RDO, Missoula Montana, has provided us professional service, in rural Montana, for many years. Several years ago, we bought a used John Deere riding mower with snow blower attachment from them. Probably one of the best values we have experienced. The on-site mobile service unit is superb and responsive to customer needs. They do all services on site (swap-out of mower to snow-blower, mower service, oil changes, etc.)

Love this place! They have the friendliestand most helpful staff. Even for those of us that dont know what were talking about! :-) I wouldnt go anywhere else for my John Deere parts. They also have a great selection of kids toys and Stihl, Honda and John Deere collectibles.

Mike was excellent! Worth the short wait. Will definitely come back for any parts needs. My 2210 compact is getting better and better after the former owners abused it. Mike also showed and then printed out a repair code that another dealer hadnt seen.

Great bunch of folks, the tech even loaned me a manual to use while working on the 1145 mower. Not many places will do that!!!

They can never look up previous purchases for some reason, so makes it hard when you need a part for something you purchased from them previously

OK so overall I guess it is a good place but today I am very irritated as we bought a 54 snow blower for our John deer from them, a chain broke it is Saturday early am website says they are open but no one answers phone?
