I havent had much interaction with the new staff, but theyre a whole lot better than the last. Same goes for the maintenance crew. Theyre really great! Ive never had to wait too long for help. The apartments are pretty basic. However, the porch is a great size & the location is great. I wish they had 3 bedrooms! When I moved in, they were really affordable! I recently recommended to family & friends, but seen that they went way too high in rent. Definitely not worth it even if they upgraded appliances. $1553 for a 2 bedroom, is ridiculous.
Moved into a non-upgraded 1/1 on the second floor in Jan 2017, and it had all new carpet and fresh paint. Not everything is perfect (the drawers sometimes come off the track, the dishwasher could be better), but maintenance will be there the next day after you put in a request which is amazing. The location is safe, quiet, and peaceful. There is a tiny gym, and a really nice pool/grill area. Even if parking is not available right in front of your building, you will always find a spot not too far away. I chose this place because it was the cheapest rate in the safest area at the time, and my personal experience has been great. If you are just looking for a nice place to come home to and dont mind minor stuff like older cabinets, then I would check it out. Some notes (Sept 2021): These buildings are older, so the walls are pretty thin and you can hear your upstairs neighbor walking around, and the water pipes are VERY loud if a neighbor is showering. There have also been water line issues from people abusing the pipes/old piping, so occasionally they will turn the water off in the middle of the week/middle of the day for a few hours to make repairs. As for bugs, I live on the second floor and Ive never had any issues except for one time I found sugar ants in the kitchen window. Ive never seen a roach except for when an unclean neighbor moved out and they came to spray for me when I contacted management. I cannot speak for the first floor though, Im on the second. Ive also never had any issue with my A/C working. This is the third management company since I moved and they are fantastic and easy to communicate with through email.
Let me start by saying I love my actual unit and the apartment grounds. The pool is nice and is always clean and maintained. The location is great and so is the price. However, I have encountered many issues here since moving in. I have had multiple problems with having my unit maintained and have had my car wrongfully towed. Though management has thoughtfully corrected all the problems I have had, its upsetting to have had to deal with them in the first place.Overall, I love my unit and the staff is very caring at resolving things, but I think they have a lot of organizing and focusing to do when it comes to moving new residents in. For that reason, I can only give this complex 3 stars.
It is a one star review because I live here and we’ve had to move eight times because of mold from the storm and this should not be here because it’s horrible
Great and personal customer service, so refreshing! We love this area and the property is so inviting and maintained.
The Polo Club managment team has helped and done everything in there power to continue to keep my experience excellent, with amazing communication skills this morning I had some bad luck and needed to somehow get wifi to turn my phone back on and let me tell you Im blessed to have kind people in management, 10/10
So far so good! The staff have been very friendly and very helpful! Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests, the neighbors are relatively quiet when. Theyre not moving out or in. Parking is amazing!!!
Most horrible communication with staff. Unclean and no weight room.Flooding by mail area. I visit this place alot and dont like to go in so, I sit in the car and wait, but be carefull cause youll. get your car towed. Current newOffice staff have no communication skills. Roaches galore. Dont let photos fool you!
Ms.Amelia Kaul has been the most reliable help, I seriously appreciate everything you do and I hope you see a raise soon, the whole management staff has gone the extra mile to make sure Im good and Ms.Kaul always sends and replys to email right away *communication is key. 10/10 reccomend moving here
I lived here for 5 years. This place is OK. And thats about it, its not the worst place and its not the best either. If youre new to the area and want a tiny starter apartment then I would say its a good deal if you can get their smallest apartment for under $800 dollars. The bigger apartments are not much bigger however and the price for those is a bit high compared to other complexs around the same area.Pros:-Nice location: safe area, neighborhoods behind the complex for going on walks, close to the highway for getting around Austin, and good selection of restaurants.-Good response on maintenance requests: usually had repairs and fixes to things done by the next day, faster if it was an A/C or fridge that needed replacing.-Pool: Nice pool with BBQ pit-Apartment style: Style of inside apartments were pretty modern and werent old or too gross.-Doughnuts on Saturdays: They usually have doughnuts on Saturdays if you wake up early enough, as well as some fun activities like cookies and tacos on certain holidays.-Staff was nice: I never had a major problem with the staff. (Except being charged on moveout which I explain later on.) Other people said they were mean though so it may just depend on who you get that day.-No upfront hidden fees: There are a few fees youll pay monthy other than rent and utilities, but theyre about 20-40 bucks and nothing hidden that makes the price go up a substantial amount. Pretty average fees.-Small complex: I liked the size because it was smaller so easier to get to the pool, mail, and front office no matter where you were.Cons:-Small/Broken Workout Rooms: They have two (small) exercise rooms with 3 to 4 machines in each. However even still, at least 2 of the machines were always broken or not functioning. Told the front office about it and nothing was ever done for over a year at one point about them so dont expect them to fix them if they break in a timely matter.-Parking: This one was a big one for me, you have to go to the front office to get guest parking permits which require a ton of info about your guests car. While this normally would be fine, you can only get them during their office hours (so cant get one if you need one on Sunday). They have guest parking but they said they would tow cars staying there more than 8 hours (which is insane). They need to make an online registering for guest cars so they can anywhere or allow guest spots to park overnight.-Increasing Rent: Prepare for rent to go up every single time by about $50+ each time you renew. This may be because they give you a cheap price at first and slowly raise it, and could be different now during covid but it got to the point where I was paying $100 more for places that were 1.5x as big.-Bugs: I did have a couple of tiny cockroach infestations. However, if this happens just buy some roach powder and sprinkle in behind the appliances and go on vacation. After that they never came back. They have exterminators but they didnt have any affect. However I dont think this one is a big deal because like I said I was able to get rid of them myself.-Move out fees: Dont expect to get your deposit back if you live here when you move out. Also they will tack on a bunch of additional charges. I got charged with a pet fee (which I got them to agree to remove) even though I never had a pet. And then I got charged for a stain underneath the carpet which was not visible from the top. They wouldnt/couldnt prove to me that it wasnt already there when I moved in either but wouldnt back down from it. Also various cleaning fees even though I spent 2 days cleaning it after I moved everything out.All in all. If youre needing a place to live, this place isnt the worst. However if you look around I believe you can find a better place to live for a better cost ratio, unless you get their tiniest apartment for cheap. Not a lot of space, but doesnt cost a lot if you dont want to spend a lot of money on rent at first.
So its been almost a month since I moved into this place, and its really great! Being somewhat underpriced in the rental market, I was very anxious about moving into this apartment complex, but so far, no problems! I would have have given it 5 stars, but the walls are super thin. I can hear a person talk in the parking lot below (Im on the third floor) with perfect clarity, so that might be a problem for people who have loud neighbors. In my building, its fairly quiet, with some exceptions. But its alright. The floorplan for a one bedroom is a bit cozy, as it is smaller than what I am used to, and for anyone with a lot of stuff, theyll have a problem finding places to put things. Youll wish 20 more square feet in the living room and a few more cabinets in the kitchen, but I still enjoy the layout, and I just feel more at home with the overall design.
Worst complex I have ever lived in. Area is getting sketchy, crime rates going up. On 10/23/2020 several (at least 3 or 4 apartments) had someone attempt to kick their doors in....The only positive about this complex is the pool is fairly nice & the price is on the cheaper side, especially for Austin. You truly get what you pay for...Fitness center is literally non-existent. They were supposed to have renovations finished by January of 2020 but its been an empty building for at least a year.Parking is absolutely horrid. The complex has redone asphalt & repainted spaces 3 times in a single year. Vehicles will be towed quite often, speedbumps are ridiculous, individual spaces are too small for full size sedans without double parking or getting doors slammed into your vehicle.Floorplans are tiny with literally no room/storage for anything, ALL appliances are extremely out dated, especially HVAC (Ours cost us over $180/mo in the summer for a 600sqft apt keeping the thermostat on 74 degrees) Bathrooms were made for someone shorter than 5ft tall. Depending on location in complex bugs are an issue. If possible move anywhere else, save yourself the financial burden & headache of this place. If it were possible Id give 0 stars.
When management changed the quality of living here dropped substantially. New management doesnt seem to care enough to enforce rules such as towing illegally parking vehicles or making residents feel welcomed to live here. Instead expect to have to remind them multiple times to finish requests you put in weeks ago. In addition, parking was very limited in the corner we lived in and it seemed like there were many visitors who parked in parking meant for residents which made it even worse. Looking to park in a covered spot without paying for it? Go right ahead, before you were able to call the towing company to have someone towed from your spot but management changed that policy to where you have to go through them first, THEN the person parked there (assuming this isnt overnight because it that case you cant do anything but be mad about the situation) can be towed. Loud neighbors who clearly dont realize that there are other people living around them. This included a couple of people who chose to revve their cars engine at 5am making it great for those of us who go to work at night. For those of you who enjoy beautiful landscaping this is the place for you, every other day there is a large landscaping truck which always parks in the worst spots near the entrance of the complex causing drivers to have to blindly drive onto the opposite side of the road to get the their apartment. Like taking your dog for long walks? There are a lot of areas for that but be careful, no one ever picks up the dogs poop easily resulting in you or your pet tracking it back into your apartment. The ONLY positive to this complex is the maintenance, they stayed when the new management took over and it show because they seem to be the only people who care and enjoy their jobs at this apartment complex.
First off Ive never liked putting reviews on places because I like to think maybe its just a bad day but I need to with these apartments. The apartment itself is ok however when I had problems it took a while to get solved unless it was the nice gentleman, he cared. However management is a whole other story. THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. Honestly I wonder how they work here. Some of the RUDEST people I have ever met and I work in fast food. Especially Crissy, loves to be rude and give you attitude. Even gave a manager from a different apartment attitude cause she had to work. Honestly I find it really sad they have someone so bitter working in the front greeting people. And multiple people have agreed she is extremely rude. I feel like managment made this place horrible single handedly, Polo Club is not worth it unless you like disrespectful and unprofessional managers.
I am in love with this gem. Polo Club is an amazing choice. I relocated to Austin and was very nervous about selecting a place to live that was safe. Sarah was phenomenal in this process. From start to finish she was available and very personable. She helped me find a unit that was a good fit for me and my needs. The place was clean and well taken care of. I have no complaints about my space. Polo Club provides me with a calm place to retreat after a long day of work. There is never any trash and the landscape is beautiful. Any questions I have staff is always available to answer. I am so happy I decided to move here.
Hasn’t been a great experience since “new management” took over a couple months ago. Moving as soon as I can.
This apartment complex is awesome. The buildings are attractive inside and out, there is a nice pool and gym, and the staff and maintenance people are friendly, polite, and helpful.
Fine while living here. But after you move out, you will be getting billed for every little thing, months after youre long gone. Its almost like were still playing rent with these fees.
Inconsiderate!!! I work nights and so I have to pay for parking to find a place to park for my safety. They towed my car and ended up damaging my car in the process. They didnt care about the damages. They didnt care about my safety or how much of an inconvenience this was to me. I told them flat out i am not renewing my lease!!!! I chose to stay here becauaw it was safe but now i see how much safety really matters to polo club....
Great staff and experience. We had an issue that affected our living situation greatly and they worked with us to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend on the staff alone.
Since management keeps ignoring my emails maybe this will be the best way to get in touch! I am tired of my apartment smelling like weed every night! I don’t know what neighbor it is and frankly I don’t care but I live in a complex where the lease says not to smoke inside the apartment so I should not be subjected to this!! I have sent several emails prior letting you know about this issue and you have not done anything to help. At a time when the world is going crazy, there is a shelter in place order for our county, and people have lost jobs you would think you would try to help your residents not ignore them.
If I could give this place zero stars I would, flat out will not be renewing my lease when the times comes. This is because of a few major red flags:1. The office staff is grossly negligent with work orders - even 911s that need to be solved in a timely manner dont get done until you go back up to the office and remind someone about it, even after you have filed a request online/in person. They will let whatever you need done sit for months or until you go and say something.2. I get a strong feeling that the general attitude from office staff (Letty, Crissy, etc.) Is PROFITS over PEOPLE which I think is not right. If someone comes in the 4th as soon as you open the office at 7:30am and pay their rent why subject them to a late fee totalling 10% of the rent? You could easily wave the fee and send the person off with a smile and feeling of gratitude.3. This is a miniscule thing to me but no one EVER answers the office phone, its really annoying though whenever I have a question, but no time to stop by the office.4. Some of the units (atleast the one I got) are so old and run down, roach infested, and have the thinnest walls possible. To the point where I can almost make out the entire conversation my neighbors are having on the other side of my bedroom wall.0/10 would not recommend to any family or friends there are apartments a little more pricey in the area, but compared to this place I would move in a heart beat!!
Just moved in 4 days ago after a 21 hour drive to what seemed to be a wonderful apartment home with great amenities, beautiful view of landscape & poolside to an apartment crawling with roaches 😕😩. In my 4days I’ve had to personally bomb my apartment twice without any help from the POLO CLUB STUFF whom assured me upon move in, “ our upgraded unit is clear of bugs & move in ready”. **Once the roaches are all dead and gone I’m going to enjoy my apartment home, because it is beautiful. So overall 4stars
I have enjoyed living here at the Polo club for the last 3 years. The office staff is always helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is always polite and fix any problems in a very timely manner( typically in 24 to48 hours). The property management is always doing fun giveaways, monthly activities and donuts every Saturday morning. I have had a couple problems with bugs but its Texas, there is going to be bugs and the pest control does a great job and keeping them under control. The apartments are older but Polo Club does its best to keep it looking new and fresh. These are great affordable apartments especially for the rates in Austin.
I have lived here for 2 years and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I am sad that I have to leave and the only reason I am leaving is because of the commute to work. The customer service has been great since the first day I moved in. Thank you for such a great experience. :)
I lived here 1 year and I loved it. A lady named Mr. Rose, is what made the apartments so comfortable. All the children loved her and when it was time for us to move. My kids were sad. I had no problems with roaches or plumbing. The apartment was beautiful. The people were nice too. Everyone experiences there own time in these apartments in there own way. I rate it a 5 star because I never had any problems except the pool area. The pool was not well token care of and the jaccuzi was always out because the younger kids would break it. But that is a minor issue...Great Place Either Way...
Neighborhood is great place. Safe to walk around and close to everything on 183/Anderson Mill.
Shout out to the maintenance crew! They are all so friendly and helpful!
Been here little over a year and planning on staying another lease term. Now that the pool is fixed this place is awesome. The only con it really has is the workout room is rather small. However I knew that going in.But the repair guys are awesome. They are fine with my dog and cat and I have never had any issues with them. Quick and courteous. Something I especially like about them is they explain what was broken and what was fixed. When my AC went out it was fixed that day and have never had an issue since. Also the hidden gem of this place is the best dive bar in Austin Nolans and a great club are literally a walk away. No driving all the way downtown for night life up here.I highly recommend this place and I look forward to my next year here.
They definitely care more about their bottom line than you or your safety. I wouldnt recommend this complex. Ive definitely had better customer service and the some of the other residents can be shady.
I have lived here since 2015 and really felt at home. The location can’t be beat! Unfortunately we will not be resigning this year but that is only due to the need for more space. These apartments are older but well maintained and the layouts are slightly unique. Lots of windows! Kitchens in the large one bedrooms are nicely sized. I had to move buildings in my first year due to some plumbing issues and got a slightly less updated unit with older laminate and carpet but I was glad they were able to help me in that situation. While it was not fun to repack they did provide some help with the furniture. All in all they made it as painless as they could. There has been some staffing changes but I’ve always found the office to be helpful and reasonable and maintenance responds to work orders rather quickly. I did have to have some work done to my AC unit a year or so ago and a spot on the wall was not repainted afterwards but it was properly fixed and hasn’t had problems since. AT&T internet wiring is not great in my apartment but Spectrum would’ve probably worked better. Parking could be better. All in all great experience over the years and good rates, management has always done their best to keep renewing tenants.Pool and grill area is an A+ and the gym is small but cute.I’m sure I’ll be a little homesick and the memories are good overall. Sincerely appreciate everything Polo Club provides! They really care about their residents. Thank you!
I found this place here as a newbie to Austin and Ive always been treated well! My apartment is cozy, maintenance is quick & Im happy to be here. Peaceful & quaint... although its an older complex, everything is at your fingertips & even though I now work on the southside & the commute is awful... I dont see myself leaving here just yet. Its very comfortable here & I feel safe walking my dog here at night. Great north side location!
Polo Club is a beautiful place to live. Its even better in the summer. The wonderful pool seems to always be open which is great if you just want to get out the house.
This property is nice and quite. The only down side is that the manager Kelly is so rude. I have been in the office when she was screaming at people. She would not approve me to be on the lease but I got approved for a nicer property. She charged 1600 for a 1 bedroom and still terminated our lease just so she could put it on our credit. If you decide to live here just try to avoid her.
Im paying nearly $800 a month for a shoebox sized apartment with ancient cabinetry and appliances. I have constant problems with the air conditioner leaking and the shower not working properly. At least my apartment overlooks the nice pool with all of the nice, new pool furniture.. Too bad the pool area is locked up until further notice because the hot tub doesnt work properly and didnt pass inspection. The pool furniture and plants are really nice though.
Only been here since May this year and have had more maintenance repairs in the last 2 month than a whole year at my other place. Not to mention no one seems to be responsive at the office after trying to call 4 +times, not one person seems to to be around to contact back. this is as well the second time my ac is broken since move in. 1000+ for less than a 608 sq ft is not worth it. If breaking a lease was an option my fiancé and I would be long gone.
Im not here to bash Polo Club as Ive have no real issues with personnel individually but rather the management company they are apart of. Avenue5 Management is not willing to expedite $250, admin and deposit, that they retrieved from my bank account when I applied. I was not approved so I expected to receive my refund a lot sooner than 7-15 business days as I still need to move within the week. Now Im stuck figuring out my next move and adequate funds to cover it in a short time frame, Im extremely disappointed.
Polo Club has recently been taken over by Greystar, which is helpful. Look, Austin is expensive, and only getting more expensive. If you want to live in a nicer place, expect to pay a lot more these days. For what Polo Club charges, you actually get quite a lot. An older apartment, sure, but maintenance is pretty dependable, and rates are fair. There are two very nice pools, a hot tub, two small workout rooms, and the new management understands the concept of customer service.
P.O.S Apartments, lack of customer concern as we’ve requested to speak with the community manager and are constantly ignored as usual. Yet we received notices for every little thing almost daily. You have to go into the office and force your way by refusing to leave to get her to actually get up and do something and even then it’s always rude combative behavior. Sick of this place oh and unless you enjoy roaches, bed bugs, and hard drugs don’t move here management will turn a blind eye and then turnaround at move out and charge obscure fees that end up in collections because you were never notified of such balance.
I am a current resident and I had to share my thanks for this community - this apartment complex is SO wonderful! The management is prompt, helpful, caring, vibrant, and they get the job done. With older apartment complexes you cant expect everything to be like a brand new apartment - with that said, the few issues I have had (AC leak, washer water leak, and dishwasher issue) all of it was fixed within 24 hours, and with the AC leak, since it was an on going problem (not too bad to deal with just an FYI) they completely replaced it.I have been so thankful to live in a complex area like this - it makes living so much easier! The PC Manager is seriously an angel! Andy is amazing and she is the one who makes the difference - she sets the standards for her employees and makes sure that the customer service is on point. I seriously am so grateful to be living here!
I am disappointed with the leasing operations. We did sign and pay application, administration and security deposit total of $350. We were going to relocate to Austin but this was cancelled. I informed leasing (Jane) and was referred to her management for refund request. To make long story short my phone calls were not returned by Shanna and neither was any our fees. I was at least expecting security deposit of $150 since we never moved in so no damages were not incurred. Certainly cordial when collecting fees but opposite when returning any of the fees. Beware of this place unscrupulous financial practices.
Staff is great. Everything is basically close from the location. Really nice, peaceful place to live.
Not too bad. Jane in the front office is an amazing person and if I asked her a question and she didnt know the answer... she tried her damned hardest to get the answer.
Absolutely the worst apartment I have ever seen, as a renter or a visitor. We lived here for a significant chunk of time, and, where do I even begin?! The apartment has been falling apart at the seams since we moved in. Our dishwasher broke, we requested it be fixed, and they ended up never fixing it but marking the maintenance request as completed! We rarely used the dishwasher in the first place, but now it is leaking all over our kitchen floor and smells absolutely horrendous. I am counting on these incompetent fools to blow us off the next time we make a maintenance request, but I can no longer put up with it and plan on badgering them until they ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB. How on earth do they mark a request as fulfilled when they never did anything to fix the problem in the first place? The fan in the living room seems (and has seemed since we got here) like it will fall down on us at any moment. The toilet flushes maybe half of the time and we usually have to plunge it, and THIS IS AFTER THEY REPLACED OUR TOILET FOR ANOTHER ISSUE. Not only this, but they are disrespectful to tenants, none of their employees have even the slightest idea of what customer service is, they are totally unresponsive to maintenance requests, and every time we have asked something of them we have been blown off, treated rudely, and let down in every single instance.Whatever you do, do not rent here. I have heard there are plenty of better places within a short distance of this apartment (including on the same road). We rented an awful apartment in Rundberg called Quail Run which I thought was the worst of the worse, but Polo Club is far worse. Not only does Polo Club have worse service, worse employees, and worse facilities in general, but they are also incredibly higher in price and there are absolutely no benefits to this fact.If you like to be ignored, have your apartment fall apart in front of your eyes, and live in an infested shithole, this place is for you.
I like the place the only thing is the pool In summer is vandalise for kids from outside is no really secure I have to call the cops twice and the gym need to be improved some paint would be great !!!! But is nice I love Jane she is so helpful!!!!
Overpriced. Old apartments from 1981. Major plumbing issues. Cops here all the time lately. They put up new signs and plant flowers while black mold grows in the walls of the apartments from all the water leaks. Go rent a duplex or house around the corner for the same or even lower price. If someone parks in your paid for spot, nothing is done about it. Dog poop everywhere. Smells like dog poop when you stand on your patio. Trashy neighbors leasing here lately. Yuck.
As Austin is capital of music, this place is roachess capital city. be aware of overnight robbery. glad i left this nightmare
When our lease was first signed everything seemed great. It looked very nice, very clean everything was in order no bugs, management was great etc. About a month or so after moving in we started see roaches. One here and there. About a week later it was an infestation. We reported it to the office and they said they would take care of it. They never came out. The next time we reported it, the pest control came out and sprayed the door frames. The roaches stopped for a week then came back twice as bad. During the move out phase I have seen many more live roaches around the apartment. Advice would by never stay her unlesss you love roaches on your body and in your stuff.
I pay to have a car port for my car, with that said. TWICE have I walk outside to find my car towed at the owners expense out of my parking spot. The management allows tow trucks to prey on their tenants and completely inconveniencies loyal tenements like me by having my car stolen from my rented out spot. Oh and dont think the managers at Polo Club will have your back on the matter, instead they tell you to take it up with the tow truck people. WTF is wrong with the customer service at this place. Im renting that spot, which means dont tow my car! If you’re looking for a cheap place to live, you truly get what you pay for sadly.
Great place to live!
Terrible customer service. Recharges you fees you already paid for MONTHS ago during moveout:)
These places have so much potential.. the staff are friendly enough and the office seems great. I viewed their demo 1/1 and wasnt impressed with the layout. Its very limiting and the price for what you get is insane.... Nearly $900 for nothing upgraded in a floorplan that doesnt have a wall to put your TV on unless you put it in your dining room.. having to choose between a floorplan that gives you walk-in closet in your master bedroom, or a coat closet in your entry, lol.
This is great place to live. Come join me. Thank you Richard
What can you say about a place you hate and dont want anyone else to suffer through?Just dont?Read the other reviews and feel the failure that exists.
Polo Club a decent place to live. Quick response to broken equipment. Nice location. I just hate (and I mean it) when you get a complaints from the next door neighbor via Polo Club saying we too loud by saying we are rumbling the building [with a sound bar? ]. I would complain a lot to if I drove a 1992 E150 and constantly got the paramedics hauling me downstairs causing ruckus (On the 2nd floor). If management did an investigation to see if we really made noise, which we dont, if we threw parties, which we havent, then i wouldnt mind staying here a 2nd year.
It seems to be a nice place now .
A family member lives tgere, nice and quiet however the apartment was little small
It has been a process dealing with this place since my moving day. Although the rent is slightly cheaper here than some of the newer apartment complexes nearby, the passive-aggressive management staff and the many issues that plague the units are not worth the discounted rent. Just pay the extra $30 a month, or whatever it is elsewhere and avoid this place.
Save your time and money and dont rent at that community apts, rouches are almost in every apartment, plus parking lot is full after 10 pm, lots of negatives things. stay away
My uncle lives here kinda small one bedroom
Been here for two months. Love the apartment, the patio is a good size for my one bedroom. The only couple of issues I have are1. The mail area is not okay, the other day it was busted into, with a crow bar or something. Bit an easy fix so not really much of an issue.2. The pool has been closed for awhile, even tho the nice weather, must have not passed inspecrion but vant wait to see how awesome it is. It looks great from outsode the fence.3. The gym needs some new equipment, the same treadmill has been broken since my friend moved out about 8 months ago.Besides those things I think this apartment complex os awesome. Great price. I pay 790 for my one bedroom, it has a firplace and storage on the porch aswell. My husband and I love it here. Plus, the maintence team is awesome! They are quick and super respectful. As for the office staff I couldnt say anything bad. Dakota (who is now on maternity leave) helped us get into this apartment she was so nice and very persuasive. She showed us multiple apartments and helped us fond something we could live in. Cj is also another very nice member he answers the phone promptly and always is very helpful. I always see him about the property too, very nice.Overall I would say this apartment is a 8.8, a little run down but the actual apartment and people that work here is deff a place where you can call home.Ill be staying for awhile.
I have recently moved in and feel like there is a serious bait and switch going on. I told them exactly what my needs were and the manger assured me during my tour that it was no problem. Now that I have lived here for less than a month it is a problem and maybe even a lease violation. Once they have you locked in and have your money they turn into horrible people to work with. The neighbors are a nightmare and several are actually dangerous. Please please consider renting a duplex or house in Williamson County (which averages to less than 50 dollars more a month than I am paying for a one bedroom apartment in hell). Do not rent here if you value honesty in management.
I used to live here when I first moved to Austin. The managers were garbage, they paid idiotic fees for pets, and I would hear random noises in the apartment that I used to live in that were quite alarming. I come to find out to day three years after I moved out that the apartment caught on fire and so did half the building. Disgusted in these apartments.
Great cozy apartments, crazy loud nighbors....always a source of entertainment trying to guess whats going on below or above you.
Place looks cool.
Nice to live at polo club.
One star is GENERIOUS, you have to request to have your service animal in your apartment! Plus they illegally charge fees and deposits for your service animal! Illegal charges, arguing, and lies are all that come from this property.
Apartment Manager was so friendly.....
Fantastic!!!
If you want to live in a complex full of crazy residents, this is the place for you...................................................................................................................
Okay
Excellent service, constant updates, seamless move-in process. Thank you for all the help and assistance with finding this place and making it possible for me to move as scheduled.
The truth is a very quiet place but the administration is disastrous to begin with but you speak English here you are not welcome and we called in June to tell us that we would not renew and due to the coronavirus the office was closed so we just called and they told us that it was fine today that We moved out with that we did not notify and that we must pay 60 days of rent and I explain to them that we did notify but they do not care and also we do not live there anymore and they want to collect 1,500 in rent my husband has tried to talk with them without achieving anything what a shame and what theft
Our experience of living at Polo Club has been pleasant and wonderful! We love the tranquility of the place and the friendliness of its people!
It is incredible, gentlemen despite this crisis. To pay online and charge us $ 35 dollars this is a blatant theft in other properties we pay online and they only charge $ 5 😡😡😡😡😡😡
