This is my go to place for nails. They have always done an amazing job and are very attentive to their customers.

I haven’t been so impressed with a pedicure service in a very long time. The techs were very nice and checked with you throughout the entire service to make sure you liked something they were doing. They were very detailed and took their time to make sure they did a good job. There’s a reason they get so busy. Definitely recommend this place!

This place is always busy. I strongly suggest you make and appointment. That being said, This is my favorite nail salon. If I can’t get in for service, I just stay patient and wait till they can pencil me in. I’ve tried other salons and this is hands down the best. I don’t have a particular tech that I use. I just take whoever is available. That’s how good all of them are!

Danny and his Co- worker took such great care of myself and my fried... Both of us from Oregon and with covid restrictions being lifted..I was wanting to find a new nail place. Very friendly, personable... was so at ease with them I did pedi, mani and eye brows. Great job Elegant Nails and Spa... Do apologize for my friend, guess she had not worked a customer service job, that when I find out she didnt tip... I went back and took care of Dani... Guess some princess dont know how to act, but this goddess remembers.. see you when I need more tlc.. great job... come check them out.

Scheduled appointment for 4pm thinking that it would be plenty of time to get service before they closed at 7pm and not be last customer of the day. At 5pm in the middle of pedicure they were mopping floors and closing up making the appointment feel rushed... exactly what I was trying to avoid. Got the most expensive pedicure because it included paraffin treatment but wasnt even offered it, I didnt realize this until after and was too late. With so many nail salons in Albuquerque they really must do more to keep customers coming back. Felt like they were focused on getting me done and out of there rather than winning my business.

This was my first time here. Very clean. The lady who did my gel nails was Joyce she was very friendly and nice. She took her time and made me feel like I was the only one there. As she was doing my nails I noticed that all the men and women there were taking there time with there clients and making sure that you got what you were paying for. Its so nice to go to a salon and not be rushed in and out. I truly appreciate the time Joyce took with me. Nails turned out beautiful and I will definitely be back. Thanks to all the fantastic workers there great job. Definitely the best nail salon in town....

$23.73 super cheap for a pedicure these days. Expected a lot more, but I guess you get what you pay for. They placed my shoes on before painting and got polish on my sandals and toes. They were able to get it all off the sandals, and I should be able to get the rest off of my toes at home. Six chairs were free but they told me my nails were dry, moved my purse and water, tried to hand me the water bottle that wasn’t mine, then lead me to the front to pay. (At least she wasn’t rude about it, but still) So here I sit waiting for my friend to be done. Why couldn’t I sit and enjoy a massage while I waited for my friend. This was supposed to be my me time. All in all could have been worse. In the end, as reasonable priced as it was, I won’t be coming back because I did not get the relaxing enjoyable time I expected.

I was not given the best of service. No Manicure for new set. They just slapped it on. I had to ask the technician to redo one because it was crooked. He said it was ok but I knew it wasnt right. My hands still have super glue on the side. Then after its all done, I was given an outrageous price for a simple set of nails that was plain.

First time here went late around 6:45pm waited a while they were busy and it was definitely worth the wait! Everyone so nice didn’t know Tammy worked who I’ve known a couple years definitely going back and closer to home! I loved my bright green nails!

My nail tech Kim is amazing at nail art and gel dip. I was able to just walk in and immediately be seated and helped. She is clearly very talented and was able to figure out how to do the nails I wanted from a Google image search.I was also very impressed with the salon itself. The owner, Joyce, maintains a very clean and sanitary operation. New pedicure bath liners for each customer, as well as sanized nail tools and hot towels. I really liked the decor - very modern and simple. The nail polish books are also a nice choice for polish selection.

This time here with different nail technicians each time and I have to say I am incredibly impressed at the consistency of good work. Cleanliness, professional, extreme attention to detail and most of all so friendly and they take time to educate you on what they think would look better on you. They’re amazing y’all, I promise they do not disappoint.

I have gone to a lot of nail salons but this one by far exceeds the rest. Kim did my nails and she was so kind and friendly. She did an amazing job. Also, they are very reasonably priced!

I went to Elegant Nails and Spa to get a gel manicure as a walk-in. Even though they were super busy, they manage their time well and have a reasonable wait time. I only waited 10 minutes. They have a really large selection of gel polish so I picked one out and got started. The nail tech took such good care of my cuticles! Before he started painting the gel, I saw a design that they do on acrylics so I asked if I could get acrylics instead. They were super flexible and let me change to the acrylic nail tech, Danny. Danny did an AMAZING design on my nails, and explained why he did everything he did. It was an educational experience and a treat. Lastly, the whole salon felt like it’s own community and maintained a very friendly atmosphere.

I was a loyal customer for almost a year but I just left after the second bad experience I asked for a red nail after the inexperienced tech helped me she didnt do the red nails like I had wanted she topped them with chrome and she did it poorly. The mother daughter duo asked the more experienced tech who advised them that it was a hologram so they fixed the nails kind of, they look like the work of an inexperienced Tech, but Im just never going back. They charged me for the manicure, the chrome (their mistake) and the hologram... $40 for a simple manicure. I love Danny and Hannah but my goodness $40 cause I had to pay for their mistake... sucks for me.

Nails are nothing like what I asked for. Im actually embarrassed to leave with this set. They are very badly done. But its 4th of july and Im out of time to get it corrected. It was a Male technician. The rest Ive had a good experience with but after today I Wont be back . I was charged $60 and they are hideous.

Perfect first impression!! They were so kind, clean and quick! I had to take my 9 month old with me and when she started to get fussy they did everything in their power to help! THEY GET! #NursingMomLife I will go again and again!

This was the first time I came in to check out this establishment and I most certainly will not be back. I came in with my mom to get a pedicure and a manicure the gentleman just asked me to pick what fragrance I want, so I I noticed my mom wasnt getting the same Services I was so I asked why and he said oh because youre getting Deluxe I never asked for deluxe nor was it offered and was told I couldnt change it. Move Along he polishes my toenails and I moved to the next station to get a manicure which was amazing by another lady. She informed me at the end of my manicure it was okay to put my shoes on so I proceeded to leave I get to my vehicle and notice my polish is wiping off, I proceeded to touch all my toenails and all the Polish is completely wiping off this was an hour after my pedicure ended. I went back inside and I told them I just needed a refund as I need to go home to get ready for an event we have this evening and I was told sorry they cannot do that since its just technically a polish change I could just come back another day and get polish the fact that now Im being inconvenienced for their inability to provide a proper pedicure is horrible customer service.

Was going to this place for 8 months, loved their work! Until recently my mom and I went in for appointments having to wait almost 20-30 minutes to get seen. Then another time my mom went in to get her nails done, Danny stopped what he was doing to help another person do designs and had my mom wait 15 min. Got new set, and within 2 days 2 nails broke, asked him if I can go in real quick to fix it he said yes. Now said hes booked all day. He cant fix my nail which would take 10 min but can make my mom wait while shes getting her nails done to do designs on someone else. And now tells me he wont do my nails anymore!

The wait to sit in a pedi chair was not long but once I was there I waited 30 minutes. The nail tech did not know what she was doing and I had to ak her to fix my nails several time. There were 2 kids there one of which kept jumping on the tech. $50 for a sub par job. Disappointed

I saw five stars and thought this place would outshine all the others with its great reviews. I went early on a Saturday morning with two others getting pedicures. I was told the basic pedicure was $23 and that is exactly what I wanted, however for the $23 I paid they only painted my toes, put lotion on my legs and added a heat towel, the foot scrub was also so-so.Ive gone to other places in Albuquerque where for $23 you get a foot scrub, wax, lotion, heat towel, exfoliate and then they paint your toes. They also didnt bother to help me put my flip flops on after they were done. I guess they were too busy.Whoever worked that day also mentioned it is highly recommended a customer make an appointment instead of a walk in because how busy they get. Next time I get a pedicure I will pass this location.

Love this place!!! Danny is amazing at his job, takes his time and always makes sure Im happy with my nails. The service was perfectly. I was loyalty customers of the other nails salon and I just stop by because thier nails salon do grand opening right near by my restaurant. Can you believe that I really fell in love right away with them. Ngoc and her husband are amazing!!! They always think about the new designs and I never disappoint about them!!! Highly recommend!

Speak to one another in their language. Only aknolwedge you if they feel like it. Difficult to make a color change or get a certain look without feeling bad.

After a year of giving them business they’ve totally went down hill. Every time I asked for Hannah to do my nails she declined and made me feel bad for not wanting another employee to do them. Danny was very unprofessional the last time he did my nails saying that the design I wanted was impossible to do and would take 8 hours. He attempted the simple design and succeeded then took all the credit after initially yelling at me and acting irritated by my request. I’ve referred my family and friends here and don’t appreciate the treatment I received. Its sad that incidents kept happening over and over. I have taken my business elsewhere!!

This place is right by my house. Went out of my way to promote the new business when they first opened. I will no longer go back here. So frustrating to have an appointment, and it is not honored. They are filled up with walk ins and then stick me in the pedi chair to soak for 30 mins. Start time 30 mins, past scheduled appt. Dont think this is unique in the nail business, but why even take appts., if you dont respect the time of the customer?!
