These are some of the nicest apartments I’ve found myself in. The staff is extremely professional and are always quick to address any of my concerns at the complex. Being able to make this space my own is something I’ve not found anywhere else and I love the layout of our space! In a great location for work and nightlife as a young couple in our mid 20’s! Would highly recommend to any of my friends or family!

I am in complete awe of the service here at M at Lakeline. Upon moving into the complex, the place was delivered absolutely filthy, as if people were still actively living here minus the furnishings. We drove from Florida for 2 straight days to have our place delivered to us an absolute mess. We immediately went to the front desk and the manager Colby to extreme interest and concern in every single detail. Being pregnant we elected to stay in a hotel for the first 2 nights but within 48 hours and considering it was a weekend almost all the rooms were brought to standard before that Monday. The office organized in a timely manner to have the carpets professionally cleaned. Many of the appliances needed attention. It took weeks but the entire team diligently followed up with our concerns and so despite the unfortunate delivery of the space (which we believe was no true fault of the office but rather the previous tenant should have taken some responsibility to clean after themselves appropriately), they have provided my expectation of 5 star service. We like to consider ourselves obliging and respectful tenants and it seems appropriate to be in a complex that matches our respect of their space with how they provide service. Wildly and grateful impressed, and absolutely love the neighborhood and surrounding areas. Could not be more pleased, thank you to the entire team for caring for our concerns.

Sad there is no 4 bedrooms available 😞But the experience we got from Alondra on our tour was definitely amazing! Very professional and had lots of knowledge on the property. We loved everything from this property! The gym has everything you need to get a good workout done!…. And almost forgot to mention the tanning bed! Just amazing, we’re definitely going to be on the lookout for that 4 bedroom!

Alondra gave me a tour recently and I was blown away! Not only is the property immaculate, but she was professional, kind, and a genuine pleasure to work with. When the time comes to move, I will absolutely be giving her a call.

I am a new tenant at The M at Lakeline. I just signed a least. I called at least twice to inquire about the pre moving process because I have no idea how to move forward (such as do I have to set up utilities for the said apartment). I talked to 1 person that always is telling me that Alondra will call me back regarding this details but Alondra never reached out. Finally when I got to talk to this Alondra she said that she never received the message about my inquires. Alondra was very rude in answering what I wanted to know. I just wanted to have a smooth move in but I think thats not going to be possible.

My fiancé and I recently toured with Alondra. She was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. She made us very comfortable in our decision to move to the M!

So my wife and I have lived here since February 2019. During our 2+ years here, we have had beyond exceptional service from the staff; specifically the Manager Colby. He has gone above and beyond for us from our move in, to being in between jobs during the Covid crisis, to us now being at the part of moving out. He has been willing to help even after hours. The apartment service team has always responded in a timely manner to help fix anything that has been put in as a request. The inside of the apartments are updated and well kept. The amenities here have always been accessible, clean, and fun. If you are thinking about moving here, do it. You wont regret it. Make sure you talk with Colby at some point as well to ensure you get the at home friendly feeling we all look for and deserve.

Been living here for the past 2 months and have loved working with Alondra in the leasing office about the apartment complex. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good location in the middle of things (HEB, Sams, Walmart, Mall, main roads, etc.)

We are planning to move to TX from a east coast state and we decided to take a visit to few apt which we found on the Internet. The apt/townhouse in the M looks ok to us so we decided to ask for a visit. But we cant say we like the front desk lady, she is arrogant to us and another visitor (an old lady) who came right before us. There are few nice apts around, we dont really want to keep wasting time there

We had a very bad experience at this complex. Our apartment was not ready for us when we moved in (heat was not turned on to the unit, ice maker in fridge missing, deadbolt on door not working) we had major issues with wasps and ants in our apartment as well as outside in the common areas such as the courtyard, the gate is left open for multiple days at least weekly, other tenants repeatedly hit our cars in our driveway and management was not only not helpful when we had a serious issue with another tenant, but they gave different answers to my husband and I about the situation. This was far and away the worst place I have ever lived.

The M at Lakeline is a place that I’m proud to call home. The property is beautiful, amenities clean and well kept, maintenance prompt and efficient, and the apartment itself is large with an amazing kitchen. But what really sets its apart is the leasing office team, specifically Alondra. She went above and beyond to help my family find the perfect home. The process from tour to move in was seamless and overall the easiest move I’ve ever done. Overall best experience ever!

The Leasing Consultant Betsy, is extremely attentive and professional. Not only is she humble, she listens to details, sympathetic to clients needs, and has a respectable work ethic. I love where I live! The leasing staff is very friendly! Colby is very attentive and helpful! He went the extra mile for my move in and I couldnt be more happy! The apartment is beautiful inside and out. The property is well maintained. The office staff hosts weekly work out classes, toys for tots and various resident activities. There is a large pond which provides a nice running track or picnic area with ducks! I would highly recommend this community!

I moved in to my new home almost three months ago. I’ve waited to write a review because it’s hard to get a feel for a place as soon as you move in. I was very impressed upon the move in but sometimes that feeling doesn’t last. Of course, no place is perfect but this place is pretty darn close. First of all, the community is great! I lost our cat the first week and everyone I ran into was aware that my poor kitty had ran away and everyone was keeping an eye out for her. Don’t worry we found her later that night. Aside from that, the location is perfect. Close enough to the highway without being so close I can hear it and I have everything I need nearby. Even a Life Time Fitness! I mention these first because they’re important to day-to-day life but now about the apartment itself; I can’t think of anything I’d make better. I lived in a “luxury” apartment before this but they don’t compare; the differences are substantial. From the jacuzzi bathtub to guest parking right outside my home, this place is pretty great!If you care to read more, here are a several more reasons I love my new home:1. The lake outside the property has a walking track and places to sit or have a picnic2. The Red Line station is right around the corner so I can get downtown without having to deal with traffic3. Brushy Creek Lake Park is barely 3 miles from my home. I go there to cycle with my road AND mt bike. They have some great trails including paved, off road and a decent man made dirt trail with banks, ramps and bridges. Tip: rent some kayaks and take the family out on the lake.4. I already mentioned that there’s a Life Time Fitness nearby (

Absolutely terrible experience living here. Shady management practices that let unprofessional kids handle customer disputes.I was ok with paying 30% more than market value for a 1 bed x 1 bath apartment thinking I was paying extra for the amenities.So. Wrong.Trash is “valet” and is supposed to be picked up during weekdays, except me and my neighbors went days with trash bags sitting out in the front porch. Sometimes I even saw 2-3 kids driving around in the trash valet pick up golf carts blatantly ignoring the piling bags.The dishwasher was broken for weeks before management actually got someone to fix it, upon threats of suing. Even after the dishwasher was “fixed,” management failed to respond back about basic questions about why the dishwasher was still not functioning properly.Moreover, they towed several neighbors personal vehicles. When inquired, the absolutely unprofessional 2 kids that work there said they were guest vehicles. Okay, so even if it is a guest vehicle why would they tow if off of someone’s driveway?? There were barely enough parking spots for residents let alone guests.Absolutely horrid customer experience and the kids that work here are snarky and rude.

I have lived here for a little over a year now and have to say that this community is one of the best communities that I have lived at. The community as a whole is very nice and friendly, great location. I mainly deal with Macy in the office, but everyone is so nice and willing to help. Maintenance does an awesome job too. Very transparent (which you dont get that any many places). I highly recommend living here.

I would highly recommend The M at Lakeline. I love the location and great apartment. Love having the Metro Rail within walking distance. I read the reviews and was a little worried, but Macy was the one who helped me out and did everything she could to make sure that everything was perfect. I had some minor issues, but the maintenance guy John was very helpful and fixed everything in a timely manner. They did everything that they could and that is all I can ask for. I love it here and would recommend.

Its been a smooth transition and an awesome experience - particularly since Ive not live in an apartment for many years. Its an ideal location for walking, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Its also a great community - the units are well maintained, and the grounds are well kept. The staff are friendly and they kindly respond to the needs of the tenants in a timely manner. It offers the kind of secure, clean and relaxed environment that you can confidently call home. If the individual units were made available for sale, Id gladly purchase mine. Its just that good!!! The apartments are beautiful, the location is great, and the most recent management has done an exceptional job of making this place a top notch complex. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and always accessible. I have seen multiple management changes throughout my time here and can assure you that they are the best, along with the maintenance crew that keeps everything looking perfect and functioning properly.I am extremely happy to call this place home and do not see myself leaving anytime soon, and when I do it will be extremely tough. This place has been a safe haven! The apartment complex is maintained and the residents are friendly. Every time I walk my dog everyone you pass saids hi and you might even make a new friend. This place is next to everything from eating, shopping, or a pool hall. If you have friends and family that will visit, there are plenty of hotels to pick from. The management and staff are amazing!! I love talking to them and I always leave with a smile on my face. My experience in the unit I have been living in for the last four months has been the best apartment living I have had. The kitchen is beautiful, the showers feel like a gentle waterfall, and there is plenty of room and storage. You can hear the neighbors at times but it doesn’t affect us. I haven’t had any problems here or complaints. I won’t be leaving this home until I can buy a home of my own. Truly, out of all the different places I lived at this is truly the best, a move-up!

About Unit 3701.I’ve been out of this apartment for a month. I waited to see if I would forgive but I still don’t.“An error I readily forgive, but wilful negligence or forgetfulness, never.” -The Count of Monte CristoI was misled by the 4 star review here on Google. After 2 months of living in the apartment, I was depressed, suicidal, having a serious mental breakdown due to the noises made by Unit 3702s AC compressor. I wrote a very polite letter to the neighbors. Never got a reply.There were two bedrooms in the unit. The master bedrooms window is right above the neighbors AC, so its noisy day and night. The guest bedroom is noisy and trembling because the neighbors HVAC is right beneath the guest bathroom floor. If you are a prospective tenant, remember to check the unit when 3702s AC is on. You will see what I mean. Remember, you have no control over your neighbors AC.Maintenance member Marcus admitted that the compressors noise was abnormal. It is different than others. He tried to fix it once but failed. Management did nothing else to fix it and said there’s nothing to do. We asked to terminate the lease. Manager Ashley Marter refused unless we would pay 80% of the full lease, which was $15776.Finally, my realtor talked to the manager again and she agreed to terminate the lease with a 60-day notice and 1 month penalty. We paid. We actually already moved out because it was killing me, literally. I thought of cutting my wrist.60-day notice? Penalty for saving my life? It was lucky that I could afford to rent a second place. What if I couldn’t afford that? I should have moved out earlier. It was too dangerous.I have lived in 10+ apartment complexes in the past 7 years as I moved around the country. So far this is the worst. Its really uninhabitable for me. I would not live in it even if you pay me $5000 a month. Seriously.The manager said, if you want no noise, go rent a single-family house, not an apartment. That was a surprisingly irresponsible comment. The noises I experienced were caused by the building quality and defective AC, not because its an apartment.The management (CAF) companys motto is People Matter. What I experienced was quite the opposite. I experienced indifference for the first time in my life.Ive been a business owner myself. I always took responsibility and cared for my customers, even if it meant financial loss on my side. Business, trade, should be win-win. I cant imagine selling defective products and gaining on them. Its anti-society. Customers are not enemies. Customers pay to get what they need, not suffering.I never got an apology, even a simple “sorry”. On the contrary, when I post reviews online, the manager asked me to remove the defaming reviews, citing a paragraph in the leasing agreement and CCed a lawyer. But I am not defaming anyone. What Im saying are only facts and my real experiences.It’s against my conscience not to warn fellow human beings about this dangerously noisy apartment. I still suffer PTSD from it. Even the fridge was unusually loud. And its right outside the master bedroom!Take care.

I love love love my apartment.i have a 3/2. It is very spacious especially when you have an active three year old . The third bedroom is literally her playroom . The management and staff are very professional, especially Mr. Captain . He made me feel very special during the application and move in process. He showed great concern when I had trouble with the moving company. He called around to multiple moving companies after his shift ended to get me a better quota. Thank you 😊 He is a great asset to this property .

This apt is perfect for both small and large familys, from 1 bdrm to a 4bdrm and it has an attached garage. for us its been great, because it feels like a home, with wonderful amenities but without the costs that come with a home. staff is great!! They are always welcoming when I need something and make us feel as if our stay there matters. great location, but not on a busy street which we love

Living at the M has been great so far. No complaints. Anytime I have a service request maintenance is usually there fixing the problem the same day. The gym is very convenient being open 24 hrs and also the business center does come in handy when needed. Would definitely recommend living here.

Im new to the area and had been looking for apartments in Austin for a while. Once I found this complex, I knew it was the right fit for me. Walking in and scheduling a tour of the property was great. All staff was so kind and welcoming. After a tour, I knew this is where I wanted to live. I have lived here for four months and have had no problems with my apartment or staff. The assistant manager, Percy, is what makes this place feel like home. I couldnt think of another place to live.

I moved into The M about 3 weeks ago and so far so good. The grounds are nicely kept and the staff has gone above and beyond to help me feel at home here. The gym is amazing for an apartment community and I like going into the office for free Starbucks and snacks lol I would recommend living here if your looking for an apartment.

I used to like it here and even went so far as to renew my lease, but it does have its cons to staying here. The insulation is terrible, making noise an issue. You can hear whats going on in the apartments around you. Then there is the matter of the garages. Each apartment does come with a garage attached, which is nice and affords extra space as well as a sense of safety for your car. However, the issue comes that when your apartment is sitting above a garage, you can hear and feel everything from the doors opening and closing to the garage light being turned on as well as anything else they happen to be doing down there. Itd be one thing if your apartment is over your own garage, but the building setup can leave you sitting over the garages of other people, putting your level of comfort and quiet at the whims of someone else. If youre lucky, this will be a temporary annoyance of a couple minutes before it stops. If like me, you are not lucky, the neighbor will forget and leave their vent on all day and a good portion of the night, causing vibrations to radiate throughout the apartment. For people who are sensitive to noise and vibrations, this sort of thing is a nightmare and migraine-inducing. I will grant that management has expressed understanding and appear willing to assist with the issue, but it seems to be a matter that could have been avoided with better planning. Youre basically stuck hoping that your neighbor is considerate, otherwise youll either have to endure or try to approach your neighbor yet again for the same issue youve already approached him about five times before.

Management allows tenants with noisy 4 wheelers to drive around the apartment as well as destroy the trail and pond grass and gravel next to it. So unless u want an apartment that allows 4 wheelers to be driven around loudly at 10am 12pm 3pm 7pm go ahead and rent. They are too lazy to identify whom are these tenants and just ignore the complains. Suggest not to rent from them.

We moved in the the cadenza Floor Plan two weeks ago. Everything went perfect. Rene at the front office is AMAZING. He will help with anything you have questions on. They also have a resident referral program. The Amenities are great. It is a nice community every one are friendly. Groceries, Banks Shops Movies etc are less than 5 mn drive. I love the APT so far. We had to call maintenance once to adjust the hot water because it was not to hot when you run a bath i put the order in and they came in less than two hours. I will highly recommend to get an Apartment with a Garage because there is NO parking after 5 pm. So far so good!

Very shady management practices there. The short thick lady that works and lives there is very deceptive and unprofessional. They apartment had all types of leaks, it was not clean and repaired when the gave me the keys. They also did not repair a leak in the apartment that lead to mold growing there and triggering my allergic reaction, compromising my health and that of my family. I confronted them about this, and they said that they would not charge me for the lease break and they honored what they said for 8 months until August of of this year, when they sent collections for rent from Dec to July (original lease end date). They are liars, the apartment was rented much sooner that that. I am not taking them to court to force them to delete the records from my credit report and to pay me for damages. Do not rent there if you may have to relocate for work. They will completely abuse the rental laws of the state and charge you for the entire term, even if they do rent the apartment before the lease end date.

The best thing about this place is the staff!! The leasing staff here are super helpful and friendly. Percy and Desirae were very proffessional and greeted us with smiles when we came to tour and have treated us like friends ever since weve been tenants. They really go above and beyond for their residents! The inside of our apartment is beautiful and the attached garage is really convenient. My fiance and I really love it here!

Fascists. Do not live here if you dont have an extra few hundred to fork over every month. Fines and fees around every corner. Each week a new email is sent out with new and vague demands, with the attached penalties of not meeting such demands. They do not tell you these things when you first move in - they make up new rules as they go! When we first moved here, things were laid back and nice although parking was awful. Theyve gotten new management lately and the new management is merciless, tyrannical, and out to suck every dollar out of your lifeless body.Also, they employ J&J Tow Company which has the MOST complaints of illegal towing in the whole Austin area. Wow! Great job, guys. There is literally ten or so free parking spots for the whole complex to share, and now theyve decided to hire a corrupt tow company. The management here will NOT work with you in any situation and they do not acknowledge their tenants humanity. You are a number, a figure, and a liability. You will be treated like one.

Good location but seems like the builder did not think of the residents if your bedroom is on top of your neighbors garage good luck when they open there garage it will shake your entire bedroom and wake you up and seems like the walls are paper thin. As your laying in bed you can here your neighbor running up there stairs and conversing what helped me in my last month was wearing headphones just so I could feel like I had a separate apartment without headphones feels like your living with your neighbors.

I love it here. They are very pet friendly, and have a nice walking trail. The maintenance staff is very prompt to any issues that I have. The office staff is very friendly too. Overall good property and good management.

The staff here is excellent and very prompt with their responses. I put in a service request online for my dishwasher, and maintenance replaced it the next day. Kelly and Angel did a great job! They completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and didnt keep me waiting all day. Great customer service provided by the maintenance crew and the office. The office (Desirae) even called to make sure everything was working fine. Thank you! Def recommend this place!

Lived in two different apartments so far at this complex. The apartment is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. Easy recommendation if youre looking for a nice place and willing to pay to get it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Parking is horrendous, if people actually used their garages/reserved spots it would help but they dont and the complex cant do anything about it. Shared water so your water bill is very expensive, I live in a 1 bed 1 bath and our water bill is almost $200 for one month. The excuse the apartment gives you is they did not bill us correctly the last month. Received a warning of a lease violation for not picking up pet waste and I pick up after my dog and other peoples dogs everyday. The apartment says a staff member saw someone so I guess they just issue lease violations to everyone in the vicinity and they think thats ok. They have asked how come you dont report someone for not picking up after their dog, how am I supposed to know what dog waste belongs to what apartment? A friend of mine that lives here also got their sons scooter stolen from their porch and there has been drug dealing in this complex. It has been one problem after another here and there is only one staff member that is genuine and actually cares and that is Colby, everyone else doesnt care and are just going through the motions. They have yet to fix the parking lot light near us and its been a couple months, if you submit a ticket and request a certain day/time or request for them to call for access. They will ignore all of it and just show up when they want. AVOID THIS COMPLEX LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

I recently found this Apartment community throughan agent, I called and Colby politely answered and was extremely helpful, in fact within minutes he had sent me information on applying to become a resident, I informed him I was out of town and asked if he would mind showing my girlfriend the apartment, he said quote “ absolutely “ he treated herAs if she was moving in, and completely explained the process in detail, within minutes he sent a application with the information already filled out, I completed the process and within minutes my approval was done, I move in Mid july, I look forward to moving in, thank you Colby for making this easy and painless... 250 thumbs up 👍

I have been living here for about a year now, and I would say my time at the mansion was not the best. When you first come and see the area its nice and the front desk people are nice and it seem like they are trying to get people in just make a dollar. When we moved it, it was never told to us that there is limitation on parking. What I mean about that, if you did not want to have a garage and you had more than one car only one car can park in your spot they signed you and the other car has to find parking around the area, not around the unit that you are renting from just over flow of parking. You would think they would have more parking for the people that are living there and the guest, but sadly there is no parking. When I spoke with the front office, all they can say is that well you can park in front of the office and walk to your home. What type of answer is that. The bathrooms and the water is a big problem. The bathroom has a bad smell too it, when spoke to the front office all they said they can do is put bleach in the tub. The water would be so hard that you would have a orange color around the jets, shower head, and around the top part of the tub. They could not do nothing about it they said. People that have the garage they are supposed to park in or in front and they dont they park in the areas where the over flow is suppose to be available to the people who dont have a garage. It states in the handbook we all signed and there is a rule about it and the office does nothing about it. Over all I would not tell my friends or family to move here. There is way to many problems and they do nothing to fix it. They always have some type of construction going on that takes over 90 days. This place is a hot mess. They need a lot of work and I dont think its going to get any better. The Mansions at Lakeline FIVE THUMPS DOWN!!!!!

UPDATE: I am lowering my rating from 3 to 2 stars due to a problem with billing that has happened multiple times now. Rent is due on the first. My bill is auto payed in full on the first. Management has failed to post the water bill before the first on multiple occasions and then proceeds to send me a late payment notice because I paid my balance on time. Im not late, YOURE LATE!The number of 5 star reviews is the past 2 weeks is also concerning and I am wondering if the complex may be paying for reviews.Original review below:The floor plans are amazing but build quality is an issue.The walls are very thin with little insulation. My bedroom sits above my neighbors garage which serves dual purpose as my alarm clock. You can hear everything that goes on outside and in your neighbors apartment. It is in impossible to keep the apartment at a certain temperature without using significant electricity and even then you may find a room that is at a completely different temperature.With my washer and dryer completely level I can feel vibrations throughout the apartment when they are running. This is the first apartment where I have had this issues so I doubt its the appliance itself.Aside from that I have had no problems with both the old and new management. And the location is very convenient. So an average 3 star review seems fitting.

Unfortunately there is a subtle money maker at Mansions, at the time of move out there is a $100. fee for a plastic bracelet used for the workout area. We were advised we needed it but being an item we never used we didnt think to return it at move out. We didnt realized we should have turned it in until our deposit return reflected the deduction.Other than that cheap shot our experience at Mansions was very nice with the maintenance crew being exceptional.

I recently moved in to this community and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The office staff, especially the property manager Ashley, have been nothing short of amazing. You can tell they really take pride in their work by the way they treat their residents. The maintenance team seems to be on top of things around here as well. For the complex to be so big the grounds are kept in immaculate shape. My apartment is very spacious, and I haven’t had any noise issues from our neighbors like some have mentioned. We recently moved out of a 4 bedroom home and this townhome is much bigger than that! Plus it’s in a prime location near lots of shops and restaurants. Overall this property is definitely worth it, and I would highly recommend anyone living or moving to the north Austin area to check this complex out!

I actually love this place.I could not have been more impressed with everyone in the front office especially Percy, he really went above and beyond with every concern I had while living here. The Apartments are nice, people are nicer. Ive never once had an issue with management, I think they are really easy to get along with and are always quick to resolve issues. I am really sad to be moving but my job relocated me. I definitely recommend The M at Lakeline.

We have resided here for almost three years. Our unit is a 2/2 with attached garage It is very spacious. I was out of town on business but my son found this place for us. We signed the lease without ever seeing the property in person. We have been very impressed with the friendly professional staff, the way they keep the grounds up and the maintenance crew is on point. The only small draw back is parking but, I feel that can be expected in any apartment complex. I really like it here...our place feels like home.

Love living here!!! Everything about this community is PERFECT! The amenities, location,staff, everything. I especially enjoy Percy! He is so delightful, helpful, and full of positive energy. I couldn’t recommend The M more!

My wife and I have lived here for almost a year. The only reason we are leaving is that we had a baby and decided to purchase a home. The salt water pool was great in the summer, the gym is far larger and better equipped than any other apartment gym I have ever used and the free Starbucks coffee machine in the office is a great perk.

Office staff is very friendly and pleasant to communicate with. The maintenance man, John always goes above and beyond. You cannot put a value on good service, this is a great place to call home!

Bait and switch scam artists.I viewed an apartment and really liked it. I asked multiple times so this is the actual unit available that I would be getting? and was assured that yes, this is the unit available.I apply for the unit, then as soon as my payment is processed I am informed that that unit I viewed was not actually available but they had similar ones free.I told them I was no longer interested and they said I could get refunded on my deposit, but no refund has been given and they will not respond to multiple attempts to contact them. This is fraudulent business practice at its finest. I would highly advise going elsewhere.

I moved in and the staff has been very helpful from day one. I blindly put a down payment while in Seattle and moved in a few weeks later. The grounds are well kept, office staff is friendly and attentive. Maintenance helped me with a quickness already. A few minor move in things like dusty baseboards and finger prints on walls were no bother. So far this place is a pleasure!

On the surface, this is a gorgeous place to live.After a month, the luster began to fade.Lets start with my issues:1) My neighbors were crazy loud, almost every single night. Maybe the walls are thin. I could hear every step they made, each TV show they watched, and every song they played.2) Parking is incredibly limited. I was given 1 reserved spot and people would take it all the time if I went out at night. Very frustrating.3) The staff seems to be 100% driven by profit. I understand that the company needs to turn a profit but it seems to be their only goal sometimes. Wish they were less numbers driven and more people driven.4) The a/c and bathroom vents were loud. Not painful but aggravating.5) I felt taken advantage of during the move out process. Do not buy the move out specialsLets end on a high note. My likes:1) Beautiful units and nice pool2) Close to Target, Sams, and Lifetime Fitness3) Large kitchen spaceI really had high hopes for this apartment. The bells and whistles capture you but when you dive deeper, you find yourself a little disappointed.

I moved in about 6 months ago and I have to say that I LOVE IT HERE. I love the apartment, the location and the overall quality of property. Reasonably price for the Austin area. The staff is very friendly.

We havent had any issues at this complex yet. We just moved here the beginning on Feb. The walls are thick and you cant hear your neighbors. The only negative is the neighbors garage door is beneath the bedroom. It isnt the worst thing in the world. I wish the shower water would stay warm longer than it does. The residents all seem nice, the place is well lit, and there isnt any loud obnoxious neighbors screaming in the complex. The utilities and appliances are all brand new plus they function greatly. You can rent a washer and dryer from the recommended supplier. It comes out cheaper than lugging your clothes to a laundry mat 4 times a month.The previous tenant left their At&t equipment in the closet. There was a brief issue with that. But, the leasing manager quickly resolved that the same day. Kudos to her! The previous tenant still hasnt changed their address, and Im not sure why they wouldnt with tax season. It all went straight in the garbage. If you think this is a bad complex, you should rent at The Madison at Walnut Creek next. Now that is a horrible complex.

I love living here, the staff is great especially Percy. He is the reason I chose to be here his personality draws you in and he is very understanding . If you choose to live here, you won’t regret it

So far so good, I moved in two weeks ago. I would re command they have more than one pool due to the size of the community. No deal breaker though. Theres little to no visiting parking. Which is okay for me, less traffic. nice location, very quite, love the view, and office hrs are convenient. I will write another review in a couple of months.

My husband and our daughter have lived here for over a year and even renewed because we are in the process of building. When we first moved in we loved it, the management was kind and attentive.Then the management team changed. Since then, the grounds are not maintained, there is a large police presence attending to various issues in the complex, there are NUMEROUS parties which keep us up most nights, and it is dangerous to even walk your trash out as cars literally RACE with pounding music and base. I am scared to even bring our daughter out to learn to ride a bike because of this.There has been a change to the grounds. Dog poop and cigarette butts everywhere, the pool is a continual party scene and the grills are broken. It seems the management is now renting to groups of 3 or 4 younger people that can split the rent and throw parties.We may have to move if we have not made progress on our build and we certainly did not want to have to do that twice. I will definitely not be recommending this place to young families like ours though, as I once did.

ANTS! ANTS!! We have had to call for pest control multiple times for over a month. And they arent able to get rid of the ants!!!!

This place is amazing, the water pond is beautiful, very friendly and wonderful staff. My kids love the view. My wife likes the construction materials specially the big counter tops. Awesome construction team! Specially the one that works at Lakeway.
