Loved the professionalism of the company. Thought my battery needed service, but it was just too cold I suppose. Even when I didnt directly need a jump-start to my car, Orrs towing service came out and discussed the importance of warming my car up, how the alternator and battery differ, and tips/tricks I can do during the cold season. I greatly appreciate them.

Coming back from Florida I had issues with my tire nobody was able to get to me on 85 with my daughter faster than these guys I was a nerves wreck the first company I called,I was gonna have to sit for 5 hours before a tow truck got to me I called orrs towing and could handle the 1 1/2 wait but literally within 20 to 30 minutes my car was being towed to Honda. Y’all don’t know how much I appreciate y’all getting me and my daughter off 85 to the dealership! If I could give more than five starts I would! Thank you,thank you so much

I used Orr’s to help my disabled father in law who was stuck and broke down near LaGrange.This company got there in half a hour and was nothing but professional. The driver was top notch and helped my father in law get into the truck. The price was very reasonable. I run Veteran Tree Service LLC and I need a wrecker from time to time next time I will be using Orr’s.

I was trying to buy a car off market place. The car was located in McDonough Georgia. Was going to have car towed to a shop in Newnan for repairs. I was told that before they were supposed to send available tow truck I would be called to confirm. . I’m an over the road truck driver so I had my ex go to meet with the seller. The seller of the car arrived and told her that he had forgot to bring the title. Also had forgot to bring the only key. The car was located at his dads and he lived an hour and1/2 away. She called me and advised me of the situation, I immediately called tow company to advise them of the situation and possibly set up the tow for the next day should the seller produce the title along with a key to the car. The tow company didn’t answer although I kept calling several times....meanwhile a tow truck showed up and I asked why wasn’t I called before they left Newnan to confirm that everything was in order. The driver said that he was in the area and was told to swing by and pick up car. I finally got someone to answer the phone at office and explained the situation and asked why hadn’t I received a call to confirm everything was good to have car towed. Newnan is around 60 miles from McDonough where the car was located. I was again told by their office that they had a truck in the area and decided to swing by and pick up car. I had already paid $260 over the phone with my debit card. They didn’t tow anything and refused to refund my money or even some of my money. The owner obviously has shady business principles. I wouldn’t do business with unscrupulous shady characters! Lesson learned. Beware of Orr,s shady towing!!!!!

Horrible people just want there’s no matter if you were satisfied or not I literally had all the stuff needed to change the tire except for a car jack and they charged me $75 just to put a spare tire on I was beyond upset and the guy lied and said he told me the price over the phone but if that was the case I would’ve never even chose them but never again

This company is was called by AAA and when the driver arrived he was at the bottom of the hill to my home. I informed him that we have had several tow companies come up and that there was turn around room. He stated that I needed to roll my car down the hill to which I told him I was uncomfortable doing that. He asked for the key and I said that’s fine you can do that with the responsibility of the car. He said fine sign this. I got the paperwork and in bold print it says they are not responsible. I told my daughter to get AAA on the phone to which he said let me see that and took the pad. He then turned around, walked down the hill, and got in the truck and left. This gentleman and I use that word lightly was very unprofessional.

I called Orrs at 9:20am. Guy on the phone was great.. I was told it would be under a hour. At 1:40pm guy arrives. I approach him saying hi... He doesnt say a word!! I still to this day have no idea if he has the ability to speak. He shows up loads the car. I wait for him as he gets back in the truck.. Then he TAKES A LITERAL NAP in the truck for about 15 min. I had to wake him up to let him know I was following him. He takes my car over to the body shop. I walk in to take to the receptionist and he walks in with a pad and says here.. I sign then he leaves. WHAT!!!!!

These guys saved the day for me!I was stranded 100 miles from home with amechanical problem on my motorcycle. It’s the first time ever I haven’t been able to diagnose and fix it well enough to make it home. After I’d exhausted everything I thought might be the problem I realized I needed to be towed home. It was 7pm already and I’d been at the gas station for 3 hours. I serendipitously bumped into Deshawn who works for this company. He was returning from Nashville on the way to Newnan. I live just north of Atlanta. We were able to work something out(after he called and got clearance) and loaded the motorcycle onto the truck. I spent 2 hours with Deshawn in the cab and got to know him somewhat. He was pleasant, interesting and made a stressful situation oddly delightful. It reaffirmed my belief that good people are everywhere you look.Thanks guys, I’m deeply grateful for the grace given to me in my moment of need.

Witnessed a driver this morning driving very recklessly traveling east on 34 at a high rate of speed carrying a piece of equipment and almost rear ending a white pickup truck and a red sedan, weaving in and out of traffic. This was a very poor representation of a supposedly professional company. I highly recommend that the owner of this company to reprimand this driver for his actions before he causes damage or bodily harm to someone . If I ever witness this man and this behavior again I will notify the authorities!

One of the worst towing service ever! Dont waste your precious time. Called for status update twice, first rep confused as to call purpose and second rep totally lost, unaware of my issue and to just call insurance company again. Driver didnt appear to know how to connect car and put in neutral. Was sending another truck out, never did come. Called driver was to call back in 2 minutes, waited 2 hours never once followed up and no other tow truck was scheduled to come from Douglasville as he stated. Meaning you lie to your customer(s). Honesty and being truthful go along way! Waste of a half day, major inconvenience. Run please, your time is valuable, unfortunately they dont think so nor do they believe in excellent customer service.

Horrible company.... was referred this company through AAA waited over 2 hrs and because I called in to inquiry about the driver ETA after being told different times. The dispatcher/owner cancel my tow. They never call to inform me of the cancellation very unprofessional and are liars consider yourself WARNED. Beware of this company they are very unethical and not reliable at all. Furthermore AAA needs to cancel their contract with this company. Many people rely on tow truck companys especially women, and for them to cancel a tow, and dont care just because they have the power to is not right. They should appreciate the customers they do have while they have them because if you keep practicing unethical behavior the business is not going to last long at all. Please learn from my mistake.

My car was towed from an accident scene yesterday and dropped at Abra in Newnan.I asked the tow truck driver if I needed to pay the tow bill. Right there, his answer was No, the insurance will take care of it. I left the body shop. Got home, realized that I left something in the car. Went back to Abra and my car was gone. Tracked it down to the impound lot at Orrs, where I was made to pay $360, even tho my insurance, State Farm, had authorized payment for the initial tow. I paid the jacked price of $360. I contacted State Farm who told me this was a hustle, that some tow companies run in order to make the most money they can from the insurance company. I offered to pay the initial tow of $210 and was told, that would not be necessary. Once I left the body shop, the tow driver then returned and impounded the car off the body shops lot. I would advise you NOT to use this company.

I was booked through them from AAA. They have the worst customer service I ever dealt with in my life. My tow was supposed to be here at 830, its 1005 and still no truck. I call and she tells me the tow truck Is near and will call me. Well, why didnt you call me to say the truck will be late. I will never use this company again and i suggest you dont either. The truck gets here and now they didnt tell the dispatcher its an all wheel drive. Worst service EVER!!!

I was in a bind as i ran over an orange cone on the way home yesterday. Orrs was very humble and affordable. Not only did they work with me to get my keys they also made my day a little less stressful. I will be using them for all my towing needs. They went above and beyond. I can not tell you how grateful i am for Orrs they are defiantly a blessing.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My truck broke down called them since they were the only tow service I remembered off the top of my head. The person who answered had the worst attitude of any business Ive ever dealt with. Thank God for Google, I was able to find another company quickly after hanging up on her. They will never get our business after this as well as many of our friends and family.

175 dollars is the Max among D.D.S allows a car to be towed as long as its under 10,000 lbs.The 1st 24 hrs is no charge then 25$ a day...My car was towed on a Monday ...Tuesday I called he said 485$....which was ridiculous...it was towed 7 miles.i had to leave it at coweta equipment rental due to the motor locking up.They are Greedy and very unfriendly.

I got a recommendation from my lawn care man for Orrs. They were very prompt and easy to talk to. Thanks yall.

Avoid!!!! The owner continues to lie about having a tow truck on the way to pick up my vehicle, even after taking my payment. Then lied saying they havent charged my card. I informed him my card was charged for services i still have yet to receive over an hour ago....his response oh Im sorry maam,but we normally dont chrage the card until after services. Even though he was the one that took both my call and payment.The owner will lie and tell you 30 minutes just to get your money...its literally been about 2hours now. He was also very rude and hung up on me, because i informed him theyre unprofessional. Very unprofessional business and I dont recommend them to anyone.

This service was a God-Send to my Husband and I who live 2 states away from GA. My car bottomed out trying to go from 1 parking lot down to the next; fyi, you werent supposed to do it, cause there was no paved path to get to the next parking lot, which we could not see cause it went downhill - and soooooo we got stuck an a small stump. We couldnt go forwards or backwards - my nerves were completely shot. We had called 4 different places to try and get help; they were all too busy or just couldnt do it. When I called Orrs the man told me he was on the outskirts of Newnan in his own personal vehicle and had other multiple clients to get to; but he said that he was go to the shop and get his flatbed and hed be there immediately. He showed up within 25 minutes and saved the day! We are so grateful for this company; they are amazing - We thank them so much! :)

I can tell you that I have NEVER seen a more unprofessional, combative, rude, arrogant, dishonest individual than the owner of this company. Using Orrs towing was a thoroughly miserable experience and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. My daughter was involved in an accident and a Georgia State Trooper called Orrs to the location. When I arrived, the towing service told me that it would be $250 in cash to tow 11 miles. They also told me that they only would accept cash, no other forms of payment. I didnt have $250 in cash in my pocket and it was VERY inconvenient to have to travel to find an ATM (I also did not have my ATM card). I have plenty of credit cards, could do Cash App or VENMO, but they do not accept any of those. The state trooper told me that they would be able to settle up with the insurance company and that I didnt have to pay them in cash. I took his word for it and proceeded with the process with my insurance company. I was never told that they would charge me $35/day just for storage and was not told that there is a $75 administrative fee. Four days later, after the insurance company called Orrs 3x without any answer or return call, I called them to find out that they wanted $560 in order to take my car to my mechanic. It took my agent getting involved for them to reduce to $485. That is still ridiculous for a tow. So, here are the problems: 1) Only take cash as payment. In this world, that is ridiculous and unacceptable. Credit card, debit card, or apps should be accepted. 2). Rates are not reasonable. 3) Unprofessional and terrible service. 4). Totally inconveniences the customer during a time of great stress/distress when they should be making the experience as easy and reasonable as possible. They did the exact opposite. Not only should they have taken the car to the location requested, they made me drive to their location to pay them. Further inconvenience, essentially holding the customer hostage to their terms.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY HIGH PROBABILITY YOU WILL REGRET IT.
