Ive been coming here for the last couple of years and never once have I been disappointed! Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. They are so welcoming and remember every one of their customers. The nail technicians take their time and pay attention to every detail. Recently, I came to get a manicure and eyelash extensions for my graduation and all I can say is that Jessica did an amazing job! I was comfortable the entire time and I got so many compliments on my nails and lashes! You definitely get your moneys worth. Highly recommend giving LV Nails a try for all your beauty needs!

I absolutely love this design Kayla was able to create for me for our Disney Vacation. I’ve gotten so many complements on these beauties and couldn’t resist sharing! Very professional and welcoming salon. Definitely a hidden gem in the neighborhood.

They were very nice but unfortunately my nails were not worth the price paid. The price for my gel fill was almost what I paid for my gel full set elsewhere. The polish was thin and they started chipping after only 4 days.

Probably one of the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever had. The lady was nice, her leg massage was great, but the nails are subpar — especially for $100.

I came here for a fill hoping it would be a better experience than my usual spot (Salem Nail Bar, Salem MA) . There was only one other customer in there so I thought that maybe they would spend more time on my nails and not be rushed out like at the nail bar. I expressed my concern with how my acrylics break extremely easily, thinking maybe she’d add more acrylic to where they usually break which is right at the free edge of the nail. However she only applied it to where she was filling it. After two weeks the edges of my nails always get worn down and and don’t look crisp and fresh, so when I get a fill I expect them to look fresh when I leave. She barely filed them, the edges of a few were bumpy and they were all very inconsistent in shape and length. The polish application was mediocre honestly it looked like I did my own acrylics at home. I paid 45 for the fill and tipped her 15$ because as a waitress for 10 years and a hair stylist just starting my career I can never bring myself to under tip anyone even when I’m not happy with the service. The nail tech was young and she was very polite but I’m not sure if she’s just starting out her career as well. I suggest having a little bit more of a conversation with clients, being more open, asking questions and really listening to what your client has to say. She didn’t even tell me her name and didn’t say anything when I told her they keep breaking super easily on me. If I had a client come to me that was unhappy with another hair stylist I would find out why, make sure I fixed the problem and gave them a much better experience to ensure they come back and always ask for me. I removed all of my nails and will be finding another place to get a full set redone from scratch.

Ive been a client for many years and have always been happy with the results and have recommended the salon without reservation. All nail technicians are talented and professional. Id like to give a shout out to Kayla who has been doing my nails since she joined the LV team. Her work is excellent! My nails are always perfectly shaped and there never is a section of nail left uncovered with polish. She is friendly and sweet as well. I look forward to my appointments with Kayla!

Back in my hometown and wanted to get nails done on a Sunday. Saw the reviews and decided to give this place a try. I’ve been getting gel manicures for 1.5 years and thought it was time for a break, hit PJ suggested dazzle gel. No need to wait 30 min to dry. More expensive but worth it!!! Will be back again. I got D1 on my toes and 38 on my fingernail. $90 plus tip.

I have been a long time customer at LV Nails getting manicures and pedicures and have never been disappointed. The staff and services have always been exceptional. Since the reopening due to the pandemic, I feel very comfortable with the measures they have taken to ensure the customers safety as well as their staff.

Funny, this place seems pretty nice, but the time I visited I got a woman who also works at another local salon. I havent been back there because my nails looked terrible after I left-- polish uneven and polish and top coat bizarrely not applied to full nail. Alas, I went in with open mind but was disappointed again. Not sure if Ill give this place another shot, but with my luck shell be at the next salon, too 😂

Jessica and her team are very nice and comforting!They always make sure that you’re comfortable and you’re happy with the end result.The fact that they do appointments is helpful for someone who has a tight schedule.They are abiding by the CDC regulations so everyone’s health and safety is their top priority.

Very expensive. I got a gel manicure and pedicure $90 but I like my nails oh well.

Amazing experience getting lash extensions with Jessica. The facility is extremely sanitary and the friendly staff takes all measures to make sure everything is clean. I feel very safe with the precautions in place for covid (glass dividers, social distancing, hand sanitizer, etc.)Getting my lashes done was a relaxing experience and the results are just what I wanted! Highly recommend stopping by :)

Jessica and her team are wonderful-Detailed and careful with an eye for color and the shape of your nail-caring, and always an amazing massage!Feel very safe with Covid precautions: plexiglass dividers- hand sanitizer and temperature taken when entering and conscious of number of clients for social distancing!

I love this place, it’s super clean they use the pedicure liners for each person and individual package, so you can choose the flavor you like. The staffs are very nice, they do a very good job on my pedicure and dipping manicure. Highly recommend definitely!

Love this place! Ask for Heide.She is meticulous with both manicures and pedicures. I love the organic pedicure products and the dip manicures. Its amazing with the dip manicures which last 2 weeks and gives soft chipping nails the strength it needs to grow naturally. Heidi also will fit you in for waxing and facials. This nail spa is wonderful...all of the staff are friendly and its amazing as they all remember each customers name.

Its ok. The staff was friendly but they kept speaking with each other in their own language in a loud way and i think they were talking about me. Wasn’t comfortable at all. The service was also not so great. My gel nails fell off two days later! I do not recommend trying this place.

Kayla did an amazing french mani and pedi: the nicest I have ever had!

Went there for tips and a nail dip. The result was bumpy, thick, and uneven. He used so much glue that the nails were stuck to my skin and they hurt. When I spoke up about being unhappy with the results, they pressured me and gave excuses. First and last time I will ever go to this nail salon.

We had a great experience at LV Nails. Everyone there was really nice, accommodating and laid back. They were running on schedule and took their time with us, including doing hot stone massage and warm towel wraps! Best pedicure I have ever had!

Got my nails done for prom, i always get acrylic but jessica got me to try the dipped nails and i love it! Best manicure ive gotten in a while.

This place was awful. 2 days nail fell off. Most nails are crooked. Used two different size nails for my pinkys. Never returning again.

I came to LV after 10 years at another salon. Why did I wait so long? Everything about this salon is professional, courteous, clean and the latest trends in nail technology. I cant wait to try some of the other services such as the back facial that are offered. . Walk ins are welcome but appointments are handled on time. For fans of pink and white, ask to try the new dipping technique. I wholeheartedly endorse this salon.

Love this place! They are really accommodating and flexible. Went in for a mani while my friend got a pedi and woman doing my nails stood next to a pedi chair so I could sit with my friend! They also do a really nice, neat job with the nails.

My friend and I got two pedis. We were taken in right away and eveyone was professional and nice. It was clean, and our pedis came out great. Would definitely go back!

Excellent foot massage with pedicure!

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I called and asked if they could take me and a friend for two mani/pedis. When we got there, there were three women working and two women ahead of us getting mani/pedis. The ladies working made us wait 3 hours to complete our services because they kept taking on new clients instead of finishing with us. Also, numerous complaints from others occurred while we were there. Everyone at the salon was upset with their paint job. It was sloppy and rushed. Also, the salon is freezing. Not fun sitting there for three hours for a $60 mani/pedi that looked like a child could have done it.
