After a year of deliberation we finally decided we now was the time to finally move on from Alexs beast of a Wrangler. He knew what he wanted, Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. There were a couple in town that fit the needs list. Lets start with the immediate response to my late night online inquiry. They open at 9am. At 9:07 I received a personalized video from Tyler. Not only was my name in the attachment but also the video. This was not a stock video it was made that day for me. Talk about personal touch! Tyler was incredibly responsive the rest of the day while we checked out the other options. Lets just say the other dealer in town was far from above board when it comes to properly displaying and holding true to their Online Pricing (not the sales guys fault but the management involved). We get over to Tyler and he was quick with comparison and explaining what we were buying. Within an hour from decision we had the keys and Alex has a new Beast in the making. There was no pressure to tack on extra services or protection plans. Alice was fantastic in pointing out the need to know details. The rate they secured was also lower than the other folks. In absolutely every aspect of this transaction we were amazed. Jeff Drennen you have an incredible team!!!

I recently purchased a 2021 Silverado 2500HD Duramax from a dealership in Georgia where I reside. I drove to Ohio for family, and with 1100 miles on my truck I had a DEF issue. To say these men and women went above and beyond is an understatement. My truck was literally fixed in an hour or so. They treated me like they had known me my entire life, and like I was a life long customer. The issue was a simple issue that they turned around. I was in a desperate time of need due to the fact it’s Memorial Day weekend, I’m 600 miles from home, didn’t know anyone, and everyone I called was not willing to assist me. These guys didn’t hesitate. I can not say enough positive about this group of people. Running and operating a heavy equipment dealership in Atlanta, I have a strong understanding that it is the people that make the company. This dealership is first class, and I owe them for all of their assistance.

I went in for a $700 repair and was told I had an expired warranty....which I was never told about a mileage limit and will be paying $2000-$3000 total for in the next 3 years for for something I won’t have. My point: I had 124,094 miles on my car. That’s UNDER 125,000! Had I not questioned my warranty, I would have been charged the full price! 😡 Not happy about that!!

The service is always excellent and fast at Jeff Drennen’s! The only disappointment was they have failed to ask the last 2 times if I would like a free car wash. This appointment I signed up online for one but never received it. It is always supposed to be free but they have failed to deliver. I am curious what the reasoning is, but overall they give great service every time!

We own a 2016 Chevy a Equinox with 36,069 miles. The my link screen keeps going blank as you are driving the car. Was told it was out of warranty and nothing to be done but pay for a diagnostic fee and pay for service after that. The gal that answered the phone in service said it was a 2015. We An (older couple)that purchased this had to beg tooth and nail to have the brakes repaired right after it was purchased. It’s not right. Service is horrible after the sale. Go to Newark or Columbus if you want to buy a low mileage Chevrolet that is newer. They don’t stand behind what they sell. Buyer beware.

I highly recommend Jeff Drennen dealership. They went above and beyond. I bought a 2016 Tahoe from a very dishonest dealership in Columbus. I brought it into drennens for a recall 1 week after buying and they told me everything that was wrong underneath. The previous dealership had sold me a Tahoe that had no sensors hooked up modules hanging down on tail pipe and brackets taped on. Not to mention the 3rd row middle seatbelt was cut out!! They wrote up a paper to help us return it! As I was walking around their parking lot bawling from what I had just been told. Jeff wells took the time to walk over and just talk to me not mentioning a vehicle or anything. He truly cared as to what was happening. We went today to buy a new to us tahoe and had a wonderful experience. Thank you thank you thank you!! You all are awesome!

The best service! I am beyond happy with the staff! I brought my car in to have the heat fixed. I figured I’d wait and read a book. One of the gentlemen in the service department held the door for me to go into the lobby. The lady at the front desk remembered my name and offered me a snack. Another gentleman in the service department came in to let me know that it would be a little longer than I originally thought and offered me a rental. My car was ready for pickup today. It is dumping rain and the gentleman that I mostly dealt with (I wish I could remember his name!) walked me to my car with an umbrella! This is by far the best service I’ve ever received anywhere with auto work! I am beyond impressed!

They extended the free oil change...it was a nice surprise...two more free oil changes...I already had two free ones when I purchased the car. The staff in the service department fix a recall on my vehicle..good to have the place you purchase your car to service your car.

We were able to get a loaner car in order to get home to care for our aging parents. The car was fixed with care and speed. Waited two weeks for parts. Found out from the right employee that they had the parts they were too busy to get something simple taken care of. So just reset my engine light and it come back on give minutes after leaving.shame on you. Took my truck to another dealership and fixed and on my way in less than a hour.parts in dtock

Bought my first new pickup here in 2017. 19000 miles and they say the tires are bad from excessive ware. Unfortunately for me that Goodyear doesnt warranty the tire for excessive ware. And GM doesnt warranty their truck past 7500 miles. I test drove a Tacoma and my Canyon on the same day. Unfortunately I made the wrong choice. I definitely will not be buying GM again.

Don’t expect them to make any deals with you; they didn’t when I asked them to. But, I was a kid drooling over the sports cars and my mind was set. They give you four free oil changes though when you buy cars from them and have good, fast service so I continue to go there for routine service. I’ve had my car going on three years now from them and it still runs great so I can’t complain too much! Haha

So I went to get my oil change yesterday my Jeep had a shake in the front end so I asked if they would rotate my tires for me so when they were done the technician said that they had rotated tires and everything look good if its still shook to make another appointment and they would look further into it so when I got home it was still shaking I took it to a tire shop and the wires were sticking through on my right front tire on the inside so lo and behold they were not rotated like I was told so I called this morning nothing was done about it so beware if they say something is done with your car you better check it yourself
