As a temporary worker employed by Link for the past several years I can honestly say that when it comes to. Getting a job fast and making sure that all temps stay busy with the opportunity to become permanent personnel all while being professional and kind to. Link Staffing is all that and more. Especially in my case because I havent always been successful with work stability however Link does not give up on anyone. And they go above above and beyond to find the right job for every individual seeking work. Great staff. At the Arlington office such as Cynthia, yessenia, and Donna are awesome at what they do. We had a kinda good start but eventually fell off. I was feeling sick so I called in and got tested for covid like the job said to. Initially they wouldnt answer my calls for 2 days. After my test they finally answered told me to wait for a call back which didnt come. After another 2 days of no answers I finally got someone to answer and they said I had to be tested again so I did. I waited for them to call for a few days and nothing. I called again and they said to wait for my job to reply. Its been a month Ive heard absolutely nothing I got attitude when I kept calling. Also my job said to not come in if we werent feeling well and get tested, they wouldve sent me home had I came in. This agency said dont call in if you are not 100% sure if you had the virus. Giving that the place I was working at had several outbreaks, its irresponsible to put others at risk for a check. And before someone hops on here to say they told me about their covid 19 protocol I was never notified I was asked if I signed covid paperwork I told them no and it was left at that.

They lie about referral fees so dont be fooled. They will block your phone number so you cannot receive any payment. The worst person is the Manager Jessica and I use that term lightly because she is not professional at all. I have learned this is a franchise office and she refuses to have the owner call clients or even give information. Dont go to this fake staffing agency they will take your hard earned money. She threatened to call the police and blocked my number when I requested the owner info. BEWARE!!!!

Went over there just earlier. The staff didnt even bother to tell me what all positions they had available and just told me to go do the application. I did the application, which took me roughly about 30 minutes only to find out that they were just going to give me some bs weekend job due to my history of having to move around so much in the past. Complete waste of time and very rude. Thats 30 or 40 minutes of my time that Ill never get back. Definitely would not recommend at all.

They act like they are doing you a favor. Very rude and disrespectful. Unprofessional. Dont even bother to go to that place. If you really want to get a job that pays good and can start right away go some where else. There are other better Temp services That work with you in getting a job.

Kinda rude when I walked in. I did the assessment test answered every answer correctly. When I was done he said you finished so quick I thought to myself well yea they were easy questions. He said we dont have any jobs available for you and I left. It was a waste of time and gas going there.

I was given and interview and a job description from the gentleman named John and I was suppose to be in returns...all he talked about was returns returns returns. We even went on site and spoke with the returns department supervisor and all was good to start in that department tomorrow. The next day I arrived at the specified time, and the supervisor, a different one, that met me told me that I was suppose to be in picking. I had never done that before, so I was hesitant and told them I needed to call link to see what exactly was going on since all I was told about was returns. I called the office and they told me to come up there to speak with them. I did and John was beyond condescending and rude saying that peoples jobs change. He even went so far as to say that him being late was his job changing and that I just needed to adjust. I have never felt so small and insignificant in my life. I find him repugnant and the rest of the staff there is very short and rude. Not a good place to go in my opinion.

I can now say Ive found my dream job, this job offers the perfect amount of hard work all in a friendly and comfortable environment.

They dont never have jobs when you call they have picks and chooses, they dont have alot of shifts that are workable for people who has kids

Omg!!!! These people are so rude and nasty, not to mention the lies they tell. You can be speaking with someone and call them back and theyll say that the person is not there. They have their picks on who they want to give jobs too, preferably Hispanics since most of them are. They pretend youre not in the system or they dont have your resume or something dumb. I updated my file at the Arlington location in June 2017 with a resume and completed my background check and drug test with Ivan. Now, no one has any of my info and if you tell them you want $10 per hour or more they really get snobby. I called the Richardson office a couple of times and spoke to Lenora who treated me like I had a plague. Fort Worth seemed to be the only office with some sense from speaking with them over the phone, too bad I live so far away. These temp services are something serious!!!!!!

Alls i did was call and ask about a job they had open and asked if i could apply within the store. she just paused, tried to say something then stopped ans says fill out the application online. I checked out online and the 1st 3 things they want are your full name, address, ss card and email. Thats way to sketchy as if someone could steal my info quick.

For real this people are unfair.... They say theyre gonna call you back but they dont.... Thats not how they should do.... Let them work professionally

I went yesterday to apply 10/03/2016 to be specific.. they offered me a job starting at $9.50 per hour, so I said yes!! But next day (today) I decided to continue in my present job, so I called in to say I wasnt gonna be able to go to work where I was suppose to, and the lady asked me for my last 4 social digits, but she was very repugnant and told me, why didnt you call yesterday if you decided not to go, so I told her, because I decided today... so she said! Ok thank you and hung up on me... very, very repugnant I dont know about the other stuff because I spoke to a guy and a lady besides her, but they were nice, but this lady is rud and repugnant...!!

Have forklift experience.. they said since it wasnt recent they could not find me a forklift job...gave me a job at a metal warehouse instead making 9.50..quit the same week went to tmd staffing they sent me to do a forklift test with a company and I was hired on starting 12.00 now Im full-time with that company making even more...these people just want anyone to fill any position no matter what skill sets they have...didnt even see if I could drive a forklift...geez put me on one and see...take it from me stay away... Youve been warned they dont have 1 stars for nothing

Yesterday I went to Link Staffing with 2 other applicants to bring our 2 forms of identification which is what I was told to do after I applied online . So yesterday around 11:14 am I arrived I walked in there where 2 woman behind the counter one seated to the left at the second desk she was heavy set with blonde hair and the other lady was at the desk straight back from the counter at the desk against the wall she was also heavy set and had blonde hair. The lady against the wall was the one who appoach us and asked for 2 forms of identification which we all gave, she went to her computer pulled the information and made copies of our 2 form of identification . She then asked what shifts we wanted we said 3rd. She asked the other lady should she send us out to Walmart she said yes. We where then instructed to go sit in the room to the right. We went in there 3 min later she came in with our 2 forms of identification, and told us about the job at Walmart off 161 the new store. It was a overnight job from 10-7 am M-F you need a forest green shirt and khaki pants. She informed me that I would have to take a test which require you to have closed toe shoes and pants on,l had a dress and open toe shoes.So she said we could all come back the next day which is today to do the paperwork and test. As she was giving me my identification back I asked did we need to bring our 2 forms of identification back tomorrow she said no because she already has it and made copies . So today we go back she wasnt there so the lady to the right of the counter came to us, I told her what I was there for she asked for 2 forms of identification I told her I came yesterday and gave them to the lady against the wall . She goes to look on her desk couldnt find them. So she said we need to have them to fill out the paperwork, so I asked her it has not been less than 24hrs since I was here so what happened to our 2form of Iden ti fiction that were made, she said she make those to run background so we need to go back home which is a 45 min drive and come back . As I was standing there I could see other people ss.card copy and license copies out for anybody to see from the counter and if I could see that type of personal information out laying on a desk, thats all a identity theft would need. I am very concerned about where my important documents copy are and how they needto protect your privacy and security of your ss card and identification documents and treat the stuff like it belong to them. They need to stop being so careless .I will be contacting there cooperate office, bbb,and the Attorney General Office .

I was told to vome back on a tuesday because mondays are pay roll days and they are bavked up at the moment. I called ahead before going and they told me to come in, but when I got there they were suddenly booked. They lied about having opening position for a company I was interested in. I wasted my gas and time coming to these clowns when they had told me they were available. Unprofessional. Liars

One of the older gentleman in the office was very rude and unprofessional. I overheard him discussing me in a unprofessional way. I also went to the counter to see if I was done with everything I had to do for the day and everyone just sat around as if I wasnt standing at the counter. The guy with the glasses was also being cocky for no reason at all as if he didnt want to deal with anyone who was there for the job.

Not a great experience, a lot of failure to communicate and too much misunderstanding probably wouldn’t think to recommend them to anybody

Link is a great Staffing company to work with John has been awesome.

They say they will call you back and never do, I dont even bother anymore. I thought I was the only one,there rating are horrible it all make sense. Careless individuals. Hope they close this office soon they dont do anything. Just there to collect a check and take people information, dont Trust them.
