My family and I recently moved in and we are extremely happy with our new place. Its clean, newly renovated, and just really great! It feels like we are living in a hotel. Tahrek has done such a great job walking us through all the information and introducing us to the Mark at West Midtown community. We are feeling very grateful and lucky to be here. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a well-taken care of apartment.

Love this place. Very clean and well kept compared to other places I have seen, residents all seem to be quiet and respectful. The location is awesome being so close to Atlantic Station and Georgia Tech. I have been very impressed with the building management and concierge. Leasing professional Tahrek Sbaity and property manager Charlotte White were both super helpful when I was moving in and have since continued to be whenever I have had any issues or questions.

I have lived here for about a month now and have nothing but good things to say. From the leasing office to the maintenance team every one here is so nice and willing to help. I feel very safe with the secured parking and key fob entries and the apartments offer great views of the city!

I can only speak to the tour experience as I wound up going with another property— but the Mark at West Midtown was definitely an EXTREMELY close second choice. The leasing agent, Tahrek, is great, very personable, super helpful, informative during the tour and sold the place really well. Like I said, it was a very close choice between the Mark and the other property I wound up choosing… and who’s to say I won’t come back when my lease is up next year, as long as the Mark will still have me.At the very least, check it out and see for yourself!

Tahrek was an absolute delight! Mark at West Midtown is a beautiful, safe, clean complex where my son has decided to live. Their amenities are fantastic. I had an enormous amount of questions, and Tahrek has always been kind and very patient with me. Any issue or question we had was always handled in a very timely manner. They are incredibly kind in the office and very professional. They all would do anything for you. I would recommend Mart at West Midtown for your next apartment, for sure.

What can I say... A LOT! This team at the Mark West Midtown are second to none! I have had the best experience since being taken on a tour to signing the lease, even with a small hiccup! From the moment I walked in the door, Tahrek made sure that my experience was fun, engaging and full of energy. His personality is dynamic and you can tell that he loves what he does. He answered all of my questions and even introduced me to a couple of people while we were on the tour. He treated EVERYONE that he encountered with extreme kindness and spoke to each person as they were the most important person, all while making me feel the same. Since signing the lease, this entire team (Tahrek, LC, Charlotte, Carma and the maintenance team) has done everything that they could to accommodate me and try to ensure that my transition was seamless. Such a gorgeous, spacious, sunny apartment with outstanding staff!! Tahrek has been an absolute blessing from the very beginning of the moving process and can handle anything you throw at him with grace and ease. The windows are gigantic and let in plenty of sun, plus the view of the midtown skyline is breathtaking, sunrise or sunset. I feel safe and warmly welcomed.

This Place is actually a very nice place. The staff is Great!!!! Charlotte, Tahrek, and the Assistant Manager are all great, and very professional and polite. I recently moved to Mark at West Midtown this spring. You can clearly see from the photos how nice the property is. I have to speak on the AMAZING team here! It started with my guy Tahrek who assisted us from beginning (our first tour) to end (move-in). He made the process for us seamless. Tahrek is acceptionally upbeat, positive and very informative...left us without having one single question throughout the process. Hes a true Gem! And then theres the property manager Ms. Charlotte, whos very welcoming, her door is always open and she has a gift of making sure each tenant feel special. Oh I can not forget the strong maintenance team who I see on the property making sure everything is working and looking efficient. This is truly an A+ property! I love it here!

Had a quick tour & the woman went over all my questions knowing im not planning on moving until next month, she showed me the floor plans without being pushy about signing like they do in other places. really appreciate the professionalism & honestly THAT was what made me choose to move this place. i can tell they care about you & what they have to offer not just taking your money

Living at the Mark at West Midtown since Summer 2017 has been such a positive experience. The leasing office staff is always welcoming and kind, especially Tahrek. His consistently cheerful demeanor and eagerness to help do not go unnoticed!The complex is clean, well-lit, quiet and modern. The rooftop is gorgeous, especially during nighttime, the gym is properly maintained and the pool area is beautiful. Theres a reason I havent left for 3 years (and counting!)

From day one I’ve felt welcomed ! I’ve only been living here for three days and I already don’t want to leave. Tahrek was amazing from the beginning and has continued to be so helpful. I’ve been living here since November 2020 and have been hesitant to write a review because I’ve had such a lackluster experience — but the staff is pretty nice so I didn’t want to bash the community.In brief the pros of the community are:- friendly staff (leasing office & maintenance)- free (but very limited) visitor parking- location- there’s been a few times I’ve needed them to accommodate me in regards to billing and they are always gracious and willing to help- spacious floor plans w great closet spaceThe cons I’ve experience that will cause me not to renew here are:- apartment is very out of date for the price you pay (finishes & color scheme is outdated, apartments don’t have the nest only a traditional thermostat)- maintenance, although very nice, has rarely ever been able to fix anything wrong with my apartment the first time around (for example my AC hasn’t been working for two days now and I was told nothing can be done about it & it’s very hot in here… On another occasion I had to have my toilet looked at over 4 times over the course of a month for someone to finally get it to stop running. I have no idea how that may have affected my water bill.- appliances in apartment are out of date and need to be replaced (the whole place could use a renovation for what they charge) you do get a nice fridge and microwave, but the washer and dryer in my apartment is super old and hanging on by a thread…I often have to dry my clothes twice for things to be fully dry which is not energy efficient. AC system is old and outdated, they need to install Nest.- community amenities aren’t great and often times things don’t work around here… I went up to the roof clubhouse to work and the wifi didn’t work.. I called the leasing office and they tried to give me info and the network wasn’t showing up..they told me they would submit a ticket & I never heard anything about it again..tried to go back up again to work a few weeks later…STILL no wifi smh,- the gym is bland, but I knew that when I signed and have orange theory membership so it wasn’t a deal breaker for me.- the outdoor rooftop terrace is so cute with an amazing view, but the heated lamps and fireplace don’t work.- I went down to go print a shipping label yesterday during hours that the office was supposed to be open (around 11AM on a Saturday) no one was there, the doors were locked, I waited 10 minutes..nothing or no one…so I had to go to office max and pay to have my labels printed because my “amenities” per usual were not available to me- packages get stolen around here. I was told one of my packages were delivered to the leasing office..went to pick it up and no one knew what I was talking about. so I had to file a claim and get the company to send me another package. which is crazy because we PAY for package concierge so this shouldn’t even be an issue I have to deal with.- I requested to have info about other units shared with me because I don’t like the unit I’m in… no follow up on anything.. so rather than asking again I’ve decided I just won’t be renewing because I’m just over itOverall this complex is in a great location and has a kind team..however it does not meet “luxury” standards at all whatsoever. The property could be managed better period. I moved here from Millworks right down the road and not only was my rent $600 cheaper, but everything was BRAND NEW (washer, dryer, Nest AC & heat, Google fiber, beautiful up-to-date finishes), amenities were amazing and always worked and were always available to residents, you could call in a maintenance issue if you didn’t want to use the portal and they would send someone immediately, packages were never stolen, free unlimited visitor parking, and staff always followed up on any complaint or issue I had. I was expecting the Mark at West Midtown to be an upgrade — & it is in regards to square footage and closet space, but nothing else unfortunately.

I made an appointment to view the apartment at 3 & waited for an hour & half & no one showed up. I called the number on the door & Charlotte White answered & said that the person at the leasing office was “probably” on tour & would be back shortly. An hour & half later no one showed up. Someone else came to view the apartment & coincidentally had the same booking time as me. It’s extremely unprofessional & a waste of time. For something that was booked a week in advance, I’m honestly annoyed. If this how viewing an apartment is, I wouldn’t want to know what actually living here would be like. Don’t waste your time.

I absolutely love Mark at West Midtown! I move in next month, but Tahrek has been such a great help. He’s gone over & beyond for me with my moving situation & has answered all of my questions without any sort of hesitation or irritation (I know I get on his nerves 😂). He’s honestly the best & I am so happy with my decision to start fresh with my new apartment. I have already recommended this complex to a few friends because of Tahrek!

Moved in about a week ago and I can firmly attest to how great living here has been. Tahrek has been so helpful and informative throughout the whole process. The team in the leasing office is super responsive. No ridiculous out-of-nowhere expenses added to the rent and we got an amazing offer on the rent. The apartment we live in is absolutely stunning and well-built + has this unique and classy architecture compared to the 10 other apartments we toured in Atlanta. On top of everything the area is very safe and convenient with Atlantic station being just a 14 minute walk/ 3 minute drive away. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently moved in to Mark at West Midtown and have been beyond pleased with the management. I initially ran into a few unforeseen issues with planning for a particular unit that was suddenly unavailable and the staff did amazing at getting me into another unit as quick as they could! Whenever I have needed anything the staff has always graciously helped. Tahrek, who works in the leasing office, is also just a little ball of sunshine. Working with him to get moved in was amazing.

Moved here within a 2 day window, with no issues what so ever. All of the credit goes to the Leasing Professional, Tahrek. His follow up was timely, he was dialed in the day I arrived with my movers and has periodically kept in touch to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend asking for him if you are interest in this property.

Tahrek and the entire Mark at West Midtown team have been fabulous. I just recently moved here over the summer and I’m loving it so far. I did have a few minor maintenance issues during my move-in but the maintenance staff is very friendly and attended to my needs in a timely fashion. Definitely don’t have any complaints here. Very nice and safe property.Disclaimer: There is a train nearby that comes by fairly often so if have an issue or sensitivity to noise that may be an issue for you, but my last apartment was by a train too so I’m used to it.

Ive lived here at The Mark at West Midtown for about 2 weeks. Thus far I have no complaints. The property is clean, conveniently close to the city, and has awesome amenities (including the perfect view of the city from the roof top). Not to mention I absolutely LOVE my apartment! Overall its a great place to live and I am pleased with my decision to lease here.Tahrek has been nothing short of amazing providing phenomenal customer service from day one. He is very personable as well as attentive and definitely one of the best leasing consultants Ive dealt with. A true gem for this property! If looking into leasing here, I would highly recommend consulting with him!

I moved in 3 weeks ago, and I have had nothing but positive experiences! Tahrek was wonderful throughout the move-in process and has been quickly responsive to all of my questions. A couple of minor things needed maintenance upon move-in, and the staff had it fixed within 2 hours. The staff is very friendly, the apartment complex is beautiful, safe, and well-maintained, and the location cant be beat. I couldnt have chosen a better property!

He made The Mark seem like the right place to be and was such a lovely, personable, guy that it was impossible to see myself anywhere else. The apartment itself is in a great and safe location.I looked at many apartments across Atlanta and did meet anyone as professional as Taharek. He was so kind to me when applying to live here & all of the adjustments that come with moving. I was actually supposed to live at another complex, but it fell through due to miscommunication by the other complex’s leasing staff. I ended up finding the Mark on Facebook after that incident. And I am SO GLAD all this happened and I moved into here at the Mark & met Taharek. ☺️ Taharek is a gem!I absolutely love my city view from my porch & the size of my unit.

I really enjoy living here because all the things I need are in walking distance. Tahrek was very kind and set us up with a luxurious room. I have enjoyed living here very much. If you like playing loud music, especially music with heavy bass, this isnt the apartment for you. The walls are thin, and so is the ceiling. That means that the bass will easily bleed into all your surrounding neighboors living space. Your neighbors are the luck of the draw, that being said, 98% of people you encounter are super nice! Also there are very scenic runs in every direction. If youre considering living here, hit up Tahrek, hell take good care of you.

So far my experience at the Mark has been exceptional. My leasing agent Tahrek has made this process even better, from the tour of the property, showing me different floor plans to better fit my needs and budget, to quickly responding to a dozen or more emails. From the moment I arrived at Mark at West Midtown, after a long day of trying to tour other apartments last minute, the property managers here have been the nicest, most honest and hardworking, customer service focused team I have ever encountered.I’d unfortunately left it close to deadline to decide whether to renew my lease at my old apartment, so it was urgent to confirm that I had viable alternatives that day. Even though I didn’t have an appointment and the office was about to close, Charlotte was kind and patient in talking me through my options at the Mark, and letting me view a unit that was similar in size. She explained that though the actual unit available would have carpeting, which was not ideal for me, she would commit to helping me find a unit with hardwood floors if one becomes available, and my application could be transferred at no charge. I loved what I saw of the property so much, and was so impressed with how Charlotte handled our interaction, that I took an uncharacteristic leap of faith to submit my application for the unit.And Charlotte kept her word, working hard to find hardwood units that also met other criteria I’d shared, as well as aligned with the timing I needed. Thanks to her persistence, I ended up with a unit that is perfect for me in every way!! And, even though all bedrooms were still required to have carpeting, knowing how worried I was about clean carpets, Charlotte and other fantastic property manager Tahrek went above and beyond to have new carpets installed there!During move in, every repair I requested was handled immediately. One of the reasons I wanted to move was also that in these unprecedented times, we are all spending more time at home than ever, and I wanted to live in a place with great common areas where I could take breaks with a change in scenery - I love the well maintained, chic but cozy rooftop lounge with its view of the skyline for that. And the indoor lounge when it’s too hot outside. Plus the pool with plenty of lounge chairs and side tables. The clubhouse is still closed for now, but whenever it’s safe to do so, there’s that beautiful area as well (with access to printer).Really appreciated Charlotte checking in with me throughout the move to ensure all was going smoothly. And every time I see her or Tahrek now around the property, they are always super friendly.It’s been a while since I moved into a property where I truly feel like a valued member of the community instead of just a ‘tenant’ to move quickly through the system and then, ‘next’. Charlotte and Tahrek make all the difference here in making this feel like home.

I moved in here two months ago and have had a great experience. When I was moving in, the apartment I had signed my lease for was not as I expected and so Tahrek and the rest of the leasing staff diligently worked with me to give me other options. They offered a new apartment, reduced pricing, and even so far to let me break my contract if I didn’t feel completely at home in my new apartment. In the end, they brought in a third party company to clean the apartment and make sure it was ready for proper move in. Additionally, the apartments themselves are beautiful with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and great natural light. My experience here has been wonderful and a major reason for this is due to the kind and understanding leasing staff (especially Tahrek!). I would definitely recommend moving here!

I am so very glad I moved here! First of all, let me say that Tahrek Sbaity Is one of the very first people I came into contact with when calling for a potential apartment unit. I was pressed for time, stressed, and overwhelmed with it all after I had previously dealt with a different apartment complex that was less than helpful for weeks on end. He put me at ease right away with his kindness, he answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I am in a wheelchair and when I mention that he lets me know that I will be right at home. I have to ask questions like “is it easy to get in and out of the building, is it pedestrian friendly by way of sidewalks, etc and he was on the ball with making sure he answered the questions by seeking things out for himself, calling me back and letting me know. He provided pictures of the units, virtual touring of the apartment and I immediately felt at home. I called the next day and spoke with them again and I was given an opportunity to lease an apartment right away. Ive lived here nine days, and the staff overall has made things very easy for me. I highly recommend Mark at West midtown, not only is it clean, quiet, and still within walking distance to local coffee places and food, but it feels secluded from city noise. I love my neighbors here, I love the staff, and I can see myself here long term.

I chose to move to the Mark because of the beautiful apartments and overall luxurious and clean feel of the complex, and I do not regret the decision! The apartment is charming and cozy yet spacious thanks to the high ceilings, and natural light from the massive windows is a huge plus! Tahrek and the staff have been so welcoming and helpful with the move, which is a true testament to their hospitality considering I moved in during the stressful time of the COVID-19 pandemic. I love it here!

Ive been a resident here for 2 years now and my experience has been great. The maintenance staff is really quick at making repairs and the management team is wonderful. Anytime I had an issue, they are always professional and highly concerned with making my experience better.

My wife and I were looking for a secure apartment today and we came across this amazing place. Absolutely stunning. We had a very good tour by Elsie. She was really helpful. The gentlemen sitting across from her was helpful to. Its out of our price range, but the customer service was perfect.

This apartment complex is absolutely stunning, clean, well-maintained, safe, and perfectly located in Midtown! I have lived and moved in several different states in several different apartment complexes over the last 12 years, and I have to say that this is the most impressive place I have lived in yet! To add, the property managers are absolutely stellar and accommodating. During the pandemic, this property was kind enough to set up a FaceTime call with me to show me around my future apartment so that I could secure a place to live during a difficult time to make a move across the country. The customer service Tahrek provided throughout the entire touring / applying / move - in process was truly outstanding! After touring so many apartments and talking to over a dozen leasing agent specialists around Atlanta, it was especially refreshing to have someone quickly meet all of my needs and make the entire process a breeze (despite COVID restrictions too).

The property is beautiful and well kept. The assistant LC is extremely helpful. She showed me around the community after sitting in the lobby area. The older guy that was a agent was sitting at his desk and would not help me. I would definitely still lease there. Beautiful community. Very clean.

I really like the rooftop of the apartment which has a clubroom as well as the gym. You can see the midtown skyline at night and the sunset like the picture that I took yesterday. I just moved in for two weeks and totally enjoyed it. The windows are large, sunshine is great, and staff is friendly. Probably the only bad thing is that the residents cannot stay in the clubroom/leasing office after 10 pm. I also want to mention Tahrek and Jamison for helping me move in. They are nice and professional.

My review is based on my first impression with the apartment which led to me signing a lease. Tahrek was awesome point, blank, period! I went to 5 apartments prior and the staff here was the ONLY one that treated me with urgency and got things done. I had one day to find a place so that I can relocate to Atlanta for work. Im excited for my move, and on my tour I didnt see any trash. I hope this community continues to exceed my expectations.

I am going to start this off by saying that I have lived in NYC and L.A. prior to living in Atlanta. Additionally, before checking out the Mark at West Midtown, I had lived in another community in West Midtown. However, in none of the places that I have resided in was there this much attention provided. The customer service provided by Tahrek has been OUTSTANDING. He is extremely professional, responsive, and patient. Never did I feel pressured to get into an apartment I was not convinced by. I went the first time to see one apartment, and then I emailed him about a few others. He sent me pictures and then offered me to go in-person again to ensure that I was satisfied. He always asked, what do you like? what are your preferences? do you like carpet? what floor do you want to live on? how much natural light do you like?. He helped ME narrow down the many options they have available. He took me through the community and showed me all the offerings. While walking through the community I noticed how well kept it was and the attention to detail in its engineering. This was truly one of the fastest, easiest, and most pleasant experiences I have ever had. If you are looking for a stress-free process, head on over to the mark at west midtown. The location is perfect - close enough to all the busy areas, but far enough that you could retreat back to your peaceful home. This place is A1 - 100%

I have lived here for over 3 years and Charlotte and her team are wonderful and overly accommodating. They truly go above and beyond to keep you happy and content in your home and make it feel like it’s a home. They ALWAYS greet you with a smile and it’s refreshing to see their faces everyday. I’m moving soon and I keep thinking it’s a decision I will regret because I love the staff so much.

I needed to find an apartment fast and started looking at the Mark. From the moment I walked in, Tahrek made me feel right at home. I am so excited to be living here. Jamison has been with me every step of the way during my transition making everything as smooth at possible. Everyone in the building has been nice to me and the unit I’m going to lease is gorgeous and a steal for the price. I didn’t want to move during this pandemic due to me not being able to physically see the apartment. I finally scheduled a virtual tour with Tahrek. He was professional, fun, and knowledgeable. Needless to say I leased the apartment the same day as my virtual tour. If it wasn’t for Tahrek I would still be living in my old apartment that I didn’t enjoy residing in.

I recently moved into The Mark at West Midtown less than a month, and one thing I can say.. the leasing office really cares about its residents.. I had a few concerns and they were tended to immediately. I would recommend this place to any and everyone.

I am updating a year later! My fiancé and I have loved living at the Mark! The maintenance crew has changed and we are so so grateful! Anthony recently fixed a few request we had and he was so very pleasant! We definitely really like the new crew. Also, Carma, the housekeeper, is so sweet as well! We definitely recommend the Mark!We recently moved into the Mark and the place so far has been exceptionally beautiful. We read previous reviews before moving in; however, safety seems to have been increased which was a huge factor to me and my fiancé considering we had been burglarized at our old place. Trash gets picked up, a super nice convenience, and the walls are pretty thick so privacy is a plus. The staff has been friendly and Tahrek was a big help to us. The only downside is maintenance. It takes at least a week for a simple issue to be fixed or our work order simply does not get done. It would have been a 5/5 move in experience if maintenance was much nicer to us rather than accusatory and if our work orders were met in a more timely fashion.

I have lived at The Mark for 1.5 years. When I first moved in, it was exactly as advertised, if not better. Sometime in late 2017 / early 2018, management changed and it became obvious quickly. The management team is unresponsive, deceitful, and do not care, more or less provide basic needs for residents.As countless other reviews state, this place is filthy. There is trash scattered across the property. There is loud music playing ALWAYS. The pool is disgusting and with the competing music being blared between residents, you will hardly relax.The noise is the worst part for me personally. I have sent 8 formal complaints to the management in the past week regarding my immediate neighbor, who is blaring music at all hours of the day and night and the base is shaking my unit. I have to call management repeatedly to get a response and they just say theyre following up with the resident. This has been an issue for well over a month and nothing has changed. Lets add to this with the dogs barking from various units around me.Parking is hardly regulated so many residents park in the guest parking, leaving no room for guests. Management doesnt care, and theyre well aware.For those still considering moving in, they just cleared the land directly beside the property between the complex and Stoddards. Its clear they are planning to build on this very small piece of land and there will be additional noise, of which they will not notify you on upon touring the property.To summarize, management is terrible. DO NOT consider living here. I will be leaving the second my lease is up and telling anyone who is considering it to live anywhere else.

My partner and I came to visit Mark at West Midtown a few weeks ago. It was our last stop of apartment hunting for the day and we were exhausted from looking at places. From the moment we walked in we were treated with a warm welcome from Tahrek, who was AMAZING! Tahrek was helpful, upfront and answered all of our questions. He was very personable and gave us all of the information we needed. We were on a time crunch for moving in because our other lease was ending and Tahrek was able to get everything processed for us within a WEEK! I have never felt more at home in an apartment complex. We love our spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath. If you want a luxury apartment near the city with great amenities and a great management team, then you should definitely look at living here! Thank you Tahrek for making our decision to move here so easy!

It feels great to be back! After living here a year, we decided we wanted to try something different, but that was a mistake. Eight months later, we are once again calling Mark home. Jamison B. made the transition back very easy and went above and beyond to make sure we got moved in right away. Highlighting all the new things happening at the property, he made us excited to be back. Can’t wait to make new memories here as a new family of 3.

Shooting happened by a resident on July 6, 2019 2am, few men came looking for him at his door. Gun shots went to other apartment and hallway. It’s been 72 hours and the complex has yet to notify tenants. All break-ins, drug activity, and littering is being ignored and NONE of the criminal activity has been notified to current residents in email or letters. Not even the shooting!!! News will be back shortly and all info will be provided to the public about all criminal history and mismanagement here at The Mark at West Midtown. The least they can do is notify tenants, not ignore it and continue to give false sense of luxury and saftey to new people. Also, trash and floor stains everywhere for weeks never cleaned up. Door fob entries not working for weeks and parking garage parts broken for a while now. List goes on.Be careful living here unless you’re a thug or like to be robbed and experience shootings and outrageous pool parties with gang like music.

Ive been here for almost 2 months and have enjoyed the complex so far. I love the rooftop area. It a great area to entertain. I absolutely love my apartment. Its very spacious and the actual complex is centrally located to everything I love to do. One of my few complaints is that some of our residents dont seem to treat our amenities with the proper respect. Also, Ill need to add noise reducing curtains to reduce the noise from the street (I face the main road). Other than that, enjoying my time here!

The apartment itself is nice. The appliances are new, the tabletops are marble, and I never really hear my neighbors (although I am in a corner apartment).The amenities are not so great. The gym has had a funky smell for the past 6 months now (smells like wet carpet). The pool is average. The hallways, staircases, and parking garage are a bit dirty as well. If you can look past that, then you’d probably enjoy this apartment!

The property is beautiful and clean! I love the location! It is very easy to access. LC is very helpful and showed me around the community. Its an overall great place and highly recommended!

I wasnt able to lease due to a job relocation, however, The Mark was my first choice for many reasons. First impressions are important and Tahrek was able to provide me with an excellent experience. Very knowledgeable and professional throughout the tour. I met Charlotte as well, the Property Manager and she greeted me with smiles and kindness. The property itself radiates luxury and cleanliness. I have read some negative reviews on here but I would change all of them to 5 stars if I could. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I just rented, had to make a quick last minute move in and met with Jamison (as my leasing agent) and the staff. He could not have been more helpful. When a glitch araised he didnt hesitate and made sure things were handled. I appreciate and respect the whole staff. Now come back in a year and Ill tel you how it went, hopefully the same can be said again lol

This place is disgusting. We have been here a few months and CANNOT WAIT for our lease to be up. The pool is so dirty that the floating lounge chairs are stained black where the waterline is. People let their dogs piss and poop in the hallways and then dont clean up the feces. The common areas are so dirty that if any part of me or anything Im carrying touches a wall or railing it gets stained.Crime is rampant from break-ins (unit next to us and many others), to car windows smashed (one of our visitors in the middle of the day when she had only been there an hour), to blatant drug use (there were marijuana remnants throughout our kitchen and bathroom drawers when they said it was clean enough to move into and hallways continuously smell). The security gates are NOT secure and there are always people just hanging out in the parking deck.The management team is completely unresponsive and has changed three times in the four months weve been here. Weve had to threaten them and contact the companys regional managers to get anything done; for instance, our fire extinguisher failed the annual test and they didnt replace it for 6 weeks, they broke our AC unit (maintenance set it on fire on the roof) and then didnt get it fixed for a week and it was only us begging and crying that made them do anything at all. They came into my apartment when I wasnt there and left the key to another apartment sitting by my TV -- they had also very clearly gone into my bedroom, but the work they said they were doing was on my dryer, which is in no way connected to or access by my bedroom.DO NOT live here if you have any other choice. The convenient location is not worth the trouble.

Just got my home at the Mark by dealing with Tahrek. Soon as I walk in the door I could tell from his energy and personality that the mark was my home. He was very motivated n kind to help me choose my wonderful apartment. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen.

Moved in about a month ago. I was skeptic at first based on other reviews but new management seems to have really turned most everything around for the better. Tahrek has been great and transparent throughout the process and has been a very tremendous help

First off, the location of this apartment is perfect. The apartment themselves are clean, well built and well organized. I honestly feel like I am in a resort half the time I am here. Staff is friendly and helpful, they sent me an email double checking on the condition of the apartment and if eveything was to my liking. Maintenance is 100% helpful. They switched out the air and water filters in my fridge maybe a day after my request. Parking spots are wide and plentiful. Safety is top notch considering you have your own remote control for the gates that allow access to the interior of the building. All in all, great place to be in.

Came by and toured a couple of weeks ago and even though my relocation to Atlanta did not move forward, Tahrek conducted a great tour. The property looked and smelled great. I will be back if things change! Thank you
