The lady burned my hand, and tried to cover the little bubbles that were on my nails. She also over coated parts of my nails, so its all lumpy.Then didnt clean up, my nails are uneven. Also, I asked for light blue and she got dark blue and said they same color. Also she coated my whole tip finger, with the top coat. I do not recommended going here ever again.

I went to the salon about four times. The first two were fine. The next one the pedicurist broke my nail, fixed it with acrylic. I could not get across to her that I did not want that done. When I came back again she did not get off all the gel polish she had put on the time before. The nail broke again, again she fixed it with acrylic. The next time I went for a pedicure I went to a different place, that person took off all of the polish very well. Underneath that one toenail was fungus and a very damaged toenail. I now have to put medication on that toenail.. I also believe they are overpriced for what you get.

Kim does the best pedicures in town! Nails are very nice too. In my experience- they dont compromise their sitting customers excellent service, to try to fit everyone in. It is best if you call in for an appointment.

Went yesterday to get my first set of SNS nails and will not come back here again. I have thin nails naturally and the lady used a dremel the whole time nearly filing through my nail for the prep. The dremel burned and tore my skin, when it bled she just dabbed it and continue on. It’s now 24 hours later and my nails still hurt and have open wounds. I have been putting antibacterial cream as I’m worried about infection. She also added tips to four of my nails and they are all crooked. Definitely not worth the $41.

As mentioned, Kims great :) She was thorough with the pedicure, transparent about pricing, and patient in answering my questions about her process and after care.The salon itself looked clean. The massage chairs didnt do much for me, but Im not there for a massage.

NANCY is awesome! Ive been there twice now and she did exactly what I wanted. She was very gentle, nice, and did a great job. My mom went the first time and got Quin, who did a bad job. But I convinced my mom to go back and go to Nancy and she loved her!! I got pointed tips this time and my mom got the square tips. We got the gel powder on our natural nails. Ive noticed a lot of return customers and men getting pedicures here.

I treated myself to a Mothers day pedi. However it was the worse pedicure Ive ever had. The lady was very rough and rude. I asked her not to cut my nails but to file them down a little, she seemed irritated with my request and started filing so rough that she made my cuticles bleed. I jerked my foot back and she laughed and said that tickle I said NO that hurt, it didnt get better from there. I could tell that she was talking about me to her coworker in their language. After the polish dried, it is streaky and uneven from all the filing she did on my toe. I will NEVER return here. Also, one of the other ladies that worked there was holding an infant and was making the baby cry, she kept spanking her and yelling at the baby (baby was no more than 5 months old) the baby was hysterical. It made for a very uncomfortable experience. It was a cheap pedicure, but I guess you get what you pay for.

People are just being ignorant on here and saying mean things because they are just miserable with there life. Dont knock it til you try it! Thanh was recommended to me by my sister and she is great! They are really nice and give great service! Even entertained my 4 year old son while I was there. And Linda use to do my nails before working here. This place is great. Youll find very qualified nail technicians here.

Ive been going there since they opened approx. 10 years ago... I was very regular.. had many pedicures and manicures done.. I always did gel polish too.. however Ive been in nursing school for the last 16 months.. so I had only been a couple times during that time..But I just went in 4 weeks ago and they have new owners and all new staff.. The lady was very rough and she cut me twice during the pedicure.. she was loud and seemed to be in a rush. They also must be using a cheap terrible polish which I had placed on my toes and the matching gel polish on my hands. Both of them started coming off by day 4 and my natural nails are completely damaged (I soaked them off properly and only had it on for 2 weeks) so I know it has to be something with their product. Unfortunately I will never return there. Which upsets me because it has always been a wonderful salon and its just 2 blocks from my house.

For years I have been trying a new salon every time I go in for a pedicure. FINALLY... I found Club Spa Nails. I just drove by and saw it and decided get my eyebrows done... Tran such a great job, I decided to call in one day to make an appointment for an extensive pedicure. My feet were in VERY bad condition; I spoke with WIN on the phone and explained my problem, and that was the best part, at least so far...THE BEST PART... Is that its a family run business and they ALL speak VERY good English and have AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Most salons... you go in and you cant say anything they will understand except pedicure. If you want a specific hangnail dug out, or a particular nail design, or you just simply want to know what the cost of the service will be, you cant understand them because of the language barrier.CLUB SPA TAKES CARE OF THEIR PEOPLE... THEY REMEMBER YOU BY NAME... and TAKE THEIR TIME and do an AMAZING job!!!I cant go on enough about how different this salon is... it is the ULTIMATE PAMPERING EXPERIENCE.Shout out to Mamma... I went to get a fill on my acrylics due to the proximity to my in-laws house where I was at. My nails look great and the people were nice enough, however, the tech was incredibly rough. My nails kept burning because of the electric file she used, and my cuticles ended up dried out and bloodied. I currently have an infection of the cuticle on one of my thumbs from it being cut too much. It is still swollen, open, oozing, and incredibly painful and sensitive a week after my fill in. I am considering making an appointment to urgent care because of it. After sharing my experience with my in-laws, they told me they used to go here but stopped. Apparently they too always had painful experiences and left with bloody sore hands.

Never will go there again. I asked TWICE guy who was doing my pedicure to cut my toe nails and he ignored me. He was obviously rushing to get through with my pedicure. I paid extra $5 for special- 15 seconds per leg of scrub. Thankfully, there are salons on every corner of this town, but never this one.

I was offered hot tea and water! For a full new set and pedicure this nail trip.Ni Ni did an exquisite moon shaped rhinestone design on my ring finger and toes!

*Only went here due to high star Google reviews* Pedicure ended up being very painful for both my friend and I, opted out of our Manicures due to the digging and rough treatment. Workers were blatantly rude to us in English and when we asked them to go lighter or to stop digging. They began talking about the situation in Korean when our concerns continued. When my friends request for glitter was completely ignored we just shut up so we could get out asap. Both of us left with bleeding big toes and red/agitated cuticles. (Next day update - they still hurt..) Not very professional environment or treatment by workers... Never going back. You shouldnt waste your time either.

Very disappointed. I am not sure if this place changed ownership but they were quick to take me in. Once they got busy i was rushed the person that did my pedicure wore LONG FAKE NAILS stopped every five seconds to talk -wax someone. Left my cuticle bleeding. Disgusting, not professional should b turned into the better business Bureau, and the health department.

Horrible service and they will not give you a refund if they mess up your mani and pedi. Manager has no customer relations skills and no business etiquette. Do not waste your money!

New owners are terrible. Had a pedicure I could have done a better job myself, worst experience ever. I prefer the lady that yelled all the time, she may have been obnoxious but at least she said hello, knew how to paint nails, it looks like my 7 yr old did this...there is no way the woman who did my pedicure is licensed. Worst experience ever!!!! Do Not Go there.
