I have lived here for about 5 months now and I have had no issues. The office staff communicates really well and is always super super kind and the same can be said about the maintenance staff.I see some reviews on here that must be outdated or under old management because 1. I live on the first floor and never have had any issues with bugs. 2. Parking may get full in the evenings but its never an insanely long walk back to my apt. 3. Its never noisy here.Stonecreek Ranch has been the best living experience I have had in Austin and I highly recommend!
I have been living at Stone Creek Ranch Apartments for over a year now and my time here has been amazing. The staff is very responsive and resolves any issue I have correctly and efficiently. Marvin the Property Manager, took the time to notify me that my vehicles had been hit by a another vehicle and was kind enough to email me their information. Highly recommend this community which is very quiet and has a great location and value especially compared to other apartments in the area. The staff truly cares for their tenants and it really feels like home.Thank you, Stone Creek Ranch Apartments!
A great place to call home. The staff is always helpful to our needs(ask for Hannah she’s awesome), and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is open 24//7 and is rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the location to shops and restaurants. I live here with my kids and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails around the way.
A big shout out to Marvin Wright in Management! Marvin has always been on point with all requests I have regarding the upkeep of my apartment. He has personally called me back to follow-up and follow-through on the timeliness and efficiency of the maintenance requests. His concrete assurance that matters will be taken care of puts me at ease. Thanks so much Marvin for your sincere kindness and professionalism!
I have been living here for over 12 months and I will definitely renew my lease for another year. I love the location and the amenities! Simple and efficient, the pool is nice, the gym has all you need and the staff here is great! It might not be the most luxurious place but it definitely feels like home! Dog friendly and great area for walks! Can’t beat the location, 10-15 min from downtown ATX.
Love living at Stonecreek Ranch! Staff is extremely helpful and very responsive to any inquiry. Complex feels very safe and maintenance staff are quick to assist with any problems. Great location for the value.
The staff is helpful and very accommodating. I moved in during COVID shutdown and the staff followed their procedure to prevent contact. This was the easiest move in I have done ever, especially during such a trying time. The community is beautiful and clean, the amenities are wonderful as well.
My roommate and I moved in just before quarantine and have decided to renew for another year. It’s neat and quiet here. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and communicative. Pet friendly and the neighbors are nice!
From applying and making our move in so smoothly, Hannah has been a great help! She’s quick to respond on emails when we need help with anything and always has a great attitude.
I am a licensed real estate agent specializing in apartment locating. I was searching for an apartment for my customer who had three dogs that are members of her family. Stonecreek Ranch Apartments fulfilled that criteria. I worked with Marisa, leasing agent and she exceptional. Marisa was professional yet displayed an excitement at helping my customer through the application process. She has never failed to respond to any of my emails regarding assisting my customer through the COVID touring of the property. She deserves to be given accolades from her community. I give her 5 stars for her help.
Maintenance is really responsive and the staff is really nice! I enjoy living here.
Like the size & design of my apt. Wished something could be done to improve the appearance of breezeways & steps. Wished a slick slip resistant cover could be used to cover old stains & prevent new ones. This would make hose cleaning a breeze. I appreciate maintenance & management for all they do. I understand that they dont have control over improvements to the property.
Ive lived at Stonecreek Ranch Apartment homes now for over 3 years. I can honestly say Ive thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The location is great, the atmosphere is perfect for me and the office staff go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and thoroughly enjoy your home! Cele has gone above and beyond for me on 2 separate occasions. She is so personable and always puts a smile on my face. I would highly recommend Stonecreek Ranch apartments to anyone! You will immediately feel at home.
Definitely a HUGE upgrade fromThe nightmare at summer valley apartments we use to live in. Love our two bed two bath apartment. Only thing is there needs to be extended visitors parking inside the gate. Other than that, we love being here. Cele is amazing, always so friendly and will sit and solve any issue with you. Thank you for the great staff!
*EN ESPANOL TAMBIEN* por favor, lee abajo. This is the worst experience I have ever had. There are so many flaws with this apartment complex I dont know where to begin. Well, the worst and most important one of all is-- we experienced FLEAS during our stay. They were so bad, I still have scars on my ankles from the infestation. The staffs lack of action to address the issue made it so much worse. They did not resolve the issue for many days. They did not provide adequate alternate housing to accommodate us during the infestation either-- their sole responsibility. (and no, i do not have any pets, so idk where they came from, but i do know many residents have complained about them in the past; therefore they are common at this apartment complex.)Lastly, there is never any parking. I’m a student, and at times I would come home from San Marcos late from class or studying. I would literally have to park at the front, hassle my way to building 6 with all my groceries, bags, whatever. Parking would be filled up around 8pm every night. I should not have to fight for parking near my billing if I am paying rent.----Durante mi residencia aqui en Stonecreek Ranch, mi experiencia fue MUY negativa.
The staff here are AMAZING! Cele is always on top of resolving any issue I present and her turnaround time is amazing. Francisco is great, he handles all the maintenance and I have never had a complaint about his work. I would recommend living here to anyone, the apartment is also in a great location!
I hate this place. The is never any parking. I finally had to pay for covered parking, which is BS. I pay my rent, I should have a parking space. The disgusting neighbors leave dirty diapers outside their door for days at a time. Smells great in the summer heat. No one picks up after their pets, so if you walk to your apartment in the night, beware. And staying on the sidewalk is no guarantee! The pest control always comes when scheduled, but whatever they use, the roaches seem to love! Doesnt even phase them! I cant wait to get away from here!
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!! cockroach infested. Nobody cleans up after their dogs and the front gate has been broken all three months I’ve been here.
Great community!Highly recommend here.
I lived at Stonecreek Ranch for 10 months . During my stay I found managers Randy and Cela to be very professional, caring, and very attentive to my needs and the needs of the people who live in the apartments. They really try to make your day better, whenever I initiated a work order request it was always expedited quickly without problem. The maintenance department was excellent. The apartments are located in a great location and the price is reasonable. I would gladly recommend these apartments to my closet friends.
I lived at Stonecreek Ranch for a year and I loved my time there! Location was great (South Austin is the best Austin), friendly and efficient staff, and the my 1 bedroom was a great size for me.Pros:-Hardly any maintenance issues, but when they came up they were resolved quickly-Office staff was always helpful with any questions or concerns I had-Good sized pool with lots of places to lounge-Nice appliances-Washer/Dryer hookups-HUGE closets!-Easy access to I-35 and Southpark Meadows (huge shopping center)-Neighbors all kept to themselves, everyone was friendlyCons:-Sometimes there were bugs and critters that got into the complex since it is next to some undeveloped land. If the bugs get into your apartment they have great pest control service to take care of the issue-Parking can sometimes be a pain (some nights I would work until 8 pm and wouldnt be able to find a spot close to my building), but if you do have to park far away the complex is decently lit which makes it seem pretty safe-Where the complex is located, it can be hard to get a left turn onto Slaughter sometimes (especially since Slaughter is 45-50 mph)Overall, I was very satisfied with my time here! I only moved because I got a job in a new city. If I ever find myself back in Austin, I will definitely consider leasing with them again. Absolutely loved it!
Cant wait to moved out is bean a long year for me. Cant said i love it cause i will be lying cant recommend some one .have a bad experience. At first wen you are about to move in they are the best after that they forget what they said to you they dont agree wen they make a mistake they want to be always right theirs no way they can ask me to renew my lease all i want to do is to get out .thank god we have a home to go to .
My family and i took a tour in an apartment that we really liked with the leasing office we decided we gonna rent the apartment but Leasing office is like you have to pay rent including the old horrible washer and dryer every month, washer and dryer was really old and we have already ours but they insist if you want this apartment you have to pay the rent for washer and dryer whatever is there is there you have to rent even if your not gonna use it i really feel that unsatisfying especially it is old and expensive for its price. So i guess people if you want apartment their you have to rent the old washer and dryer ! that it just there like the leasing office said, But apartment wise it is nice.I decided not to lease this apartment just because they forcing me to rent horrible washer and dryer that is way out of date with the apartment.Thank you
Stonecreek Ranch Has Been Nothing But The Best Too Me Since Me And My Daughter Moved In Which Was In February. Im having a very mixed experience and I have been here for now 3 days. I moved in on the 10th as the apartment was supposed to be ready. I paid my deposit and first months rent, got my keys, unloaded my uhaul into the apartment. Upon walking around, my boyfriend and I realized he was being attacked by fleas. Then when we walked through the apartment trying to figure out where they were coming from found the master bedroom to have not even been vacuumed. Handfuls of screws on the floor, gum smeared on the carpet, food debris, human nails. I alerted the office staff and while they were understanding the solution was at first to wait for orkin to come and spray. And I was advised to stay in a hotel. They agreed to take the hotel cost off of next months rent but no more than 100$. That was Monday. On Tuesday I returned to supposedly the fleas being dead and the apartment now being safe to be in. The carpet was still not changed nor cleaned. I then vacuumed myself and from one room had a gallon bag worth of debris, trash, animal fur and LIVE FLEAS. I took this bag to the leasing office and was told oh it might take some time for the fleas to die. And was told someone would come out on Wednesday to clean the carpet. It is now Wednesday and the person who was going to clean the carpet told me they were going to wait until tomorrow. Last night I had to sleep here. And was bitten by FLEAS and saw some ju.ping off me. Which to me seems like they will now be in my things since I am in the living room with everything I own. A mere deduction for a hotel I never should have needed is not enough at this point. I have been more than patient and understanding. Based on my experience I would not reccomend this place to someone. And while I am aware that the leasing office staff isnt directly responsible for fleas, theough the interaction very little has been done to ensure me and my belongings comfort and safety. This apartment was not move in ready.
Cele has been very helpful for any questions that I have had and Joey the maneger as well Thank You
The apartment itself is decent but like other reviewers said, there is never any parking.. not even at 9pm. Its so crappy having to walk so far in a dark area alone right after getting home from work. I dont know if theres anything yall can do to fix that, but that would make this place soooo much better. I have seen multiple people hit cars trying to park in the tight spaces provided. Also it is so sketchy trying to leave the complex when cars are coming 50 mph each way around corners where you cant see them coming . Hopefully a stop light is there some day.Other than that I havent had any problems with neighbors or my apartment in general, its been nice. Its spacious and has been one of my favorite apartments ive had living in Austin.
PLEASE READ ALL4 stars based on my POV of what is actually fixable.Degenerate human behavior is not a leasing companys fault. Why is the gate always broken?- Some have speculated that the gate is being purposefully broken.- -what is cheaper/more effective, repairing the gate over and over or putting in a camera?Cars will always be a target for theft and vandalism, but it would be nice if it wasnt so damn easy for the crimes to take place. Poorly lit parking, coupled with not enough space for the tenants are forcing people to park in less safe areas.Tenants are okay. Mildly friendly and reasonably well mannered. Not counting the two Clydesdales that live above me.Complex is adequate and good looking. If you can ignore the trash, but tenants are to blame for that..The staff is good, excluding the side deal they are running with the towing company.I have been personal witness to a vehicular hit and (attempted) run. Multiple drug related incidents, and plenty of ugly behavior from the residents. I personally dont care about the above mentioned but others might.
Through my stay which is coming to an end soon, i had a love hate relationship. Great looking apt esp for first time buyers the application process went quickly and smoothly. I ran into issues of lack of communication with one of the apt managers who is no longer employed with them now. Seemed like things we discussed during move in werent being communicated throughout. Unable to ever get anyone of the phone to discuss any issues and didnt seem like i could count on them for any concerns with the apt that i had. There was a point where the gate remained broken for several months so no guest was able to get access with gate code, meaning unfortunately for me since i stayed towards the back of the complex, having to walk downstairs, walk/drive to gate and let my guest in if noone was entering or existing at the time to let them tail behind in. Seems like since a new manager was hired my concerns have dwindled; although the parking could be a whole lot better as far as size and amounts allowed for tenants and also for guest (which is very limited, numerous times my guests were having to park at Walmart or Home Depot overnight). For tenants, living in 2+ bedrooms, during the week it seems if you are not home by 6 you will definitely be parking in front of the gate or close to guest parking, that would be my only recommendations for the company moving forward.
The complex itself is not so shabby. Nice appliences, pool, some rooms come with hard wood flooring, and a little dog park. The staff is friendly and for the most part my maintenance problem have been hassle free, a few hiccups but nothing to bad. However, the tenants there dont seem to care about how the place looks. NO ONE ever picks up their dogs poop, but the maintenance people have been good about cleaning up after people. Parking spots are really hard to come by, at least it is if You live in the right side of the complex.Edit. Nobody but the the people who work here have a sence of community. If you leave something out, they will steal it.Update 4.2.16I hate this place. It a complete trash. I just finished walking my dog atound building 3 when I found a little baggie full of cocain on the floor. Really?
Always very attentive to any problem. The property. I love. My apartment. Super good
Its a nice place but it doesnt have much security! When we first moved in, my husband had tools stolen and a few months ago a neighbor who had just moved in had his car wheels stolen! All the time the doors are broken, even the mail doors dont close ... Ive seen homeless people in the hallways .. and the new management leaves a lot to be desired!
I love the place and are always on the lookout for anything and the staff are very friendly!
