I had Mai and let me tell you she was so nice I let her know it was my first time and she was very helpful and really nice to me. I ended up changing what I originally wanted and she wasn’t rude or anything and she helped me figure out how I wanted everything. Definitely recommend this place

Beautiful place!! As soon as you walk in youre greeted by a wonderful receptionist. The atmosphere is amazing, the lights are well dimmed, it feels like youre walking through a palace. The whole place is very clean and maintenanced well. After being greeted, I asked for a basic manicure and pedicure. I was immediately sat down at the pedicure massage chairs. The lady who worked on my feet had everything already prepared. After receiving a 45 minute relaxing and thorough pedicure, I was moved over to the manicure section. She began with soaking my hand and cutting my nails. She finished off with a hand massage. As soon as I left the salon, I immediately, felt so refreshed. 5/5 will definitely come back soon!

It was my first time here. Took me one hour to get my pedicure done. Usually in 1h must get perfect pedicure but I can’t say that. I’m doing it better alone… I don’t want to look rude but I feel like I wasted my money and my time… how is possible the lines around the nails to look life flying when you get 1h to make them perfect? I’ll not come back …

I had Kathy and she spend so much time on the shape to make them perfect for me! I also got lots of colors but she was more than happy to help me pick out the design

Ive been going to top nails for a year now, and always get a great service.

Went for acrylic full set and showed them a picture of what I wanted and they gave me nails that looked nothing what I asked for . The shape, the design and colors where all different from what I asked . The nails where all different shapes and when I told them I didn’t like it and if the could take atleast the design off, the lady kept doing it. Still made me pay even though I was unsatisfied.

Accommodated me and my daughter after closing time, very friendly and they do beautiful work. Thank you!!!

I’m a loyal nail customer, I was at another salon for years now but the techs kept leaving & the quality went down hill. I spent sometime trying to find a new place to try, after reading reviews I decided to give a local gem a try! OH MY GAWD I am so happy I did, such a hidden treasure, Steven left my nails looking amazing, I’ve gotten so many compliments in 24 hours; my daughter had a wonderful mani pedi by one of the ladies as well. I recently moved to the Roselle area and Top Nails is just down the street so I decided to give it a try. I booked an appointment with Mai and she was great! She took her time and was very precise; I was very happy with my regular manicure and pedicure. I will definitely be coming back here again!

I would highly recommend top nails! They do my nails perfectly every time and don’t’ hesitate to redo something if you don’t like it! The staff is so friendly and I feel so welcomed!

If you are looking for a hidden gem that can not only do Eyebrow Wax, I recommend trying all their services! I got my nails done today and they are amazing. Their pedicures are fantastic as well.I have been coming here for about 6 months for nails and every-time is amazing.

Clean, they always ask if the water is a good temp, when they message if the pressure is ok. I will always see them whenever I am visiting my parents. They also do a great job on fingers as well.

I have only been coming here for about two months but the younger gentleman who works on my nails does an amazing job. I get acrylics with gel and he ALWAYS gets the shape I want down flawlessly. The acrylic is always filed down so my nails don’t look thick but they aren’t thin enough to the point where they would break from daily tasks. You definitely will get your moneys worth. Great service!

I got a no chip full set that I paid $55 for on 7/27 there were cracks in my nails from filing too much I asked her to fixed all she did was file it down more I advised her that it was going to break all she did was file down more and apply multiple coats of no-chip. Tuesday morning picking up my work laptop nail popped off later on in the day another one broke in half. I am extremely upset to have had paid $100 in total for my nail not to last a full 24 hours & no I did not go back because why would I want her to mess me over again. The lady who sits in the front with the cubicle in the middle next to the register. Never again I will just be patient to go to my nail tech!

The shop is very clean, everyone in masks and the chairs are set up with plexiglas shields to protect you and the nail tech. Will happily come back.

Very clean and professional, got a basic no chip manicure.. very happy with the end results.

1st the lady that was shaping my nails seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t even shape them the way I wanted. Then the nail polish wouldn’t dry after sitting under the dryer for 30 minutes. Been 24hrs and my nail polish looks like I got them done over a week ago. Use to go there with the old owners and was going to give the new ones a chance. Sorry but don’t recommend it.

This shop is right down the street from my job, so I finally decided to give them a shot today. Unfortunately I left there knowing once was enough.I went in for a fill. Its a nice salon and I was immediately greeted by two friendly ladies- so far so good. I chose my polish and went to sit at the station, but before I could get there, I was ambushed and talked into doing a no-chip instead, because its better for you. They had a 20% off special, so I decided to go for it.Choosing a color proved to be difficult- one lady gave me all the swatches, but the one working on me gave me no chance to really look, so I ended up grabbing something and went with it since I was beginning to feel rushed.She then asked me about my preferred shape (coffin), did one nail, then proceeded to tell me that it would cost an EXTRA 5 DOLLARS for that shape (what??!!!). When I said something about it, she told me that everyone does it...as someone who has had this service done for 20 years, I can say with confidence that shes full of it. At that point I recognized her shadiness, and had her finish me up- and for the record, she filed me down way too far, making them almost pointy and too thin for the bed.When it was time to check out, she told me my total was $40, but with the 20%, I get six dollars off. Clearly, math is not her jam. At this point I just needed to get out of there and go back to work- she checked me out, and I refused to tip her, telling her to hold on to the $7 she swindled me out of instead. If thats how the shop is run under new ownership, perhaps they should bring back the old one.Be careful, boys and girls.

The owners are super nice when treated with kindness, respect and care. (It amazes me how clients dont interact with the people doing their nails.) When I come, Moui/Kathy is a joy. Tina/Mao loves fiesty colors on her toes. Kathy is a fun loving woman who is running a family business. Get to know these people. My no chip lasted almost 2 weeks. Nice pedicures.

They have very poor quality work! I got my nails as a dip and had the owner doing my nails. My nails turned out to be a half a centimeter thick! Also when I had the fake nail atatched to my real nail I had asked if he cut file my fake nail down to be shorter and he said Cant you see Im doing it!!Terrible work! I advise you not to get your nails done here!!

This place has new owners and they don’t seem to known much about the buisness. As I walked in I was greeted very aggressively to who I believe was the owner.. I came in for a simple gel pedicure .. they didn’t seem to know what that was but agreed with it. While I was proceeding to get my nails done one of the nail techs was watching a nail turorial on how to do gel nails LOL. Worst part about this tragic ordeal is that they had a sign up that said 20% off which apparently started the next week ( keep in mind they told me this after my nails were done). Please do mind they charged me 50$ the first time while I know many nail salons that charge 25$ for regular pedicure 30-35$ for gel. So whatever I gave this place another shot. My pedicure was decently done after the lady kept pushing for me to go ahead with the gel again so they gave me the 20% of 50 and came up with the number 44?? WHAT.. guess math isn’t there strong suit. There’s a nail shop in every corner these days don’t come to this one there just looking to make as much money as possible.

Horrible. They rushed my nails, I had to keep pointing out flaws, half did my manicure, and tried to over charge me for a crappy job. And they’re under staffed so you will probably wait a while. Never again.

Bad service. There was 2 people doing 10. They left me with my hands in a bowl of water for 30 minutes. It was sooo uneccery.
