I visited this lovely property today with Michael as my guide. He was very helpful and professional. The 2 bedroom 2 bath was very spacious. I love the quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. This one is at the top of my list!

FILTHY!!! This is the most disgusting place Ive ever lived. This complex should not even be a part of Sandy Springs. If you like waking up and walking through garbage everyday then this is the place for you. The trash is not only unsitely but it is a SERIOUS HEALTH CONCERN. Be very cautious management will lie through their teeth and tell you these concerns have never been brought their attention(Like they have told me every single time Ive shown them pictures). Ive called monthly for a year over these health concerns and nothing has been or will ever be done to take care of the tenants. NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN. HAZARDOUS.I would be more than happy to change this review, only after these are permanently addressed and solved. This is not what luxury living in Sandy Springs should look like.

Arium Glenridge was my last and best apartment experience since living in Atlanta for 13 years. I rented a large one bedroom, newly renovated apartment, double balcony, upgraded appliances, washer and dryer, fireplace, and a large walk-in closet. The amenities include a gym with a rock-climbing wall (its not large, but still), a swimming pool, a secured package room, valet trash, and assigned parking. The location is convenient as its close to Roswell Road, 400, and Perimeter Mall. I never had a problem with noise or neighbors. The community is diverse, with people of all age ranges, complexions, and cultures. Im a quiet person, but everyone seemed friendly. The staff is excellent too, although I hardly needed anything from them. I didnt renew because I returned to North Carolina to assist my elderly parents. Arium Glenridge gave me a great send-off. I highly recommend living here! Bittersweet goodbye.

I believe reviews sometimes are a way for people to vent out and could be subjective so I will try to stick to the facts and actual actions.When we arrived there this past Monday we had to wait for a while before being acknowledged by someone other than the people in the two offices with the door closed while the office was empty. After a while, two of the leasing team members came into the office. No genuine interaction was intended by neither of them based on their tone and their attitude. A female that was assisting us share some pricing but no pricing sheet or floor plans were given to us. It was a self-guided tour, which is fine, but we were given a code to open the door with no map or instructions other than verbal which you can easily forget when visiting a new community. At that point, our perception of the community and the staff had negatively changed.I truly understand that the stress, atmosphere and culture of a company can affect how employees behave and do their jobs every day, so this is NOT a complaint towards the team members, but MORE for the company itself to take the time to check on their employees, their mental health, the tools or opportunities they are providing and really make sure they are happy at work overall. I strongly believe if your employees are happy, their performance will be outstanding, therefore, you will have very satisfied customers too. The community (and I am sure the employees also) have a lot of potential so hopefully the owners will take this into consideration and move forward in a more positive and mindful approach.

The apartment that was shown (2/2) was very clean, spacious, and the apartment complex itself is in a very quiet area. I would really recommend this complex to anyone looking for somewhere clean, quiet, and spacious. If you haven’t went for a tour yet I suggest you do so now.

Just want to start off by saying I’m happy to be apart of the ARIUM Glenridge community! Pedro went above and beyond in helping me and my dad get the apartment that we desired and even updated the unit we were in before. He really has made our experience even better and are just happy to call this community our home!

Do not move here! I have been living here since 2018 and will not be renewing.They recently added assigned parking. And still tow if you have a car in your own spot. Less than 10 guest spots for 9 buildings and those are being used by vehicles that have been here for weeks. It has not been addressed. They have towing company here every night booting people’s cars. I’ve brought up these issues since the situation started and no communication from management.You cannot have more than one vehicle. Instead they will charge you $50 to park in a gross and muddy garage.Also every time it rains there seems to been a leaking issue. And mold that they do not address. There is also mold that comes from the vents.Too many issues with this complex.The 5 star reviews do not come from residents.

Kiss that good bye 👋 guest parking is only in building 4 & 8... advise anyone who comes to visit to take an uber especially if you want them to stay overnight.... because2. They do not allow over night guests... thats right if youre a fully grown adult who would like to stay here, you are expected not to have a sleepover. 🤚 weird right?3. ROACHESThey will lie to you about pest control to get you to sign the lease, when you inquire after move in they will use the legal loophole that it is residence responsibility4. Broken appliances, doors, and windows upon move in....5. Simple maintenance requests take upwards of 2 1/2 - 3 months to get ANSWERED... NOT FIXED BUT ACKNOWLEDGED. only after you hunt down everyone and their mother.6. Its ghetto here, people fight in the street about parking and personal issues. Just RUN PLEASE JUST RUNCurrently in talks with the city about this place to see what can be done.

Michael was fantastic! Even my twin 7yr olds Enjoyed the tour. Property seems very well kept and quiet. Great amenities. It was a weekend and residents were poolside and everyone was collectively enjoying themselves. Everyone knew Michael by name! Very good first time impression :) Im sold!

Initially I loved it here at Arium, but since I’ve resigned my lease I must express how disappointed in the turn around for a simple maintenance request. I renewed my lease in Feb of this year I’ve put in several maintenance requests to have my floor repaired. I have 2 kids who go to High Point Elementary right behind this complex which is why I chose to renew. It has been well over 6 months and my floor hasn’t been repaired. Seems like I have to go to the leasing office every other day because the phone is never answered. I’ve requested directly several times to speak with the property manager to get this resolved, but I’ve had no luck. My kids have injured themselves several times because the floor is separated. I guess they just don’t care. No one has offered to place me in a new unit or at least give me the original terms of my first lease since they obviously can’t pay contractors to fix a floor in my unit. Pedro is an amazing leasing agent but unfortunately he has to get approval to even get the floor fixed. I will definitely be viewing other apartments because it makes no since to pay $2000 a month for a place where I can’t even mop my floor. The pics I have attached are from the initial request in February. I will come here and post every single day with a new picture of my floor until this is resolved. I am a single mom and if i wanted to deal with that this I could have just bought a house, at least then I’d be in charge of when things in my place get fixed 🙄

I checked this Lease Office about a month ago and my visit was brief but from the very start at the door I was greeted from Micheal, very polite, smiley and helpful!At my second visit - I was surprised I was again welcomed from him after I enter the office earlier for my scheduled appointment! He was not only happy to see me back but took me on a tour even I was a bit early ! Extremely bright and always polite ! Highly recommend NOT moving here. The management here simply does not care for their residents. You are profit and revenue to them only. Recently assigned Parking has been enforced here. They do not allow guest parking. You’re guest will get a boot or towed if not in the 1 of 5 guest parking spots that are never available.

I tour the property last week and I felt very welcome by the team. The assistant manager Addy provide me with such a great customer service and detail information about the whole application process. I was content with what saw and Im still on the process of apartment hunting but this property is at the top of my list.

From the moment I walked into the rental office, I was greeting with the biggest smile and wave I was immediately drawn to see and hear more about the property. Carmen was very friendly informative about the property, parking, amenities, rates and my desires in a unit. Carmen did not leave not one stone unturned. Upon returning to the leasing office the property manager Alta further answered imperative questions and even sung an impromptu song to change the vibe. Overall, I loved the property, the location, unit space and the staff. Its definitely hard to find good customer service but this location exemplifies complete excellence.Thank you,Carmen, Pedro and Alta for the ultimate customer service experience.

Alta, Michael and Mo are all OUTSTANDING! They went over and above to get us all moved in. They were so sweet and accommodating to our kids and even offered them snacks during the wait. We moved here from out of state, travel was delayed and our family was tired and hungry! Those 3 handled our case with such an awesome sense of urgency but efficiency. They were so professional and their customer service was APPLAUSE ALL AROUND! They all stayed late after hours to make sure we were taken care of so we didn’t have to sleep in our UHAUL! We were able to get moved in and settled that night. So grateful to officially be a part of the community. Thank you ARIUM team!!!!!!

Horrible experience - do not live here.Please refer to the attached pictures.These units are disgusting. They are enveloped in mold and cockroaches, which if you read more of these reviews, you will see many tenants confirm.Beyond the mold, cockroaches, horrible parking, and other issues that other reviewers are posting about, the worst aspect of this place is the management and staff.If you were to sign a lease here, and inevitably experience issues like the horrible mold in the attached pictures, the staff will act in a manner that is quite the opposite of helpful.They will be rude, deny that there are any problems, ghost you, and in many cases pertaining to mold specifically, will send someone to paint over it instead of fix the problem.On numerous occasions, I had to get the parent company, Carrol organization involved in order to get any sort of help.The 4 star rating here on Google is inflated by reviews that Arium aggressively solicits through blast emails to all of their residents, and begs for whenever people come to the leasing office.This place is a nightmare.Whatever you do, don’t live here.

The first thing I noticed when I walked into the leasing office was how friendly the agents were to the customers. Between yesterday and today, I visited at least 10 different places and Arium Glendridge by far has provided the best and friendliest service!Michael was my leasing agent and it was great to hear that he had been here for a while. He seemed to really care about each and every person that walked through the doors as well as the residents! Overall, really great prices and really great facilities, and most importantly amazing leasing agents. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Great location right off the major highways! RIGHT inside the perimeter. Alta is such a gem; Ive never met a person who cares so deeply and treats residents like her own family members. Its so difficult to make change, but she works tirelessly to make the community a better place. She and Michael are one of the biggest reasons why we love living here.The assigned parking project has been such a long time coming, but it is finally coming very soon so were all very excited!! The entertainment area was renovated about 1.5+ years ago, and its so much better than it used to be! Its an open space with nice grills, fire pits, a very mini dog park, etc. Excited to host friends there after the pandemic.Also, the maintenance staff - Mark, Allen, Mendoza, Alonso, etc. are some of the kindest people that youll ever meet. Theyre working all the time, but theyre always smiling.

PEDRO!!!! He is by far the best! He made sure that we were aware of everything going on as we were going through the application and approval process. Once we were approved, he made sure he walked us through everything. He made us feel soooooo welcomed before we even signed our lease. He is amazing! And our apartment is so beautiful :)

I moved out of this complex after completing my lease and giving enough advance notice before moving out. I am still waiting for my security deposit back and its been 9 months. The place was left in great shape and they are still looking into it and are very unresponsive to emails. They have a hard time parting with money that does not even belong to them!

Awful experience with the leasing office. They don’t know how to take care of residences or plan out big changes to the complex. If there was an option for a 1/2 star I would put that as the rating.

I actually love it here. I’ve been here for awhile and management has been totally attentive to my maintenance needs and any questions I may have. People complain a lot but this is prime location so I’m not going anywhere anytime soon.

If I could give it 0 stars I would……..Arium Glenridge looks good on the outside but it’s really a hot mess :( 1st things first I’m paying for a gated community but not getting it. 2nd this assigned parking is a mess. 3rd management is not reliable.The gates neverrrrr work I have a gate card for no reason. Mailboxes are messed up also.Assigned parking isn’t enforced!, Management can do a better job and stop doing things last minute plus not answering the phone. Save your money and find something because this place ain’t luxury at all it’s all for show. I wish I would have never rented here it’s plenty more to say but I ain’t gonna do too much the only thing good about this complex is the area it’s in.

They will do everything to make sure you sign the lease and after that, you’re on your own.Parking is horrible. They will boot and tow your car even if you live here. The front office never picks up the phone. Maintenance staff is friendly but the vendors they partner with for carpet repairs, ceiling repairs, locksmithing, etc. are horrible.This is one of the cheapest complex in the area for a reason.

Weve been contacting the leasing office SEVERAL times in regards of maintenance needed fixed in my apartment. Management does not bother to contact back in regards of it. Ive came to the office for reassurance theyll fix the issues and hasnt. Its ridiculous.

Excellent apartments, in very good condition, we have been living here for 3 years and now we will move to a new bigger apartment but in this same place, I thank Pedro Espinoza for helping us find our new apartment, ask for him, he is very kind, highly recommended, thank you Pedro!!!

I want to start by saying myself and my husband are not residents yet. However the professional knowledge that Pedro has shown as well as the other young man were impeccable. They continued to check on us as we filled out our leasing application. Anytime we needed help it was never a bother for him to skip down the steps abs help us. The only good thing about these apartments is the location. Between Dunwoody and Buckhead, youll have access to lots of great restaurants and shopping centers. I felt relatively safe while living here. Notice that the very positive reviews are from people whove only taken tours and have just moved in. Some people may have had positive experiences here, but the negative reviews are real experiences, too. If you move here, you will be rolling the dice on which one you get.Also, youll see how the company responds to the poor reviews. They send a resident email asking for feedback all the time. Ive submitted my feedback so many times, but no one has ever followed up with me.Everything else is terrible. Lets start with parking. This property was on the news for the terrible parking situation--just google it! If you get home past 7 or 8, theres a high chance you wont find a parking space. If you get there after 10 or 11, YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK. There were many nights that I circled the ENTIRE complex trying to get a space. There have also been many nights that I parked on the other side of the complex and had to walk to my apartment in whatever condition. They are trying to implement assigned parking but it was a nightmare. Highly disorganized. They kept running out of decals, they assigned people to spaces that were nowhere near their building, and they never follow up to let you know if/when the issues have been corrected.The groundsmen that maintain the outside of the property are kind, respectful, and they do a good job. Some of the maintenance men that resolve the interior requests are terrible. They often make the situation worse than they found it. One in particular always has an attitude. Theres another who talks on the phone the entire time hes servicing your apartment/building. I once was awakened at 8:30 am on a Saturday because he was fixing my outdoor AC unit. He was talking so loudly on the phone.The apartment walls and ceilings are paper thin. I could hear my upstairs neighbor when they opened their front door, kicked off their shoes, and walked to the bathroom. I could hear their toilet flushing, their shower, and even hints of their phone conversations. Same for my next-door neighbors. I felt like I had roommates instead of neighbors. I was so uncomfortable in my own space because if I could hear that, I felt that they could hear me.Lastly, the leasing office staff is terrible. Michael is the only one who I always found kind, capable and professional. The rest are terrible. Turnover is high, and its rare to see the same people for long. Many of them are unprofessional and lack the knowledge or training to do things efficiently the first time. I rarely visited the leasing office because of this, but when I did, it was a headache. The phones have been off since the start of the pandemic. Even if you leave a message, no one calls you back. Email? They wont respond. You have to go in the office to be taken seriously.There are other reasonably priced apartments in the area. Even if they cost more, its worth your peace of mind to check them out before you come here.

The leasing office still hasnt fixed the problem. DO NOT MOVE HERE.8/19/21 Update: The leasing office wont return my calls or emails about the ongoing infestation. Ive had drain flies for 5 months and the leasing office and their incompetent pest control company have completely failed to resolve this problem. Two days ago, Addy assured me that she would call me by the end of the day to let me know what the plan was. I havent heard a peep. They clearly do not care and do not intend to do their jobs. I believe I have reached the point where legal action is necessary.DO NOT MOVE HERE

I recently visited this property and worked with Pedro. I loved the apartment and wanted to apply while I was there. Pedro made the application process very easy for me. Id like to commend him on his exceptional communication skills and priority to stay on top of his word with everything he said he would do. I am highly pleased with my experience thus far at Arium Glendridge and look forward to moving in a couple of weeks. Pedro, thank you so much for your assistance with my relocation and making this moving process a breeze!

I have been here eight years this December 2020 and do not want to leave anytime soon. I primarily want to point out the great help I have received from the current leasing manager, Alta Brown. I have known and had a great tenant/management relationship with her over the years since she was a leasing agent. She has always been gracious to me and always willing to help with any issue I have had. She is always kind and helpful. She is a true professional who most definitely loves her job. A true champ! More leasing managers should follow her example.

THE WORST COMPLEX EVER! So unorganized, and constantly lie to the residents just to get you out of the office or off the phone.PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE

You can’t use the gym or get into the package pick up after 5:30pm which is ridiculous considering the fact that’s when most people get off of work. What sense does that make at all? You may as well not leave the house because you will never find a parking spot near your own building. Don’t offer amenities that your tenants can’t even use just to justify the cost of rent and make your property look good.

Welcome, home.I appreciate it, Pedro. We had some challenges but definitely hung in there. You looked out for me big time. I look forward to enjoying my new place. Thanks, again!UPDATED: Ignored maintenance requests by initial consultant, rain coming through my sun room every day that it rains, although I pointed this out several weeks before moving in, the mirror was loose in the bathroom to the point that I could remove it from the wall, spiders and termites everyday for the first 2.5 weeks, apartment was only lightly cleaned before I moved in, hair was several places even hanging from the walls attached to the dried paint, parking is what it is, NO I WILL NOT BE SIGNING ANOTHER LEASE HERE, IF I EVEN STAY AND FINISH THE CURRENT LEASE. FRUSTRATED TO SAY THE LEAST!

Pedro was so very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Very kind and professional, His positive attitude and assuring me of my safety was the best of the whole tour of the property. One of the best experience I’ve had with the representative. He gave me a tour and made me feel like I was already at home I was in love with the place and decided to make it mine.

We have lived in this complex for about four and a half years now. Our experience has been mostly positive. Its a great location, work orders have been resolved in a timely manner, and we love the amenities (best pool Ive seen around here)!The staff is very friendly and have been willing to work with us through several different issues over the years, including emergency apartment relocation and flexibility in leasing terms and agreements to accommodation personal needs. Pedro, Alta, and Michael are three of the office staff members that have really gone out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of.Have we had any issues? Yes. Have there been times that issues or requests took some time to get resolved? Sure. But that is expected in any type of apartment living. Its a business. What has mattered is that the staff here does care about resolving our issues and gives their best effort to do so. Thank you Arium for a positive experience and for helping to make our life here in Atlanta a little better!

I appreciate all the help I’ve received during my process of trying to find a new home. All of staff, starting with James who worked to explained all amenities prior to my apartment, to Pedro who helped me pick the best type of unit to look at, and Michael who wrapped up the process. No other rental community in Atlanta can even come close. The location is great, neighbors are nice and polite, and the building is quiet and secure.Finally, before I close this review, I must give a big thank you to Alta and Michael who have been so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked through the door, They were very professional and certainly knowledgeable of the brand and product. Thank you Guys! I am not regretting my decision :)

I have been here for about 3 months now and there are NO pests since I been here so that’s a plus, and the staff is sooo nice! Maintenance is on point and it’s a cute place.Again the staff is very professional and friendly I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone .
