The laundromat was very nice and clean and the attendant was very courteous and friendly. The only thing that I didnt like was that a lot of their machines were out of order including the vending machines with laundry detergent and other item you possibly could purchase if they were working. Thats a big inconvenience for people that are coming there expecting all the machines to be working properly. Also there are no snack or drinking machines there. But overall it was nice and very clean.

Looks like decent equipment, but $2.75 for a single use of a regular top-load washer? Yikes.They do have some larger machines, if you need to wash blankets or something, so that might be helpful for some.

Seems like a nice place, but once you get in there, you see that A LOT of machines are out of order, not restocked with soap, and all of the machines that are credit/debit card compatible Do Not allow the card function to be utilized, which is stupid to not fix, bc a lot of ppl use cards and not cash to feed into the change machine.

I try to use this laundromat because they have one large machine for quilts. For over a year 4 out of 6 machines on a row are ALWAYS broken. The owner never seems to repair anything. By having having to use twice as many small machines I have to spend twice as much money, which is probably why he doesnt care to fix anything. I just lost over half of my income this month. I cannot afford this. The little lady who works here is nice & has to catch all the flack for the owners lack of concern over his business. Its a shame because this location is good & I feel safer here. But I cant keep paying this mans greed.

The place is clean and the staff is nice. Theres a bathroom (for customers), a lounging section with TV, a change machine, water fountain, folding tables, rolly-carts, and vending machine with laundry supplies. They have a lot of dryers (which heat up very well) and a lot of normal sized washers, as well as a two rows of large washers and XL washers. They also offer a drop off laundry service for those who dont have the time to wash and dry themselves. My only complaints are that there is not always a staff member around, it seems to take a long time for them to fix broken machines, and that theres often a little bit of a wait to use XL washers (since there are only 4). Overall though, its a good laundromat.

Bathrooms...!! Omg...! I couldnt even go in, the smell of urine was so overpowering.. Washers worked fine, most dryers work well but those bathrooms are enough to make someone go elsewhere

The prices of the machines are a little high, IMHO. And they close too early (but so does everything else now, thanks to this pLandemic..., But I digress). Their equipment is pretty new, and theyve got the gigantic washing machines that you can fit like 4-5 loads of laundry into! And you can use your credit/debit cards on the bigger machines. So thats cool I guess.The floors and the parking lot is always clean. Its in a great location, you can go grab a bite to eat or go gambling while you wait on your clothes to get done. Yes, its safe. I leave my clothes there washing/drying like every time I go there and Ive never had any issues. So, yeah, I recommend this Wash-n-Go laundromat.

The wash and go laundry is clean and the attendant is friendly and helpful. I did quite a few rugs and was very pleased.

Excellent place to do laundry. Lots of washers and dryers in all sizes. This was our go-to place when our washer and dryer died.

Very clean, lots of machines and accommodated my very large comforter plus a blanket in the same front load washing machine. Dryers were awesome. Took less than an hour to dry my comforter and blanket.

Hey if you gotta get it clean go to the place thats the cleanest. Always appreciate that. Good job.

They have hot dryers and very clean area

I watched them bully an old woman about not wearing a mask (which would likely hurt her health). Plus they closed at the covid scare. Lots of desire to help customers by making them wear dirty laundry during a plague situation.

At almost $3.50/ pound for wash and fold service this place is a rip off. Not to mention the price of wash/ fold isnt listed anywhere. Plus they are super strict about wearing masks, even though things like NBA games are happening with thousands of unmasked people.

I love this washer place.!! I have had a pleasant experience every time I go. Other than the older gentleman who was quite rude over rather or not I could use the change machine before bringing my clothes inside. The ladies who are there more often are very pleasant.

Did not actually use this facility, but I inadvertently called for customer service regarding a machine that ate money at the Wash n Go on Albert Pike. They took my information and promptly called back regarding the issue. Anthony was very nice, especially when we figured out i called the wrong wash n go. Will definitely use one of their locations next year while on vacation.

Lots of machines were out of order but I got the job done.

Most of the machines did not work. One said to be working ate my quarters and didnt work. I asked the worker about it, she gave a nasty additude and told me in putting my money in the wrong slot without even getting off her phone to see what really happened. I know which slot to put my money in.

Though I am a loyal customer to businesses I patronize, this place should be named CANT WASH JUST GO very, very high machine breakdown(QUIT LETTING THE TRACK RUIN THE MACHINES)

Let me start by saying that this is the cleanest laundromat Ive ever been to. The gentleman that was on shift made sure that every machine was clean (consistently), he was very friendly and helpful. They had all different size machines depending on what you were washing or needing. Although the washing machines were a bit pricy it was definitely worth it. I will definitely be going back.

I love the big washers. The attendant was on top of his job. He cleaned filters as soon as he saw someone get done. There was a lot of people there but the had enough washers for everyone.

The facility was very Clean, Excellent Washers and Dryers any size to fit your needs, from small to HUGE Industrial size Machines, plenty of Parking Spaces, and entrance and exits from both Central Ave and Higgdon Ferry Rd, The Manager extremely helpful and Social☺.

They keep it clean, and have plenty of machines. Washers are a bit expensive, and they do have big ones so you can run a big load or wash your bead spread. My cost for 6 loads was about $20 perhaps Im wrong but more than I expected.

Since this is the only kind of decent laundromat(which at $3.25 a load you are paying for it) with later hours, supposedly closes at 10:00pm & I did choose to go here but not anymore. The one star rating is due to the fact the attendee being unreasonable for no reason. Maybe bc she wishes to leave earlier or she is just a unhappy person who by no choice of my own have been made to endure her love of gossipy stories she seems to be all in to it & loves telling stoies about ex husband(s) & being a drunk & drinking beer with Waylan Jennings & not knowing it was him. So since i go in put my clothes in & not become active in the her gravevine(headphones in ears to tune out them stories) then get in & get out. Cuz I want to go home more than anyone quick as possible! I am the one whom receives her grief. I manage at one of the busiest restaurants in town while putting in 70 hrs a week & I can only imagine telling a guest sorry I know our sign says we close at 10:00 but actually you have to be here at 9:45 if you want service here. So FYI if you want to use this laundromat the sign on the door says last wash at 8:30 but in fact I was informed the last wash really is at 8:15, confused yea so was I. Can whoever makes decisions for this place Linda maybe please can you change your sign so that it has correct info on it. Example:Last Wash 8:15 (not 8:30)Last Dry 8:45 (not 9:00)Cuz the current sign is confusing, it leads people to believe that at 8:30 on the dot is when you are allowed to start your last load. But thank you for inspiring me to purchase a washer & dryer & never go back to this place again!

Well what can you say its a laundromat but I mean they got lots of washers and dryers but some of the employees that work there arent the most friendly and a lot of times when youre there there is not any employees there so if the machines take your money or somethings along with the machine its almost impossible to get your money back

They are a bit pricey. Its $2.75 to wash, $1.00 to dry. You can add $.25 over the $1 to add more time. It usually takes me $1.25 to dry my clothes. Its a clean place.
