I’ve never felt the need to write a review but this company stinks! My car left with more problems than it was sent in with. Beware! Owners need customer service and *diversity* training.

This place of business was called by AAA. The guy came with an attitude, yelling swearing because we broke the key in the ignition THEN PROCEEDED TO TRY AND RUN MY HUSBAND OVER WITH THE TOW TRUCK. All you had to do was say you couldn’t tow it, to call AAA back for a flat bed. I’ve NEVER experienced such disrespect and unprofessional in my life

James the tow man refused to tow my car because of the location of the car assuming its a auto shop in no shape or form where the car is located that this in an auto shop his response was it weird and I won’t do that Job. I feel like once he saw my husband and the color of his skin he didn’t want to do the JOB !!!!!!!!!I am so upset and we now have to wait hours for another tow to come this is such an inconvenience.

8:20AM Thursday June 4, 2020. A car (something strange: maybe a PT Cruiser?) emblazoned with the New Beverly Auto Clinic logo was flying down County Way in Beverly at 50 mph. This is a residential road where state law dictates the speed limit is 25. I had my toddler daughter and my dogs in the front yard with me when the car flew past, never even slowing at the sight of a young child. Would you support a local business that has no problem putting local people in danger? Would you trust a business with your automobile when theyre completely reckless with their own? @New Beverly Auto Clinic: Maybe try to raise the bar on who youre hiring and recruit someone intelligent enough to remember that they literally have the name of the business on the side of the automobile. By behaving this way, they are actively hurting your brand. Ill never call you for any reason now, and Ill encourage everyone else on my street to do the same.

These guys do bad business. Go elsewhere.

The person AAA sent this morning was so nice, efficient and helpful! I recommend them based on this alone.

The young man that came to my aid was very respectful, courteous, pleasant. AAA is another matter!!!!! Your dispatcher was very quick to get me service. Since I had to wait 3 hours. Not toe company fault

These guys are awesome. Car needed a new battery and but things were complicated when it turned out there was severe corrosion and battery acid that fused itself to the terminals. They fixed the issue quickly and got me back on the road and back to work. Highly recommend.

We had our car towed from a mean grocery store, but these kind guys were so beyond helpful, compassionate and empathetic to our situation! So kind and funny! Thanks for making our bad day a bit better!

I called in a tow via AAA and James from Beverly Auto Clinic showed up. He apparently found it suspicious that I needed a tow from Beverly and refused to tow it. This forced my family to wait hours until the next available tow company. Very shady business!

I just moved to MA in January and I had had to call NBAC twice now. Both times they have came to my house to help with my vehicles. They are very considerate and they do not price gouge. Theyre open on Sundays which is awesome. I will be using them in the future as needed.

My cars differential was about to go, Chris with new Beverly auto through AAA was very helpful and professional, respectful when handling my car and there were no issues.

Had trouble with my car battery and they came to me via AAA. Didnt catch the name of the service man but he sat in his vehicle way at the end of my street honking the horn at the wrong address then complained a lot about his long tiresome day and although he did help me get the car started he mentioned that should something else go wrong with it I might as well just throw the car away. Im sure he was having a bad day or what not, but I was left with the impression I was a bother to this person.

My car was stuck at Berverly Hospital Called AAA today and the driver was the most professional and knowledge driver I have ever dealt with !!!! Thank you !!!!!

I LOVED the service I received at New Beverly Auto CLinic. I would recommend this place without hesitation. Every person went out of their way to be nice and they were smart and efficient. I rarely take the time to write a review, but these folks even cleaned my car, and if you hav eever been in my car, you know what I am saying. They went above the call of duty in every way!

All drivers are required to pass a Corri check. The previous review of nonsense, is written by a man that has never met a driver from NBAC. Fact: Tony Scarboni is a made up name, no such employee exists. Thanks for your time.
