Getting an appointment was easy and I didn’t have to wait. However I found the experience lacking for the price. They were Very distracted. Would file a few nails, get up, go to the back, do something, come back do polish, get up again and so on. The polish itself doesn’t go all the way to the side of my nails. Since I got gel, I thought she would get that side on a later coat. She did not. I pointed it out but she didn’t seem to care and tried to tell me that was normal for gel. While the salon is pretty and clean, I feel like you could get better value for your money.

Its my first time going there today and I can not express how happy I am with my results. Im very particular about how my nails are done, and the lady who did my pedicure and pretty much almost every service I needed did not disappoint. My nails and toes are neat, clean and stunning to look at. Im dragging the hubby along on my next visit!

My first time at Galaxy Nail Salon. This place is great! I got my gel Pedi on not a busy day. I didnt have to wait at all. It has a nice serene vibe, relaxing music. Lisa did a meticulous job on my toenails. Im very very picky in regards to mani/Pedi. I dont even go to a nail salon very often, but I’m definitely will be returning to Galaxy. This place has new massage chairs and sparkling clean.

I just had a lovely gel pedicure from Tammy at this salon. The salon is fresh and clean, beautiful. Tammy was gentle and thorough. The price for a gel pedicure was a reasonable $55 and it included a paraffin wax treatment which felt sooo nice. Highly recommend!

I love Galaxy nails. They are friendly and professional. Their tools are sanitized after each use. They just got new pedicure chairsPlace is clean and inviting.Have been going there for the last 5 years.Plenty of parking in the garage behind the salon.

My nails look clean, simple and very elegant ! I could not be happier ! I can’t help but stare at them !I didn’t catch the name of the girl that did my pedicure, but she was great too ! Very happy with my visit. It’s my daughter’s bday weekend and she wanted to try some nail art for the first time. Outstanding job!! They pretty much matched the design we found on the internet. And they’re really efficient. In and out, we both got pedicures she had a gel mani, I had an acrylic fill, and we were out in no less than 1 hour. I will definitely be returning!!!

I had a pedicure . Worst treatment ever . Was not told about services I received .ie sanding my foot calluses and lavender scrub . which smelled Not like I lavenderAfter leaving shop, I nail polish was chipped and tacky . I called to set I up new appt . Next day came back, to have polish re polished . I was outraged that a client next to me was having a pedicure . Her nail was sore . but tech. was using tool on the nailAfter much pain, another tech showed up to clean up nail .Client kept saying it hurt when another train er showed up as the two kept working on her feet . I was finished w/ my pedi and she also left.Beware of this shop ! There is a HUGE language barrier, which complicated the experienceRated F

I called and was seen the same day on a time I requested. I had a mani/pedi and the girls attending me were sweet, kind and worked fast and my service looked beautiful.

They always do a great job! This pedicure was done with gel.

Everyone is super nice and they ask you exactly what you want. I’ve been here twice so far for a gel manicure and pedicure and this is one of the nicest places I’ve been. I would definitely recommend and I will be coming here again! Keep in mind though, very pricey !!

After a few bad experiences and NOT BY MY AMAZING NAIL LADY at my long time I left and came here. Clean friendly and amazing. I am a big fan of the ladies here 🙂

They did my toes my eyebrows and a face shoulder and neck massage all in my chair. They interacted liked family which made me feel very relaxed. Best place I have been to! Very friendly and proficient staff! Just when you think it cant get better it does! I will be back.

WORST NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO! I’ve been getting manicures for 20yrs and I’ve never had such an upsetting experience nor such a terrible manicure - she cut my nails way to short, all different lengths and shapes - they look absolutely awful - like a child did it. The polish is uneven and there is polish all over my fingers (because she cut my nails too short). If that wasn’t bad enough it was painful, she was rough and cut my three times. I’m NEVER going back and you shouldn’t either.

A nice nail salon that also offers paraffin waxing services. Parking can be scarce and prices, a bit higher than competitors.

I had gel nail polish on my natural nails which are pretty long and strong at least that is what i have been told in other nail shops, and after doing my nails here, they all broke off. She put the gel nail buffer so little like she was trying to be stingy with it. And i think its too pricely. The lady that did was nails was really friendly.

Ive been here a few times and unless you accept their upgrades, the quality is awful. This last time she nicked my cuticle which bled for a while and is swollen. They dug in my toe until it hurt and my daughters nails had polish on the skin and her nail polish peeled off the next day. They didnt care about any if this. Are you kidding me?

The quality and the service used to b better. I feel like they pick and choose who to be friendly with. I think they need someone to manage that place.

Clean and modern place with a friendly staff. Made appointment in the early afternoon for a same day 6:00 pm. Short wait andwas greeted by Kim. It was Friday and the salon was busy. They have a variety of pedicure services to pick from and the scrub scents lovely. The massage was excellent, Kim very professional and quick with little chit chat (which I like). Prices reasonable for an upscale salon in Walnut Creek. Will go back for my next special occassion manicure and pedicure.

My fist experience i regret. Not recommended if u have especial occasion, make sure u have other appointments, so u can jump out.They seem nice, but first of all it took them 3:30pm- 6pm just for Gel, then they remake it twice, still bad and not satisfied. The lady was training and she kept saying sorry. Very sad. :(It was my wedding the next day, guess what after they messed up my nail, the manager told me whey dont i go try somewhere else coz they can’t handle it. 😩. “Around 7pm ? Are you kidding me? Waaw. I begged her to try again and again and just get me out of there. :( .
