The environment that she and her employees creates is warm and welcoming. They care and it shows from start to finish. They offer you drinks, they include you in conversation. If your getting a pedicure and just want to be in silence they get that too. Im never going anywhere else. Everyone is kind and a expert at their craft. Im so thankful my sister in-law brought me here. I had a wild request for my nails today. I wanted rainbows colored nails to honor my Mother in-laws. Katie was happy to help me pick out my colors. She took her time and made sure I loved my nails before I left. Thank you Katie!

Changing manicure professionals is never fun. I had been going to the same person for years until she moved out of town. I tried another person at the same salon but was not happy with the work - but I kept going hoping that at some point the gal would get better. Then one day I called for an appointment and was not able to get in for more than a week. I thought - what am I doing, I dont even like what I am getting.So I got on google and started looking for a new place. I found Katies Nails and Spa under the previous Darling Nails. I read the reviews and decided to call. Katie got me in the next morning and WOW - she did an amazing job! Her drilling technique is PERFECT - my nails never got hot, not once! The polish was clean and right at the cuticles. Then before she finished she took her nails and traced them around my nails to make sure there was no acrylic hanging over to the sides. I swear I cant even tell that my nails are acrylic they look so natural. I can honestly say, these are the best looking nails I have ever had!Thank you Katie!!

This is a new locally owned business that Ive seen so many times when I visited Target next door. Went there today for the first time and yall, Ive gotten acrylic fills with gel polish for YEARS and Katie did incredible work. Seriously, this is the best my nails have ever looked and Ive had them done hundreds of time at dozens of places. They look so natural and smooth. Zero lumps or bumps. Great color selection. Im impressed and will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you, Katie!!

I love Katie! She is amazingly talented, I always get great service when I am here her husband makes sure everyone is seated and comfy when waiting to be taken care of the other ladies that work here are super talented too and just super sweet. I have a service animal that I bring every time I come and they treat her super well and dont let me come in without her! This place is the best in town to be treated like family and to get the best hands down mani or pedi!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! They where super sweet, clean, not pushy on sales! They were so nice!! my set came out amazing,I also got a hand massage with it that was amazing! My pedicure came out so clean and neat and the massage she gave me was so good I was so relaxed after(I’m 9 months pregnant). They also give you water and just really make sure your whole experience is comfortable and the best! Best place I’ve ever been to!!

I love it here this is my new go to salon! I called last minute and they got me in. It’s clean and calm and has a great atmosphere. Everyone is very patient. I got full acrylic set with gel polish. I asked for shapes and colors I saw online and everything was done great, shape, thickness, length and color. After everything was done I got lotion on my hands and a hand massage! I asked the name of the woman helping me and it was Katie! So I thought that was cool. I loved it I would definitely recommend!

Manicure was ok. The technician used a dremel to get my old gel off and it was burning. I thought gel was supposed to be soaked off, but everyone seems in a hurry and doesn’t want to wait. She was impatient while I was trying to pick a color and gave the impression she did not want to be there. Also, I guess they want you to pay cash as they have an atm(no fee) and insist on you using it. Not a very enjoyable experience as I felt like I inconvenienced the tech. She never told me her name but I won’t be coming back.

Was a little pricey but I absolutely love love my nails, I just had a horrible experience at another salon and I have found my new salon!! The lady that did mine was amazing!!! She is a true artist!! My daughter got a gel manicure she loves her nails!! The girl that did hers was so nice and social, beautiful work!! The atmosphere is calming and music was great!!!☺️🥰☺️ We will be back..

I have been to this salon previously, before Katie was the owner, and my experience was horrible. However, Katie has turned this whole salon around. It is extremely clean and welcoming. The quality of my nails is amazing, and they always come out exactly how I want them to. Katie & her staff are so sweet and make you feel well taken care of. I will never go to any other salon in Albuquerque.Congratulations on your new salon, I love you all. 💕

Pedicure was decent but the gel manicure was not good. I paid for a manicure but received more of a polish change. My cuticles werent cut or even pushed and the gel cured over and under the nails and is peeling the next day. For $80 I hoped for the gel to last more than a day. Disappointed.

Went to get my nails done and they were clean, professional and very sweet! Cynthia did my nails and I think she is so kind. They cleaned everything and had plexiglass between us. They also have a great assortment of colors! I will go back that’s for sure!!

The nail designs they do is amazing.....sure....I had my nail drilled down to the nail bed.....but the gal still did a superfluous job on my nails.

They were all very nice and there was no wait but I did not like my pedicure. It took over an hour and they didn’t even sand down my heels or scrape off any dead skin(which is why I was there for a pedicure). Left with my feet looking and feeling the same as before.
