It was all around an easy process. Its the first time my wife and I bought a brand new vehicle, and Shaun made it painless, it did take a little long but not at the fault of anyone at the dealership, I believe its just how the process is. Was not pressured but was shown many options, happy with the inventory, and found an awesome new Nissan Kicks.

Visited Dutro on 1/12 for an oil change. I was told I needed a tire. I have a warranty on my tires and have called 3 times but no one can give me an update. I called the claims department myself only to be told a claim was just filed yesterday, 1/26. Andy was supposed to call back with parts number and he has yet to do so. It is now 1/27 and I drive 120 miles daily for work. Very disappointed.

My truck has been in the shop since early June. Originally it went in to get the computer programmed, but has turned out to be a mess.A month goes by and I call to get an update and was told that I would need a new computer, so I gave them the okay if this would fix the issue. (Not sure why I needed to call to get this update but oh well)Fast forward a few months and multiple calls to get status updates I was told that covid had the parts delayed and they couldnt get one in and hoped to have one in a week or so. (Ive heard this multiple times). I called Nissan dutro in Canton and they said that theres two in a factory in Tennessee.I was told that Id be up in running the next week.Fast forward a month and I called to get an update, they said that the computer didnt fix it and they think that its the wiring harness and would order it in.Fast forward a few months and here we are, at this point Im done calling for updates and curious to see how long my truck can sit there.
Friendly service, comfortable waiting room with outlets for phones and computers. I wish the wifi password wouldve been in the waiting room, because I really didnt want to go and search for an employee for it.I used my hot spot, so everything worked out fine. They told me it would take 2 hours to do the job and it took just that. Great visit!

I had my 6 month service done, and thanks to Dutros extremely large and modern facility, I was able to wait comfortably and safely. There was plenty of seating areas to permit physical distancing, and all employees (but not all customers) were wearing masks and staying at a distance. I realize in this day and age there are a lot of self-serving people who think it is their right to put other people in jeopardy for their own satisfaction.

I has dealing with a dealership in Columbus they said they would hold the car I wanted. I even offered to put money down to put a hold on it. They said it wasnt necessary. The next day I received an email pretty much saying they were not going to hold it but when my insurance check came in they would find me another one if it was no longer there. That moment I decided to go else where. Later that day I started googling Nissan dealership and found out Dutro was one. Totally forgot they were. I told them three things that were a mustAWDGood gas mileage andBig enough to fit one Newfoundland dog (we own and also help Rescue Newfoundlands)I left Adam a message telling him that information and he called me back asking when I could stop by. I told Adam after class and I should be there at 5:30.I ended up showing up early and the bright shinny orange one was waiting out front. Adam asked if it was okay if Keith took over which was fine by me. Keith and I went for a test drive and the rest is history. They stayed over about two hours after closing. Everyone was wonderful and nice.Love the SUV. Willie Wonka (Newfoundland) went on her first ride in it and she fit just wonderfully in it.Thank again Dutro for going the extra mile

Having my car serviced is always a pleasant experience. A comfortable place to wait with WIFI, beverages and snacks if youre so inclined.
We were there for 5 hours waiting on paper work. My wife and I had to leave and get something to eat, then came back and waited another hour and a half. Then on Friday after burying my father I had to rush home to sign some papers that were missed, instead of spending time with my family. Our salesman was nice but the finance department is sorely lacking.
Dishonest sales & service. They represent the reason car dealerships have such a bad reputation.
Did not coordinate appointment properly. fixed emergency somewhat, but not original issues. have to have vehicle down there again this week. Vehicle blows a lot of exhaust smoke on increased engine load or any startup.
Eddie at Dutro is awesome. He helped us find a great and safe car for my 16 year old daughter. I feel better about putting her on the road with all the safety feit has to offer

I setup an appointment online, then spoke to Andy on the phone about my car and its issues. Took the day off work, and brought my car in. Confirmed make and model. After 2 hours of waiting I was told they were not certified to do warranty work on hybrids. In 👏👏👏thanks for the waste of time, gas, and a day off.
