Long wait but fair pricing. I paid like 150 for 3 manicures and a pedicure. Sooo much better!

This nail shop is busy almost everyday ! They try their best as they can, the thing I like best my nail is done perfectly, everybody is so nice, the way they talk is very kind . I love this place so much ! 😘

I come here regularly and I am always satisfied with my nails. I dont go anywhere else because of how well they do in their work. Their prices are very fair as well, it is definitely worth it. They do such a great job and they are all very friendly people!

Was stopping through Goshen, IN for work and needed to get my nails and feet done and decided to come here. Glad I stopped by. They did a very good job on my nails and the pedicure was amazing. They reminded me of the nail shop I go to at home in Memphis, TN. Would definitely come back when I’m passing through.

Nails didn’t come out as the picture I showed AT ALL. Shaping was bad. Didn’t even use any kind of cuticle pusher or anything like that. Just did them so fast and that’s it. Not to mention the place didn’t have books so viewing the colors was hard!

Best nail salon around but there is always a wait because of this. Best to make an appointment through the week as Friday and the weekends are walk in only.

I have been going here for 14 years. The business has gone down hill the past few years. Ever since the company switched owners it is not the same. No matter what you do, you will wait for ever. I called at noon to make an appointment at 2:30 and still did not get taken care of until after 4pm. It is a waste of time. They rush through the pedicure or leave you in the water until its too cold. I am looking for a new nail tech. Its so hard to leave, but its just not worth it anymore.

Called ahead to make an appointment at 5:30. Arrived on time and they told me to leave because they had too many walk-ins lined up. Wouldn’t waste your time making appointments here and just walk in or go elsewhere

Went in for pedicures and they told us 15 minutes. We waited for 45 minutes and ended up leaving without getting anything done. Ended up going to glamour nails and had an amazing experience there.

I brought my bridal party here as a fun activity the day before our wedding. It was a fairly large party, but the salon was accommodating, especially because I had made an appointment ahead of time. (We also got in and out a lot quicker than I had expected---Im sure the appointment helped with that.) They were great to work with and did a fantastic job on everyones nails, asking good questions to make sure we were each getting what we really wanted. I got a gel manicure that continued to look good through our honeymoon and well into the following week. I just wish we had taken some pictures!

3/10/21 Sad to say last couple of times there less than perfect still a good place just to busy from covid. They were great everyone very friendly wanted to make sure I was satisfied with their work short wait but well worth it my dip nails are fabulous better than the many places I tried in Elkhart highly recommend

I came in as a walk-in just before 4pm, I was immediately greeted and asked what I was looking to get done today. I didn’t have to wait, though people who came in after me did have a short wait time. The lady who did my nails, Kim, was excellent! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did a superior job of giving me what I wanted! It’s not identical to the picture I showed her, but I actually like how she did them MUCH better! The length is perfect, the nails are perfect, I LOVE them... and all for an unbeatable price!! I think I FINALLY found a great nail salon!!! Highly recommend 😊

So mixed feelings. The pedicure was great. No issues there. Nails were terrible when finished. See the pic for the little holes and scrape marks and glue left behind. Still on the search for my new nail place since moving to the area I guess. :(

First time and great svc

Ive tried other salons in the area and this one is the best! Good prices and quality, and my nails stay nice for longer than when I go to other salons. Would def recommend! Not sure of her name, but the lady that sits to the right when you walk in is excellent and very friendly!

Went in showed her a simple picture for an acrylic set with glitter. She complained to another customer I was asking for too much. Place was empty and not busy.

The service here is absolutely wonderful! I used to come here all the time when I lived in Goshen and now I live over an hour away and it is still worth the drive to me. They always make you feel welcome, do a phenomenal job every time, and the price is perfect. It is the best place around!

The nails were fine for about the first week going into the second week my nails started to hurt. I took off the nails and discovered a fungus on two of them.

Ive gone twice now and they are great! First time I had Xensia? This time Jack and they both did an awesome job! Very happy!

I got a full set. I had to gi back 2 times because you could still see my real nail from the first time. My nails were not straight and just looked sloppy. My nails were only on for a week and they fell off. Would not recommend at all.

Worst job on my nails that Ive ever had done. The sides and ends of my nails look like a child tried to do them. Stylist was switching between me and another client and was extremely rushed which resulted in some very sloppy nails for me.

After much too long for a pedicure, I finally was able to make an appointment. I felt very safe with their safety measures, including plexiglass barriers AND a fresh bag placed in the foot bath for my feet. They require a face mask and have them available to buy. Thank you Nail Place for keep us safe.

Hands down, the best place in the area to get acrylics. Ive been going here since they were based at Walmart-probably 20 years?! Theres usually a wait but what are cell phones for anyway😁.

I stopped in there to get nails done and the lady bluntly told me she has no desire to do designs so I have to have basic nails and not what I wanted. Then she was so fast and didn’t give a care in the world what she was doing. I went back the next day cuz 2 are barely attached to my nails and 3 crooked and so much access over lay and the guy was just as quick and told me all he could was file it down and it would be okay. Still crooked and lots of overlay. I will never go back there again.. And they had one other person in there besides me..

Best place in Goshen to get your nails done. They do an awesome job. Pediatric includes a wonderful smelling peppermint scrub on your legs. I will definitely be going back.

Really friendly. Great service. The best salon Ive been to in this area. There might be a wait if you go on the weekends but its well worth it and price is good. It is now my go to!

Called to make appointment for 12:30 over lunch hour. Said it was not available and to come at 1. So I show up at 1 and they ask me to wait another 40 minutes as their 12:30 appointment was running long. Then acted as if I was being unreasonable. There is a reason I scheduled an appointment. Completely unprofessional and will not go back.

They always do a great job on my nails and I have been going there for almost two months now. I love that they can do metallic nails as well as the beautiful designs. Sometimes the wait is long but worth it for the amazing job they do.

Took my girls and we had an amazing experience. Prices are very reasonable and the service is outstanding! Definitely will be a return customer!!!

The customer service is definitely not good. When you arrive you are given a price just to end up paying a completely different price. I was charged $8 to have nail polish removed from my natural nail, i have never been charged for this anywhere else. Definitely will not be going back.

I called before arriving to ask for the wait time and was informed there was no wait. When I arrived the staff looked busy so again I asked and was told only 25 minute wait. During my wait time 3 people arrived after me for pedicures and the staff took care of them before taking care of me. An hour passed and the staff never acknowledge me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They should be honest about wait time and acknowledge clients !!!

Seems like a very nice place, but when I entered I was told there was a twenty minute wait for a pedicure. I waited over an hour and there were still three people ahead of me. Please be honest about wait times.

Absolutely AMAZING. Was there a wait yes was it worth it HELL YES. OMG best manicure Ive had in Elkhart and surrounding counties, hands down plus the way the guy shaped my nails is to die for. I just loved my experience here and will go back always now. They werent over priced and it was no time at all once I got in his chair. This place has their stuff together seriously best nail salon Ive ever been to and Ive been getting acrylic nails since I was a teenager. And Im 35 this year. I felt happy about giving a tip and still am proud of the work done. Im seriously going to be a life long customer now. Amazing business and people.

My acrylic nails are horrible. They are very uneven and the paint job was really bad for the price I had to pay. The service was also bad. They were rude and not very quick.

I will never go back Jack and Rose are great people BUT EVa and Helen needs some lesson on treat people right. Eva needs lesson on taking off nails and putting nails on . Helen is just right diwn rude pulling on your hand under lights when she had two different ones and first time knowing how they work. There lost on a good tip paying customer

I made an appointment for my sister and I, we didnt wait long at all which was nice.I got gel with acrylic tips. Design: Matte black base with gold tips. Easy.Their work spaces were really dirty, but I wasnt sure if maybe they just got busy.The process was okay, she knicked me with the dremel a couple times but thats it. Until the end, she rushed it because she started working on another girl at the same time.The finished look was horrible. The tips are SO LUMPY in all different spots! The nail polish is all uneven and looks like a kid painted my nails. The nails are crooked as well.My sisters nails are the same way (had a different lady), she wanted matte black with red sparkles on top, they gave her matte black with matte red dots... Just horrible.For the price of this place, and the nail Job you get.. NOT WORTH IT.Im not a picky person either, but Ive never had this bad of a nail job done before.

Fantastic! I miss them (moved out of state). Ive had osteoporosis since I was a teen & my nails were bloody stumps. They had MY nails growing and strong.I repeat: I miss them!

Been going here for years but recently my nails smudged (8hrs after they were painted) and Helen and her staff refused to fix the polish. Wouldnt even fix it If i paid for it. Sadly i will be going somewhere else.

Poor service, poor quality. 2 hours to do a full set and my nails look terrible. Paper thin. And a residue all the way around my nails. Definitely will not ever be back.

Ive been coming here for years.. I always get the clear acrylics and they generally last me 3-4 weeks before I need a fill.. I rarely have a problem with lifting so its rare for me to lose one in that time. Friendly staff that remembers their customers well, I often recommend this place to friends.

Staff was very friendly, however I was really unsatisfied with the full set I received. The technician just seemed to be rushing and did not do a very professional job. She even accidentally cut me with the electric file. If I wouldve had time I would have gone back to have my nails fixed. I do not plan on returning.

I waited over an hour and a half, while many people that got there after me went before me. All of my friends that were with me were finished by the time I got started and to top it all off, my nails took forever and look terrible. Never going here again!
