This place has gone way downhill. The office has wrongfully threatened eviction due to non payment 3 different times! and when i questioned it they said it was an error. The office staff is rude and incompetent. They do not care about pest control either. i hate living here

I just moved in and I must say my unit was great, maintenance did a GREAT JOB!! I was not happy with the cleaning part but nothing I couldnt clean myself. The office staff is nice, ARLEEN was/is very helpful and friendly.

I live across the street - alarms go off constantly at all (late) hours of the night and (early) hours of the morning. It has been going on for months and the complex has clearly done nothing.*UPDATE, MAY 2018* I finally received a response from the property management on Facebook, but I will not be changing my review. The alarm is on the entrance gate and goes off when the gate goes off its track. Their solution (for me) was to call their EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE GUY to fix the gate. I dont even live there! You know whats an emergency? A residents air conditioning going off on a 103 degree day. A residents water running brown. You know whats not? An easily-fixable alarm on an old, rusty gate. I feel terrible for whoever is employed as the emergency maintenance person if this is managements response to every little problem.

A lot of cockroaches, we saw that the apt had bedbugs one month after we move in, they did treatment but we have to live with that almost three months, the apt wasn’t clean, and the mistake was that we didn’t check the apt if it was clean before we sign the lease.

Leasing office and units infested with bed bugs. Office did not notify tenets and allowed children to continue summer camps in office and told no one.

I moved in for a month and I really love I had some problems with the air and a water leak but maintenance got it sober as soon as possible thanks Santoras Villas the office staff is very friendly

I have 15 days since they gave me my apartment but the toilets gave me a terrible time, flushing water fans in poor condition refrigerator with a noise that does not stop all day in the laundry area on the roof leaks water it may be the bathroom upstairs and kitchen cabinets in poor conditionI am extremely indignant with the attention and service of the office staff, they do not solve anything for meTotal disappointment to have known that this was the way I look for another better place to live.

Lousy!! Everything is a mess, the neighbors are too unbearable and dirty. There nothing works
