My favorite place to go and have girls day out. She was very pry and neat at her work. Very happy with my nails. They are perfect.

Wife called for an appointment Saturday and they asked her what she wanted and she told them. She then told them her name and they said, Ohhh...(her name) sorry, we cant get you in Saturday . So, I called them and told them my wife wanted the same exact thing done at 10 am on Saturday (same time but used a different name) they said it was no problem scheduled her. This is the second time this has happened and is blatant disrespect. If you dont want one of your customers just let them know. Will no longer continue to use them. Sure sounds like discrimination to me.

Had Classical Manicure done here yesterday and i really loved it. My tech was very attentive and knew exactly what she was doing. They stayed 30 minutes after just to finish my pedicure. Highly recommend coming here!

First time at this place was a great experience, then I returned for a second time and The work on my nails did not turn out well. The customer service was great even though they were busy they were consistent of my needs ❤️

I asked for oval my nails were almond shaped. They were cut to short then filed and filed until pretty much nothing was left. They were about 5x as thick as usual. I told him I didn’t like them and he told me he didn’t have time to do anything about it. So I said we are done then. What do I owe? He charged me $20 for this!!!!

She did a very good job on my nails. They were very detailed and very considerate. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ive been trying a few nail places in town. Some would do sloppy work and the gel would peel quicky after, I had one actually cut me with a nail file. This place had good reviews and I gave them a chance. Helena did beautiful work! She was so gentle and very precise, and we had lovely conversation and laughed as she worked on my nails. This place is the whole package. Reasonable prices and lots to offer. Thank you again, Helena!

VIP Nails has been nothing but wonderful to me so far. Everyone is very helpful and excellent at his or her job! Jenny did my Christmas-themed, detailed design gel nails with dipping powder on Black Friday, and I JUST left from having them removed with Tracy, who was also great - and I had them removed only because Christmas was yesterday! 😛 I never expected them to last this long. They still looked and felt almost brand new. I got so many compliments. I will be back.

They were so great with getting me in the day I wanted! My nail artist was Manni (I hope I spelled it right), she was a sweet heart, and did the best set of nails Ive ever seen!!💙

You would think with all the competitors that these nail salons have, they would be friendly and eager to keep their customers. I have used VIP nails several times and most of the time I had good quality nails.. there were a couple occasions where I was treated poorly and was hurt by the person doing my nails but kept coming back because at the end of the day I can look the other way on those issues as long as I’m getting quality product and services. Well today I went to make an appointment to go back for dip nails and had a poor experience with the lady on the phone. She said she could see me at 2 and I said it would be fine as long as she could tell me if I could be out of there within 90 min as I have to pick kids up from daycare. She was short and rude and said ma’am I can’t tell you if you will be out of here by then .. do you want to come in or not?! I said yes I do but I do need to get my kids on time so go ahead and put me down and if there are issues I’ll call back shortly to cancel. I arranged husband to get kids so I could make the appointment but then a lady called me saying that they will not be seeing me and hung up. I dont know about you but that really made me feel bad and I don’t believe a repeat customer should be treated this way!

The owners and staff are always friendly and professional. Free wine is a plus!! Visit April and her crew for an A+ experience!! I recommend the deluxe pedicure for the guys while the ladies are getting their polish on.

I’ve tried out several nail salons in Springfield and I have to say VIP Nails is the BEST! I told April about my broken nail and asked her for special care on my cuticles. She went above and beyond! Fixed my nail and did an incredible job. The establishment is clean, modern and have a great selection of colors and nail designs. I’ll never go anywhere else!

It took 3 hours for them to do my nails and they did not take all of the steps needed to do my nails correctly. Multiple cuticles of mine were bleeding and it hurt. My nails are not what I wanted and I just wasted 3 hours of my time, as well as 60$.

I truly love this place!! As a girl with many insecurities about her fingernails I can honestly say they are super helpful and good at what they do! They will be upfront with u if there is something they can or cannot do. George is my go to guy but my friend has seen Abril and Mike. They r both awesome as well! Best nail salon in springfield! 🥰🥰

I’ve been going here to get my nails done for two years and I absolutely love it! I usually get dip manicures and they’ve lasted over 6 weeks without chipping, breaking off, or even lifting from my nails. They’re always so professional, efficient and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great salon to get your nails done! I’ve been coming here and getting dip powder done on my nails for a little over a year, and they look amazing every time! They have a huge selection of dipping powder colors, including glitter, and iridescent colors, more by far than any other salon in the Springfield metro area! Their prices are great too! All around a great place for manicures and pedicures! I would highly recommend VIP Nails to everyone.

My reviews have gone from 5stars to 2 stars due to my last experience this week. April did my nails the past 2 times. I come here about every 4-5 weeks for mani-pedi. She tried to tell me that she hadn’t ever seen me here before.I showed her my dip mani that was lumpy & she kept denying that it was her work-they had been busy & she hurried thru the mani on the previous occasion.She was very passive aggressive throughout the whole mani pedi and rough with me. Attitude was terrible.Even though they usually do good work, I won’t be back due the the attitude issue.I won’t tolerate that kind of rudeness in the service industry when I’m paying good money to get services. There are SOOO many other places I can go.You have lost a good customer!

When I got off work tonight I tried this salon for the first time. George and April did my nails exactly like like I asked them to do and exactly like I showed them. The spa was very clean. Both of them were very professional and very nice. I am a cancer survivor and my eye brows are growing in crazy and April did an amazing job to make them look good and make me feel good. I highly recommend this place.

This place is AMAZING. Everyone here is super sweet and very professional. I have only had my nails done by George, but he is the best!!. He is so good I brought my 13 daughter to him. I received my first pedicure here today by a young man and Im in heaven. They really go the extra mile and it shows!!. If you havent tried been here yet then you need to come ASAP....you wont regret it

I have been getting my nails done at a different place, but when i tried these guys they were amazing at it. Never have my nails looked better. Its well worth the 40 min drive.

Took my elderly mom from out here tonight. They were so amazing with her. The young man did an outstanding job and was so helpful getting her in and out of the chair. My mom said its the best pedicure shes ever had.

First time here this evening and I was happy. I got the basic pedicure for $25. They massaged and scrubed my legs for a long time which was nice. The employees are very nice. They did a good job and have a TON of color choices. They also gave me a free gift of a bottle of lotion for Christmas with my pedicure.

This was my first time here and it blew my expectations out of the water. The service was friendly and they did an exceptional job on my nails and eyebrows. Would recommend to anyone

The service over the phone was great, the tech left a little to be desired. He didnt speak any English so it was hard to communicate even on the smallest level.

They are nice. The problem is that I was told to try organic dip nails because Its healthy for your nails. I tried putting a picture but it wont let me but my nails are bleeding and I soaked them for half an hour to get them off.😔 Its been 7 years since I have done my nails and I wont ever get them done again 😭

I have been here twice now in one month and had a pedicure done and an acrylic/powder dip manicure done. I have had Suzie both times and absolutely love her attention to detail. I am not usually one to have my nails done since I travel for work and don’t typucally have the time, but I am changing my mind thanks to her. She takes such good care of me. They are usually busy in the evening, so be sure to call before you stop by!

I just want to say that I love this place. The people that work there are amazing and the work they do is amazing. Especially Vincent, Susie, and April. I felt so awkward getting my nails done and powder dipped as a boy, but they treat me so well. In my opinion this is the ONLY place to go in Springfield. They even fixed a broken nail for free for me. I will be a customer here for life and I would recommend anyone to go here.

I came in for a color change on my toes and an eyebrow wax and let me tell you what... the man up front that sits on the left is super nice. But the girls need to fix their attitudes and get a reality check real quick. I had to tell the girl that polished my toes to buff the top of them after filing them because she didnt do it right. Her paint job is uneven but I guess I can let that slide. So they gave me a diff lady to do my eyebrows. The wax was too hot and I told her that it was really hot and she tried to lie to me saying that the machine was all the way low when it was turned all the way up on the green. She also tried to blame it on my skin saying that it was too sensitive and that she cant wax my eyebrows. No Sweetheart. That wax should not feel like its about to give me a staph infection. She really needs to change her attitude and learn how to treat customers instead of talking to them like theyre stupid cause that is NOT what I am. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER IS WHAT I AM. Would never recommend this place unless they change some things up. Sorry, NOT sorry.

Ive been seeing the wonderful staff here for a few months. Every time I get a fill the service is amazing! They take the time to do your nails perfectly and never rush through it. My acrylics have never lifted on the sides and the shellac has always lasted so I know they do a great job.Ive had multiple designs from Pinterest and every time they are able to replicate it wonderfully!Today I had to call a cab because my car was in the shop and they were so wonderful they offered to drive me home. They go out of their way to make your experience great.I will always see choose this place!!

I highly recommend this salon. The staff is friendly and there are many colors to choose from. I went in for a refill with gel. Susie was very attentive and took her time to make sure that the gel was dry before I left. I will be making appointments with Susie from now on.

They are fast and nice and the price is good.

My girlfrined got her nails done here and they said it would last 3 weeks. Well one of her nails fell off within a couple days. She didnt use force or anything to break it, it simply fell off. So we went in a couple days later and they charged us extra to fix it even tho it was not glued on correctly. We had a very unpleasent visit with below par customer service. We will not be coming back.

I hate feeling rushed when I go get my nails done. And Thats how I felt here. I guess it varies with who you get though because my sister did a mani pedi also and hers took an hour longer than mine. we didnt even get to sit together because they had specific stations.

My friend and I showed up for our appointment and were not greeted, only asked what we wanted. We were rushed through every process.

Thin acrylic. Chipped and uneven gel polish. I spent my money for nails that didnt last. The first day i got them done my thumb nail chipped there was no acrylic on one side of my nail. The rest of them are so thin it was a waste of money.

They screwed up my nails and disgregarded everything I said. Ill never go back and itll take me a month to grow my acrylics out and get new ones put on so Im stuck with the crap they did.
