I was new to ABQ and wanted to get a manicure and pedicure, discovered this place and had such a great experience! John was wonderful and everyone was so nice. Wonderfully calming environment!

Came and got my nails done. In less than 24 hours my nails broke. Came to fix it and expected me to pay. Highly do not recommend them. Top it all off, my nails broke by Monday. It was the way she was rude. If someone comes in, nail broke less than 24 hours then acknowledge that the job wasn’t done correctly. Instead of standing there telling me “no, our policy” well obviously you have that policy because people will have to go back and pay for each nail to be fixed. I decided to give my business somewhere else. Where it’s actually worth the $75 I paid. My nails shouldn’t have broken after a few day. I work on a computer, typing.

Visited Eastern Spa and Nails the other day for a pedicure. The staff were very friendly, the spa was clean and the pedicure amazing! Definitely coming back!

Needed a much needed “me” day and my work let me have the day off, so I didn’t make an appointment but they took me in almost right away, very clean and friendly and loved how relaxing it was, first time here and will definitely be coming back !!

First time here, I got a new set with powder dip (for the first time ever) It was exactly what I asked for and done great! The staff was great at answering questions I had about powder vs acrylic and anything else I asked. I would definitely recommend this place!

Always a wonderful job! They might make special appointments for 8am if you ask. I do suggest having an appointment. They do great work and stay busy. If you do have to wait, they are worth the wait!

I have been going here for about a year or more. I love this place! I recommend making an appointment as opposed to just walking in because scheduled appts get priority. They always make me feel welcome and do an excellent job. They offer you a complimentary bottle of water with your visit. My last gel mani lasted over 30 days. I brought my 2 daughters here one time and we all got pedis. The nail techs all tried to outdo one another on how our toes designs. Our nails looked fabulous.

They alway do a great job. Would definitely recommend calling for an appointment if you go on a weekend, especially now with limited capacity.

Looking forward to try this place out and ended up very dissapointed. My fav place were close at that moment so I decided to try Eastern spa. I have a really bad issue with my cracked heels and asked the guy who greets me what is the best treatment for my heels and he pointed the $60 collagen treatment. Read lots of great review for this place so i thought i’ll just go ahead and trust this guy know what he is suggesting. The lady that do my nail was very grumpy and from the beginning she is very rough with my feet, I had to shake my feet couple time from hurting and she didnt even bother to say sorry or look at me to check if im okay. She has to leave in the middle of my treatment, doing another person eyebrow for about 10 min on top of previous 10 min waiting time before she start doing my feet on the first placs. It was 20 min wait and it cause her to be in hurry in getting done with my treatment because they were closing. Very unprofessional. My heels were still looks bad. I did treatment like this often and this is the worst of money worth. I usually got 40-45 min treatment for $60 pedicure and its worth it, but not with this experience with this place, and they were just doing it in 20 min. The place itself is nice and clean. Some other tech looks friendly with other guests, maybe its just my unlucky day. Anyhow, i would not want to go back there. We all have a bad day, i get it. But when you work in customer service, we need to put the customer experience first.

Very nice environment. I love how my nails came out. Will be back! Would give 5 stars but my nail tech was getting a little frustrated but Im not mad about it. They ended up BEAUTIFUL.

I was totally disappointed. I wanted to check this place out plus it was a b-day treat! I walked in wanting a relaxing experience but only felt relaxed when I walked out I didn’t even ask for at birthday 10% discount because I was ready to leave. They didn’t have the color I wanted which happens, so I was flexible and chose another color. The manicurist didn’t even try to converse with me when I asked questions, which also is totally fine it just felt very awkward. It was just a very insignificant experience. The place it’s self looks beautiful and clean, maybe I just picked wrong place wrong time. I just wanted to have a good experience and I felt I received a fast food version of what I wanted.

I have had such relaxing and wonderful experiences here. The staff is very attentive to business and treating people well. Plus the environment is so peaceful. I couldve fallen asleep during the pedicure. I will definitely be coming back.

Yankee (one of the owners) has been doing my nails since 6th grade. I am now a jr in college!!!The selection of colors is more than I’ve ever seen at any other salon. The quality of their products are top of the line so it can be a little more pricy than other places but you get what you pay for. Not only are the products great but the salon is always super clean. Yankee runs a great business!! If you want some very intense designs go see his wife at their second location (Kayla).

First time here, had to kill time while waiting on someone to finish their hair appointment at another shop. I am impressed, Katie was the woman who did my pedicure, which by far is the best Ive ever had. I highly recommend this establishment, and Katie, to anyone. Relaxing atmosphere, attentive staff and great experience.

New favorite nail place

First time there. Very professional and welcoming.Staff responded to my feedback well. I have very sensitive feet and hands. It was my first dip manicure and I did a deluxe pedicure since my feet crack in the winter. My hands and feet look great.They had one very rude customer, who would not be satisfied no matter what. She tried to draw me into the unreasonable conflict. It looked like she came in to start a fight and it was so early in the morning. They handled her firmly and professionally. I felt embarrssed for her. I felt badly for the staff having to navigate this first thing in the morning. I have worked in retail clothing and have seen this before. I hope she gets to the bottom of what is eating at her and finds more inner peace. After she left we all settled down and had a rewarding spa experience.

Have been trying to find a good nail salon since moving Albuquerque and think we finally found one! Jennifer and Kayla did amazing work, super detailed and friendly. Calm and inviting atmosphere and a great selection of colors and styles...would definitely recommend!

I’ve been going to Eastern Spa & Nails for about 5 months now and I will never go to another nail salon in Albuquerque after my experience here. I get acrylics with gel polish and they turn out beautiful every time. The employees truly care about the health and strength of your nails and make sure you love how your nails look when you walk out the door. They are very reasonably priced and the staff is so kind and accommodating. Love this place!

Beware of new policy! I used to love this place but their new policy is they will ONLY put gel polish on acrylic nails. I have always brought my own regular polish with me and am appalled to hear of their new policy. Not to mention I came in for a pedicure along with an acrylic refill and mid through the pedicure is when they inform me of this new policy. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love the service and the aesthetic of this salon. I came in with a bad set of dip nails from another salon and with nail bitten nails. I relayed what I would like and Suzy preformed a miracle and gave me an amazing set of gorgeous nails! Im so happy!

Nicest nail salon in the Heights! By nice I include the technicians, owner, and the patrons.Love the fact there is no TV. Its a nice break from technology. A cold bottle of water - served on a silver platter - is always offered to all patrons.Every time I go they seem to improve the decor and materials they use. They always seem to have he latest trends and Ive seen them replicate most anything on Pinterest!They are so welcoming and friendly. They always seem to squeeze everyone in - whenever they can - without impacting others who have appointments or the quality of their work. If you do have to wait a bit for a walk-in appointment, you can always pop down to Horse & Angel for a quick beer!They are closed Tuesdays. Even in a pinch I have and never will go anywhere else. Check out Eastern Nails. You wont regret it!

I’ve been going to Eastern for 3 years for manicures and pedicures- Kayla, Emma, and Yankee are amazing! They always do a high quality job- even when I got nails taken off they made sure to send me off with my nails looking neat and nice. Worth every penny!

Horrible service. Called for an appointment at 11 but was told to come at 2. When my family came at two, they told me we didnt have an appointment. To make matters more frustrating, they said I had an appointment that was cancelled at 11. They were unable to accommodate us at our scheduled appointment time. Will never come back.Ammended to accommodate reply. We did not call back and planned our day around this. Disappointed

I went for the 1st time for a pedicure asked for a deluxe. It was 30 minutes I have had normal pedicures longer than 30 minutes. He sow t 90% of the time rubbing my calves and very little on my feet. Only good part was I used my gift card, wont go back

My husband and I are full time RVers. I have had my nails done literally all over this country. It is very difficult to find a good nail technician in an unfamiliar city, but I hit the jackpot today. Le did a beautiful job in a clean, relaxing environment and at a very fair price. I will definitely come back here when we visit Albuquerque again.

Best place Ive been to in years. Tammy was very attentive and funny. Place was peaceful and clean... No televisions. Recommend the luxury pedicure... Paraffin, special scents, and hot stone massage! Loved it!

Hands down the best experience Ive had at a nail salon. The employees are always super sweet, helpful and professional. They operate in a very clean environment (which is a huge factor when considering a nail salon for me). Theyve always been super accommodating and their work always lasts.Their prices are great, and the vast assortment of options are also wonderful.

Went to get my nails done on my birthday to the Juan tabo location. This was the worst gel manicure I have had in long time. The man that did my nails went on about all the awards they have gotten over the years. I thought it was a little unprofessional, especially when my nails were crooked, filed at different lengths and triple coats of color on one hand. I felt rushed and everything I asked for was changed to what he felt like doing in the time he could do it. Later on my nails turned to a green hue. I hate leaving bad reviews but I don’t want another person to have the same experience that I did on their birthday.Reading some of these other reviews, I’m not surprised by these remarks this establishment responds with. A good business excepts it’s mistakes and moves forward in a positive professional way. They don’t debate with customers leaving honest reviews.

Always the best service from my empress massage pedicure to outstanding beautiful nails . They create long or short nails the way you desire them and don’t argue no that’s not for you.

Very understanding staff.My daughters came after work, and they were pretty late.The staff totally understood and they pushed back our appointment.We were offered ice water as we entered. The spa is very welcoming and the staff is so friendly.

I got classic manicure done here and loved the experience! My manicurist was detail oriented and made sure everything looked perfect. The nail polish was applied perfectly and carefully. Price was affordable for what I got. Thumbs up for this place!

Love it this place! Started coming here after a bad experience at another salon and have been coming back for the last 6 months. They use files instead of drills on your nails which keeps them so much healthier. My gel polish always lasts until I decide to visit again when my nails grow out too much for my liking. Very nice staff and always remember my name.

This is, by far, the best nail spa here in Albuquerque, with a very friendly and talented group! Its so lovely to be greeted with smiling faces and water as soon as you walk in the door. The environment is always so relaxing and quality of work is wonderful (my gel manicures and pedicures always look fantastic!) Took my husband this morning and it was the worst experience. No cuticle care completed on my nails, my husbands cuticles are bloody. No hand massages done on either of us. By far the worst manicure I have had here in Albuquerque. Would not recommend to any of my friends or family. They are very nice, you just dont get what you pay for.

Decided to try this place out after it was recommended to me by a friend. Space is nice and I was serviced in a timely manner. In my opinion theyre overpriced and definitely not worth it.The technician doing my nails filed my nails way too much so the entire process was painful. Her technique was very messy so a lot of filling had to be done to get a decent result. I was tense the entire time and the technician addressed it, I told her I was uncomfortable but she continued doing the same thing anyway. Not a pleasant feeling. Will definitely be returning to my regular salon.

After being a regular customer for nearly 9 months, I left voice mail to cancel an appintment 24 hours before the appt. They claimed they never got the vm tho Ishowed them the voice stamp. They attempted to charge me for missing a visit. CAN YOU IMAGINE! The owner then waived the cancel fee but dismissed me as a customer. WHATEVER HAPPENED to the customer is always right. Go somewhere where they appreciate your business.

When I moved into my apartment I noticed this place was right around the corner so I tried it out. Now this is my nail salon. Even if they are slammed they take the time to work you in as a walk in and they still do the most incredible job. They’re never too rough. They ask before doing anything. I can’t stop raving about this place. I would give ten stars if possible.

Took my daughter for a pedicure and afternoon out before the birth of her 3rd child. She ended up with an infection in both of her big toes. Awful experience for her and now dealing with healing the infections.

Literally the worst customer service and quality. My nail fell off the same day I had it done. I went the other day to get it fixed, and they said I have to wait two days. They were really stiff and didn’t even apologize. Never coming back.

Their prices are fair and their staff is friendly. The environment is also lovely, it feels like a real spa versus most nail salons in this area. I got a gel manicure two weeks ago and my nails still look great, no chipping or peeling!

Great place. Nice atmosphere and welcoming. Offered bottled water. Some of the nail polishes looked a bit old. Mani and Pedi done with my cousin but little surprised if you want something small thing on your nails. Decided to get French tips but it was an extra $5. Polish started chipping just after a week. My cousin got a color and wanted a glitter topcoat polish on it but that was also an extra $5 because it was considered a design. Other that I dont know if there are any other complaints since this was last year in the fall but wanted to point this out
