First timer here. I’ve been with the same nail tech for the past 3 years n today I decided to check out the nail shops in town because mine was all the way in Madison. I was very nervous that the set I want wasn’t going to come out the way I wanted because I’m a very picky customer, but I LOVE IT!The nail tech that did my nails did a very wonderful job! I forgot her name but she was the owner niece. Thank you for these beautiful set!

Went in for a mani pedi, I got my pedicure done first and then my dip manicure. By time I left the salon my toes looked fine. I got back home and now they look like this. They were completely drying throughout the manicure process. The polish was applied too thick, so now I will have to remove it myself. Manicure was great, pedicure not so much.

Had an appointment for 6:30 with my little daughter. When we arrived it was packed with walk inside and they told us we would have to wait for the walk ins!!!! Thats totally BS. What is the point of scheduling any appointments then. The walk ins should have waited for us! Then they didnt even care when we expressed or concerns. They just dont care as long as they are making money. Not organized at all! I will say they do great work but need to get it together.

I always leave with my fingernails and toes in pristine condition. They do exactly what I ask of them and joyfully as well

Best nail place ever. It took me two other nail shops to find this place. I had a lady name Sonny and she took her time and did a remarkable job on my nails. I recommend this place if u want beautiful nails and nails done the right way.

I absolutely recommend getting your nails done here. The atmosphere is amazing and fun. The quality of the job done is phenomenal. The girls there are super sweet and welcoming. Ive really enjoyed building a relationship with everyone there.

I will always say amazing things about this place, especially Nancy! I’ve gotten both dip powder as well as no chip and look fantastic! I just prefer dip myself. Nancy always does exactly what you want and does an incredible job.

Well I went in, and right off the bat the guy who did my nails was rude to me. Bossing me around and being really really rude. I showed him the design and length I wanted and he told me I couldn’t get the length I wanted, so he cut them at the length he wanted which was really short for my liking. He continued on and put the acrylic down and asked to see the design again. It was a really simple black and blue matte design with some stripes. He told me no, my nails were too short and fat for that design. Once again he did what he wanted. And then charged me $15 extra for the design he did🤨also most of the workers didn’t know what they were doing. This place sucks😒

Nancy always greets you like you are her best friend. She does a great job on my nails every time. Clean and sterile nail station.

First time having nails done. felt I was rushed through. I can see the seams for nail tips. First pedicare and I love my pedicure! Great work.

You can tell she really takes pride in her work! Her name is Coco! She did such a GREAT job on my feet. Could have been a little more relaxing if loud basketball wasn’t on the TV and it wasn’t so hot in the salon. I like the whole experience since a pedicure is a real treat for me. I will come back though and ask for Coco!

My regular salon unexpectedly had to shut down to fix water damages so after reading lots of reviews I decided to go here. They were very friendly and laid back and the place is very nice! I had acrylics but wanted to switch to gel. I thought they would soak them off but he actually just carefully peeled them off somehow using a little chip. It didnt hurt at all so it was okay and it was faster than soaking. I love the full set of gel they did, I wanted something a little different and they know what they are doing. Very affordable too, and they didnt charge me for removing the acrylics.Update: Changed to 5 stars because I love this place and wont go anywhere else!! Even though my husband & I are probably moving a bit further away soon, I will happily make the longer drive. And look at that marble they did... SO COOL

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. This place was not welcoming at all. The man who helped me acted as if what I wanted was not a good choice. I will not go back. I felt very uncomfortable.

Love it, everyone was extremely friendly it was great conversation Matt the gentleman that did my nails had me cracking up I definitely will be going back there again

Overall love my nails a little pricey for a fill...charged 10 yo reshapey tips...but other than that...happy

I’ve always gone here for manicures and pedicures and have never had a problem, but this last time I went (3/18/21) I got an infection in my toe from my pedicure. My cuticles were cut, but the major thing is that a hangnail (that wasn’t bothering me) was taken off of my nail and it seemed to have come from pretty deep in my nail.The next day I had redness and 5 days later I now have what looks to be a blister, a bit of swelling, and a bit of pus oozing out.I’m not even sure if my tech sanitized the tools she was using between her last customer and me. Kind of annoyed that I have to fight a nail infection now 🙄

First: I never leave reviews unless they are positive reviews because most reviews left are negative. HOWEVER, I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went here based off a recommendation. I should have trusted my gut when I read the reviews and again, when I walked in and immediately was uncomfortable. The place is not clean, they are unprofessional, and their work is incredibly poor quality. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. It’s been 4 days since and I have 3 nails that don’t have a chip or are missing almost half the polish. 3! I went back to discuss getting my money back because this should have lasted at least 14 days and they insisted that I could only get my nails redone if I wanted and when I refused, they went so far as to say that I clearly chipped the nail polish off myself to make it look worse, all while all the employees were yelling at me that there was nothing they could do. Do not go here.

This is the only nail place that doesnt assume I am there to buy gift cards. Nail techs are friendly prices are good.

Kim was amazing! My nails came out perfect. I loved how she listened and repeated back to me what I wanted, to make sure she got it right and even made suggestions!! This was my second time and I’m never going anywhere else ever again!!

They do fantastic nails. Came for a pedi with my daughter and we also got manis.

I got a completely different design than I asked for. I had nail polish all over my hands and left with a cut, lastly they left nail polish smeared on one of my nails.

I had such a nice time there and my nails turned out so well! I hope to go back tomorrow to get a pedicure

I dont often write reviews, but this place needed another 5 star rating. This was my first visit to US Nails and my first ever positive nail experience. Ive visited other salons in the Janesville area and have left less than impressed, but here at US Nails I was blown away by the prices, service and professionalism of this salon. I showed the older gentleman, I didnt get his name but he was wearing a bedazzled American flag cap, a picture of what I wanted and he gave me exactly what I was looking for. This salon only does gel polish, therefore there is no dry time and perfect nails everytime. For reference, this full set was $45 and I tipped as well because the service I received here was over the top and I will only return here for my nails.

Ive been going here for about a year and I will never go anywhere else! Nancy is the. absolute. BEST. I HIGHLY recommend requesting her.

I have now been going for over 6 months and have absolutely no complaints. I have had others besides Nancy and they do a great job, but I would HIGHLY recommend calling and asking for Nancy!

I love this place. The staff are so nice and accommodating. My nails look awesome every time and they dont break. I also get my pedis here. Massage chairs for you while you get pampered. Will do shellac for pedi.

The lady who did my toenails did an amazing job - very thorough and my feet havent been this smooth in years. She herself gets 5 stars. But the water was cold in the foot bath, there were cobwebs connecting the ceiling to the chandelier, and the sofas for waiting were very dirty so I stood to wait for 15 min. Theyre busy because theyre good.

Went in to get a fill and he had to start new because my nails from the last place I went to were so messed up. They do a great job making the nail length and shape perfect and still cheaper than other locations. Will only come back here now

Asked for dip powder with tips, they ended up doing acrylic, said they couldnt do nail tips with dip powder (Ive had it done elsewhere). Was getting married and just really wanted long and red nails and didnt want to stress about it. They were crooked, I had gel polish on random spots on my fingers, my natural nails were filed to the point where they hurt for about a week, and during removal it is very obvious they are not using the acrylic they should be.

They always do the best work!!! Best place in Janesville, wonderful family, amazing location and even better service. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN TOWN. Also ask for Vinny, especially if you dont know what you want, he can read your needs like a book. As always please tip well, they live here work here and remember everyone that walks In their shop. Full service, from manis to pedis to wax- they have you covered.

First time here and I got a pedicure. I thought they did a pretty good job. Staff was friendly.

I just went there 2 weeks ago, so on March 8, 2019 and I think Kim did an amazing job on them. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star review is because they did not remove the excess cuticle from my nails. I did get gems on my ring finger and they did not fall off and there was no lifting. overall it was a job well done and would highly recommend US Nails to anyone.

Great job and didnt cut me which sometimes is hard to find. Would definitely go there again!

Went in with a simple design and was told they cant do designs. Asked if they would do lettering and was told no. (All I wanted was an X on the nail) The lady that was helping me was nice, but basically all she could do was paint my nails. I asked if it was okay to wait for someone else who might be able to help me better and was told no. My friend also asked for a design and they totally ignored what she showed them and did their own design. One of the younger nail techs got an attitude with me and became rude when I was trying to ask about designs and styles. She was rolling her eyes and talking about me to the nail techs near her. (My friend was sitting on the other side of the salon, by this tech, and heard what she was saying) Both my friend and I had crooked nails and cuts that bled from them, as well as smudges on our nails. We both were also told our nails would be a certain price and then had to pay more with no reasoning as to why. I paid $40 to have my natural nails painted. Will never go again and if I could give zero stars I would. Super unprofessional.

I went to US Nails and had a Pedicure 😁 it took an hour and a half to work on my feet, she did an amazing job with my feet!!! Then she painted them light purple.

I’ve been going to US Nails for over ten years. I have been very pleased. If I need a replacement nail redone while getting a fill, they don’t charge extra. One of my jewels came off my nail and they replaced it at no charge. Very friendly and good customer service! Thank you, Kim!😃

Decided to try out this Salon after a very disappointing expierence at another near by salon and they did an amazing job. SO glad I tried these guys out. My new favorite Place!!

When i 1st got there a lady started my nails and was awesome! Then a man took over and was coughing on me with his mouth open, yelled at me when i told him my nails were crooked and didnt fix them! He did a full gel set in 30 minutes and they’re very uneven n have bumps in them and are crooked! I won’t be going back there!!

I love comming here to get my nails done. They are the only place Ive gone to in along time where my nails do not start to lift, chip, or break. The staff is always friendly. I work in health care so i am always washing my hands, wearing gloves, repositioning residents etc... I never have issues with the paint chipping, nails breaking or lifting. The Jewels i have put on even stay on perfectly until i go in for another fill. Im always getting compliments on my nails and i recommend us nails to all my friends. They all do a wonderful job!
