I have been living here since April 21.Location is fantastic; within walking distance from belt line and very quick to get on highway. I am in a newly renovated apartment which for the most part is quite nice although the craftsmanship of whatever company renovated it shows signs of it being rushed. Most all handles on cabinets and drawers are crooked. Some of the vinyl flooring near the walls is not well glued down.Staff;Staff in leasing office seems to be understaffed or just constantly busy attempting to appease some of the more dramatic residents. Phone calls are not generally picked up, it’s easier to walk in and speak with someone. If they say they’ll call or email the next day they probably won’t in my experience. If you ask about adding a storage unit or a reserved parking spot, beware they’ll start charging you that day.In terms of building conditions;The doors for the parking garage frequently break. This includes the doors to get into the building as well as the vehicle doors. There is an alarm that is frequently activated near the entrance to the building that will usually last for several days. The elevator is occasionally broken. I’ve heard that some areas on the first floor flood, this is supposedly being rectified soon. With ongoing renovations water is periodically shut off with about a one week notice, but sparse information about when the water is actually restored or one occasion when it was rescheduled to the next day.The community;Great people so far! Dog park frequently has a warm and welcoming environment especially around 5 during the week. The community wall in the app / website is pretty active… there are always people moving out selling furniture and such.Security seems to be a huge issue in the garage. I haven’t had any issues, but I have a reserved spot near the garage entrance and cameras that has probably helped. Based on the the frequency of posts about car break-ins on the community wall, and from hearing from other residents who’ve had stuff stolen… it’s a matter of when not if. Camden cannot or just will not do enough to ensure the parking garage is secure. They will however charge you $25 a month to park in it and an additional $50 for a reserved spot. (I believe the charge is now $35)Over all, the location loses some stars for staff attentiveness, frequently broken doors, and security shortcomings. But the proximity to highway and things to do is phenomenal.

Had an amazing tour of these apartments. Wonderful neighborhood, great location, and amazing staff. Almost forgot, the rooftop is to die for! Highly recommend checking this place out of you’re on the hunt for apartments in GA.

All these recent 5 star reviews are from people that toured or just moved in. Ive lived here for over a year. The renovated apartments are beautiful with great layouts. The location and amenities (pool, rooftop, gym) are fantastic. What else has happened to me in the past year:- My husbands moped was stolen from the gated garage.- My locked bicycle was stolen from the garage. Never even got a call back from the office.- I was followed by a man with no dog in the dog park at midnight. He was trying to get into the building.- My dog was attacked by someone who had their dog off leash and he had to have surgery.- Theres an emergency water shut off every couple of weeks. Especially if you work from home, expect to not have water for 3-4 hours some days.- If you live facing Jackson St, it is LOUD. Cars, music, people fighting, gun shots.- I will say usually the maintenance team is lovely. But one time we did not have any maintenance requests and one of the employees came into our apartment. When I asked him to leave because I didnt have pants on he did not and continued to change the air filter. When I complained to the apartment they said it was an emergency.Some of these things are the apartments fault, some of them not. However, I would not recommend living here.

Camden vantage has a serious mold infestation. Spreading from the closet to the bedroom. I have notified the leasing office over a week ago & they have taken no actions to accommodate me in any way possible. It is truly unacceptable and disgusting to have invested so much time here. I will be contacting the Georgia dept of health ASAP !

I have lived here since the summer and enjoyed it a lot. The community is very nice, they address issues promptly, and the emails are very informative. Katherine in the leasing office has been so helpful, along with everyone else. I have only had one or two issues that were solved in a few days while staying here. The pools and gym are great and well taken care of. Service and maintenance will respond quickly, especially if you watch your email and respond back. I enjoyed being close to everything near my school and job and felt very safe in the community. Thank you!

The place is newly renovated and very nice and in a great location. What really sold us was our leasing consultant Hong Nguyen! She was very smart, helpful, understanding and had an overall excellent attitude. I would highly recommend checking out Camden Vantage because not only is the place great but the management is excellent as well!

Kevin D. completed an urgent maintenance request for me and was super kind upon entering my apartment home. He was super quick and efficient! He let me know exactly what was going on with my request and took care of the issue promptly. If I have any new issues, i will personally request Kevin come back because of his efficiency!! Wow. I moved in a week ago and love this place. It has a peaceful vibe, pleasant residents, and an attentive staff who go out of their way to make life here enjoyable and fun. While I’ve previously lived in older buildings or houses with 1920s character, I wanted something fresh and new—with electric appliances and a pool—this time around. Initially my first choice was a trendier complex a half a mile away, but nothing—the amenities, two roof decks, attention from staff, or the ambience—compared to Camden Vantage. Douglas Diaz in the leasing office let me look at lots of apartments but made a point to recommend one with a view of the city. I can’t say enough great things about Douglas, as he did not put any pressure on me, let me come back more to look again, answered lots of questions, guided me through the easy application process, and then guided me through the move-in process (from getting a storage unit to asking if I had any special requests). My orientation day was his day off, so another great staff member, Antoinette “Tonie” Tyler, took me through the process of getting keys, answered more questions, and assured me if I had any issues they would take care of me. When I walked into my apartment, I was impressed with how the maintenance crew had done everything possible to make it feel brand new. I haven’t had a chance to meet them but hear they are awesome and quick to respond. I’ve read the previous reviews, including the negative ones. If those issues were real, it’s obvious management has done everything possible to address concerns, especially with security upgrades and an officer who walks the property at night. The place is now smoke-free, even outside. I love that all kinds and ages of people live here—friendly without being busy-bodies—and the complex is pet-friendly. Oh, I’m sure I’ll find some unpleasant surprise; every place you live has one. But I havent found it yet. Loved having a food truck here last week.

Camden Vantages staff team are very informative, professional and polite; but, there is one person who always seem to go above and beyond with each request. Mr. Rickey Fleming Rowe, Resident Service Coordinator for Camden Vantage arrived last year, professionally dressed and running. He has worked tirelessly for Camden to once more, become the luxury-style apartment complex in the inner city it once was...He walks the community, cleans up dog poop, immediately responds to emails, and always remains calm, regardless of the negativity he may face. I appreciate you Mr. Fleming Rowe! I hope Camden corporate is observing because you and your team deserve your flowers now.

My view for the next year vs the view i enjoyed for the first three months of my lease. the dogwalk area pictured here has two dumpsters and another storage container along with large wooden “driveways” where the workers park their cars during the day. Part of what i used to enjoy by having a fenced dog walk area was that i could AVOID walking my dog past atlanta construction crews and have a bit more privacy and sense of security, neither of which remain. I’ve previously requested that they be more careful of leaving sharp debris (broken glass, ceramic) scattered around and was told the issue would be resolved, when it has not. they say they will be running “apartment renovations as units become available”, which can only mean there is no alternative resolution in any foreseeable future. The unit I am currently in is already very nice and modernly renovated, the new renovations are to make the units look more ‘sleek’ and ‘modern’ (high-end so they can increase the base rent and force current leaseholders out)edit: updated photo of 6months into their construction. Additionally, the grassy dog walk area between the rear buildings is STILL torn up with deep tire tracks. They told us months ago that it would be repaired but, alas. Car break ins, vehicles stolen from within the gated garage, and an armed robbery have all occurred within the past two months.edit two: almost a year since original post and they have finally restored the grass in the dog walk and removed the dumpster from the area. very glad as it was attracting a large number of flies that swarmed my patio during the day. all in all i enjoy living here. updating to 4 stars.

I loved living at Camden Vantage! If you are looking for a place in Atlanta I would HIGHLY recommend living here. Everyone in the leasing office is so friendly and welcoming. Japera and Summer always took care of me, and do a great job at managing the community. The maintenance team is SO quick about getting service requests completed, and are really friendly. The new renovations they are doing look SO good, I wish I wasn’t relocating! My favorite thing about Camden Vantage is the rooftop, they have the best rooftop view in the entire city, and I loved hanging out at the Jackson Street bridge to watch sunset. They have two great pools and the gym was just renovated! I really have nothing but great things to say about Camden Vantage and everyone that works there. Thank you for making my time here so great!

One of the best apartment building/ communities in Atlanta! Great View, Great modern apartment, and a central location. Hong, in the leasing office was awesome, she helped me find the exact floor plan I wanted! The whole team is great, it has been an amazing experience thus far!

I’ve written a review but I guess it got taken down. I don’t like living here. I moved here in November and it’s honestly been a poor decision on my end. The walls are super thin and I can hear my neighbors all the time. In addition, they have a parking agency that loves to give your guests parking tickets if they didn’t sign up for free parking.

These apartments are very safe and clean. It is very peaceful here and the view is phenomenal. Hong was my leasing consultant. She made the process very smooth and she was determined to help me get the unit that I wanted. I absolutely loved working with Hong she was the best!

Tony is super amazing!!! Her personality is genuine. Great job Camden Vintage for having her on the team here.

Emily Jackson was really helpful and very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions! If you’re looking for a place with a nice view of Atlanta and a few places to shop and eat, Camden is the place.

I needed to borrow the hand truck but it was in use. I was in a bit of a hurry, and Rickey offered to help me move some items to my car. It was so unexpected and I was surprised and grateful for the help! Thanks Rickey for making our community a great place to live! :)

Ive lived in apartment communities like this all across the US, and not one has come close in its professionalism, quality, or value.Any service request (all minor and routine) Ive ever had is immediately responded by their teams and resolved within 24-48 hours. Not to mention they are respectful of your space and are willing to help with any other questions or concerns you may think of while youre in there.The grounds crew does an amazing job keeping the entire complex looking sharp. One thing I notice about all the staff, they always are smiling and do a good job getting to know you and saying hi. A testament that happy employees make happy customers.Such a great community, you MUST live here if you want to be close to downtown. If this isnt convincing enough, check out their rooftop- the most gorgeous view of the city anywhere.If you get an opportunity to work with Jesus or Summer, you will be very grateful. Both of these Camden staff members are top notch, and always happy to help :)

Douglas gave me and my roommate a tour of potential apartments and it was great! He was super helpful and informative during the entire process.

Love my apartment. Place is clean and modern. Maintenance is sweet and will help whenever needed. The place is kept up. Office is helpful. I would definitely renew my lease here. I’ve now lived in 3 different Camden apartments and will continue to transfer when I need to move again.The only “complaint” I have is having to use your key fob to get in anywhere because I always have to go let guests in and if I forget my fob when I let my dogs out I have to wait till someone comes to the door.

This is such a beautiful, quiet, and well-kept apartment complex with a beautiful view! I highly recommend to anyone wanting to live within citys perimeter!Also, literal minutes from Krog Street, Ponce City Market, and the Beltline!Update: Been about a month.. still love it. Security needs to be improved.. but we are downtown.Update: About 200$ in fees on top of your rent!

I just moved to Vantage in March of 2020 and I love it here so far. The staff is extremely friendly and the manager, Summer, went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable in my apartment and even offered to come out in the rain to show me around. The property is always well maintained and the leasing consultant, Daniel, have been hands on since day one with answering any questions Ive had. I would definitely recommend living on this property. 5 stars

Fell in love with this place. Nice staff/ perfect location. We visited many other complexes and this was by far the best one. Jesus gave us a tour and he was amazing and a big part in why we fell in love with this place. He helped us so much. He showed us several different units and helped us pick the one that was best for us, without any pressure at all. We went in just wanting to tour, and we ended up leasing it in the same day. Thank you so much Jesus for genuinely caring and helping us find our new home!!!! We can’t wait to move in.

This is one of the best apartments I’ve lived at. The staff are incredibly friendly and will answer any questions you have in a timely manner. They also hosts cute events for every holiday and are incredibly generous. The amenities included free printing, pool, roof top, and a dog park, which is pretty convenient for me. I have a great appreciation for the staff, especially John!

I had attended three apartment complexes in the past five years. Honestly, Camden Vantage Apartments had been one of the best apartments that I have stayed. The staff is super kind. They have a great dog park for my little pup to run around. They continually make sure the residents are well taken care of. For every holiday, they are festive and give out tasty free food! The leasing office has dog treats and toys, too, so they care about your pets. Also, they pick up the trash on time, and the hallways are ALWAYS clean! If you decide to move here, then you should because they exceeded all of my high expectations.

Rickey Fleming - resident service coordinator, is extremely accommodating it literally makes NO sense! Ive been leasing since October 2020 (Covid move-in lol), and Rickey has been extremely understanding with the few issues Ive had around the property. He ACTUALLY makes genuine efforts to find a solution that works for everyone! Bro is literally a walking 5 STARJoslyn Russell - Community Manager JUST STARTED WORKING HERE THIS WEEK and has already showed that she can actually connect to the residence (Like me) and LISTEN to our concerns. Her and Rickey both went to bat for me LESS THAN 24 HOURS after I addressed an issue to them. Such a breath of fresh air to have you here.

I would be honored to leave this review for John McDonald. Next month will make a year that I’ve lived at Camden Vantage. I believe first impressions mean everything. I remember my first encounter with John. I was merely a prospect at the time. John greeted me with a warming smile and firm hand shack. He continued with excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable of the property and surrounding area.Even though Camden Vantage was a little pricey for me at the time, John’s professionalism and enthusiasm about the property made me feel right at home. That sealed the deal. What amazes me the most, would be that John always remember my name when we cross paths on the property.Camden as a whole has been great leaving there. But John seems to always go above and beyond.

We visited yesterday for a tour of the community. The units are updated and we love the rooftop garden! Jesus Perez was the leasing consultant who showed us around - he was super helpful in finding us a unit that would fit in our budget and move-in time frame and also really patient in showing us multiple units and the amenities. Cant say much about how it would be like to live there, but our visit as a potential tenant was a pleasant one!

Camden Vantage is a great place to live! My wife and I have had a wonderful experience from our very first interaction with the staff. Katherine helped us so much with the move in process. She has always been someone I can count on in the front office to help us solve any issue we may have with a quick response. I highly recommend Camden Vantage not only for the amenities and location but also the staff and community that Camden offers.

This is a great place to live, all things considered. Compared to the other communities in the area, the price is very reasonable for how nice the finishes are in this central location. The location enables you to get right on 75/85, but you can also walk to the freedom parkway trail or the beltline safely. The leasing staff are nice, and the maintenance staff care about you and work really hard to fix your issues. The maintenance team is assigned by building so you have the same person all the time, which I really liked. The location is obviously in the middle of the city so you should keep your eyes open, but I’ve never felt unsafe walking my dog throughout the neighborhood. It’s actually a really nice walk through the MLK Center and the rose garden. Of course every apartment complex has its annoyances like residents not picking up dog waste or noise complaints, but the good outweighs the bad here.

I have enjoyed living here the past few months. Daniel D. and the rest of the staff, worked diligently with me when, just before move in, I needed to change apartments. I feared it would be a hard thing to deal with, but they were able to make it a smooth process. There was little to no interruption to my already hectic life.The staff is friendly and maintenance is always fast to respond to your needs. There have been some recent issues with security, but they addressed them as quickly as possible. It is not easy to please everyone, but I feel like the staff does the best they can to do, with the resources they have.

Just finished taking a tour of Camden Vantage with Jesus from the leasing office. It blew away all my expectations! I saw pictures and thought “it can’t be that nice in person” but it really is. Jesus was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions honestly, definitely a good sign if the rest of management is anything like him.

I havent moved into this place yet, but John was really kind and personable in helping me decide which unit it best for me. The grounds are really beautiful, and the entire place was SO quiet during my tour. Also, there a rooftop! The location of this place is great. I dont live far from these apartments, so I can tell you all that the area is a perfect spot to be in. Close enough to the city that you dont really need a car, and far enough that you dont face the funk of downtown hustle/bustle. I cant wait to sign a lease here soon!

DONT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GENUINELY HATE YOUR LIFE EVERY SINGLE DAY! i paid to break my lease because it was that bad. so unprofessional, unresponsive, unhelpful, completely chaotic and on top of everything it’s not safe here and they do dumb sh** like towing residents cars as a surprise to re paint the parking deck lol.

You cant really beat the proximity of this Camden. Its blocks from the Beltline, right off the expressway, and literally in the middle of Atlanta. Commutes from here are a breeze.My move-in experience was not the best. My key wouldn’t unlock my front door and I was locked out pretty late at night twice. My windows were also covered for a week because the building was being painted (it looks really nice on the outside now). And, the community had some very scary security issues going on for a while that have now been addressed.After living here for 15 months, I can honestly say that the Camden maintenance staff is great. When problems arise, they address them quickly and professionally. Most of my service requests were completed the next day (or immediately if its an emergency).Now that my lease is ending, I’ll consider staying within the Camden group because it’s a national network of great properties with great staff.

Love this place! Weve only been here since January, but its been one of our favorite apartment complexes. Any work order we put in, has been fixed in a timely manner. The staff is always nice and polite. They have a great dog park. The food truck every Wednesday is a really nice addition too! Our trash is always taken every night that we put it out. Im very glad we chose this complex!

Renter beware,Over the recent past Camden has really taken a turn for the worse. From muggings, theft, and break-ins to flooding of the dog park into the homes and constant noise violations. All of which remain unresolved by management.If youre looking for peaceful place to call home, youre better off under the Jackson Street bridge. At least youre treated better there.The units themselves are cozy and warm, but dont be deceived. At night the buildings turn into a college dorm/psychiatric hospital. From people screaming, yelling, and a complete disregard for living in a community; I wish I could leave a review of zero.Management seems to be tied up by corporate bylaws which means your rights are thrown out the window. Sleeplessness nights, and the downplay of health and wellness is not enough for the office to get involved.If youre a tenant and reading this now, may I suggest utilizing the local law enforcement to help build and support your cause to get out of current madhouse. You do have rights. Atlanta noise ordinances calls for a minimum a 5 feet sound barrier in apartment complexes. So all that stomping, screaming, snoring, and whatever else is bleeding through your walls; is a violation of your rights.

Constant crime in area, management is nonresponsive and/or apathetic, multiple break-ins or crime on premises and management refuses to hire security, amenities are constantly shut down, elevators break on monthly/weekly basis. At first glance its a nice apartment complex but management is solely running it into the ground.Fortunately Im only living here temporarily while going to school at Georgia State which is super close. As soon as Im done with school I am out of this complex. Do not recommend.

Since Ive moved in (January 2019), the security has been non-existing. We have had crimes happening every week. Car robberies, car break-ins, and now ARMED robberies INSIDE the complex. I really like the community, but my safety is more important than having a nice staff and some amenities. We really need to have security on site ASAP.

Camden Vantage has been a breathe of fresh air for me and my family. I’ve been a resident for 2 years and Summer, the leasing manager is the absolute best. Also, Cody Steenmeijer their maintenance tech is my favorite. I had a hefty maintenance request that I thought would take at least an hour and Cody was done in 15mins..! He was super nice. Camden is a great apartment community and I’ve really fallen in love with their city views and great amenities. I also really enjoy the food trucks that come over throughout the week and post up. I’m glad to call Camden home.

Love Camden and management is great! Just like any multi-family residential complex it has some issues but mgmt is generally right on it. They recently renovated and painted the interior and exteriors so it looks pretty pristine!

My residency with Camden Vantage begins in May and I have Douglas Diaz to thank. Douglas has been working with me for several months providing numerous tours to help me find that GOOD FIT living space. His patience, kindness, and cheerful disposition is greatly appreciated and I highly recommend Douglas Diaz if youre looking for the optimal leasing experience.

Ive lived for a year, and the experience has been overall pleasant. The elevators do go down from time to time, but they are pretty good about having them fixed in an expedient amount of time. The facilities are nice and the rooms are comfortable. I do with that they had nicer stove tops, they are all coil, and set of the fire alarm fairly often if not maintained well.

So far, i have had a great experience here. There have been a few times when i thought i was getting stuck with charges or being put into situations that were not optimal, but John has helped out every time. He is a huge help and helps to keep you coming back. The place feels safe and has a great location in the city.

Camden Vantage is a dream. I had a terrible experience at my previous apartment complex, but Camden has shown me what an apartment complex should really be like. John McDonald is EXCEPTIONAL! He made my move-in process as smooth as could be. My apartment was completely spotless when I moved in. The apartments are spacious and they all come with patios & a washer/dryer. The complex is serene. Management and maintenance are extraordinary. And of course one of the best things about Camden Vantage is the breathtaking view of the Downtown skyline. Finding a parking spot at night can be difficult, but I don’t consider that a major issue. Camden Vantage has exceeded my expectations. I guarantee you would not regret signing a lease here.

A year ago I thought Camden was great but I soon realized how awful it was going to get. This place is over priced, over rated and flat out awful. My girlfriend and I both had our cars broken into, she found a homeless man sleeping in her car when leaving for work even though she was parked behind residents gated parking and her car was locked.. . the security does no good (if there even is still any) and to top it all off even though I have not lived there in over a month (I paid two rents just to get out of there) I am being billed 100 dollars for water and sewer for 5 days of December that I didn’t use because apparently the apartments water and sewer are grouped in with other peoples.. so just be careful when you consider moving here they will defiantly try and sell you with the roof top view but in the end it’s not worth it. I found a BIGGER apartment, in a NICER part of the city for CHEAPER so just a warning for you guys

Went in looking for a tour of some apartments and was blown away by the service provided by the staff at Camden Vantage Apartments. Specifically John, who was highly informative, friendly, and professional about the entire process and answered all my questions and then some. This was easily the best apartment tour Ive ever had attended and convinced me that this was a great place to live.

Cockroaches. EVERYWHERE. I love this location, the apartment is very nice, and the management is friendly and accommodating, but have mercy we are living in an infested nightmare. Literally — I just woke up in the middle of the night to a massive roach crawling next to my end table, so I won’t be sleeping tonight and have plenty of time to write this review. My room mate and I are very clean people, no food is ever left out and we conduct regular vacuuming and wiping down of counters. But we have asked them to spray three or four times in the last couple of months alone. We have since had to take matters in our own hands using various other methods like Raid. I am not exaggerating that in the last month along I have had to kill thirty (30!) roaches. It is disgusting, disturbing and incredibly frustrating.

So far so good! I recently moved in and had a great experience with the maintenance crew. They responded to my service requests within a day and got things fix in a matter of minutes. I appreciate Camdens welcoming and embracing community.

Toured the apartment location and I was please with all that this complex have to offer. The representative that provided the tour was professional and knowledgeable concerning to the apartment complex. I will recommend this location to friends and family. Keep up the good work.

I have been living here for 4 years and I love this community. You live right here in the heart of Atlanta with amazing view. Location is amazing. There were management changes but I never had any problems. Reading some reviews on here makes laugh, yes crime comes with city living. I come from a big city and there is crime every day. On the other hand yes I’m glad there is security kicking none residents of the amenities, if you not a resident you should be with lease holder. Staff has always been nice and helpful. Come and check out for yourself. I recommend this property after living here before Camden came on board. Keep up the good Job, property always looks clean. Best part is the food truck every week and not to mention the Resident Perk program.

Definitely my first choice! Staff were really nice and helped out with all of my questions during the tour. The location its pretty convenient, the apartments are clean and they are pet friendly.

Disclaimer: I do not live (and have not lived) at Camden Vantage, but I did take a tour recently with leasing agent Doug and he was incredibly knowledgeable of the property and accommodating. The floorplans are spacious and the amenities are up-to-date and clean. Big shoutout to Doug!

I really love living here! The amenities are amazing, it’s super close to the highway which is important, I always feel safe and the community is constantly improving for the better! The office staff is super attentive and if any small thing occurs, maintenance and the office are quick to respond. Daniel is my go- to in the office- he leased me my apartment after showing my indecisive self several floorplans and I couldn’t have picked a more perfect apartment. He’s always quick to respond and a total joy to be around- always a smile on his face. I love Camden Vantage!

Vantage is a very comfortable place of living and it would be a wise decision to consider making it a personal home. The property is well maintained and the landscape is nice. The drive into the complex displays an amazing view of downtown Atlanta, one of my favorite features! The inside of my apartment is clean, I had an issue with a couple of items, but maintenance replaced the items immediately after I put in a request to have them fixed. Thanks guys! The pool is clean and the gym is top notch!

When I moved here in July, I originally loved this place and felt so comfortable here. But over the last month, there have been weekly car break ins/car theft/ and now an armed robbery. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone, especially a fellow woman.

I have been a resident here for over 3 years now and I love it!Alexan360 keeps its promise to luxury living. Everyday I arrive home from work, I am truly pleased to come home to my beautiful neighborhood. The fountains, landscape, and secured indoor walkways are all still so welcoming. I am happy now, as when I first moved in. The staff is usually very personable and helpful. Though I am a low-maintenance resident, I can attest to their attitudes being exemplary, whenever I have needed assistance. The amenities here are still lovely, pampering, and perfect for entertaining or personal getaways. They include: 1) Roof top terraces, with city views. 2) Serene salt-water pool, hidden from the city noise within the center of the apartments. 3) Garden courtyards that are private and safely reserved for residents only. 4) Club-rooms equipped with flat screen televisions and computer labs. 5) 24 hour fitness center... And there are TWO of everything that I named on the property (with the exception of the fitness center)... Honestly, who could ask for anything more. Conveniently located by highways 75/85 and 20, walking distance to Georgia State University, walking distance from Atlantas best hole-in-the-wall, cultured clubs (Nonis, Church, Cafe Circa)... I think Im going to be staying for year four now!

I looked at a studio apartment. I really loved how open and bright the apartment was! The amenities were awesome, and I could totally see myself at the pool and rooftop areas. I can’t wait to make this my first apartment!

Camden Vantage has been awesome! The location is perfect-close to downtown, midtown and Little 5 points without dealing with all the traffic to get everywhere. The view from my apartment is amazing and I love sitting out on my balcony to enjoy it.The leasing office has been helpful and understanding in times when I needed help with something for my apartment. The whole staff has been great, but the manager, Greg, was super helpful when I came in to discuss a couple of things that I was unsure about in my lease paperwork. He was very nice and explained everything and addressed my concerns effectively.The maintenance staff are all very quick to respond and fix anything that I have requested. Orane came in a few days ago to repair my dishwasher and was so polite and friendly. He repaired everything, then gave me tips on how to avoid the same issues in the future. I thought this was a great added touch and made me feel like they really want to make sure my experience is wonderful.Last, but not least, the amenities are fabulous!! The rooftop view is one of the best views of the city skyline there is. The pool is awesome and the fitness center is great. They are all always clean and I feel comfortable using all the perks that come with living here. Im so glad I chose to call Camden Vantage home!!

I just spent 30 minutes in this leasing office for no one to speak to me or even acknowledge that I was there. I had my daughter with me and a lady gave her a lemon head that was it. She then went back to her computer for Facebook not a “how you doing” “can I help you” nothing. The man in all black at his desk didn’t speak either. And the other employee decided his conversation and hiding in the break room was probably more important than the woman sitting there with her daughter. I called and a man named Logan said well did you have an appointment? As if that excuses the poor customer service skills they ALL lack. I’m disgusted and I’m glad they didn’t help me. I’d never want to live in a place that doesn’t value potential residents. Thank you for saving me the time. If you need somewhere to live and want to be ignored, come here. They’re perfect.

Beautiful grounds. Terrible management. Ive lived here twice. First, during my last year in college. When I decided to move back after college, I decided to live here again. I was tricked into renting an apartment with what was initially a great view. One of the leasing agents, Japera, failed to tell me that a couple weeks after moving in very loud construction would begin directly in front of my view and would last for a year. I was forced to clean out the tub myself in the apartment as it was filled with insects the day I moved in and they werent running service requests quickly enough. Furthermore, I was charged for having a pet without notice even after proving I only was watching a friends dog for a week because dogs cannot even visit the apartment. All of this is in addition to the pest problem on the grounds. After dark, roaches and rats are roaming in full force in the common areas. For months, tenants were being charged for valet trash even though the workers werent picking it up. The community online chat is filled with people frustrated with paying for services not rendered. What could have been a beautiful apartment experience has proven to be most stressful.

I live at Camden Vantage and Love it! I really love the views and location. But most of all I appreciate the kind, prompt & friendly service of Roman Gibbs. He always goes over & beyond to give great customer service! Its a joy to love where you live but to have friendly, efficient workers like him makes it an Awesome place to live!!!

Camden Vantage has a great living experience setup. Very close to highways, restaurants, grocery store, and bars. Grills on the roof with the best view of the city. Parking is easy and the staff is very friendly. I believe the price is reasonable as well. Very satisfied Camden resident!

Looking for an apartment downtown has been so stressful and I’ve dealt with some reps with no patience so it was refreshing to go to Camden Vantage and get a tour with Daniel. He was super patient, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable about this becoming my new home. I value customer service and this place and it’s staff did not disappoint. Looking forward to moving in!

Camden Vantage is, not only a beautiful property in an amazing location, but likely the safest community in all of Atlanta. We know this first hand as a vendor who installed and maintain more than a hundred, professional surveillance cameras throughout this property.Property manager Greg is just the man, the nicest community manager we have ever worked with. He works tirelessly to ensure the residents at Camden Vantage live in the best property in Atlanta --- and they do :)

Camden Vantage is an amazing place to live! Hands down, the best view in the city. There are so many awesome amenities and the location is ideal if youre trying to get a true city experience. Loved it so much that I even leased as an employee and recommended it to some close friends. Definitely look forward to being here for a while. :-)

I typically do not write reviews, but the leasing consultant, Camden management and maintenance staff deserves accolades for their fantastic customer service and friendliness. Initially, I had some trepidation about moving to an apartment community, but Ive thoroughly enjoyed the experience and my new apartment thus far, as well as all of the amenities. There were two minor repairs needed within my apartment and the work orders were completed immediately. Ive also been impressed by the cleanliness of property. This is a very dog friendly community and it has been easy to meet many other residents.

If you like people stealing your packages from your front door or people wondering around the complex who don’t even live there than Camden is your place to be. I can’t tell you how much I hate this place but I will try. This place always smell like weed all the time. The gate to get in is always broken so people just wonder in park there cars and don’t leave for days so yes that means no parking spaces. People wonder the halls and steal packages. Office staff is a joke. Thy pay people with gift cards to write good reviews. They even offered me one but I said no. Super expensive for a run down apartment. They also built a football and baseball field right next door so they stidium likes stay on all night so you never get any good sleep. Dog poop everywhere. I really tried to deal and make the best of things here but I just can’t. I pay too much a month do deal with this place. Paid out of $$$ just to break my lease. And of course as I’m moving the elevators was broken just like it always is. Get your act together Camden you change too much for such a dump of a place

Ashley and the entire Camden Vantage staff have been amazing ever since I moved in. I just renewed my lease for the 2nd time and I could not be happier to call Camden Vantage my home for the next year or so. I was a bit worried as the market price went up for my apartment, however, Ashley was able to offer me a very reasonable price that we were able to come to agreement on. I have always felt safe here, maintenance is always A+ service, and people and staff are always friendly. I have also been very pleased with the amenities that Camden offers its residents. The rooftop has an amazing view of downtown, the pool is spacious and very nice, and the clubhouse is a cool spot to hang out if you ever have guests over. Overall, I have been impressed with the quality of living here and I encourage anyone who is looking for an apartment to come on over to Camden Vantage to rent!

As a resident of a few years, my experience in engaging with the Camden staff and leasing office has been positive overall. They are always open to discussion and feedback and that is absolutely appreciated. They have been supportive during issues with fellow residents and have been genuine and warm during our interactions. Furthermore, they are prompt in replying to messages and are open to taking action on issues that are sometimes even outside of their immediate control.

If you go live there don’t try to leave they have so many fees toward the end. They will charge just to charge. At the end you will be charged almost half of your rent in hidden fees while on your face they tell you don’t worry we won’t charge anything extra just the regular cleaning fees. They will tell you oh no problem we will look out for you don’t worry. Wait for it!

I came here to visit a friend and I was pleasantly delighted! I was able to take advantage of the rooftop yoga that was being offered, perfect way to unwind during the week! After our yoga session, my friend and I went up to the rooftop pool to simply relax. The views are amazing and you can just feel the city living.
