This will be my first and last time going to this place. They did a horrible job on my feet and nails. I do not recommend this place. I spent over a 100 dollars in this place for nothing at all. I do not believe it was worth the money. I thought about going back for them to fix the messed up nails. But I’m not sure if I would ever step foot in that place again. I didn’t even have my nails done for 72 hours and they look like this already.

Worst service ever, nails wouldn’t stay on for more then 3 days. Rushed service. Went back to get the nails fixed and she complained and wouldn’t fix the problem. Blamed her poor service on everything besides herself. Not kid friendly at all, will cuss at your child when they are behaving and not bothering anything or anyone. Asked to speak to the owner, she flipped out and wouldn’t give me the owners number. Also refused a refund for her poor service and poor customer service. I do not recommend this place to anymore!!!

Went in for a fill and for my daughter to get her nails soaked off. Even after I specified 3 times SOAK off... The guy preceeded to pry the nails off, tearing one of her natural nails and making her bleed. He didnt acknowledge this or apologize. My fill in is sloppy and she both overdid my cuticles and completely missed them in some spots. Overall very poor experience. Wont be returning.

I didn’t have an appointment, i walked in asked if i could get a full set of acrylic, and the one nail tech sat me down, i liked this blue color they had on the nail display and she told me they didn’t have it, so i picked this purple color. she sat me down, glued the nails on, and cut them down to the length i wanted, when she cut my thumb nail she cracked it, didn’t fix it either. She didn’t even apply the nails correctly, they look so ungodly horrible. they aren’t straight at all, not the shape i wanted, and the polish isn’t smooth. it’s lumpy. i 100% do NOT recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your money!!

Went here once and paid 50$ for my nails and they aren’t even on properly and they all feel like they are going to fall off ( well some did )

My daughter and I went this morning! This was the worst fill I ever had done!. They look terrible. My daughter told the lady 3 times no gel, she did gel anyway and charge me for it. The worst $90.00.

I broke one nail. I had to get a tip with acrylic. The girl did a great job. The shaping was spot on and thickness was minimal, therefore it look like my natural nails.

Hopefully this is the next place to go out of business in the galleria mall... HORRIBLE quality, and outrageous pricing. $100 for gel pedicure, and full set without any colored polish or designs. Won’t even give me a partial refund for my crooked, uneven acrylics that have specs of dust in them. FIND ANOTHER NAIL SALON.

Well to begin, the lady I had did cut me. And my nails are huge, nothing like the pictures, and they’re definitely not what I asked for. They also completely ignored the other person that came with me for 45 minutes. She had just as bad of a result as I. I’m a severely dissatisfied in my Nails for having to pay $55. I don’t recommend.

Gel peeled off my fresh set of acrylics within hours of going to the salon. I got in the shower and noticed my nail literally forming a bubble. Got out and pushed on the bubble and the layer of gel peeled off and was still tacky underneath. So it never cured properly. Paid $50 for the set along with matte coat and the designs I asked for. My nail tech was a very nice gentleman. And when I came back to the salon to ask to have them fixed the next day he was very nice about it. Only problem is the gel did not cure again. He said this happens often. Pointed out the bubbles but he said it was fine. A day later and 4 of my nails are messed up again for the same reason. If there is a known issue with the gels/equipment, wouldnt you want to fix this so it does not happen to more clients? Read other reviews of other people having the same peeling. Service was great but cant justify going back and spending that much money if my nails end up looking like this. Posted photos of my nails to show how they currently look.

Nikki the owner is the best an always does an awesome job on my nails everyone else who works in there are very nice as well. I keep going back.

I went in to get a french full set, they were clean & professional. The woman that gave me my manicure was nice. My Lil sis got a full set too

First of all, I have thought long and hard about posting this review. I am beyond upset and disgusted by the acts of the owner of this establishment. My mom and I went to Europe Nails for at least four yrs. I have seen a lot in that nail salon. I try always to not judge and give people chances as no one is perfect. However, when the person doing your nails, rushes you in and out so she can sit and do nothing or play on her phone, is very upsetting. Also, you shouldnt talk about your clients assuming they dont understand or know you are making jokes or talking about them at there expense to her coworkers. A few of the girls ARE awesome and that is what kept my mom and I going back. I have had great work done there by Ivy and Tina. I have also as well as my mom had terrible work done, nipped quite a few times with electric file from rushing that my fingers bled. You should really treat your employees and your clients/customers better. I gave you many, many chances, but no more! My mom and I will gladly take our money somewhere where it is appreciated and not fake!

Ivy is lovely! I typically have very thin and brittle nails but after only a few weeks of going to Ivy, my nails are the longest and strongest they have ever been in my life! My nails last for 3-4 weeks and still look amazing the whole way through. I have received tons of compliments on my nails since I have been going to Europe Nails.

I love the way people are in there nice friendly and they do a nice amazing job I just wish they were open but they aint because of the virus

I cant believe the negative reviews for this salon. I have been going here for YEARS! The employees get to know you, take their time to do the best for you, offer you free water, and are some of the nicest people Ive talked to. The prices are some of the best, if not the best, in York. Dont let the couple bad reviews stop you from going here. Amazing work and great experiences. I always recommend this salon.

I came here to get my nails done for a wedding. As the maid of honor I wanted to look good. My friend got her nails done here in too and that old me to come here. I saw her nails and really liked them so I came to check this place out. The work done was great! Now I feel photo ready!

Please don’t go here!! The lady who served me had an attitude from the start. I asked her for coffin nails and she gave me these weird coffin squared shape nails. Then I asked her to file them down some more to look like the shape I wanted; she just got the mechanical filer and just kept cutting them down. Then she started to paint them and didn’t paint the nails on all sides. I ask her to fix them, but her and the manager just kept on saying extra fee and the total price was $30 for something I am unhappy with. Just poor service.

I had a wonderful nail tech. She was super attentive and doesnt cut corners. She ensured that I liked the color I selected and asked if I needed anything. Definitely recommend!

I was in the Europe nails place at galleria mall the owner does not have customer service at all. I requested one of the girl to do my nail she denied it she asked the oldest lady to do it, which that lady I always had it problem because always the next day she does my nail ( gel) all the paint comes off !! I went the next day I showed them and then the guy ( owner) told me I had to come back in two hours which the old lady called me right there and told me she will do it but any way she did the same thing it didn’t last 3 days

My experience here was A+ and the awesomeness of my nails that still last after weeks adds another plus. So Europe Nails is A++ from my experience. Nice service with great skills.

Id give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible experience. I usually dont go to this salon, but since I was already at the mall I figured Id go here for a gel fill on my acrylics. Not sure of his name, but I had an older male do my nails and he was terrible. He didnt say a word to me the entire time and kept making nasty looks at me. He was very aggressive and rough, banging everything around, when they brush the dust off your hands he was literally just hitting my fingers with brush in a rough manner. He filed my nails so roughly and carelessy my cuticles bleed, and I have never had that happen. He didnt bother to ask what shape I wanted or if I wanted them cut down, and my nails are very uneven and square when I had gone in with a coffin shape. I just got them done TWO HOURS ago and the gel is already peeling off. And they charged me $30, which is the most I have ever paid for a fill. The service was terrible, my nails look like trash and it was very over priced for the end result. I will never go here again.

I have never left a bad review for a company because I am an understanding person and don’t expect everything to be perfect. I have gone here on and off for acrylics for 5 years due to certain jobs not allowing nails. I never had any problems until recently. I had gone in for a fill and asked if they had a gel polish that was a little transparent and showed her a picture of what I wasn’t looking for. Instead of looking through the example of the colors she just said she had one that would look good and had me sit down to take off my current gel color. When she put the first coat of gel on my right hand she showed me and I told her I didn’t really like it but then she said “more coats will look better “ so I said okay. After the second coat I realized it didn’t get much better, I mentioned I could see my nail and glue underneath. She said okay and tried to make it better by using the little drill under neath my nail to clean them. My nails weren’t dirty underneath, it was that you could see the glue and where my real nail was underneath the acrylic, so drilling it wasn’t helping. I thanked her for doing that because I knew she was trying to make it better. I left there and tipped and honestly did not like them but didn’t have time to really have them fixed that day plus they were closing in an hour. I tried to like them and tell myself it’s okay but I was upset that I spent $35 on a fill that I didn’t even like. I should have spoke up and asked her to redo them THAT DAY. I went back a week after because I had a day off and was rushed through the whole process of changing my color the minute I walked in the door. I asked to get a color changed because I did not like how they turned out ... showing her the visible nail and glue under the acrylic, she said okay . I meant to ask her if I had to pay but was told to get the colors so I did and sat down, as soon as I sat down the guy said are you ready? I told him I didn’t pick a color yet, but he motioned me over to his chair, so now I was trying to awkwardly handle the color swatches with one hand while he filed the other. He was rough and aggressive and didn’t try to make any conversation at all, just watched the tv behind me. Only a few people must get asked if they want something to drink because I don’t remember ever getting asked that, except I heard one of the girls ask her customer while I was getting my color changed. When it came time to pay the lady at the desk told me $15 I asked her if I would have had her fix them that day if I would have had to pay she didn’t answer my question and just said, you have to pay cause you changed the color.. and I said it’s not that I changed the color because I didn’t like the color they just looked bad and explained everything AGAIN and brought up the picture of my nails when they were done that day. She just said oh that color is meant for French manicures. I was so angry and the place was getting busy that I wasn’t going to make a scene. I gave her my $20 got my 5 ones and left. I never left a restaurant, a hair salon, or a nail salon without tipping. I always tip 20% or over everywhere I go with good service. If this was my store I would have handled this situation so differently, I would have apologized for the customer being displeased with the service and forfeited the $15 that would usually be charged for a color change because customers take that into consideration and would come back. If they would have waived the $15 fee I would have gone back every month for my nails. So instead of getting $420 over the next 12 months from me, I’ll take my money elsewhere. The only reason I didn’t give a 1 star review is because the girl attempted to make my nails better, and because I made the mistake of leaving without having them fixed right then and there.I will not go back.

Was shopping when I decided I needed a manicure and pedicure... I had a couple hours to spare. I just walked in to this salon. They were able to receive me right away. My nail tech was friendly and did a perfect job on my nails. I got matching mani-pedi and they look great.

I give this place several tries and every time no matter who did my nails they did a terrible job!!! $45 wasted. done on Friday and by Tuesday this is what my nails look like even the Gel was peeling off! After consulting with the owner she became very offensive and I became very verbal. I do not recommend this place to no one. The acrylic was lumpy. total discuss. I wish they had zero stars

This place is horrible. Paid 70$ for a spa pedicure and a manicure and you can’t even tell I got anything done. My toes still have calluses on them like they were never scrubbed, my nails were never even buffed. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

They have great personality but the ladys do not know what they are doing i spent $90 for a job i could have done myself and looked better and i suck at it. My nails are crooked. The acrylic is super think even my friend said the same thing and she works at a nail salon. Not only did i ask them not ro use the motorized file but she dug into my nail 4 times and made me bleed. Then on my pedi the lady burnt me twice wit the crapy uv light that she used after painting my nails. Then Ive had pedis before and they just dont care what they do like all they did was throw lotion on my leg and paint my nails. This place really needs training. I would not recommend this place unless you want a bad job but with good personality.

Worst nail experience. My bridal party went there for sceduled mani-pedis which is close to a $50 service. My tech didnt talk to me, she seemed to have an attitude, and she also completely rushed every part of my experience. I left with a crooked french design and polish on my fingers where it doesnt belong. We were not even in the salon for an hour! Any decent salon would spend 45 minutes minimum on your pedicure alone. Such a bad experience for something that was supposed to be so enjoyable and relaxing. Not worth the money at all. I would have rather just stayed home with my girls and painted eachothers nails ourselves, had i known in advance what to expect from this location. Horrible.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Looks like a 10 year old did my nails some are rounded are some are pointed chunks are missing acrylic is to thick i am a cosmologists and this is 100% unacceptable i would never recommend that anyone ever goes here!!!

I got my nails done June 2nd it’s now the 12, I went to take one of my nails off and what I found was terrible😤😤. I have never had a fungus in myLife I would never recommend them to anyone they don’t know how to do feet or nails.
