Called me for a job did orientation and never got a call back so i called for my orientation pay and was told if i got a call to start working then they would pay me so basically its free to take our time. 3 people hung up in my face so unprofessional ans they refuse to give information to the people over them

I just called Sabrina she hung up on me, This is the four times I call Sabrina, Why she always hang up on me. This is not the first time she has hung up on me . I do not understand how they can give work to lazy people. Better hire people who know how to work Not like Sabrina, For sure I am not the first person she has hung up. Sabrina If you look at this message please already Leave from that job you’re not doing your job correctly there are a lot of people that really want to do their job correct.

The women are extremely rude and barley put any effort in trying to get you a job they don’t give you information about any jobs, waste of gas..when I tell you this is the first place I’ve ever left a bad review on....

If I could give them 0 starts I would. They lost my check and if I hadnt gone up there nothing would have ever gotten resolved as they kept hanging up. They even had the audacity to state maybe I had picked up my check already thats why it wasnt in the office? Yet I never signed. Then they said it got lost some how??? Took them almost 2 weeks to re issue a check and it would have taken longer if my husband hadnt threatened to get lawyers involved. Also when I did ask for a supervisor above the lady they have in the office, they gave me an out of service number just to show how professional they are.

Called once, twice and three times I have been told to hold the phone which I did to then hang up... Really!!! And 3 times!!! I put 2 stars because the one on matlock took good care of me... otherwise it would be zero star.

This place is very unprofessional. Everyone can speak English but why Spanish is being spoke in front of me. When I call I get please hold then hung up on me every time. Maybe other Luxor staffing agencies is better but the one on division is very unprofessional they couldnt even find me a job but when they finally did they offer it to someone else before I could get there. It shouldnt be that way and you shouldnt have to feel someone can take the job that was offered to you before you arrive. I advise all people not to waste your time with Luxor staffing

The women are rude and unprofessional. They think that they are doing you a favor. So please go somewhere else to look for a job. Had a very bad experience. Where is management. Who hires the personnel that works for this office? They need to give them more training on how to treat people in general.

I feel like Im not Hispanic enough to be treated like a human being. While waiting to go through the hiring process, I watched a young woman get her mouth swabbed, for a drug screen. I also saw a couple of women leave their desks and disappear. I asked to use the restroom, and was told they dont have one. How do you have an officespace where there is constant traffic, office personnel, new hires, drug screens and have no lavoratory, no restroom, no back.

They dont call you for a job like most companies so you have to call them and constantly ask. So, today I called and Ruby answers, I ask about a job she ask what type of work? I say Warehouse or Customer Service, so she says she has one that starts at $8.50 per hour but if you get on permanent theyll pay $10.00 per hour. I say no to that offer because I put $10.00 per hour on my application as my starting pay but they get mad at me. So, she says, Maam youve turned down all of our offers and SOME MONEY IS BETTER THAN NO MONEY and I dont think were gonna be able to help you. Lmbo...how were you helping me by sending me to a job that wont even pay my car note or buy gas to get there? Thankfully, Im not as destitute as she thinks. Every location you call gets even worst, they are rude, unprofessional and obviously dumb as a box of rocks. Im more qualified for their jobs than they are...SMH...IDIOTS!!!!

Worst place to work for unprofessional. When its time to get paid they give u a hassle about verifying your time. Its been 24 hrs still no pay. Shut this place down. I dont work for free!!!!!

Wow, some people there dont follow and dont care about mask requirements. Walking around the building and getting in elevators without mask even though it is required by the building management. Stay away from these people.

Good luck calling these girls are rude! I called and got hung up on hten i called back and they put me to voicemail that says 401 is not answering. then i call back again! And candy answered she seemed like she was in too much of a hurry and rude too answer my questions i thought candy was supposed to be sweeti have came in and all they do is talk espanol like we are idiotsi guess you have to be espanol in order to be respectedtoo bad you lost out on meyou dont even deserve the star

Unprofessional idiots they got the worst jobs and they pay low. Luxor will send your paycheck to a previous job site even if you quit the job site; they wont keep your check in the office. They will find you a job but its never a good one. Its a waste of time dont work here Save Your Time !!!
