I stumbled across this place online. I called and the gentleman that answered the phone was very kind, knowledgeable and honest. My friend was stranded in Zanesville from Dayton Ohio they got him in first thing and had him back on the road by 11 am. Let me tell you these guys truly ROCK!! KEEP UP THE AMAZING KIND SERVICE!! We were recommended this place from another mechanic for issues with my Jeep that he couldnt address. As with any mechanic, I was a bit apprehensive about being price gouged, about being told there were a 100 things wrong, but to my delight, that didnt happen. He prides himself on honest work. My Jeep runs like a top now. So grateful for him and his crew for the work they did.

Took great care of my truck. Not many mechanics will go out of their way to save someone money. Highly recommend this shop. He also pays for the elderly veteran who lives next door grass to be mowed every year. Need more companies like this.

Rocky at Rocks Auto Works is no doubt the most honest and caring mechanic in Zanesville, probably in the whole state of Ohio. It is rare that the word honest can be used to describe auto mechanics or used car salesmen. But he has demonstrated for over 25 years that I have known him, that he has a heart of gold, and has gone above and beyond to help and service not only the people that have had work done by his garage, but the many that have stopped by, asked questions, or otherwise seeked help, and gotten that help free of charge. I took my Jeep...just stopped over, didn’t have an appointment. I had some electrical issues, whenever I turned the Jeep off, it wouldn’t start back up. I told the dude in charge that....my Jeep sat for over a year while is was deployed, he shook my hand, thanked me for serving, and made time to jump start my Jeep and FIXED MY ISSUE RIGHT NOW!! He also gave me a hell of a deal. It sure is nice finally finding a local decent mechanic shop. TOTALLY IMPRESSED’

I got my truck fixed for a fraction of the competition. They even fixed an issue I wasnt aware of for no extra cost.
