We ordered 4 guys to help unload a truck on our construction site 1 week before we needed the help. Lyndon took our order and said that would be plenty of time to get the people together. I called 2 days before the guys were supposed to be there to confirm and he said he had the people lined up for 11:00 AM and all was good. The day of nobody showed up at 11:00, we called and they told us we moved the time so they had to call everyone and get them to come in at 11:00 and not 12:00. 12:00 was never discussed and he then admitted he must have written it down wrong. We waited and waited until an average to small sized young lady showed up to unload a truck. Really? To unload a truck? We kept calling Lyndon and he just kept saying they are on the way and will be there in 10 min. We ended up getting people from around the job site to help unload and just about when we were done 2 guys showed up to help. I called to ask him why he would send an average to small framed female to unload the truck and he said he could not discriminate and if she said she could lift heavy things then he had to send her. Never did figure out why the other guys never showed up. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

Erica and Lyndon are the most helpful people Ive encountered in my MANY MANY times of ending up at a temp service. Most of the ones before were very bias and showed favoritism. These people here are about helping you be about your money. If you want work theyll find it for you so long as youre responsible. Most of the complaints are from people that dont try hard nor apply themselves 100 percent. You get what you give. Give these people everything and they will do the same for you! Shout out to Erica for being 110% professional and helpful!

Rude attitudes when I went in there. Told to put in application online. Passed the assessment. Called and left messages. No call back. Waste of time. Do not recommend this place.

The guy Lyndon Shepherd will show favoritism by sending his buddies out before anybody he dosnt know. Only willing to pay minimum wage to $9 if your lucky terrible branch to work out of. Its a shame feels like they take advantage of us locals because were in need of work and most of us dont have transportion. They are the lowest paying branch, unprofessional and least productive out of them all dont waste your time at Mansfield hwy if you want good wages an better jobs try going through Denton Northside ftw Carrollton or Plano any branch but this one stay away

Lyndon Shepherd was very helpful when there was confusion and he got things handled in a timely fashion.As for Erica she very nice and kept all situations calm

The guy who runs this place is totally racist! He is black and only hires his black friends to work for him. I got there at 5:30 every morning for a week, and I was never selected for jobs based upon my experience. The lady who works in the evening for Labor Ready even told me that the Main Manager who works there in the mornings (he walks with a limb, I cant think of his name) has his favorites. One Hispanic man said he had waited a month every morning and never got a job.Best of luck,Charles

I been there twice now and guy that runs the place even said himself your not qualified your to young and then proceeded to tell me application arent till 8am anyways. Then 8 am hit and tried to do an application anyways and they made up a reason to not let me. I was just trying to the application since I didnt actually have my social security card but had the temporary paper they wouldnt let me apply. She told me that come back the day I get it to apply Monday thru Friday and I got it this morning. I went there again then she said only Monday thru Thursday now. The times I went there attitudes from both people there every time. I talked to several people that have gone there only people that get jobs are men in there 30s and are black. Im not racist in any aspect but that not equal opportunity its not right to send people away if they are in there 20s if theyre not black. I will be report them to the bbb.

They like to take your money not worth it had worked through a company for about two weeks they kept screwing up my global card and had like at least 100 dollars build up was going to pay car inspection but not able to now

More of lack of experience. I was put on hold for 30+ minutes. I gave up and just hung up. We have used People ready for years, its not the best but this location is awful.
