A response from the staff! While my daughter is still unable to return to her apartment! There is no power in her unit!!! Sewer water still dripping from the unit and in the light fixtures. Apparently, it is normal for these so called Luxury apartments to experience sewer lines breaking and flooding apartments per his email! Please keep in mind, this do unexpectedly come up or happen from time to time so 3-10 days is an estimate only. This isnt acceptable for the amount of money!!!!Please read the email below! This will show the level of customer service and empathy the staff has concerning the problem created by faulty pipes.Good morning. After speaking to you yesterday with my regional manager and our service manager addressing you directly we have very little more to update. All should have received an email from us yesterday with the process. I understand this is a challenging time. We apologize and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. As you were told yesterday we are doing all we can at the moment. We are not replacing any personal property or placing anyone in a hotel who had power to their apartment. We are referring everyone to their personal insurance provider. Our remediation team extracted water yesterday and placed blowers to dry the areas. These blowers should remain on over the weekend. On Monday our remediation team will test the moisture levels in all areas. Depending on their findings, we will either need to pull back carpets or open walls to continue the drying process if needed. Or if the moisture readings are at appropriate levels we will provide cleaning efforts to wrap up. You can expect this process to take anywhere from 3-10 more day to completely remedy the situation. Please keep in mind, this do unexpectedly come up or happen from time to time so 3-10 days is an estimate only. It could take a few more, but we are push for a speedy recovery. Until then we are allowing our professionals to do their job and this is all we can do. We will review any personal requests of our resident once this is all handled.Again, we appreciate your continued patience.Johnathan Vaughn

I have lived in many places in my life. It was a great experience leasing here at Altitude! From my first tour with Johnathan, to my second tour with Jan locating the perfect apartment, to move-in day. It took me 8 days total. I love the building, location and people. I can’t wait to make memories here in Atlanta.

I’ve lived here 4 months. The place is maintained well. There is heavy traffic in the elevators on the weekends. The staff is attentive and clearly hard working. They are super busy, but take time to meet my needs when I call upon them. The views are great and location is convenient to everything.

Normally, I don’t like leaving reviews but I will have to for the Altitude. I took a tour in March with agent Maria and everything was fine. They responded fast via text message on scheduling my tour. However, I wasn’t ready to move at the time. Now that I’m ready to start the application process, (currently the month of June) no one is answering phones or text messages. This is absolutely ridiculous! Imagine being a resident and no one in the leasing office is responding to your calls! I might have to consider taking them off my list of apartments if no one can respond to me!Edit (6/24/2021): Even though the manager told me to email him, there still has been no response! No email response and no phone response! Ridiculous!

I recently had a job interview in Atlanta. I decided to take advantage of my time there to tour some properties. Midtown Atlanta is my target location. I had arranged for a tour with the Community Manager, Johnathan. Coming across the country, he was attentive to make sure all my questions were answered prior to my tour. As with most photos, they definitely put the best out for show. During my tour, I could see the property could need a little attention in some areas - the elevators and hallways, for example. The property is nice, but its definitely not the shiniest or newest Midtown property, however, the prices also reflect this. Ive lived in apartments most of my adult life, so I consider myself pretty well-versed in communal living. I dont expect things to be perfect! My experience with the staff thus far is above-par and if my job offer comes through, I fully expect to move forward with Altitude.

Read the other (newer) reviews as warning! They took all my fees emailed me ONCE for the verification information and I never was able to get in contact with them. Never answered their phone or emailed me back. My move in date was yesterday! Maybe they are understaffed, but this has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever received. Definitely heed to this and be mindful before applying that they may not contact you about anything.

I toured with Johnathan, and was pleasantly surprised by how devoted he was to helping me find the best fit for me and my roommate. He took the time to answer all my questions and provide me with information I didn’t even think to ask for. He told me about parking, the background check process, the very walkable restaurants and bars in the area, and all the local attractions like Coca-Cola World and the aquarium! He seems super reliable and I look forward to working with him and Maria as my move-in date approaches! The office was extremely busy so there was a wait time, but it was totally worth waiting to see. Oh and the views are killer!

Trying to get through the application process is next to impossible. You speak to one person and never hear from them again. They do not communicate anything with each other so you have to start new each and every time. It would be miraculous if anyone answered the phone. Communication is good until application fees are paid, then you wont hear from anyone.

Pros: apartments are beautiful, views are awesome, the amenities are spacious and clean, management seems very professional and genuinely interested in providing a nice community with what seems to be limited resources. (With more resources things would not be how they are, a little paint and a carpet clean can’t cost but so much). This leads me to the Cons: hallways have strange smells and look like they haven’t been painted, ever! Two tone paint spots all over the wall and halls full of scuff marks. Strong smoke and urine smell in random areas. The elevators took a while to fetch us from the lobby and the office was so busy that I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for the manager to give me a tour after he handed a parking issue. All other staff were helping others who made an appointment. While touring I learned the staff is all new and there are a lot of great things in the works to combat my concerns, mostly from reading other reviews. I was told the background screening is on high alert to help attract more established renters, they are working to rid the property of illegal air B and B homes, cleaning schedules are being tweaked to clean areas more frequently, and a 3rd party elevator company is assessing the needs of the elevator issues. They also have a night patrol service and 24/7 courtesy officers available. The manager asked me to write a true review. In conclusion, overall the place is sound, trendy and the price is great. I will most likely be back because of management and the thorough explanations I was provided combatting and addressing most of my concerns.

My experience leasing at Altitude has been amazing thus far. Everything from touring and leasing to moving in and living in the apartment has been extremely smooth, convenient, and quick (all within 3 weeks from NY to ATL). Johnathan especially has been so helpful and answered any and all questions I had. He responded immediately to my emails and assisted me so that I had a smooth transition. The only drawback was the approval process takes a few days. They really check into your background. They use a company called Approve Shield, and they run an official background check. I guess it’s a plus because fraud is on the rise. So good job Altitude for checking out your residents throughly screening everyone. I understand new management is in place and they are doing a great job!

I have a lot to say about Altitude. For those who want the short version: I wouldnt choose to live here, I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. There are plenty of other great places nearby - live there instead. For everyone else, read on.I have lived here for a number of years, through two different brands and several different management companies. The same issues have existed throughout, and have only seemed to get worse over time.Pros (in the interest of fairness):- The property is very well located for anyone who works in downtown/midtown.- The units themselves have tall ceilings and (depending on which side of the building youre in) great views.- The maintenance team is responsive to tickets, and have been very pleasant to deal with every time that Ive needed assistance.Cons (by category):Security & Safety:-Elevators are jam packed and it is impossible for residents to socially distance. Stepping in the elevator here is easily the most dangerous thing I do on a given day.-There are definitely issues with the security of the building. Several times, the entry doors have been completely destroyed by what appeared to be forced entry. (Think broken latches & that type of thing.) Last month we were notified that a kidnapping took place in the building.-Residents used to only be able to use their key fobs to access their specific floor, but is no longer appears to be the case. As a result, there has been an increase in the number of people wandering the halls at odd hours of the day and people tailgating you in the elevator.-There are seems to be a high number of sub-leased / short term rental units in the building (think AirBnB).-On a pretty consistent basis, there are a number of loud parties that occur late into the night.-The smell of smoke from cigarettes and other things is a near constant. Neither is supposed to be permitted under the terms of residents leases. (Ive had guests recoil from the scent upon entering the residential floors.)Common Area Maintenance:-The elevator situation here is out of hand. Of the three elevators, one is semi-permanently out of order, the other two go down periodically. Ive waited as long as 30 minutes to catch an elevator before. There are two parking elevators, one of which has been down for four plus weeks at this point.-Residents have a tendency to not mind after their pets. There is often pet debris on the floors in the common areas, on the patio, in the elevators, etc.-There is a general, visible wear and tear throughout the common area spaces. Cracked glass panels in the elevators, scratched doors, dents in the walls, etc.-The fitness center (back in the day when it was open to residents) often had equipment damaged or out of order for extended periods.Other:-The guest parking situation is bad. There used to be tags that could be loaned from the office for guests, but this was discontinued after they went unreturned. Now, guest have to pay full price at the hotel garage. (BONUS: Some of the stolen tags appear to still be in use, so I guess they were never deactivated.)-There is extreme turnover with the staff in the leasing office. Issues communicated to representative never seem to make it to the next one, meaning you get to start from square zero every time. This property should have every advantage with its proximity to downtown businesses, restaurants, and transit. Despite this, Altitude continues to be a lackluster dwelling at a luxury pricepoint. Stay far away.

I came to visit a friend that lives here. This place is atrocious. They share elevators with the Hilton hotel and one elevator has been broken for days, leaving long lines at all times just to be able to get to the garage to leave the complex. Then the doors are locked that allow you to access the stairs to avoid the elevators, so you’re stuck waiting around vs being able to take the stairs. The doors to the lounge and pool area are locked and there isn’t a single soul managing this place to allow you use of the amenities. Do not stay here if you can help it. Overpriced and overrated is an understatement.

I went to look at the property Saturday 10/17/20 and it was a mess from the beginning. I tried to call to find out where to park and no answer. I parked on the street and couldn’t even get into the place because it’s locked. Shelby Glover was the leasing consultant I was meeting with and instead of helping me get inside she told my friend who came before me to find me because “she does this all the time” and the button should let me in. So I finally get in and Shelby takes me to see the apartment and she’s on her phone the ENTIRE time. Literally told me nothing about the complex or the apartment itself. The unit she showed me was a two bedroom; which looked nothing like the pictures and only one of the bedrooms had a window. Also to top it off the toilet was used with tissue still in the bowl in one of the bathrooms. The place was not worth the money and the service said that alone. 10 out of 10 do not recommend and if Shelby Glover is your leasing agent I hope you get better service than I did.

I have been staying here for a year and some months. When I first viewed the apartment it seemed great. Good amenities, the apartment is beautiful with a great view. After being here for a year and some change I can honestly say this place is horrible. Let’s start with parking. You share the parking deck with Hilton hotel. And the parking deck is owned by a separate company. They do not provide any visitor parking EVER. So if you have friends or family over they will have to pay for parking. Also the elevator in the parking deck is ALWAYS broken, so you will be stuffed in a elevators with lots of people while trying to leave and enter your apartment Oh and you will have to wait extended periods of time for the elevator to get to your floor on the parking deck because there is only one working. On top of that the elevator on the Hilton side is also broken so people staying in the Hilton also use the ONE elevator that works. They also have a issue with air b&b’s. On Friday the lobby and the parking deck will be full with people who are air b&b. These people come to party and they do not care about the property be prepared to wake up to trash, throw up, and used condoms laying around. And you might be woken up by a fight. There have been Many fights on my floor. If you go to Instagram and type in the apartment name you will be able to see the most recent fight caught on camera. The elevators in the apartment building are always broken. Be prepared to hike up flights of stairs to get to your appointment from time to time. You can spend the same amount in rent somewhere else and still receive the same amenities, and a nice apartment with a view. Please don’t waste your money here. Unless you want to stay in the overpriced GHETTO.

How the heck are you supposed to schedule tours when no one responds to inquiries?! I understand the low ratings. No one is trying to jump through hoops to give a company their money for an apartment. This is probably indicative of the service you would receive if you lived there. Would not recommend at all

After complaining for months about elevator concerns the manager and regional manager, Carly and Stephanie, have provided no alternatives to enter my apartment other that being crammed in a corner of a crowded elevator only to get onto another elevator. They have been extremely rude and unresponsive as well. Please don’t move here if you are a responsible adult and do not want to be infected with COVID-19. Ill update this review to say that it seems the property management is now taking some rather extreme, but needed action, to curb air BnB and similar guests that have been damaging the property and endangering residents. Ill update this review again, and give a higher rating if these changes work to remedy the issues the complex faces.Pros: Location, great views, overall sound building. The structure tends to keep even the noisiest of neighbors quiet. The units themselves are very nice. Pool and fitness center are great as well. Staff are very responsive to individual needs within units.Cons: Price. Amenity access is often extremely limited, though that could be due to COVID conditions. Our gym at least is again accessible though. Elevators are often out of order or very slow, but some crowd control measures may alleviate this. Areas of the complex are often very dirty and covered in trash (or worse), but again, Im hoping some of the measures to limit guests and unauthorized subleasing will resolve that.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!! The application process for getting into these apartments are the most difficult and stressful. I have been working with Ashley during the process and, despite meeting all the requirements to live here, she has been non-responsiveness, rude, and condescending. Despite THE MANAGER telling my roommate and I that we would most definitely be getting approved, they have prolonged this situation for months at this point.Ashley has been completely ignoring my calls and the last time I was on the phone with her, clearly frustrated trying to figure out the problem and hold-up, she acted in a demeaning way saying not to talk above her. After apologizing and explaining that I am just overwhelmed, she snaps at me saying that they are going to go ahead and refund me the fees because Im so emotional. I told her that Im sorry again and that I really wanted to live in these apartments while I attend college in a month, and she proceeds to HANG UP ON ME.This is my first time getting my own apartment and she has made this the absolute WORST experience for me. I am starting Georgia State College in a month as a pre-med student, and I have been planning for my apartment for months now. I moved into altitude a month ago. Although I was apprehensive based on previous reviews, I must admit my experience here thus far has been really good. I love the apartment, the office staff has been very accessible and responsive.Michelle was great to work with in terms of solidifying paperwork and making sure my app process was done thoroughly.Dalton, the property manager, has been attentive when I’ve needed his assistance and Devin has been nice and helpful any time I’ve had an issue, question or concern. My maintenance requests, once submitted online, were responded to and fixed within hours of the requests.I appreciate the fact that they remember my name and they keep me abreast on building maintenance. One thing that needs to be rectified is the elevator scenario. Too often they are out of use and all the elevators arent accessible at one time. But I have never waiting too long to go up and down.I wish the parking situation for guest was easier as well as assigned parking spots. In terms of the apartment, the view is spectacular, my two bedroom/bathroom is enough space and I like the tall ceilings. I wish the kitchen appliances were new (stove) and the lighting (fixtures/ layout) in the bedroom and walk-in closet were not planned out well. It’s too dark. But the lighting in the main area is better.Overall, this has been a wonderful experience thus far for me and I’m glad I picked here to move. I heard a lot of bad reviews from people but I suppose different strokes, different folks.

Update: Management has changed since we first moved and the quality has gone way down. The pool was hardly cleaned all summer and the elevators are always broken. This morning I got an email that all 3 were down so unless you enjoy hiking up stairwells littered with chicken bones, cigarette butts, and vomit from careless Airbnb folks I would steer clear. The views are lovely and the location is great but the price just isn’t worth it.

I was so in love with my apartment the building and the staff until they got a new manager and assistant manger.Marie and Jeff are very catty, nasty, argumentative, challenging unprofessional and they lack leader skills.Marie the new assistant manager was nice until they gave her a Permanent role and she had turned into a very smart & nasty person.( Jeff ) the new male manger after Lisa is a very nasty individual who likes to make smart comments. Has no management or people skills he makes matters worse instead of making them better.Lisa is very nice. The altitude will continue to do bad!! Especially with the new staff they have managing the building.I’m leaving the altitude because I will not be spoken to by these nasty people, who are clearly looking for confrontation . I have too much positive things going on with my life to let myself end upIn a situation stemming from the way these 2 people speak and run the buildingMyself being African American dealing with these African Americans I’m ashamed of the way they choose to conduct themself in a professional environment. The way they act is very ghetto as if they are managing a hair salon.Have a conversation with some of the tenants they will confirm points made in my review. So if your reading this thinking to move here please just wait until they restaff. YOU WILL REGRET IT.Other than the staff it’s a amazing building I felt so safe here.

Best apartment ever. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. I have had an amazing experience living here for over two years. The security is great. The leasing office has very nice people who also give away free candy and breakfast. They will always reply in a timely manner and will get ur problems solved. Although past managements have not been great, the people currently in office are doing a great job to help the residents. Dalton in specific has been of great help to me and very nice. He is great at his job.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in and absolutely horrible management with owners who clearly don’t care about the property.I lived here for a year and this 20-story building consistently only had 1 elevator working. There’s another set of elevators to get to the parking garage and consistently only one of those would be working. The gates for the parking garage, managed by a different company in fairness, also consistently did not work.It would literally take me 15-30 min to get from my front door to my car and then to the street.Multiple residents would consistently have their dogs off leashes and would get mad at me if I said something. Management never resolved this issue.Multiple units, including at least two units on my floor, were always rented out as AirBnB units despite that being a violation of rental agreements. I told management, each subsequent team, which units on my floor were being rented and nothing ever happened. There was a dizzying amount of staff turnover in a year long period, a name change, and multiple property managers during our year there.I would highly recommend you stay away from Altitude and anything managed by CF Real Estate Services.

I have lived here for about two months. I went through the leasing process with Michelle which was fine. She was efficient and helpful to make sure I could move in before Super Bowl. I have read many of these reviews and I guess people have different expectations. I have never had a problem finding a parking spot. I knew there was no guest parking when I signed my lease. Overall I’ve enjoyed living here but I will comment on a few opportunities.Cleanliness - You need to implement a new more aggressive public space cleaning program. At these price points I would expect clean hallways and clean public areas. Floors need to be vacuumed daily because of the volume.Hallway Walls Condition: Hallway walls need to be painted. Especially the 12th floor. This should be basic preventative maintenance.Overall I love my new home. I really enjoy having no commute and the overall responsiveness of the team. My last maintenance request was completed in 24 hours.Ask for Michelle when you go tour. I’m glad I moved here.

We could not be happier with our decision to sell our East Cobb home and move to The Altitude! The entire management team has been amazing from the initial visit, through leasing, and as we have needed a few maintenance issues addressed. Speaking of which, the maintenance team is also top notch. Management, maintenance, and cleaning staff are all very friendly, responsive, and kind. There is also such a nice diversity in the residents, from young working adults, to artists, families, students, retired couples, etc. This is the best of downtown living with a near zero commute. We actually walk 6 min to work at the SunTrust building without ever stepping outside. As a bonus, we get to meet fabulous new neighbors along the way every day. We have yet to meet a stranger at The Altitude. If you are considering a move downtown, you should definitely schedule a time to visit before you make a final decision.

I am very pleased with my experience thus far at Altitude. The Leasing and Management staff have been very friendly and attentive and the physical property (common areas and apartments) are very appealing. I especially like the fact that Altitude is connected to several hotels, a food court, and the Peachtree Center MARTA station via sky bridges; making its location VERY convenient and accessible.

Had an appointment for 12pm to view an apartment, waited till 1230 while a sign on the door read out till 1205pm which would of been fine had we been a walk in and not a scheduled appointment...the leasing agent seemed uninformed to our scheduled appointment, and asked us to wait longer while she took her phone call...for the price range offered, the leasing service is quite poor with only one agent on the office on a Saturday, a **PRIME TIME**for apartment hunting...what a waste of time/effort/energy...looked so nice on the outside, wish I had known how ugly it was inside....go ahead and reply with your excuses as you have with others in these reviews. it wont excuse your poor service to a scheduled appointment...

I love the look and feel of the office. I am moving back to Atlanta from Alabama and need to be close to the city. I had heard some bad reviews about this place but Justin one of the leasing consultants explained the new team and company and I loved it. Justin was super friendly and answered most of my questions before I could ask them. He really made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The whole team seemed nice, the lady in the office went out of her way to make conversation while he went to the back to get keys. The property was clean and all the units we saw were beautiful. Im still shopping around, but the only concern I would have is the parking.

Worst experience ever had in a Hotel! We arrived there on a Wednesday around 5pm, our key wasnt set up so we had to spend over 2 hours with the customer service representative through phone so that they can fix our digital key in order to access our suite. After entering, the suite looked nice and good, with the spare digital key (that works). The problem comes when we go to the secondary beds bathroom, the shower was dirty with hairs and black footprint marks, in the master bedroom there was towels and hairs all over the place; not acceptable, not even after they charged us for $114 for cleaning the room before our arrival. After we demanded this money returned, they chose to ignore our request.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for 6 months now and we love it! The new property manager & assistant manager, Dalton & Maria are great and you can tell they really care about keeping everything in order around here. There is an outdoor terrace area (about 3 floors up) with a fenced in grassy area where I can take my dog out to potty without leaving the building which is very convenient and safe. Everything about Altitude is luxury living!! Beautiful views + upgraded everything-(Quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, built-in wine fridge [my personal fav.], hardwood floors, and more!) Also, The maintenance staff is GREAT! I use the app for maintenance requests which is soo convenient, and they are always in my apartment within 24 hours with friendly smiles on their faces.

RUDE MANAGEMENT. BROKEN ELEVATORS. NO GUEST PARKING. CONSTANT SMOKING. RUDE MANAGEMENT. If you move here, expect to be treated horribly by management. They are extremely rude. This place has gone through a lot of staff turnover and the most recent crew is the worst yet. Dalton is the main manager and his attitude is absolutely disgusting. Do not expect any resolution to your issue when you need him for assistance. He is condescending and very sarcastic (as other reviewers have pointed out). He runs this place like its a re-entry facility and hes the head corrections officer. He loves telling residents no to things that are actually allowed and will even go so far as to make up a fake reason why he wont do it. For example, he said accepting two forms of payment for rent would be a violation of housing laws. There is absolutely no statute that says this. Rent can be paid in ALL accepted payment forms, similar to how you can pay your bill at a retail store or restaurant in part cash and part credit card. Why? b/c those are all accepted forms of payment. Two of my neighbors have already stated that they will not be renewing their lease b/c of him and I cannot blame them! Previous management was much better. Other things to be mindful of is the incessant weed smoking. It is pervasive throughout the entire building - you can even smell it in the entrance and mail room - but complaints to management about it lead nowhere. (they love ignoring complaints). The noise insulation in the building is weak, so you will never have quiet enjoyment - everything your neighbors do on all sides (above, below, and side to side) will filter into your apt through the walls, open ducts and air vents. You will hear their conversations, fighting, music, loud children, barking dogs, etc. You will also smell their food every time they cook. And as many others have pointed out, this is a defacto hotel for Airbnbers. Neglect, noise and crime comes with this, so you can imagine the nuisance you endure in your $2000 + apt. This is NOT a luxury building; this is simply a converted office space with unkempt living quarters, broken elevators and terrible management.

Im sorry but these 5 star reviews are laughable. Anyone who has actually lived there knows the truth. Now I will say this ever since the new management has taken over the overall upkeep of the property has improved dramatically. The new staff is much more attentive to the residences the needs. No place is perfect but it has been a drastic improvement from the last management team.

The reason for the low score is due to how Michelle made us feel during the tour by seemingly going out the way to tell us they do not allow Airbnb (I didnt know what that was until I made it home and searched). We loved the area so much we applied anyway. Once my application was submitted Michelle questioned my company and had issues with me before I could even submit all documents which I have. I feel like we were profiled by Michelle. Also, my girlfriend whom was with me felt this way during the tour about Michelle. You cant hide bad energy and she is definitely judging books by the cover. Worst experience ever. I would never recommend any human to go through that. Wow. She cant even hide it.

After Being Approved At 2 Of The Nicest Properties in Atlanta 1. The Piedmont House 2. Flats At Ponce City, My Real estate agent talked me into trying to save some money and referred me to this place. After Touring the property I thought to myself this will do. Nothing more nothing less. I submitted my application and proof of income to the leasing office on the unit I wanted and started furniture shopping. After a week of hearing nothing I called the property to inquire about my application. Nas was professional but the lady who answered the phone was extremely dry and sounded like hanging up was her number 1 priority. I asked her about my application she informed me she would call me back in 5 minuets. After waking 5 HOURS I Called back again, the same lady answered the phone. I explained to her that I thought it was highly unprofessional that I have not had any status updates at all, and I thought she was unprofessional for saying she would call me back and not doing so. She said I’m sorry and that she would have to call me back again. I called back immediately and nas answered the phone and told me I’m sorry but your application has been denied. This was very confusing to me being that I was just approved at 2 properties that were a thousand times nicer and more prestige. I immediately went to the building to find out why I was denied. Upon my arrival I spoke to a lady in the leasing office who I now realized was the same lady From the phone and who I also now realized was the property manager. After telling her why I was there she acted if she had no clue to what I was talking about and said she had to wait on one of her leasing agents to return. She asked me to wait outside of the leasing office. I thought that was extremely unprofessional of her but I complied. After waiting for 20 min I went back into the leasing office and requested my reason for denial letter and refund for my administrative fee. She said first I need to talk to one of the other leasing agents. After another 20 minuets of them talking I noticed her typing on her computer. Once again I was concerned because I was under the impression that if you get denied for anything a letter automatically generates. Being that there was not a letter available to me and one had to be typed at that moment I felt discriminated against. After the property manager gave me a poorly typed letter that looked like she just typed it she said “here you go” now may you please leave. I asked her about my refund of administrative fee and a list of the property criteria and she responded to me “sir I am asking you to please leave. After I refused to leave until I was informed about my refund and the properties criteria she informed me that she was going to call the police if I did not leave. Long story short, if they look at you and don’t like you you won’t get approved here.

The good:Theres no denying that these apartments are pretty and the views are killer. The location is very convenient with easy access to I-75. The new management that started in December of 2017 seems to be an improvement from the original company. Security is pretty tight here. You need a key FOB to get anywhere and you can only access your floor. Now, this can definitely get annoying when you have visitors as you basically have to escort them in and out of the building. There definitely has to be a more efficient way to buzz in guests. Whats the point of having call boxes if you still have to take two elevators to escort your guests in and out of the building? The bad/ugly/annoying:If you enjoy getting uninterrupted sleep and are looking for a quiet/calm place to live, this is definitely NOT the complex for you. The walls are ridiculously thin and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. And when I say everything, I mean EVERY. SINGLE. THING. I know things about my neighbors that you should never need to know about anyone! I actually considered cutting my lease short because my neighbors kept me up all night, every night. It was so bad that I actually started to get in trouble at work because I was so out of it due to lack of sleep. The only reason I stayed is because they decided to moved out after I communicated the intent to cut my lease short to management after putting in complaints for months. I got new neighbors and it was back to square one-- so it is definitely safe to say that this is the kind of place where your neighbors can make or break your experience. The apartments are also equipped with built-in speakers, which IS pretty awesome… until your neighbors are playing their loud music every night until 6 in the morning. It can get tiring and annoying quickly. While I have seen a more diverse group of residents as of lately, it is mostly a younger crowd that lives here. This means A LOT(seriously, a lot…) of loud parties, people acting crazy in the hallways, and a constant smell of marijuana. If this bothers you, then this is not the place for you.My second issue with this place is the parking. I understand that there are complexities associated with sharing a garage with a hotel, but for $50 a month it really should not be this bad. Parking is extremely tight and hard to maneuver. My car got more mysterious dents and scratches in the year that I lived here than in the entire 8 years Ive had it. I even had a huge chunk of concrete fall on the roof of my car, which left a huge dent on it. The parking management assumes no liability, so if anything happens its on you. Also, there is NO guest parking. If you have people over, they will have to pay $10 an hour. I had family from out of state staying with me for a couple of days and tried to figure out something that wasn’t so expensive, and was simply told to use the parking garage across the street instead, and that thats what I get for living in the city. REALLY?! This isnt NYC. Its actually a bummer because these apartments are great for entertaining, but unless your guests Uber here, theyre pretty much screwed. Safe to say your friends will stop wanting to come over pretty quickly.Another issue is that the elevators are frequently down. This may not seem like much, but when you have 20 floors worth of people trying to leave for/coming home from work, it gets frustrating and the wait times can be pretty long when you only have one elevator working. The amenities here are pretty nice. The pool, however, is a different story. Its a relatively small pool and people bring what seems like an entire block worth of people with them, so the pool and the clubhouse can get pretty packed with people who arent even residents. Needless to say, it turns into party central during the summer so if youre looking to relax and lay out by the pool, good luck with that! All in all, I really did like my actual apartment but, sadly, it wasn’t enough for me to want to put up with all the other cons of living here.

Then they try to have a Million Dollar Attitude but are just Ghetto Fabulous. Please. Just Sad & Ridiculous.

This company participates in organized fraud! Ive been waiting almost 3 months for these people to send me my money back. Ive called numerous times and each time, I was told that theyve sent out a check but I never recieved it. I found out that they were sending it to the wrong address and updated the correct address with Jeffery, whom informed me that everything was fixed and taken care of and a new check will be sent. Weeks went by and still no money. I called again and this time I spoke with Michelle and found out that they sent the second check to the wrong address for the second time, even after I was assured that my information has been updated the first time around. So she took my information again and assured me they will cut a new check it would be sent to the right address. Well weeks went by and STILL no check. I called ONCE AGAIN and was told for the third time that they have still been sending it to the WRONG ADDRESS! This time their excuse was that it was only updated on their end and not on the end of the office that sends out the reimbursements. They refuse to let me come into the office to pick it up and refused to transfer me to anyone higher up within managment. This is extremely unprofessional and gives reason to believe they are running some sort of organized fraud or scam when it comes to any deposits, refundable administration fees, or any other fees that were paid upfront. They seem to have an issue with giving you your money back, even though it is in writing that tenants are to receive all refundable monies paid to them within a certain time frame. I believe that they are purposely stating the wrong address to me and telling me to continue to wait for a new check to be made out because they do not intend to give me back the money.

If you enjoy peace and quiet in the place you stay, dont live here! My friends always tease me how much I pay to live in a place where they dont feel safe visiting. The office will claim that there is security, I believe ive seen him once. My car has been broken into 3 times and yes they are aware that there is an issue. On the weekends people follow you to get through the doors attempting to get up stairs which isnt safe, but then again where is security? Its a huge inconvenience living here you park on one level and go to one elevator (that is always broke) then you go up to another level to a set of elevators that is always broke. I hope you love pit bulls and aggressive breed dogs because there are plenty of them here. I dont know any complexes that allow pits. (No i dont feel comfortable on the elevator with you pit). Speaking of pets, watch your step because people dont clean up after their animals. The airbnb guest seem to like this place a lot. They come here, party, disturb residents and leave the apartment act like they dont know that the air bnb is there. Get use to not having visitors, there is NO visitor parking, your guest will have to pay the hotel rate of 30.00 for anything over 3 hours, if there is parking available. I was lied to when I moved here, they said that they had parking. There is no sense in getting your groceries delivered or using grub hub, you have to walk down and pick everything up from the street. If you are having issues with living here the office staff is completely unapproachable and they wont do anything about you issues anyway. There are some great places in town. This isnt one of them.. Theyll probably change the name again when the reputation catches up with them
