Worst place I’ve ever had my nails done. Paid $65 for my nails to look like the Rocky Mountains. There’s a line of glue on my nail I asked for coffin and these are so fat. I literally cried when I got in the car. When you get your nails done you are supposed to feel pretty, I’m literally so embarrassed to have these.

Definitely did not have a great experience here. My toe got infected next day of this. It’s in pain and they didn’t want to give me a full refund. My hand nails were also cut very short when I asked for them not to be cut. I paid over 100 for everything and I’m very unhappy with results.

I got my nails done here a few months ago and chose this design. i was so happy with my nails and i am yet to have a bad experience! i am planning on going back there soon! also pricing was pretty good for anyone that is worried about that.

Went in for a pedicure and a new set. The lady was completely distracted, she kept using her phone. She cut 3 toes and they got infected the next day . She tried to put cotton on it and continues to cut my toe nails into an unnatural shape.. I paid $116 for that service.

A Great place to get a fabulous manicure and pedicure... The staff was very helpful... all of their nail techs are very conscientious regarding covid-19... They only use the files and buffers once & your allowed to take them home with you if you would like or they throw them away... I highly recommend them... You wont be disappointed...

I have been to this nail place many times and I will never trust or go to anyone else. They are amazing at what they do, very clean, very respectful, and pure art! They do amazing hand drawn designs and has never let me down on anything that I have asked for!.

Found this nail salon by an Instagram ad that popped up and saw how great all their nails were!Was not disappointed when I got them done! I always get acrylic coffin nails and I love them every time! I’ve had my nails done by 3 different people, all great, but Thu is definitely my go to!I drive from the east side of town to come to this salon! Would recommend to anyone! Great place and prices are very fair!

Too expensive had nails done and it was $43.00 and theyre not done right. My husband said you can tell they were in a hurry. The paint job isnt even.

Got a deluxe pedicure, it was so nice and relaxing. The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly and did a very good job.

My daughters and I love having Thu do are sets. They are always amazing looking she creates what ever you ask or makes them look 100% better.

Ive only visited this place twice, but my experience was awesome, so clean and relaxing and I was completely satisfied with my nails.

We get basic pedicures to see how the quality is before we bump up the extra pedicure services. Went once quality was no good, wouldn’t go again. It’s Not the first nail shop with less than great services here, it seems tough for New Mexico salons to compete with California’s salons. It’s what we’re used to. Basic services are great in CA, we always bump it up to get the body scrub, body butter & eucalyptus & Himalayan sea salt water. Sorry I’m still searching for a nail salon to call home, while we’re living here.

I would highly recommend Thu at Miami Nails! I dont always get my nails done except for special occasions and the other technicians are not always able to do specifically what I want. Thu makes it so simple and affordable! All I do is show her the picture and design I want and she makes it just how I want it and even better!!! She even stayed a little late just to finish my nails without complaining or making a big deal! If you want attention to detail and a nice design I would go to Thu!!! And she doesnt overcharge!!! Love her!

FINALLY I found an amazing nail salon in downtown San Jose!!! Ive been looking for a quality salon with great customer service and quality work that lasts AND is a great value.So happy that I found it here. The women are all so friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to provide the best quality service and my special requests.The gel manicures last a solid 3+ weeks and they offer free touch ups for the first two weeks if anything happens. Their prices are standard but again, for the best quality I have found I am happy to pay.I definitely recommend checking them out!! Ask for Cindy or Kalien. All the staff is very talented but these are the two women I go to and they do not disappoint!

Been a client at Miami nails for over 10 years. The new owner TU is simply the greatest of all times! The shop is COVID-19 clean, the employees are professional, sweet, and experts in mani -pedicures. I love this place. Such kind people and great prices! I brought my handicapped grandmother, and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. My grandmas manicurist and pedicurist (I wish I remembered their names!) constantly asked if she was comfortable and if she was okay with the following treatment. They treated both of us like queens, and my grandma left with a huge smile on her face. Thank you so much!

Bad customer service and nails have a thick consistency which isn’t flattering also they can be really harsh with your hands. The prices are terrible too I got a pink nail set with no diamonds nor designs or any other color and it was 63$ just for one color of nail. Bad salesmanship

Miami Nails is the best nail salon I have found . We are snowbirds and have been spending winters here for years. I cant count all the nail salons that I have tried. Most were just okay-no comparison to mine at home. Two weeks ago I tried a spa pedicure and it was outstanding. My feet still feel soft. Then today I had an acrylic fill. She did the best job ever, and I am more picky about my fingernails. The price was excellent as well. the nail tech I used for both the pedicure and fill. I would highly recommend her.😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

They were fast and friendly! Ill give them that my nails are lumpy at the ends there not evenly full of acrylic. I will not go here again the worst $130.00 Ive ever spent.I got a new set my daughter got a new set and my youngest daughter got her nails painted

Both my daughter and I went there in the morning when it opened. There were no customers at that point, about 15 minutes in to getting our pedicure customers started walking in. At that point it seems as though we were rushed I made a point to make a comment and she went on to say they were short of help she seemed bothered by my comment. We payed 90$ plus for pedicure we also had gel manicures definitely not worth it don’t plan on going back.

Had another great experience at Island Nail! They dont ever pressure you or try to get you to add anything extra on. she did a great job on my Pedicure, and a great job on my shellac manicure! So happy with my outcome. She fixed my nails, and saved my natural nails. I will only go to Cindy there!! Clean, friendly. And just overall great! This will be my new place and only place!!

I didnt know they are under new management, Ive been here a long time ago and didnt like it. Today I was in a hurry so I needed somewhere close by, So I thought Ill try it out again. Thu was amazing, I showed her a picture and she was able to do it even better. She is very artistic and very sweet. I definitely will be back and recommend this place.

Love my toes! I came here with my friend to treat her for her birthday. Next time I will come to get a manicure as well! I got Tam as a nail technician, now, usually I dont have good experiences with male nail technicians but he was great! He took his time and was very friendly. I showed him a pic of some nail art but I didnt want the exact same thing so he took the image and did his own thang! Thanks Tam!

They did amazing job on my nails and toes. The place is relaxing and very clean. I noticed that when they did my pedicure, they used a disposable pedicure kit and you can keep it after you’re done! They also have many different colors and styles.

I wasnt sure what I could challenge them with. So I asked for a simple design with dip powder. Hung was my nail tech and he nailed it. Literally! He also reshaped my nails which were hideous from the other place Id gone to before. I cant wait for my next visit to see what else they can do. Ive got something a more challenging up my sleeve. Thanks Miami Nails. Did I mention Hung did my nails? He listened to me and didnt rush. He paid so much attention to the details. Also the chic doing nails next to me goes by Cindy. She was giving the business too! She did marble nails on this one chic. I was in awe. It was amazing to watch. Check them out. It looks like this place gets pretty busy so plan your visit wisely.

After years of being told i couldnt have the shape or design i wanted with my natural nails at other salons and having to have them cut off and fake ones put on i have finally found a salon that has helped me keep my nails and have designs i love! The nail tech Thu is an amazing girl she has worked diligently with me for years to help build back the health of my nails from years of abuse due to fake tips and now women all over New Mexico stop to compliment my nails and are surprised to know they are mine. This shop has not only gone above any beyond for me they also create some of the most popular styles of today! they have great customer services and a new beautiful remodel to make you feel a 5 star experience

Don’t go here. I called and asked how much a nail repair and a new color on my acrylics would be and they said $15. When I got done, they charged me $30. I’m not a cheep person, but when they say it’s going to be a certain amount, I expect it to be that amount. Go to sparkle nails on Menaul.

Business hours are incorrect as I showed up about 15 minutes after 10:00 on Sunday and no one was there. Went in today and was seated right away towards the end I was cut on my cuticle on my left big toe no biggie accidents happen but when I got home I realized I was also cut on top of my right big toe the French pedicure I got is also very uneven I posted pictures to yelp super disappointment because this place is so close to where I live!

I love getting my pedicures here. There nice and don’t ever tell you to get something you don’t want or say “this will look better”.

2nd time to the place didnt get the girls name but she was really rough with my feet and it hurt I told her I was diabetic...my granddaughter also got a pedicure and she told me the person was really rough with her...and my feet werent that bad.....

My finger nails were done very poorly. Several of my nails are thicker than others, some are shorter than others and I kindly called them out on it and one of the other employees rudely said that she does not want to do my nails anymore. I will never be returning to this place and I definitely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone !

Favorite nail salon in Albuquerque

Simple pedicure. Tech did not remove cuticles, did not smooth nail bed and did not apply top coat. Was comparing story with a co-worker and she had the same experience. I wonder how many other people are getting ripped off??!# Will not return!!

So I went in to get a new set and when she was done I pointed out that a couple of nails were missing acrylic on the side and one had a huge dip. She responded with ok and never fixed the problem needless to say I stopped going in there were just to many mistakes made when I would go.

THEY BURNT MY EYELIDS WITH WAX NOW HALF OF MY EYEBROW IS GONE!!!! I had my brows filled with pencil and told them not to touch the pencil. So one side of my face looks nice and Im bald on the other. They ask if I wanted to wax the other brow to look like the bald brow. I declined. They never apologized and STILL CHARGED ME!!! Worst customer service Ive ever received. This shop should be closed down due too no standards and uneducated customer service reps.

I asked for ALL WHITE nail Polish. The lady does a French tip, knowing I said all white. When I told her thats not what I wanted she got an attitude, and all of a suddenly didnt speak English anymore. Then they had the nerve to charge the extra 5 dollars for a French tip. So I paid for something I didnt even want. I shouldve refused to pay until I got what I wanted, but I actually just wanted out of this place. No customer serviceI see now why this place was so empty when I was there. I wont be returning.

Nails fell apart after a few days and by a week most completely fell off! Pedicure lady kept nipping me and when I told her stop she did but once I stoped watching she still nipped the area. 🙄

Not even 2 weeks and this nails fell off. this place is horrible the lady didnt know how to blend ombre blue color. They charge 53 dollars for this ugly set of nails that they did. They are so disrespectful when their talking in their language in front of their customers I will never recomend this palce to anyone. We ask the lady if she nkew how to do this types of nails she said yes and it was a disaster. They are friendly but its not worth doing ur acrylic nails there👎👎

I absolutely love this place! I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about but I’ve never had an issue. You want real nice people with great customer service come here. It’s a little hidden gem in the south valley. It’s not to big and it’s not to small. It’s confirtanble and welcoming. Thu does an amazing job on my finger nails everytime and has always been accommodating if I make an appointment or walk In. Serenity does such a great job with my 4 year old daughter. She is so patient and also sits there and interacts with her and treats her so awesome. When I don’t have my daughter when I go in they always ask how she is. Also Cindy does great fingernails but hands down the best pedicures I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in albuquerque for 15 years and have had my fair share of pedicures... Cindy is who to ask for! She is gentle and always takes her time and shapes my nails so perfect and just relaxes me and makes it a great experience. for someone who works catering to everyone’s hands and feet 7 days a week she never shows she’s tired and goes above and beyond. Everyone here is awesome. If I could give this business 100 stars I would. 💞✨

My nails fell off days after I got them done. My acrylics were also shaped horribly and applied crooked. I had a business trip and was embarrassed leading meetings with missing fingernails. I ended up securing them with SUPER GLUE.

They did an excellent job. My toe nails were very bad. Hope to go back next month.
