I prefer to support small business. There is a reason. Even though there are several jewelry stores in the Cottonwood Mall, plus jewelry departments inside the anchors, none of them were able to remove the back on my watch. I was referred to Revelations by one of them.Within minutes, the back was off and a new battery was installed. Excellent customer service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. That is why I give my custom to small business.

I took my sterling silver ring to Harris Jewelers to have it resized 1/4 inch. The price they quoted me was just short of the cost of the whole ring. I remembered Revelations and they charged me $42 LESS than Harris would have. Their work is excellent and, well, the cost is SUPERB as opposed to the more well known jewelery stores.

Love this place!! David did such an amazing job with my rings. We love coming here. The two guys that work here are so amazing. They are kind and excellent at what they do. They are always my first choice. Oh and the prices are good too. 😄

They offered to check the stones on my engagement ring and loosened two of the 3 major stones and then wanted to charge me to tighten them. I would never leave my ring alone with them! What if they switch diamonds out? Do not trust these scammers!!!!

Against all my better judgement, I took my wifes wedding ring set to get the band fixed (it cracked), and have the two rings soldered together here at revaltions. My Reason for the hesitation was the business that USED to be in this location (fast fix something or other), was a joke. But this seems to be a different business, with a new name, new employees, and a new attitude. Both gentlemen working were very friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They understood my issues, took the time to reassure my wife her ring would fine, and explained the repair process in full. The work was done well, very quick, and at a fair price. All in all, a great experience and I couldnt ask for more. I wouldnt hesitate to return and do more business. In fact I will be returning in the near future with some of my watches that need repairs. Great job, keep up the good work!!!
