I’ve been here once before and it was a decent wash for the full-service option. The manager was really nice, so I signed up for the loyalty program after that visit. However, I went again today and had a much different experience. The person who greeted me wasn’t really friendly (but that’s not why you come to the car wash, right?) I opted for the full service wash as before, however this one was a really poor job. There were only 2 cars when I arrived and the staff spent a lot of time on those. 4 cars arrived right after me and they only had one person on my car for a majority of the time. There was a basic wipe down and I watched them used the same rag on my tires as they did the interiors. The vacuum job was okay, but the wipe down was horrible. There was still crumbs and stickiness. They may be an okay option in a pinch, but I’d recommending paying a few more bucks for a better job somewhere else.

What an awesome find! I was looking for a car wash near Short Pump on Google, and Wash Your Way RVA popped up. It is located right in an area that I go to frequently, but had never seen it. It was easy getting there after finding it on Google maps. And Im SO glad I went! The wash equipment did a great job, but the employees that finished it up the interior and exterior really went above and beyond to make my 2005 suv look brand new! And such pleasant people, too! The prices are awesome, the whole process was fast, too. I very highly recommend going there!

They did a great job on my wifes minivan that was very dirty. I paid for a few inexpensive upgrades beyond the $25 wash because the family van had not been cleaned in a long time. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It is a really nice facility and you could see they really worked hard and did a great job. I couldnt be happier.Reading some of the reviews I think people have to remember they also offer a detailing service. At many drive through car washes you can spend up to $15 with no interior cleaning. So for $25 dont expect your car detailed. If vacuuming cant get it they arent going to scrub your interior unless you pay for that service. I think the overwhelmingly positive reviews speak for themselves. I like how this is a locally owned business and it appears to be a great team atmosphere where young workers are learning good work habits. We will be back.

Had the $25 unlimited plan for 5 months. The car wash was good, the people are friendly, but the kids detailing are pretty bad and expect a tip. Cancelled membership solely on this reason because flagstop is $3 cheaper for the best wash compared to $25 here for the cheapest wash. The one “free detail upgrade per month” isn’t worth it in my opinion. This place has potential but I wish the $25 was their best wash and the kids working put a tad bit more effort in.

Horrible service. I purchased the $25 full service. I can still see fingerprints on my dashboard. I requested to wipe the seat with rag specially where my toddler kick the seat and it doesn’t seem like they even touched it. They did a horrible job vacuuming as well.

I had ran over some paint when I was driving through one of the home improvement stores parking lots . I didnt notice it until the next day. I was given a referral from a friend to come here. They did not disappoint, top notch customer service. From the young lady that greets you and goes over all the services offered to the manager/owner they were great!! I thought the paint may not be able to be removed because it had been there a few days. However between the pressure washing, going through the car wash and the detailed hand washing the paint came right off. I would definitely recommend coming here to get your car washed!

Can’t speak for the car wash itself but $2 for unlimited vacuum is a pretty good deal to me, especially when the weather is overcast; you won’t have people waiting and you can take as long as you want. The layout is simple and there is ample room. Would recommend!

The exterior drive thru wash is pretty standard but the employees work on the interior cleaning really sets this place apart. We brought our car in after months of neglect and they took the extra time needed. I was especially happy to see the effort they out into cleaning the pet hair from the hatch. Well definitely come back next time.

This place is HANDS DOWN the best place for car care in the West End. Their prices are half off the chain stores, and they offer twice the service. Wash Your Way RVA is phenomenal! They offer a multitude of options so you can get as much or as little as you desire. The staff is knowledgeable and NOT pushy. They do not try to push you to purchase the “ULTIMATE option.” Max, the manager is fantastic! Also, I was surprised by the quick and efficiency of the staff after rolling through the automatic wash. Oh, and they have blue and red UV lights inside the car wash which makes the experience more fun and kid friendly. Highly recommend!

Great customer service and cleaning. I knew I lost my ring (not cheap) a while back somewhere between the seats but couldn’t get into the crevices and ended up forgetting. They found it and returned it to me along with my car. Thank you!!

One of the best customer experiences I have had. I feel they are super reasonable for a car wash and interior detail. I took my vehicle there and they really spent the time getting it clean right. The manager does an inspection to make sure it is up to par. I will now go here instead of car pool for future TLC to my vehicles.

This is a great place! They offer a simplified wash then youll have free self-service vacuums available thereafter. Full service is given with exceptional attention to detail. All employees are upbeat, professional and hard-working, right alongside the owner.

Damaged rear bumper now there is a gap from bumper to rear fender. Minor scratches all the way around. Definitely dont reccomend. Flagstop is much better, much better customer service guarantee no scratches they assume all liability. 22 bucks a month unlimited. I love them.

Great car wash, they do an excellent job! I was able to get my Nissan Titan washed/cleaned when I was told by another competitor it was too wide and wouldn’t fit through their equipment. I believe Wash Your Way RVA does a better job anyway!

I would DEFINITELY recommend this car wash. I ran my car through the wash and it had accumulated several layers of mud. When I came out the owner was right there checking to see if everything was clean, that’s when we noticed it was still a little dirty on bottom section of the door. I completely understood why and that was my fault. BUT I HAVE TO HAND IT TO THE OWNER HE TOLD ME TO PULL UP AND HE MADE SURE TO SCRUB IT OFF FOR ME. GOTTA LOVE WHEN YOU SEE OWNER CARING FOR HIS CUSTOMERS AND GOING THE EXTRA MILE. DEFINETELY GOING BACK!!

There is no place like here. I came to them with a rough vehicle that was abused, the outside was horrible and the inside was something I didn’t care to sit in but that’s what you get when buying a used vehicle. They were willing to work with me and said they would do their best. Come to find out it was beyond anything I could have imagined the vehicle is beautiful inside and out a total transformation!! I could not be happier I will be a lifetime member and will only come here not to mention the staff and prices are top notch!!!! Very respectful very humble and all around good people! For maintenance washes or total cleaning and great staff at unbeatable prices this is the place!!!!

What an amazing local business! They have a great group of employees that are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. They meticulously wipe down our vehicles after the wash and pay very close attention to all the details. While I worry whether they are getting enough business (they are tucked away), I do love that there is never a wait. Only thing I wish they could change? Make it possible for us to tip with a card - I rarely have cash on me. Keep up the great work and we will continue spreading the word!

First time here, was not let down. Searched around on Google for places to go around the area. I just moved here and dont have time keep up with my car anymore since I drive it daily and no longer have a garage.Quick, helpful, cheap and is a value. I usually detail my own cars and never let people wash them but as time goes on I rather take that time for something else. For a non full detail service this place does a great job. I know where Ill be taking my car when Im in a pinch.

My boss sent me with her car here. Great place 10/10! Great deal for a thorough wash if you want to do the full service. The layout was well planned, the self drive thru wash is a time saver, the guys did a great job getting the trunk, folded seats and cup holders as requested. They do 50% off rainy days and another 50% off an exterior was within the following 10 days. This is her new place.

Best car wash! Great job on my car, inside and out. I had even accidentally left $140 tucked in between my seats, they didnt touch it! Totally could have swiped it, but nope...very impressed!I am also kind of slow about how things worked, but they were so patient and nice. Even offered to drive it through just in case I didnt feel comfortable doing it. As long as I am not too poor to afford this, I will never wash my car again. They have made a customer for life! 😁🚗♥️

I just moved here and it was a 9.5 hour trip with two dogs (one is a husky) in my car. Needless to say even with a giant seat cover my car was stinky and hairy. The crew here did a wonderful job of cleaning my car and it looked and smelled new!I was really impressed by how shiny the body and tires of my car looked afterward. Super nice owner and crew too.

Love the options, you can get full service like at Car Pool but can also run through exterior wash and then vacuum your self, which is cheaper and faster, yet still a real person there to help you. Absolutely amazing. I told them I was getting ready to sell my car and they really went above and beyond. I have a dog and some messy riders and they made the inside look new. They even got rid of sticky residue from a few old stickers without me asking!

Very friendly staff, great hours, great prices, very clean, nice set up with extra wide parking spots to allow plenty of room for vacuuming both side of car, cheap interior shampooing (even on sundays), and a nice indoor waiting area where you can watch the cars being washed. We will definitely be going back here every time for all of our vehicles to be washed/cleaned.
