I had my boyfriend bring my car here to fix a crack in my car windshield and this business made the crack even worse! From what i was told, they were very professional about it and the charge was waived. Offered nothing for the damage they did to my windshield, making the crack double in size. Very poor quality service here, and if I could rate lower than one star, I would.

Dont understand the 3.5 percent if you use a debit card its the same as cash

Someone had recommended Rick’s Autoglass when I told them about my situation and I’m so glad they did!! Had a small chip in my windshield of my BRAND NEW CAR and they repaired it without charging me. So thankful!! I will definitely be going back there and will recommend them to everyone!

AMAZING!!!!! Older commercial vehicle(86’ W900) we have had a buzzard go through passenger window 7-16-19 @ approximately 0800hrs. Made a phone call to Rick’s, got the truck there ASAP(like 1300), and by 7-17-19 @ 1400hrs my brother and I were taking the truck back home fixed! Amazing turnaround time!!!! Thank y’all so much!!!!

This is a great place, I had a chip on my windshield that was to deep to repair. They did the best they could to fix it and did not charge me. They also thanked me for my service as a US Army Veteran!

They replaced my back windshield within 24 hours- which was fantastic.They also left a great deal of glass sitting in the back of my car and told me it was the best they could do considering I had things in the back of my car. (Ill keep that in mind the next time I plan on someone busting my windshield)

Dont do business. Employ got in my stick shift truck got it stuck in the 6th gear while trying to back it out. Says its my fault. Drove it up there and for the past 6 months with no problems. Told me they wasnt liable because its an older vehicle.
