This place sold me 1000 dollars worth of jewelry for 4000 dollars. Would not allow a return because the consider themselves marking you a custom ring “altering it”. Crown jewel and coin only offered me 500. Custmer service was terrible especially Johnny at the Coronado store.

Don’t do business here, Had a horrible experience with the manager Gustavo. He treats people like trash. I can’t believe after so many bad reviews about him, he is still employed!

I went to their jeweler promotion to create my own ring. I bought a ring with three diamonds then bought a ruby and sapphire to have arranged in a red, white and blue design that I wanted for my VFW experience and celebrate being a grandfather. This store kept the diamonds and refused to return them until I called customer service. When they got around to returning the diamonds to me, they were 1/4 the size and even went to say here are your tiny little diamonds. We wanted the diamonds to place in my wifes ring for other grandchildren we may have over the next few years. They are rude and very dishonest.

I had a fantastic experience here. I visited the other jewelry stores in the mall and none of them came close in quality, variety, and customer service. I highly recommend getting the maintenance plan when offered. If a gem falls out or goes missing youll wish you had it.

This place is wonderful! Everyone that works there is amazing and they always make sure to take care of me even when i go in for a cleaning, they always remember things i told them! I go in just to say hi sometimes, i appreciate all of them, and you will not be disappointed to purchase here. Gustavo. Most horrible customer service I’ve encountered at a jewelry store. I’ve purchased most of my fiancé’s jewelry from Helzberg in Coronado. I Bought my fiancé an engagement ring and paid for the warranty/insurance or whatever they call it. She wore the ring for about 3 months noticed the diamond had a small crack. Took it in they said they’d send it to have a Jeweler look at it in June. They did confirm it was a crack which also raises a question of the quality of the diamonds they sell. They have giving us 3 “PROMISE” dates. October 9, 2020 is the latest “PROMISE” date I called today and still no ring. Gustavo has not reached out to me one time. I feel so bad for my fiancé for having to putting up with Gustavos incompetence. Needless to say the ring has probably lost its sentimental value. Thanks Gustavo and Helzberg!!!! Next step is corporate I suppose. Sad that this has not been resolved being that they have a store full of diamonds. 3 months and counting!! Buyer beware!

Times have changed. I used to be able to walk into This jewelry store and have the best customer service ever. They’d let me try on what ever I wanted. I’d come in and buy rings, tons of watches and gifts for my family. Now, they see me walking in with two small kids and a baby tied to my chest and they try to get me out as fast as they could. Their exact words were “maybe you can find what your looking for at Koles or Walmart’s jewelers section”. Never have I ever been treated that way. I should also add that my kids were behaving perfectly. I guess this establishment isn’t family friendly.

I went in to purchase a ring for my husband although I was pushed to “just order online” I received some feedback in regards to a style I was looking at which is appreciated although I felt like I was being pushed out of the store didn’t get help with any other options will not return my business here.

I had the greatest experience here at this store working with the manager, Morgan. She explained everything about the ring my husband and I decided to purchased. I am so happy with my purchase and experience. I highly recommend to not shop anywhere else but Helzberg and always ask for Morgan! Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful!

My sister and her fiance went into the Coronado Mall location yesterday. They were passed on two four different sale clerks before they finally got help. The final sales clerk was not only unhelpful but also had the audacious to tell them that they probably should go to another store because they couldnt afford anything at Helzberg. Im not sure wither the clerk based his assumption on the fact that they are a younger couple or because my brother-in-law was in his work clothes. No matter what his thoughts were I will no longer shop at a store that allows their employees to opening discriminate against their potential customers. I highly advise others to avoid this business.

We bought a replacement wedding band for me here, as my previous one was stolen. Ive needed to get this ring sized four or five times over the years,and theyre always quick. I walked in yesterday to drop it off. It needed to go up by just a quarter size. The worker said hang on, walked away, and came back with my newly sized ring ten minutes later! Im happy coming here.

So we went in to look at enhancers for my ring. Long story short Gustavo the manager was very unprofessional telling us that we didnt have the money for the enhancer we wanted and mentioned that we shouldnt go on our honeymoon trip so we can spend that money on the enhancer. If you want to feel belittled go to this guy. The girls there are nice though.

I usually only come to Coronado Mall to get my ring cleaned & checked w/Helzberg and the staff here are always SUPER Friendly and always make the trip worth it. Theres no sales pressure and when I do have a piece in mind they know exactly what to show me and how to win me over.

I walked in it took them a while to help us but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I got helped I told them what I was looking for they showed me a few rings and I picked 1 out. It turns out things arent always what they say seem to be. I got a black tungsten ring I didnt know it at the time but there not actually black its just a finish. I was told that the ring was very hard to scratch and that other people use them everyday. Turns out they scratch very easily.have I been told that upfront I wouldve never bought it. I called and complained about it. They gave me my money back but I told them upfront the account I used wasnt good anymore the guy told me that they could give me a check. Turns out they do whatever they want they put it back on the card. Now Im out a ring and 325 bucks. I looked around and finally found a ring at Walmart same tungsten rings but way cheaper same warranty too. I found 1 for 58 bucks. Its a charcoal color though but I havent scratched this 1 and Ive even tried to on purpose. I complained about the way they gave me my money back and all they say is about there policy well I wasnt told that in the 1st place. I wont ever go back to them. In the future Ill go to walmart and if I cant find something there go to Zales. Isnt there a way to give zero stars they do the even deserve 1.

We just purchased a new engagement ring thru Helzberg. Already an incredible difference than Zales where we bought my original ring that broke. The employees are beyond friendly and helpful. We got treated like real people which we did not at Zales because we are younger. 26. They offer better quality, better warranty and just the engagment with the staff alone is enough reason to come back. They picked out rings they thought I might like and when I told them no to about every one, we finally found the right one. They have patience and they love their job! Thank you Helzberg. I will forever be a customer!

I cant even begin to describe how insulting the manager, Gustavo Jiminez was!! The first day I came in for their jewler event they found me the PERFECT ring & the manager tried to do everything In Gods name to make me purchase that ring that nt. I explained to him over and over that I was taking my time looking around everywhere a d wasnt going to make a purchase that nt without my husband. He tried & tried to get me to make the purchase even insisting hed never be able to get the ring back that he had for me. We finally agreed that Id pay a $300 dep which hed only hold for 3 days. After talking to my husband he wanted me to look everywhere before making the decision so I went and told Gustavo to refund the $300 as we would continue looking everywhere. I came in today, Sunday 6/12 to look around all the jewlery stores in the mall again & found myself back in there getting help from Morgan (nice girl). Gustavo told her he needed to speak with her in the back & when she came back she tells me, Im sorry but we cant help u unless ur husband is hereAre you freaking kidding me. You are going to deny me service cause ur manager doesnt know how to accept patience when making a $6,500 purchase. I AM DISGUSTED & SO GRATEFUL I DIDNT MAKE THE MISTAKE ON DOING BUSINESS WITH HELZBERG!! I would have given a ZERO if I could. BEWARE TRUSTING THIS MANAGER. HE ISNT OUT TO HELP PEOPLE WITH SUCH AN EMOTIONAL PURCHASE. HE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY!!
