My chain broke on my charm necklace and even though it wasn’t an expensive piece I really liked it and wanted to have it fixed. I took it in expecting to drop it off and have to come back but within 10 minutes my necklace was repaired and I was out the door. The gentleman who worked there (I forgot his name 😣) was very nice and efficient. And the price I was charged was very reasonable. I would definitely come back if I need any other repairs done.

This shop repaired a band for me (missing a stone) and polished/rhodium plated my engagement ring- for a super low price that blew me away! The turnaround was even faster than the initial quote. I will be back for sure.

To the Tom Matson review you must have been threatening to this lovely couple. They are GOOD people. Their work is excellent I had some inlay work done on a ring. When done it wasn’t quite done correctly. He listened to me quietly and said we w redo it and make it right which they did for a very fair price. I get compliments on it all the time.

I used them about 10 years ago. I sent my broken jewelry by mail for them to repair. Once received they gave me the approximate cost to repair each piece. I was satisfied. The jewelry was repaired and then mailed back to me as it was hard to find a silversmith on the east coast.

I have sent many repairs to this business over the years. Have never been disappointed in the work. They are honest people and it is a pleasure to do business with them. I highly recommend them for any type of jewelry repair!

A stone fell out of a very important ring of mine and I called and they said $10 to reset it. When I arrived, he helped me right away and reset it. Before leaving, he said don’t worry about the money, just enjoy your fixed ring. I couldn’t be more grateful! I’ll recommend to anyone who ever needs jewelry repair! We lived in Albuquerque for several years, had some pieces that needed repair that another shop was unable to do quickly. They highly recommended Jewelers Repair, who did wonderful work. We also bought several pieces there at fair market prices. Highly recommend them.

I live in Los Angeles and was just getting ready to refer a friend to Chuck and Joan, who Ive gone to for many years -- 20 + -- maybe longer. I save up my broken pieces and when I visit New Mexico (where Im originally from) I take my things in for them to repair. Ive also bought some beautiful jewelry in their store and even done a few things via mail. I trust them implicitly. I came here to look up their number and saw the bad review and just wanted to say that man must of been trouble because the Aldrichs are wonderful, professional and courteous people.

I have been going to Jewrlers repair shop got a long time .It is a family business very friendly and they do great work.Not to mention their cost is very reasonably;compared to most jewelers.I have had diamond bearing made there and a diamond pendant made there,very nice.If you go there,you must ring the bell to get in.You cant blame them especially the way things are today.If you need repairs or jewelry give them a try,you will be satisfied.They are on central Ave a half block west of Louisiana ave on the south side of central.

I took some earrings in to change the hoop to a post and he said no problem and charged me half of what other places wanted to charge me. I love them!!! They came out so beautiful and I wanted the clasp fixed on a bracelet. He looked at it and said it just looked bent. Took it to the back and fixed it in less than a minute and didnt charge me anything!! Other jewellers wanted to charge me $50 and they could probably see it was just bend. These people are very honest and fair and would recommend them to all my friends and family!!! Thank you so much!!

I was visiting during ballon festival week and needed a repair done in a tennis bracelet. The owner told me it would be 10 days turns around but when I explained I was hoping to get it sooner and would be gone before then he said OK no problem bring it in. Beautiful work and turned it around in a couple days. Highly recommend his work and honesty !

Incredible, and not in a good way. I took a stone in for setting, for my wife. The service was fast, the price was low, but the quality was abysmal. The setting was junk, not even symmetrical. I pointed this out, and the huge-haired lady behind the counter simply turned her back on me. I tried to speak to the owner about it, but he is obviously psychotic as well as ancient and senile; he literally threatened to throw me through a plate glass window for complaining about the quality. I asked him point blank; Are you threatening me? He responded YES!!. Uh, well... I left, and filed a police report against this psychopath. Absurd, ridiculous, insane... Run, dont walk!

These folks are just awesome. They took a ring that I had sort of mistreated over the years and returned it to its former glory. And...they did it for under 20 bucks! Highly recommend them.

Quick ring sizing while I waited, my finally fits perfectly!

I fell down on my luck, and went through a real hard time in my life that left me and my wife homeless. To top it off my wife injured herself where she cannot walk. We used to camp out close to the shop, and I honestly was afraid the people in the jewerly repair shop would have the police harass us and have us ran off. To my surprise they helped me out with everything from food to helping me find work. They never judged me nor did they ever make me feel uncomfortable. That was a couple years ago and since Ive known them, they NEVER EVER TREATED A CUSTOMER UNFAIRLY! If something was not done correctly they MADE sure it was done right. Chuck and Joan have a lot of patience and I dont buy that review where the guy said he got threatened to be thrown through a window when he complained of a repair not being done right. (Why not tell the truth dude what did you try to pull, or what did you do to escalate it to that level? And that police report you said you filed is non-existant quit lying dude!!) JEWERLY REPAIR FOLKS WILL DO YOU RIGHT JUST SEE FOR YOURSELF AND SEE FACEBOOK REVIEWS TOO!
