? Very expensive for the results. The cat eye is barely visible, the cut isnt even, and there are splotches in the paint, not to mention being cut several times. Its a beautiful place, but the result are just unacceptable. $70 charge for a rushed job...

This pedicure costed me 65 dollars… im giving 2 stars cause my manicure is nice. I had to pay 10 dollars to get this removed at other place right after

I been going here for some time. The work Is is great. Maria is a nail goddess. She is such a sweetheart and I love going to visit her. One word....Wow.1st time there....with the wife and it was nothing less than exceptional. Such a great experience for literally my first time doing that before. While I can not comment about how much better it was than another nail and spa place; I do recognize great customer service and attention to their craft. Staff was awesome and took great care of us. I can say we will be back again.

Really loved the way my nails turned out for the most part. But, the lady I had was rushing my nails and never offered me a drink. I felt slightly uncomfortable like I was being judged for being young. Not too sure if I read the vibes wrong but I really think it’s important to make a new customer feel comfortable and I just wasn’t. Probably will not be returning. My nail tech never checked to make sure the length was even so I have one nail that’s longer than the other, and there was also a bump caused from her handling my hands roughly that didn’t get fixed. For $90 I expect perfect nails. Would only recommend to those who can’t find a salon that can shape nails. I would say that and the selection of color was the most intriguing part. Customer service although, was lacking heavy.

Don’t waste your money and time here, they were pretty rude to me boyfriend and I, she wanted him to pay for a 75 dollar pedicure, when he told her he wanted a regular pedicure. She got upset and did the pedicure in 10 minutes or less. She rushes the service, and over all did a horrible job. Will never come here again because of how poorly their customer service is.

I always love getting treated here! Everyone is fantastic, and recognizes me even if I cant come in for months at a time. They take great care in hygiene, friendliness, and their product. They go above and beyond with their service each time (asking if I need anything, recommending colors and styles, going back over something if needed). I recommend them to everyone, and have taken friends and family each time. Cannot recommend enough, as I know I get the best treatment each time.

This was my first experience at a nail salon in Austin, and it was a great experience. Everyone was so nice and the place was very clean. I got a new full set of SNS with nail tips/extensions with Amy. She is super talented and makes sure she understands what you want. She also makes sure that you like how it’s coming out every step of the way and has no problem with adjusting your nails to your liking. This place was really great and I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend coming here!

As someone who does not have a certain nailperson to go to, getting my nails done always makes me so nervous and anxious. I have had many bad experiences and hardly any great ones... until Austin Regalia!Jimmy was very open with what he thought would look good for my nails and what might not, since I recently had solar nails applied to my natural nails. Im thankful for his honesty and I was able to get what I originally wanted. He copied exactly from a photo that I showed him. Im so thankful for him and I will make sure that I return to see him!

I have been going to a nail salon run by the same owner of this salon for the past 13 years. Im very loyal when I find a salon that I can trust. Kaitlyn both owns/runs the salon and does my nails. She does an excellent job! The salon is clean and beautiful. She has complimentary beverages and fresh fruit.

I had been coming to this salon for over a year but had to take my business elsewhere. While they are professional and do a great job, they do not clean or sanitize their tools which led an infection on my fingers after trying a dip manicure. The attachments that are used on the file for dip nails are thrown into a box and covered with other clients skin and dip residue. They don’t clean these attachments between clients or use new ones. After my first dip manicure I broke out in an infection on the skin around my cuticles, red bumpy and itchy that lasted a week or so. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back but the same exact thing happened. I won’t be going back again. This hasn’t happened at other salons.

My tech was nice but seemed inexperienced.He filed the corners of my nails in a way where 3 of them split and broke at the free edge within 2 days of my manicure.I had a basic many pedi with gel polish.The pedicure was $50. Esthetically( the way the salon looks) it may be worth 50 but practically it was not worth $50. Both my nails and toes recieved 2 Coates of gel polish, they must have been extremely thin Coates because there is transparency on both.Sadly And expensively I will have to get my nails done again asap.Over-all its a large nail salon that can accommodate many clients at once.Prices are steep and services need improved. I would return but would ask for a different nail tech in hopes of a better service.

I went in for a basic white tip acrylic nail and got a sns dip French tip.....i was never offered a drink that is complementary and I was charged $60 and there is glue or something left all over my fingers. The atmosphere was great. I had lilly and she was very nice but for $60 I expect nothing left.....the place was clean and i didnt want the sns I wanted the acrylic and didnt realize what she was doing until it was to late. Im not sure if ill be back.

Amy did a fantastic job doing ombre French manicure 💅. Very worth your time and money 💴. Plus the have wine and they massage your hands and arms. They make you feel right at home. Every one so very nice.

There was a small hole liked into the back of one of the panels and they didnt try to compensate me, but instead promised to replace the panel. Awesome service!

MARIA! She has been my nail tech for years! She has a lot of experience and always listens to the customers request. That’s initially why I kept returning to her, because she always listens to what I want. I can show her pics and she can nail it spot on! She’s also so sweet and takes her time. I only trust her for both my pedi and full sets. I can not/will not see anyone but Maria. I know the other techs do a good job and care about their customers but I am loyal to Maria. I also want to add that the salon is well kept and very clean. The other employees are also so helpful and happy to help. The salon is a hidden gem and stays busy so make appointments ahead of time to get your favorite tech. If you can book an appointment with Maria I highly recommend her. I just love her. 💋❤️

LOVED THIS PLACE. V did such a great job on my nails this morning. I am newish to the area and 2 weeks before I went to their neighbors Diamond nails and they did a terrible job and I was so fed up. V took her time and did everything and more. I am so happy and will be back.

Awful! I felt like it was a juggling act the entire time. I went in for a manicure/pedicure and didnt have the opportunity to relax. I was holding water bowls, pillows, the UV light. What a mess. I paid for a massage and instead got someone to quickly rub lotion on my arm and walk away.To top it off, when the lady was removing the old shellac on my nails, she filed them down so thin to the point that they burned. They are so brittle now that less than a week later I have 4 chipped nails! I had really high hopes for this place and it was a huge let down.

Decided to give this place a try since my regular spot was closed due to covid.. Came to do my nails and Eyebrows... ended up not getting my nails because my eyebrows were left uneven and lost my shape!!! My sister got her nails while she waited on me and one of her nails came out crooked. After letting the nail tech know she just ignored her and continued finishing the set... was charged $5 more because they were considered long... we paid either way just will never come back to this place!!

The last three times that I’ve had a pedicure here, Dang was the gentleman who took care of me. He’s absolutely great! From the precision of a French tip to a nice and clean single color, I’ve always walked out happy with the service. I never feel like he rushes through anything and his hot stone & foot massages are wonderful!

This is the only place I go where my nails NEVER chip or get ruined. I get the SNS dip, and every time they look perfect until my nail grows out. I get the color funny bunny which is an off-white that never stains! I get at least 20 compliments every time I get them done. By far the best place in Austin to get nails done, plus the staff are friendly and the place is clean.

Love that they take there time on you and care about how you like things. My new favorite place to go to.

Believe me when I tell you this! I have been north,south, and west looking for a Nail Salon that I felt like would meet my expectations based on what Im asking for, and how much Im having to pay for these services! I have been from Cedar Park all the way down to Kyle trying to find a place that met all my expectations without having to drive to Timbuktu. So when I first got to this place it was very clean its very spacious and there is plenty of stuff to help. never have I had to wait for a seat or prompt service. they serve beverages, with fresh fruit, water, diet coke, whichever you like. And their main goal is to achieve Top Notch 100% customer satisfaction. no, I will not tell you who my nail tech is because I do not want him to get too booked up for me not to come and see him anymore. Just kidding his name is Jason and he is amazing! He works so hard and he is so detailed, he takes his time and you can tell that he has immense pride in what he does and he always wants to make sure that you are happy with the end product but if you are not, he is more than happy to fix it until you are 100% satisfied.

Huge area with plenty of pedicure setups for a party or event. I had a gel manicure started while I was getting a pedicure, so it was very efficient. Kim was really nice and did a great job with the gel manicure. I didnt catch the name of the man doing the pedicure but he was very nice as well. Prices are great for the service you get. Definitely recommend coming here!

I cannot believe the experience I had. I arrived mid morning because I wanted a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Although the entire manicure section- all 15+ seats- are available, another technician and his client sit directly next to us. I voiced that this annoyed me, neither tech responded other than smiling and laughing, although I clearly was not smiling.At one point the other tech looks at my nails and begins speaking to my tech. Of course I cant understand, and that only makes me more annoyed.Then my tech thought I wanted the sns over my extremely grown out acrylics. I didnt see how that made sense. I told her no I needed those removed and then a new manicure.The receptionist comes over to both our technicians and puts a small stack of cash on each table. I found that very odd and unprofessional.After soaking my nails in acetone, instead of scraping off the residue the tech takes one of those drill things to my nails. Huge chunks of acrylic fly everywhere- my face, my eye, my hair, my clothes- on her as well.I could not believe what a frustrating experience this was turning into. I told my tech I changed my mind and I would like to stop after she removed all my old polish.As Im paying, I ask the receptionist about all of these things. In a droning full voice all she can say is hmm I dont know, Im sorry.All around awful. Would never recommend to anyone.

I initially started coming here because I wanted to dry Dip and my friend referred this place to me. This is a wonderful nail salon! They are all artists with their gel productsI enjoy my conversations with them while they are doing my nails. I really like how they came out. I FELT like a spa experience! My new favorite place to come to.

My hands down favorite place in South Austin for manicures and pedicures. I always make an appointment with Jason because he just does a top notch job every time. It all started when the guy I normally see wasnt there and after spending 3 hours in a nail salon on Memorial Day I should have known. Seriously if I could I would give 0 stars. I have been coming to this nail salon for years. The third picture was what I originally wanted and the first and second picture was what I walked out with... not to mention I was charged full price. While I was getting pedicure, I showed Stephen what I wanted on my hands. He initially told me that he didnt think they had the proper decals to accomplish this look. I explained no problem and that I knew of another place that did. I suppose not trying to miss out on a sale, the manager steps in and starts pressuring me into getting manicure here. She went to Hobby Lobby and proceeded to get beads in an attempt of cheap knock off look. She came to me and waved what she had bought in my face for a total of five seconds.. I think hoping I wouldnt notice that they are not going to work at all. As soon as Stephen started to apply he saw they were not going to work. Im not upset they werent able to do it. I am upset they told me thousands of times they were going to be able to do it and then when they werent they still charged as if they had done an exceptional job..... sad news for me is that I am now in the market for a new nail salon.

I have finally found my nail place y’all! They do an amazing job every time I go here! I usually get the SNS nail dipping powder. They take their time and make sure that they do it right. If there is a wait, it’s worth it. I recommend not making an appointment since they take so many walk ins. Clean and welcoming! They have wine! Amazing art and they’ve got TVs and comfy chairs. Very wide variety of n colors and services. This place has won me over and I made sure to try it multiple times with different people before I made this review.

I had a pretty OK experience here. The owner is super nice and does an incredible job and the other ladies are very good too. The salon is very clean and they had a lot of colors to choose from. In summary, I love how my nails come out!

This place is great so welcoming and cozy. Maria is the best she made me feel so comfortable, and wanted to make sure I was happy with the service she was providing. I dont go to nail salons very often because I dont feel very comfortable but I definitely will go back. If you go ask for Maria she is amazing! But whoever you get I bet will make sure you are taken care of.

I was extremely excited to try this place out after a friend of mine had been raving about it. I have been going to the same place for SNS for 6 months prior. Venetian has a ton of different color options, which I was excited about, but there were so many that I had a hard time choosing and was ultimately indifferent about the color. The lady who did my nails didnt shape them that well (just rounded, but some go more one way or the other) and cut my cuticle on accident. Overall, Im sure once my cuticles heal they will look okay. Im just slightly nervous that they are going to crack quickly since they look kind of thin.

Came in as a walk in with no wait. Very nice and clean on the inside. We were greeted and right away seated. They offered wine or Margarita, and also had sweets and non-alcoholic drinks for the little ones. Today there was a local guitarist that provided nice music to listen to. The pedicure was very great and I enjoyed it. The staff was very nice and offered a great conversation. I will definitely be back.

So happy to have found this place! The manicurist did an amazing job on my acrylic nails and I loved it! The environment was calm and very clean. I will definitely come here again in the future.

Been here multiple times for SNS & pedicures. I always end up with a different nail tech and for the most part they all do a great job 🙂 if you’re not happy with your nails or chip within a couple days they are always happy to fix them too.

Just moved to Austin and I’ve tried several salons so far - thankfully no more! Lena took care of my nails and I’m so pleased! The salon is very clean, everyone is super friendly, and I overheard they will mix you a color if you need something special! This is an older post: Super sweet girl at front desk. Manicurist did a great gel manicure and the guy did a great pedicure. I Iove the foot massage and The chair massages. And the new girl at the front desk is so much better than their usual guy. She’s nice fast and attentive. I don’t know if there is a language barrier with their usual guy but he comes off as rude and disingenuine. They also have an older lady who does manicures that seriously needs a smile and a personality. But this time I was impressed. The 3 new young people there today were very efficient. I love my nails and I left happy with the experience. Thank you! Newer post: I keep going back because they are fast and have good specials. The place keeps busy. I like the staff and location. I have been coming here since they opened. This shop is amazing. All of the ladies are artists. They took their time, made me feel pampered and relaxed. The atmosphere is ten times better here than stuffy, catty salons. I will not hesitate to return.

I read in most of the reviews and I decided to check it out. I love Jeson .. even though he had to work later than usual BUT not rushed onto my nails. He took extra special care when I told him this manicure was for my wedding. Five stars for him and definitely will returning!

Friendly customer service. We made an appointment three weeks prior and they called to confirm the day before. They communicated very well. They had our chairs ready when we arrived and made room for my stroller. The acrylic nail smell is not strong at all but instead smells of a gentle clean freshener.We we offered drinks and fresh fruit during our pedicures and got to sit in our massage chairs during our manicures.Everyone was very friendly. We will be back. We found a place that feels like home.

I have always had great experiences there. The paraffin wax that comes with the mani and pedi is heaven. They work efficiently but I never feel rushed. My gel nails last 3-4 weeks. The new growth is the only way you know it is an old mani. Pedis last at least 6 weeks. Thus is my go to salon.

This place looks great and has lots of. colors to choose from. We waited around for a whiiiiillllle to start our pedicure, we selected the middle level pedicure for $40 with gel on toes. The total was $75!!!!!! to do a pedicure, remove my SNS nails, and do gel on my toes. I was pretty disappointed not to mention because we were there for almost 2 hours and I ran out of time and couldnt even get my nails done.honestly not the best nail salon and definitely not worth the price not coming back here again!

First time going here. They were very busy on Saturday, but my nail techs both took their time with my full set and pedicure! The salon is clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. They also serve drinks and mimosas! This is my new go to salon in Austin.

MARIA IS THE BEST! Hands down best sns manicure every time. I do knock off one star because they rarely run on time, even when I make appointment. I try to go on my lunch break, so when I make an appt and they are running 30 minutes late, it messes with my schedule. But other than that, the salon is clean, hundreds of colors to choose from— these people know that they are doing :)
