I was in town temporarily and had a cavity filling come out unexpectedly. The office got me in the next day and everyone was so amazing! They informed me of exact payment amount before the procedure and let me know that based on my insurance they are really hoping to be able send me a refund for part of the cost. I had a great, quick experience and I highly recommend!!

Best dentist I’ve ever had. Everyone are so amazing and caring, I love how professional the atmosphere is. Everything is detailed oriented and they thoroughly go through information with you. Never disappointed and I will keep coming back.

Dr. Callie always remembers me and talks to me so kindly. She is a truly caring gal, she will always direct you in the right path if she thinks a specialist will do better. Amazing dentist! I had never been and was very anxious, but they got me in the room right away and were very pleasant and helpful in answering all of my questions! I’ve already recommended this place to my friends in the area. Also, filling out the required forms online saves so much time. They also follow covid precautions, so I felt very safe.

I sat in the chair for quite some time for my cleaning, some new tools and suction equipment was utilized, when I left my mouth felt great, Thank You for a great experience.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! My first experience with them was amazing. Well, let’s just say I haven’t been the the dentist in over 10 years as I have had some bad experiences. You should have no fear after you come here! I was so surprised how calm and friendly everyone was there.They really want to know their patients. Sheena, who was cleaning my teeth wanted to hear my story and asked me questions. She even stopped cleaning my teeth in between to hear from me. She wasn’t just trying to “get the job done.” She was like the gate to a whole different experience for dental work for me. She has forever changed my mindset on dental work and she will bring many people to their clinic - because I am not the only one with this bad experience. Many of my family members will come in because of her. She was the person who calmed me down and really educated me on dental hygiene.Also, my husband also loved how they did not make “rude or weird” comments about his teeth. He said that his previous experience with some have been negative. They would say “why don’t you clean your teeth,” almost to make you feel bad. Williamsburg seemed to understand that not everyone who comes in has perfect teeth. Um, that’s the whole reason why we’re here. But Sheena was kind and wanted to show that we all need a little bit of work and we are not alone.Also, before they do any work, they lay out financially what it would cost so you know and they work with you. I have my first three appointments set up so I can get my filing. I know the price and I know what they are doing.Great, great experience. 🙌🏼

The staff here is friendly, and informative. The interior is kept very clean. The dentist won’t recommend any work that isn’t necessarily needed. The teeth cleaning/check-up was free and thorough as well. Overall it was a great experience.

Have had amazing service here. Finally found them years after moving to the southwest side of Lincoln and have loved the Dentist Callie as well as all the techs. I recently chipped a tooth and they got me in immediately and fixed it for me in record time. Will definitely recommend.

Had cleaning and x-rays on 9/29, this was my first visit with them. Most of experience was okay, but a few things rubbed me wrong way.1. At previous dentist, this work took around 45 minutes. Williamsburg took two hours. Some of this was probably due to being a new patient, but most of it was hygienist needing help with equipment and software.2. At end of visit they surprised me with $15 covid fee. My insurance covers cleanings and x-rays 100%, but this was an out of pocket cost not covered by insurance.

The staff are very nice, gentle and caring. They explained everything very well and didn’t make me feel bad that I haven’t seen a dentist in some time. They worked hard to help me smile again!

I woke up yesterday morning with pain in my jaw and the right side of my face swollen. They were quick to get me in this morning. ( I am not a patient of theirs).Staff was very friendly & they were able to get me a referral to a specialist within an hour. Williamsburg Dental will definitely be making this office my new permanent dentist & I would highly recommend this office.

For a couple years Id been trying to find a new dentist as I hadnt kept up on my cleanings and knew my teeth needed more than just check up attention. Id not followed through with appointments because other dentists were dragging out the process instead of addressing the issues. I found Dr. Callie at Williamsburg on South Street on the dental insurance website provided through my employer and chose her location as it was close to my house. I struck gold by chance! Dr. Callie is BY FAR the best dentist Ive ever had, hands down! Shes AMAZING. Shes totally personable, but no nonsense when it comes to getting things done. I dont know what her secret is, but I swear she makes getting Novocaine no biggie at all. I used to hate that the most about going to the dentist but she somehow manages to administer the perfect amount so I dont feel anything during the procedure but dont have a numb tingly face afterwards. Shes a gem and I would recommend her to anyone!

This place ask their customers to write positive review, I visited them one time and will never visit again. they didnt tell me about the cost of the visit then sent $82 bill to me, despite the insurance covered part and I paid part during the visit.

The staff at this office were professional but at the same time they were very laid back and made me feel comfortable. They did a great job from the x-rays to the cleaning to the exam by Dr. Callie. Sheena the dental hygentist was the best! Love this office!

The 2 times I have come into the South st location, Ive been treated with nothing but respect! They are all so friendly and willing to listen to any fears I have. I let them know about my panic disorder and they were very understanding and comforting, to the point where I didnt even have a single panic attack, which is huge for me. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental care!

I researched the Lincoln dentists on my insurance roster, and these guys looked great--strong service motive (volunteers to Meals on Wheels, Peoples City Mission, Haiti), won Lincolns Best award, excellent reviews by patients. I was not disappointed with my first visit--very able hygienist, cutting edge technology, straight forward common sense advice from the dentist, Dr. Rossini. I definitely made the right choice.
