The staff was polite unfortunately I don’t think waiting for an hour (still waiting as of now) would be considered a drive through oil change. Very unfortunate as there was only one vehicle ahead of me but it’s taking over an hour. Maybe an offer to get my car into a different bay would have been nice but it’s in my opinion now that I would recommend scheduling an oil change at a mechanic shop because it would be quicker then this.

Excellent service! 10am on a Tuesday we were immediately helped and everything was done within 25 minutes. They even gave us a new oil cap because ours was broken and washed our windshield. They offer complimentary drinks and the hot apple cider was delicious and made my day! Jesus was our guy and he was extremely nice and helpful with recommending other services our vehicle may need, but wasnt pushy at all. All for a great price too.

Oilstop employees accept ATM as payment. They have a nice private room for ATM inside.

Noticed a whistling sound from the engine right when I got home from an oil change here and saw one of the two vacuum hoses that come off the air filter housing had been completely ripped off below where the release bracket is. The torn section isnt a flex point or bend nor are there any worn lines or hoses anywhere else. It got torn when they were checking the air filter and either they didnt notice or noticed and didnt say anything. Because the damage is below the release valve I cant even just swap the hose. Guess I am taking it to the shop now, thanks a lot Oilstop.

When I first pulled up the workers seemed nice, they offered me a bottled water and let me use a restroom. The worker forgot about my water until 15 minutes later when they started my oil change. They offered to replace many things including an air filter and transmission change, both of which I had done 4 months prior. They deflated my tires to manufacturers specs which I later had to fix due to a tpms light. The workers had me pull over in the lot once they were done and had my credit card about ten minutes before they said it was declined. I thought it was strange but gave them a different card and went about my day. Later I had called the bank to see why the card was declined, which they informed me that one charge went through and they declined a second charge. They had also charged my other credit card, so I got charged twice. I called them up and they quickly refunded my money, but seeing as how I was preparing to travel this was a major inconvenience. On top of this the oil change ended up being around $90, way more than I would have paid at the dealership. Will not be returning.

After going here my light fire my tires being low immediately came on, so I went and got my tires checked somewhere else and it turned out there was way too much air in some of my tires and not enough in others, so whatever they did was very dangerous. Also, my car burns oil in the summer at a lie rate, but I just checked my oil after only two weeks and it was empty! I took my car to get my oil topped off and they confirmed that even if my car burns oil, it would not have burned it that fast, so they must not have filled my oil up all the way or something, because that makes no sense. I payed 200 dollars to have my car messed with by these people and now ever sense going there its just one problem after the other. Definitely not worth it, just go somewhere else.

Visiting from out of town and am really impressed with this oil change company. They opened promptly at 8:00AM on Sunday and have performed what I think is a great service. Prices are higher than I’m used to in Austin but that’s ok, we’re in Northern California - what can you say ;)Jair and Joe were both great, honest, and even caught an issue with an air filter that has some diesel on it and were honest about it. Great job and attention to the details.Overall really great impression!

Went to get an oil change before doing a major trip next week. They went through my options for the oil change and topping off the usual fluids. The service was quick but there is a constant push add more products to your service. Nice mechanics.

My car has low miles, working in mint condition, no leaks. After spending $240 dollars on a synthetic oil change and transmission flush (kinda pricey) now my engine compartment has fluid all over it, and my oil is leaking from underneath which wasn’t a problem before. And to top it all off, my check engine light just came on. This place is a scam, don’t go here.

It was nice experience. The associates were pleasent and explained everything. The reason four three stars is because I thought it was expensive. I paid 176 for oil and transmission fluid change. I did get synthetic so that does cost more.

I gave this place a second chance. I went earlier in the day. Different experience entirely. Jesus was professional, and the service was preformed fast and at low cost. . That is why I give it a three todayI usually go to premire oil change on Harris by the Shell in eureka. I wanted to compare these to places. At the oil stop drive thru the guy who first started to help named Joe seemed bored and slitly arrogant as he started my service. He walked away from my car 4 or 5 times without saying what he was doing. No communication between employees. 4 different people at different times picked up the iPad from under my hood and looked at it and did random things. One person introduced himself as the guy who would be working under the hood. After that he walked to the back of my car and didnt see him again. A different guy did the work under the hood. There is no comparison premire oil is far superior.

Great easy spot to get an oil change, however they are quite the businessmen, were rather pushy and convinced me to get a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. I spent more than I ever have on an oil change and will not be going back due to the constant pressure from 4 different employees to buy erroneous things for my 2yr old vehicle.

They love dripping oil on exhaust, even after asking not to. I can change oil myself and prevent it. Other than that, no problems at all

Wow! What a great experience! First time here. Very fast professional service. Convenient to stay in vehicle and they bring you drinks(non alcoholic of course) They do a 33 or inspection and do offer to do other services but they are not pushy. Had them change transmission fluid and air filters as well and the whole experience took less than 20 min. Everyone was very friendly. Will never do an oil change anywhere else again. Made it fun to get an oil change.

All of the guys are super nice and helpful! i was in and out pretty quickly despite it being busy. they do try and sell you stuff but i dont care, its their job to try.

I recently received an oil change here and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Jose was the main person I interacted with and he provided excellent service, even when I asked him a million questions. When I had a minor issue later, the supervisor, Alejandro, went above and beyond to help me.

Alejandro took the time to help us and managed to give above and beyond emergency services just like they did back in the good ole days. Twice now we have had 5 star service, and although I was a bit hysterical and annoying, he and his crew maintain great attitudes. Thanks a million!

Buyer Beware! This place checked all of my fluids but the fluids they showed me were not accurate. They brought out this cloudy looking transmission fluid and insisted that I needed a transmission service done on my Chevy Colorado. I denied knowing there was no way the fluid was actually in that bad of shape. I brought my truck back home and looked at the rest of my fluids, there was no problem. I then took my truck to a highly trusted mechanic and told him of my worries for the transmission service, and he told me in his own words: the oilstop was trying to scam you. Do not go here blind without checking your fluids first, and do not buy their over the top services.

Amazingly quick service, made lots of great offers and told me what was causing some of the problems with the car I just bought. Also they are puppy friendly and even had a treat for my little dude. All in all great service and affordable.

I had a really good experience today, the associate Josh who helped me seem to be very knowledgeable and didnt push things on me. They gave me an alternative for a filter that needed replaced and I was pleased with the level of concern for the customer . They were professional thats why I continue to come here.

This was my second time at the drive thru Oilstop. Just like last time, I was 100% satisfied. The efficiency and kindness of the staff is fantastic. Friendly, not pushy and very upfront. They are quick and everytime I have been there, they have done the most amazing job. In the area I would choose them over everyone else every single time.

Service was fast and they tell you everything they are replacing and show you the old parts they are removing. They keep you very well informed of whats getting done.

This place was wonderful except for the fact of the upselling that they have to do. I know that is all part of the business side of it but generally people know what they want and what they need before they get there. Or at least I do.

I was using this place and considered myself lucky to live in a town that I could feel good about bringing my cars to for an oil change, but I wont ever bring any of my cars here again. Like so many companies today Oilstop is giving out the typical propaganda about how they have done everything to make my visit safe during Covid 19. The reality is they have not changed their business model. A sales program that keeps me as a hostage for up to 45 minutes while their employee without a mask spews at me while they try to up sell me is no way safe. This is exactly why we are surging again across the US and here.

I arrive with a healthy car, and just after change my oil my enigne die, they did a mistake but thwy didnt recognise, so i lost my car, worst place ever, they dnt want to take any responsabilities in case your car is broken....never come back

I was greeted with a friendly smile and offered beverages as I pulled in. These guys let you know EVERYTHING they do and explain that the up sells are not necessary your car to function properly. They dont talk down to you (Im a female.) And inform you of anything you may want to address down the line. They even ask your preferences on oil and tire pressure. They do not pressure you at all and make you feel informed on what they are doing. Worth every penny. I will definitely return.

Great place, courteous professional and they knew what they were doing. They informed me of the proper oil required for my vehicle, they replace the fuel filter and oil filter and gave me a full-service was totally impressed. this place is now my new oil place. I usually change my oil myself but no longer this place was so professional totally shocked me I highly recommend them. Matter of fact Im going back next month to have my transmission fluid replaced out these people know what theyre doing

They will sell your phone number. Specifically asked if they sell their phone numbers and they explicitly said no yet here I am getting telemarketing bull. I knew I messed up when I gave it, as I usually make up fake numbers but sure enough I got sold out. Will never return, hope the quarter profit off selling my number was worth it.Also this place is a little pricey and not as fast as the one on Henderson

Well I took my motorhome in to get serviced and they were asking me questions about where the oil filter was. I later looked under and saw it about 5 five from where they were at.

Always a good experience. The people are nice and patient if you ask questions. Nice they offer a complimentary drink every time. Also very fast with service but not in a rushed doing a half job kind of way.

Quick and easy though they always try to up sale you. I keep track of my car services so I know what it needs.

I like that I dont need an appointment and the service is fast. The staff are friendly. They do upsell everything so it is easy to walk out with a much bigger bill if your not paying attention. The location makes entry and exit from the shop to street tight.

I arrived at about 11:14 am and was on the road twenty minutes later. The cost was about 70 bucks for a synthetic mix . They try and sell you additive products and well, everything under the statue of liberty but alas, they are not too pushy. No thanks was met with a very well type response. I may use them again if they send me a discount coupon.

Great service, professional, and we were in and out quickly. They topped off the fluids, checked the tires, answered questions. And while they made some suggestions I didnt feel pressured at all; very casual. All around great experience. So great, I went home and took my second vehicle for an oil change too.

I used to change my own oil but I ended up with a drum of oil I gotta get rid off. They offer a lot of maintenance stuff. I’ll take them up on it next time. Very friendly and very fast service. I’d recommend these guys and will be back.

They will check all your fluids. They didnt pressure us into replacing any fluids however they showed us different options. the only thing that I might add is they did not include the price of the filter when I ask for a price on an oil change. either way I would have them do it again.
