Wonderful store that we stopped in during our travels out west! Melissa and her mom were very welcoming, showing us around and offering to answer any of our questions. They were also very sweet to our young boys. Great collection of items and very unique rotating display cases. If we didn’t have a long drive back home, we would have stayed longer!

Was the Best place in Albuquerque to purchase any crystals raw Stones tumbled, raw Stones. Family owned and operated customer service was for me a good experience I am a Caucasian female but since this review I have sent friends and relatives in who has been very unhappy with the woman at the Store who they said yells at them stares at them makes them feel very uncomfortable. My son goes in there very very often he is your typical Young man typical Albuquerque look probably every paycheck he spends at least $100 in their store he has told me several times that this woman has screamed at him from across the store, when one time he accidentally walk behind the counter. now if youve ever been in the store you will know that there are glass counters everywhere but to scream at him really upset me because when I was in there I roamed the store and No one hollared at me. I have asked my son to stop going there but unlike his mother he is very forgiving and teaches me that some people are just that way they cant help themselves still its hard to teach an old dog new tricks I will never go to that store again an insured excuse will be that being in that neighborhood you never know? but it is still not an excuse to treat paying customers especially ones that you see on a regular basis which such disrespect. Customer service to me is the most important part of any business and when you start treating people different on the way that they look or they dress then there is a problem and thats whats wrong with the world today. And like I said I am a Caucasian female thats what bothers me so much about the way my friends and family have all come back to me and told me the way they were treated theres a gentleman there that is very nice always very helpful and respectful, I called to complain and the man answered the phone, the woman he asked me to describe, his mother in law the other woman his wife. He made apologies for them, you could hear his disappointment and embarrassment over the phone. So I have changed my five star rating down to a 1 based on customer service and you have to give 1 star.

Went today. Visiting ABQ from Yuma,AZ. Everyone was so nice. We werent there for high dollar stuff but they helped us with everything. We found some great geodes for the teenager to smash! We were not disappointed. Some really nice items here! The neighborhood didnt seem great but it didnt matter. Parking was easy. All around fabulous experience. GO VISIT!

The people there are very attentive and helpful as well as super knowledgeable. I love going there to buy or just look. They have quite literally, everything that you could ask for. Would love to work there if I wasnt through with that kind of thing!

Charged a restock fee of 20% when I realized the gem was diffused treated. I didnt see any policy stating I would be charged a restocking fee anywhere any yet I was charged 100$ restock fee. They tried to say diffused treated is still natural but if that were true it wouldnt be less costly then gems with Rich natural color. Diffused treated is a poor color gem thats treated to enhance the color to make it not look so water down in color or lack of I should say. Women at counter Also made unwelcome comments about me wanting my ring I had worked on tobe to my liking. She said something along you should ease up on wanting your ring to be perfect. Well its my ring, I paid you money for it to be a certain way and I wasnt done that way. I tried not to let it bother me but It did. I should never let anyone take advantage of or treat me like that. For that reason Im writing this review. To let people know who they really are.

Google needs to add more stars. This place is more than just awesome, it is an adventure. You walk in and there are things inside this store that you will see no where. The people here are kind and super caring. I was traveling through the state, and mentioned my little son and his interest in rocks. They made me feel like I was one of the family. Showed me a collection of rocks were just awesome. Never pressured me to buy something. They gave me, outright just gave me a rock for my little boy. I want to travel the 900 miles just to come back to the store. This is the kind of place where you will learn, and leave with a smile. Id give them 100 stars if it was possible!

I think I had heard of this place before but, was not sure. I was stuck in traffic and trying to figure out what to do next when I saw I was right next to this establishment. So, I parked and went inside. This place must have everything. Its like a one-stop shop!

Usually I would make a pros and cons list for my review, but this place is all pros! There is a very large selection of minerals from all over the world. The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are very low to the point where I am wondering how they make money. I bought a large citrine rock and my brother bought an excellent pyrite sample. Both combined only cost $17!

Best little hole in the wall rock shop you didnt notice! TONS of stuff in the rotating cases, you could stay here all day admiring the sparkle. Staff knows their stuff and have nothing but time to shoot the breeze about rocks with you

I love this little shop. As both a rock hound and a beginner jeweler, I can spend hours looking at the selection in the shop. I only get to stop into Albuquerque occasionally, but when I do this place is on my to do list!

My husband bought a gem and had a necklace made for me for my birthday. The stone fell off after only 6 weeks. Ill let this speak for itself on the quality of the stone settings you get at this establishment

I love the store, however the owners and or the employees are extremely rude . I went in to collect some specimens of crystal and minerals, so I grabbed some baggies to help carry them and they accused me of trying to steal them, not bothering to ask of I was a paying customer . Which I am . Ive been here three times and each time they were rude and negative towards me . I will not be returning to this store .
