I’m vey disappointed at the moment.I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone at the office about my application for several of months now. I received a letter via mail to bring in my if along with the letter filled out and I did so and never heard anything else from anyone after that. I been trying to reach out to get an update on my application because I’m in the process of moving because my lease will be up soon where me and my kids resides at now but still no answer or call back from anyone.

I’m very disappointed, I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for months on my application I received a letter in the mail to fill a form out n bring it to the off I did so n still I haven’t received any update. I put my application in last year when the waitlist opened n it’s becoming a nuisance. I have to move by the end of January and I’m constantly checking on my application but still no response on availability. Very nice community and a great community to raise my daughter. Quiet and clean and always being patrolled I love it. AND I WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!!Customer service ⭐️⭐️Community ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I put an application in for these apartments over 2 years ago still havent got a response I called no answer on the phone what is going on at these apartments

Great apts

Perfect first apartment! The staff are friendly and efficient they always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to help you. The units are spacious and look great inside and outside. The area is quite, secure and well maintained, neighbors are kind and welcoming. A great experience all around.

I heard back from this complex when they finally had availability. I completed the rental application as fast as I could and even drove all the way to the complex on my lunch break during Friday afternoon rush hour to get them my application fee only for them to turn around and tell me the following Monday that the unit had been leased to someone else and no application/background check was run. So I asked them for my application fee back since my employer and current landlord both confirmed they didnt hear from the leasing office and no background check was run...Ive sent 3 emails requesting my funds back and they have just given me the run around...it took them 3 months to return my application check to me, but I am grateful that the office manager made it her business to finally refund me.

These apartments have come a long way. The community is renovating and making improvements for low income families. I haven’t done any research as far as crime so I will refrain from my opinion in that area but I will say I have not seen anything on News regarding crime in the area. There are houses close to entrance so you most often see guys from the community on corner hanging out minding their business and I kind mine and I visit family in this community.

Edgewood has completely changed for the better. No more dodging bullets and the children can play on playgrounds. Its nice to sleep in a safer environment

I have traveled almost 3 hours just to fill out an application for these apartments. However I was aware that there was a waiting list preventing immediate move in but I still applied. Within the year that I applied I have called several times just to get an update on my application no one can give me an update they only response is that they are working on every application as they are given meaning first come first serve basis ok thats fine. Ill wait my turn but I called a few days ago just to get another update on my application the women who I spoke with was very professional and nice but she stated to me that the apartments was working on a new set of applications so I keep asking her questions about the qualifications and I soon learned that I over qualify for an apartment in Atlanta so how come I havent heard anything from management such as an denial or an approval. It was a wasted trip for me but im only disappointed because I feel as if my application wasnt even reviewed because the lady who I spoke with clearly stated even if you are denied an opportunity that someone will contact me but I still have the same number still live in Sandersville ga same address and not even so much of a letter saying that im denied or or something I have been waiting so long just to hear I have to come back to Atlanta to fill out an application again just to find out the waiting list is again 12 months at this moment im not sure if Atlanta is a smart move something seem shady I dnt know what it is but I really want to know wheres is my application???

I love the changes that have taken place recently in this area. Edgewood Court is beautiful and the new management is awesome! They really care about the residents and improving the community as a whole.

I have been a resident for 11 years the turn around that new management has done has been awesome our kids can go out and play now and I feel that they are safe now. The staff is great and very helpful with residents ❤❤❤❤

I lived in this community well before the renovation. Edgewood was a place that I was ashamed to tell people I lived here! It was not home. I felt like me and my children would be swallowed alive because of everything going on around us. The change is amazing and beautiful and much needed!!! The staff in this community was much needed!! Ms. Tasha, Mr. Williams, Shacole everybody that played a big part in cleaning up this community THANK YOU!!! 🙏🏾

I currently stay here since the new renovation its great so far a HUGE difference from what it used to be. You hardly even see people outside and it is so quiet. We have security that is constantly patrolling and making sure things are ok. If something is going on or certain people arent supposed to be on the property they will send out flyers with the person(s) picture on it letting you know lol. But so far so good! Great job Edgewood Court!

Edgewood apts are now under new management. There is currently 24 hour security which gives you a little more peace of mind. I am just hoping that the environment feels and remains a safer place to live. The children are the main concern for me as all children and parents should not have to worry as much as in the past. I am truly hoping that the renovations include permanent security and that the new gym, etc.. provides a safe place for our kids, something for them to do that is productive.

I really like it here. It changed alot so I really enjoy it now.

They never answer their phone. I called them & the automatic voice system said that they were bust so i went up there and no one was in the office. I’ve also been on the waiting list since March or April...

From a person born and raised in the area for 7 years the environment can be a little bad at some times due to gang activity and criminal activity raising a family in the area may not be a fantastic idea unless you are from the area and are pretty nice to people because being a person no one likes in the area is a really bad idea. Also about comments saying children can’t even play on the playground everyday after school I would spend at least 5 hours hanging out with people (despite some being gang affiliated)

I worked here, Staff is 5 stars the area is a 2. This is like a famous hood... ask Tou6le. Sold to Columbia Residential under new management

The apartments are going through a remodel. I love that there is security on site 24 hours a day.

Edgewood is a nice place to live. But only if youre from the area. If youre not from edgewood you might run into a couple of problems.

A small facet of residents of this facility are terrorizing our neighborhood, hijacking cars, robbing people at gun point for cell phones, and casing houses while people arent home. This is the same apartment complex where residents threw bricks at police who arrived in response to a call. I dont know how the owner of this facility sleeps at night! Poor to fair is an understatement at best!

Its not the best place to live, but its better than nothing. Office mgmt can be difficult too. I wouldnt want to have kids to worry about, but since I dont, I can deal with it..
