We searched for 1.5 hours. Every place we found the tires we needed, the price was very high. We saved $50 here, and they accommodated the need to be at work. Not to mention VERY friendly service!

Employees very nice but it took 45 minutes for oil change and tire rotation.

Coming from everyone I know that has had work done on their vehicle here, they charge way more than the estimate and charge for every little thing, even if they are at fault for breaking it. If they tell you it depends on the cost if you need another part, then you can bet that it will definitely need that other part when they dig into it!! Stay clear!!

I have had service performed at the Lancaster NTB a couple years ago, in the city I am employed. However, this was my first experience at the Zanesville location. I was hesitant based on the number of bad reviews, but I can tell you - I did not have a bad experience. I submitted a service request online, where I was able to pick a time, choose which tires I wanted to purchase, and other services I wanted to add with a quote of the total price including taxes, fees and labor. I submitted the online request 1 day in advance for a time that fit my schedule, which is perfectly convenient. I went there at my requested time, they took my car right back. I sat in their nice and clean waiting area. I got 4 new tires, the ones I purchased, and a new TPMS sensor. They didnt try to up sell anything or additional unnecessary services. The price was almost exactly what was quoted online and the customer service was excellent. I even saw a woman have an issue with her car, came back in, and the guys made it right for her right on the spot no issues. So I have no idea what kind of service these bad review people had - I guess some people are too hard to please? I had an excellent experience and would likely recommend and continue to use NTB service.

Theyve done good work for me, but like others have said, the customer service is a bit lacking. I called to set up an appointment for new tires, an oil change, and to check the TPMS sensors because the light is always on my dash. When I dropped off the car, I reminded them that those are the three things I wanted to have done. When I picked up the car, the receipt for the oil change and tires had a note that said the TPMS sensors were bad. Obviously I already knew that. I guess its a miscommunication, but I wish they would have called me to ask whether I want them to do anything about the bad sensors. No hurt feelings, but you might want to spell out what you want in abundantly clear terms.

Ive been here several times and the customers service never gets any better. I could stand in front of them for a complete hour and not one person would acknowledge my presence with even a friendly how are you today. Not only is the service bad they only seem to stand around conversate more than anything. But I did notice if you know the people here personally the will get you taken care of just not the fastest.

Dude in shop slams wheel of machines bought four new tires. Worse place to get tires ever no respect for customers property. If guy don’t want work he needs to get on down the road and find another job. Brought it up to the manager Michael Fleming he just rolls his eyes and said I will talk to him.

The parking brake broke on my car while traveling through the area and I was able to have my car towed there and they had me back on the road within a couple hours and I am so grateful. Ive used this place for a few years now. Never dissappointed. Especially this time, my girlfriend dropped me off to pick up my car and her car broke down right across the street. One of the mechanics lent me tools to fix it. It was greatly appreciated. I will always go to NTB for my services.

Great service & fair prices ! Was hooked to a trailer & was ready to leave the Muskingum County Fairgrounds on Sunday afternoon when I discovered I had a broken brake line on my dually.. Devastated because I needed to be in Randoph, Ohio that day to locate equipment at the Portage County Fair. I called and told these guys my situation & they worked me in & had me out the door by 6:00pm. Many thanks !

Been getting tires, oil changes, and some auto services here. Replacing a set of Michelin tires after 193,000 miles. Sad to see them go, but looking forward to better traction.

They have nice price range and are able to get you in on the spot.

Brakes went out and they got me right in. Everyone was so courteous and helpful.

Last November this shop installed two new tires on a van that a band I play with was traveling in, the two rear tires. A few days later the rear passenger wheel (the entire wheel) came off on the highway while we were driving in the mountains. We had the van towed. It was looked at by two different mechanics who determined that the lugnuts had been inconsistently tightened by this NTB. We could have been seriously hurt or worse, considering where we were when this happened. We had to scrap our van mid-tour due to the extensive damage that was caused by the body hitting the ground. The shop was unresponsive when I called to tell them what happened. Unfortunately the attorney I spoke with said that suing NTB would be expensive and that we were unlikely to win because of the difficulty in determining the jurisdiction for the case.

Had a nail, slow leak, Asked if they could fix it but we needed too roll by 10:10. We were told theyd take it right away.It didnt happen. It was set up for a 10:00 appointment.Left!

Been buying tires and getting my car serviced here for years. The last time they bent my hub and didnt take responsibility for damaging my car. The when they put one of my wheels back on they stripped the lug nut and didnt tell me. The damage ended up costing me over $800. to fix. Thats the last time I will ever go there

I have been going there since 1994. Why I ask myself .they always do something wrong .forget to reset oil light 99 percent of timr. Damaged a lug nut.. now put metal caps on tires (which they said they didnt) .but they throw them on the floor and pick whatever up and put on your car. Well the cap couldnt get it off had to replace sensor. Then next day sensors on again . Checked air and said they program it to the car next day the other tire valve stem bad that they put air in and wanted 65 more. Three days in a row Im done with NTB. Not even worth one star

I was overcharged, lied to and told the only way to fix my car is to buy 2 expensive parts & pay $100 in labor charges. I took it to a buddy & all he dis was grunt to loosen the bolt and done. I paid over $150 for an alignment & tire installation & my car is still severely out of alignment.

I would never take my car here. My mom and I were headed out of town and made it to Zanesville when we noticed her brakes were smoking. We pulled into the NTB there to have them checked. After well over an hour and watching a guy who didnt seem to know what he was doing click through page after page on the computer, we finally asked what was wrong with her van. They basically told us that she needed all new calipers, brake pads and rotors on all four tires for a total of over $1600. We declined their service and drove the van back home. My brothers are trained in mechanics and one of them had just put new brakes on the van. The van did need two new calipers, but that was all. In an hour and $125, my brother had it fixed. Oh, and they didnt tighten the lug nuts when they put our tires back on so we are lucky we made it home with all four tires still on. These guys who seemed upset that we didnt just apply for a credit card and let them fix it, saw two women and thought that they would take us for the highest amount that they could. Thankfully we know more about cars than they gave us credit for knowing.

Every time they quote me a price its $300+-. A U joint on my Chevy quoted $96 parts $120 labor $96 shop supplies. Cost me $ 13 for the u joint and $60 labor down the street.

If you value your vehicle AT ALL, do not go here!!! They dumped (what must have been a ton) of oil all over my engine and then said they cleaned it with water. Oily handprint on my running board, where they put my sticker on and on the drivers door. I also have oil dripped on our concrete!!Wouldve given no stars if possible!

Would not go to ntb if it was last place on earth Id do it myself as I do most of my work anyway but when I cant I go to city tire by speedway south zanesville for tires you get a discount for paying cash they sell American made tires right here in Ohio I paid 171$ for 80000 mile master craft touring remind you master craft is a cooper tire brand Ive been using master craft for around ten years now and only put three sets of tires on my car I have a 2004 Pontiac grand am so that shows how well they hold up and thats me driving on oil field roads since i work in the industry and the access road are not nice roads. And at city tire there nice honest unlike ntb and also city tire is owned locally were ntb is not ntb is foreign. Not that foreign is bad thing I like to keep my money were I live in the great United States of America and God bless this great nation.
