Very unprofessional, unorganized, horrible staff... when I first started they asked for my banking info i gave it to them and the next week a card called (global cash card) came in the mail... my cash was on there instead of in my bank account that caused me lots of trouble with my bill payments and the card charges a fee. My experience with spectra was horrible but it could be different for you. I wouldn’t recommend this agency for no one. Btw they aren’t open On Friday’s even though it says it on google and I wouldn’t even try calling them they won’t pick up the phone at all. If you do go there good luck !!!!
