My daughter was heading to Columbus from Baltimore when she had a mishap with her car. Mr. Brown and his crew took great care repairing my daughters car. They were through, honest and very fair priced. I would recommend Browns Auto Service. You wont find anyplace like it, as they dont make them like that anymore.

My car broke down - the symptoms clearly pointed to a bad battery or alternator. He diagnosed it as a bad battery and I oked him to do the work. When I came to pick up the car he raised some concerns about if the repairs would actually fix the problem. I would have highly appreciated those concerns to be raised before I agreed to the repairs. A few weeks later my car broke down in the same manner and when I brought it back to him, he said in a few weeks time the Alternator went bad. Though there is a chance that is the case, the odds are slim that it broke down in the exact same manner and the alternator was not the culprit to begin with. If he had raised his concerns before and not AFTER his original repairs, I would have replaced the Alternator and the Battery at once - instead I am left with 2 separate repairs with double the labor costs.
