Today was my first time at Artists Nails and it was a great experience! Fast service and relaxing. Great music too! I think it would be pretty busy during the weekends so perhaps an appointment might be necessary (not 100% sure about that but just a suggestion - I went on a Monday (Columbus Day) and there were a steady number of customers even on a weekday. Definitely recommended!

I would not recommend this company at all. Upon entering they aren’t welcoming or friendly. One of the technicians didn’t speak to my granddaughter the entire time, we assumed that English might be her second language until her coworker began a conversation with her about wanting to leave for lunch. They rushed through both of our manicures and didn’t do a good job. With all the nail salons and competition you would think they would try harder to keep their customers happy. Happy customers = repeat customers!

Trying to find a Nail Salon closer to where I live, so gave this a try. After 30 years of regularly getting manicures & pedicures in several states, this was the ABSOLUTE WORST. Nevermind that they were heating the water up for the pedis in a tea kettle... I was made to wait nearly two hours, soaking in the pedi chair. Very disorganized & uncomfortable. I went in for a mani/pedi but once the girl finished my pedi, just walked off and started the next customer. My feet looked SO bad, I didnt even want a manicure anymore. She didnt bother with a top coat. I live 25 minutes away & since was given the bums rush, took extra care with my driving so as not to smudge the polish...within a few minutes my toes were completely ruined. Which was fine, I guess, since I had to completely redo my pedi anyway. $40 And 3 hours I will never get back. Dont bother with this place.

I have been going to Artist Nails for about six months,every two weeks. Each time Mimi, the owner, does my nails, I get compliments about how pretty they look. I always pass the compliments on to Mimi. I highly recommend Artist Nails!

Wonderful experience every time! Friendly! Sanitary, not just clean, sanitized tools and workspace. Excellent customer service and theyll remember your name after one visit. Great variety of music for ambiance as well as good conversation!!

Highly recommend Christine. She is very meticulous in her work and my gel manicures from her always last at least 3 weeks. And you cant beat their prices. Only drawback is they do not carry dip powder.

Excellent service!! Hot me in and out within reasonable time if youre nevous about trying this spot lose that thought now! They are quality left me walking out feeling like a new man!

I have been charged something different then what is on their board or a higher amount, $10 for a polish change!! Ive been there twice for different services and both times charged more or highest amount. Dont put an amount on your board then charge higher. Never again, done with them

Very very rude people. Do not even waste your time or money in this place. Seriously find a better place to spend your hard earned money. My girl walked in just to get her nails done and the lady at the front desk just looked up and the old lady with long hair asked what do you need, she said I just need my nails done. The old bag said we dont have time and walked away. There is so many nail places to go, this one you should stay away from, or see for yourself

Absolutely the worst experience at any nail salon Ive ever been to. Nails or not only still tacky over an hour later and messed up they were bubbles because they put too thick of coats on and cut unevenly from each hand! I now have to go home and rehab do everything from filing the base to putting on polish and top coat. Will never go again and I do not recommend this place!! Rude people as well!!!

Excellent work, they live up to the name Artists.Not high-priced, however. This has been my wifes favorite place for 3 years. Her nails always look amazing. Ask for Nhi.

I went in for a set of acrylic nails and less than a week after I had two nails break off and the nails that were white turned brown and they just look awful. I’ve been here before and they’ve done good jobs but this time it was a bad experience. It costed me 47$ for nails that looked horrible. I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend anyone going here.Update I have in total 5 nails break off. I’ve never had so many nails break off within a week of getting them.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!Walked in was supposed to have an appointment to get a pedicure and eyebrows waxed and was automatically stereotyped for being a guy they turned me away and told me they had no appointment then bye... TWICE!!!! They weren’t busy the only customers was my mom and my best friend.... lady at front was beyond rude and when my mom said it’s my son she sill told me bye like I wasn’t welcome I. Her establishment!!! DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!! Must be certain type to be served!!!! If I was going on for a first time and got treated like this I would never go again for a pedicure!!!!

No waiting, but I did make an appointment. This was my first visit as I am new to the neighborhood. I asked for three services and received all three from Laura. She was great. She did detailed work on my mani and pedi and unlike some salons, I did not feel rushed at all. Salon very clean and nice and comfy chairs. Would have been a wonderfully relaxing visit had it not been for the annoying lady who arrived shortly after me and was loud on her cell and chatting non stop with the young man doing her pedi. Laura also did my eyebrows and I was very pleased with the results. I plan to go back.

I have been to other nail places over the years and they have taken my money and treated me very bad. I made an appt to come try this new place and was running about 15 mins late and they still saw me. I had an awesome experience. Christina did an awesome job!

I just got a set of acrylics put on at artist nails, by Jenifer, and they look aweful! They are bumpy, misshapen, and already cracked the next day. The gel polish bubbled and the french line was not to the pink of my nail. Super bad job. I have had Jenifer in the past and she always does a rushed, bad job. Everyone else there is great. Upset that they still made me pay.

It was ok. seemed rushed. the water for my pedicure was cold. they dont take much time to get dry skin off and thats kinda the point in a pedicure. the nail polish is bad unless its gel. is kinda cheap and old. the girl mistakely put the wrong color on the top of my toe and instead of cleaning it she just painted over it with the right color. all in all not horrible but not good either.

The tech that did my pedicure did not speak any english. Kept refering to fron desk with my questions. She did my whole deluxe pedi in 15 minutes. Very unsatisfactory.

Over priced and massages werent good. Also paid like 62$ for gel mani and pedi, 3 days later they started chipping. Im so pissed.

Got an appointment same day for a manicure. Was only $15 before tip!
